How to Create Traffic Online With Article Marketing III

Your next task is to write your resource box. This is critical to your article marketing campaign, and is where you offer your readers the opportunity to find out more about the topic of the article by visiting your website. You should present yourself as an expert on the topic, and persuade readers that they have a lot to learn by making the click to your website. Many directories allow a text link with html, and some do not. Unless you are submitting personally to directories one at a time stick to your URL rather than a text link.

However, if you are submitting directly to a directly that allows html in the author’s resource box, use a text anchor link that is linked to your site via an html < xmp > < a href > < xmp > tag. The text can be either your website name or a name that represents your niche or theme. This gives the search engines an indication of what your site is about and improves your listing.

It is also important that the link leads your readers to a page on your site that relates to the article. If you are writing about roses, don’t lead you readers to your web page on daffodils, or even to your home page. Lead them to your roses page or you will not create quality traffic. The same goes for the article. Write on a theme that is relevant to the content of a page on your website, rather than on something general that no single page specifically covers.

If you follow all that advice you will not only learn how to create traffic online with article marketing through readers clicking on the link to your website, but from those copying your article complete with resource box to their own website, and also from high search engine listings. It is all free traffic, and that is invaluable in internet marketing.
