At the moment you are enjoying your well deserved Costa Blanca holiday, after the fist couple of days in your holiday villa or apartment you might wander, where to find a nice restaurant at the Costa Blanca?

The first part of the evening you will have to search a nice restaurant, if you are in Altea, or if you want to visit this beautiful place, you will find some very nice restaurants.

If you don’t want to spend a lot of money, there is a very nice restaurant at the first line of the beach in Altea called “Tutti Frutti”, you can gat a pizza, but I really would advice a very nice salad, served in an eatable bowl, the menus are good priced and very nice. From the terrace you can overlook the Mediterranean, which will provide you with a nice cool breeze.

Near the Altea church, moving down from the churches square in the direction of the Sierra Bernia Mountain you will find a busy street with some very nice restaurants. In “Estromboli” you can eat very good Italian food and they have very nice smashed tomato sauce, from grandfathers own garden.

At the other side of the street you have the very nice restaurant “Ousteau”, which is brilliantly decorated and has a fantastic ambiance. The very friendly staff will guide you to your table, which with nice warm weather can be on a cosy outside terrace, but always will be nice situated. The food is very good, you can choose from a “Hollywood” card, making you doubt between a “Al Pachino” steak or a “Marlin Monroe” salad…

If you would like to spend some more, enjoying the good gastronomic life I will advice the restaurant “el Nuevo Alcazar” in La Nucia. A really good restaurant managed by people crazy about food.

Also a very high standard you will find at the restaurant “La Fusion” and “Los Dos Lunas” in el Albir, 2 more to put on your list to try.

If you like to have something tipical Spanish, Benidorm is the place to be.. In the old town of Benidorm there is a special street with a lot of typical “tapas” bars, here you will find the Spanish people enjoying all kinds of small snacks and nice wines.

Of course you will find as well Mc Donald’s as Burger king in Benidorm, but it is not recommended to go there unless you can’t really stop yourself.

The Spanish food is really great to try, like a good paella you can try it in the “Chiringuito” in the beach of Albir, where the Spanish are all at large tables eating the paella. For those who absolutely despise of seafood there is a special paella type called “a banda” and one with only vegetables. Also there is a very large grill were they prepare some giant steaks.

Anyway, it’s the golden rule to see if a restaurant is good, look if there are enough Spanish people sitting there!!!

Enjoy your meal!!

Stress on the job is a part of the rat race. Trying to problem-solve, working in large groups in open spaces, and sound levels: the list of demands on us is endless. Stress can affect all aspects of life; it can lead to heart disease, anxiety attacks, high blood pressure, and burnout.

All of these problems are a catastrophe for both employer and employee. The sacrifice both have invested into the working relationship can lead to distressing results for both sides of this equation. Hypnosis can reduce stress in the work place and lead to greater performance and healthier employees.

In the workplace stressful situations are difficult to avoid. Business must go on and often under time constraints and pressures to succeed. It is impossible to avoid stress, so it becomes necessary to cope with it. Despite its reputation, not all stress is necessarily a bad thing. Using hypnosis to deal with anxiety and stress can help separate the good from the bad.

There is a difference between what is known as eustress and chronic stress. Eustress is the positive stress, which makes us strive for greater achievement. It is the feeling you get, just hours before the deadline, that drives the project all the way home. This is the kind of stress an employer and an employee can utilize.

Chronic stress is the type of stress that can complicate a work environment and bring down a whole team. Unlike eustress, chronic stress does not kick-in only in necessary situations. Instead it develops when the lows and lulls in-between stressors become fewer and fewer.. It is this type of stress that often expresses itself physically in the form of anything from weight gain, to depression, to ulcers.

Chronic stress is a problem often dealt with my treating the symptoms. A sufferer may be treated with anti-depression pills for their depression and placed on a diet for their weight gain. Hypnosis gets to the root of the problem and can eliminate the symptoms in many cases.

Using hypnosis in the workplace can minimize the amount of chronic stress while allowing eustress to remain a useful workplace tool. Hypnosis gives individuals the abilities to control their stress levels on their own terms. Self-hypnosis, breathing techniques, and relaxation tools can be incorporated into the working environment when the stress-levels get out of control.

The Mind Works offers individuals and employers an extensive stress management programme. The programme is developed to suit the needs of the customer in the immediate and long term. The tools and skills you gain from the programme will provide a toolbox of stress cures for the everyday world of work.

What’s easy to forget when you’re looking for a new job is that you are interviewing the company as much as they are interviewing you. It’s about match and exchange. Do they have what you want? Do you have what they want?

If you feel desperate for a job, everything about the company, position, and people may look a lot rosier than it probably is. You’re much more vulnerable taking whatever’s offered rather than assessing the situation for real, personal satisfaction. The same can happen if the company is desperate for you. They may view your abilities as greater than they are, and you may end up in a spot where it’s tough for you to succeed.

Before any interview, do your homework. If it’s a public company, check stock market performance. What’s the stock price trend? Do they have a track record of hitting performance targets?

Check out the company’s web site for quarterly and annual reports. Even if you can’t understand the spreadsheets, read the descriptive overview. What markets are they in? What are their products or services? Who are their competitors and how do they rank against them?

If it’s a private company, find articles on the web from the last 12 months to help you. Also, ask around. Perhaps you’ll uncover a reputation or insight you wouldn’t know otherwise.

Come to the interview prepared with questions to ask. Here are some suggestions for new questions to ask and what to listen for in the response.

-What’s been the company’s growth the last three to five years? Wall Street measures growth by financial numbers, typically revenues, or profits. If they tell you only the customer or production growth, they may be avoiding the fact that profits didn’t increase. Do they portray company growth the same as you found in your research? If not, what is this telling you?

-Where does the company see itself in the next two to three years? Listen for a clear vision and mission with a specific strategy that spells out where they want to go. Does it make sense to you? Does it seem achievable? Did the company achieve their strategic goals the last two to three years?

-What improvements or innovations has the company made recently to remain competitive? Listen for a proactive stance on change and innovation as needed in today’s market, both internally and externally. Standing still is not an option for thriving in the Now Economy.

-What three words would you use to describe the company’s culture? Every company has an internal culture, which you’ll live in if you work there. Listen for a quick, clear response that may indicate the culture is strong and perceived positively. A hesitant response may indicate that the culture is less than favorable. Do you like what you hear? Is the culture a good match for your personal style?

-What is the average tenure of your employees? Tenures of two years or less may indicate an internal problem that isn’t clear on the outside. Tenures of 10 years or more may indicate this is a great place to work, but also may tip you off to internal stagnation or lack of upward mobility.

-What is the company’s employee turnover rate? Listen for anything over 15 percent. Twenty percent means one out of every five people is leaving each year. What’s wrong with this place? The exception might be a specific industry. For example, front-line customer service jobs can have a turnover rate of 40 percent or more; it’s the nature of the job and hourly wage wars.

-What does the company do to retain employees? Smart companies know they need more than good benefits to keep good performers. Listen for common benefits plus additional ones to help juggle other aspects of your life. Do they offer child care? A fitness center? Onsite banking? Postal service? Flex time? Telecommuting? Financial rewards are often another retention strategy. Are there merit increases? Bonuses? Do they conduct employee opinion surveys to keep in touch with employee satisfaction?

The bottom line: You have to think like someone investing in or buying the business as well as someone working within it.

Beaded Gem Stone Jewelry - Dare to be Distinctive

The earliest known examples of jewelry are thought to be a pair of beads made from Nassarius shells, and is estimated to be around 100,000 years old. Using beads as jewelry to adorn the human form clearly has a long and illustrious history.

One of the benefits of gem stones is that each gem stone is unique, with distinctive visual features captured inside each stone. Combine numerous gem stones into a piece of beaded jewelry and you have a spectacular item that is truly unique.

The most popular form of gem stone beaded jewelry is probably the necklace. With all the different gem stone colors that one gets, it is very easy to find a beaded necklace that perfectly matches every single outfit that you have.

It is almost a favorite pastime of mine, to watch for and admire tasteful selections of gem stone jewelry at social events. A carefully selected item says a lot about the woman who wears it. Not only does it demonstrate her sense of style, selection, and taste, it also accentuates her natural beauty and pride of being a gorgeous woman.

The beaded gem stone necklace that I love most is the one with smaller and larger gem stones carefully arranged, with a few silver beads strung in amongst the gem stones.

Be careful with colors when you select such a necklace. More than two colors could make your expensive gem stone piece of jewelry look like a cheap necklace. One color is preferable, mixed in with a natural color such as silver or gold.

Another lovely item is a set of beaded gem stone earrings. They can both shorten a longer facial structure and lengthen the shorter facial structure.

Just one request, girls, when you wear an expensive set of beaded gem stone jewelry earrings, please do not hide them underneath loose hanging hair. That set of earrings begs to be out in the open, it pleads to be seen and admired, and it yearns to complement your good looks.

If you dare to be distinctive and wear something eye-catching and stunning, then you definitely need to acquire for yourself a few select beaded gem stone jewelry items.

Pierre Perissel recommends beaded gem stone jewelry for the lady with distinctive taste. Pierre contributes fashion information to TheFashionPro.com.

People at the gym everyday ask two common things,

How to get a six pack?

How to get rid of belly fat?

How to lose stomach fat?

Well, can you tell me how to become the world’s richest man in one night? NO?

“Rome wasn’t built in a day but it was built eventually.” It is the exact same answer I can give you if you ask how to get rid of belly fat. Fat is not like a hard drive where it takes time to copy and but deletes in a zap. It is the opposite. Fat stores very fast but it is damn hard work to get rid of it.

Well, it’s time you learn the hardcore way to get rid of belly fat and get that six pack or the sexy sculpted abs you always wanted. I am going to show you 5 hardcore steps to get rid of belly fat in less time than you are promised in a gym.

Step 1: If you are confused about whether your goal is to lose fat or build muscle, then RIGHT NOW you’re going to change your goal to Lose Fat. You will build muscle along the way.

Step 2: Always and always, watch what you eat. Diet and Nutrition are like THE most important factor to lose belly fat fast. The amount of calories burnt needs to be higher than the amount of calories you take in. But that doesn’t mean you need to eat less and starve. The Hardcore way is to eat 6-8 small meals of 300-400 calories throughout the day. It’s crazy but it is really efficient in losing fat fast.

Step 3: Add more protein into your nutrition. If you are eating 6-8 meals a day, don’t forget to have a piece of lean protein on every meal. e.g.: Lean Breast or Lean Meat or Protein Shake. This will accelerate your fat loss through the roof.

Step 4. Add Weight Training workouts three times a week. And by weight training I don’t mean doing single movement exercises that only work your arms or your chest. But you are going to incorporate compound supersets like Dumbbell Squats, Dumbbell Rows, and DB Bench Press etc…

Step 5. HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training. After doing your weight training, immediately jump into your stationary bike or treadmill and do HIIT cardio for 20 Minutes.

A Secret Step 6 - Always change your workout plan every 4 weeks to avoid any plateaus.

Follow these 6 Simple but Hardcore steps without failure and I promise that you will be glad that you finally found out How to get rid of Belly Fat.

For those who want to follow this simple hardcore plan, visit http://truthaboutfat.blogspot.com to get sample Diet Plan, and Variety of Up to Date 10 Minute Fat Loss Workouts with Videos that will cut through your fat like a razor sharp knife.

Choosing the Right Digital SLR for Your Nature Photography

It is very true that it doesn’t matter what equipment you use — it’s what you do with the camera that matters. However, there is no question that when you’re hiking through a thick jungle in the middle of central america you want to pack light. Even though the Nikon D2x has the prestige of being Nikon’s premier “PRO” camera, you may not find it’s the best fit for your nature work.

One of the first things you need to consider is how you’re going to use the pictures. Look up the magazines you want to publish your work. Send in for “submission guidelines” and find out their minimum mega pixel count. The same is true for stock agencies — browse around and decide which place you’d ultimately like to sell your work. Many organizations have their submission guideliens published on their websites. If you’re more interested in learning and doing nature photography for your own pleasure then by all means buy the less expensive models. There’s nothing wrong with a camera that takes a 5 or 6 megapixel image. You’ll still be able to blow it up to poster size if you want a special print made.

There’s nothing wrong with a camera that takes a 5 or 6 megapixel image. You’ll still be able to blow it up to poster size if you want a special print made.

Magnification - Use it to your Advantage

For wildlife photographers in particular, the one advantage of shooting with any Nikon digital camera these days is the magnification factor. Rather than create a sensor the same size as one frame of 35mm film, Nikon and most other digital SLR camera manufacturers decided to create a sensor that is smaller than the 24×36mm standard frame of the older film models. Having a smaller sensor means you aren’t going to capture all the information on the left and right and top and bottom of the frame. This may sound really bad… but there is no need to worry about what you haven’t captured because the viewfinder has been adjusted so that what you see optically is what is captured in the digital file.

The result is that the camera multiplies the magnification of all the lenses. Nikon’s magnification (depending on the camera you use) is around 1.5x. That means a 300mm lens is now magnified to 450mm. This is great news for wildlife photographers. The only drawback is that wider angle lenses (like a 17mm wide angle becomes a 25.5mm not-as-wide-angle lens. However, landscape photographers still have some options. I’ll get to those in a bit.

Choosing the Right Lenses

Unfortunately, no one can tell you which lenses to buy or “how to build the perfect SLR system for nature photography.” Again, it depends on the kinds of photos you like to take, your personal preference and the market where you want to sell your image.

The great advantage of Nikon cameras is that you can use older lenses on your body. This allows a lot more freedom of choice and means you can get really amazing older lenses at shockingly affordable prices.

I’ll give you an example. One of my favorite lenses is a 300mm f4 manual focus prime lens from the 1970s. It cost only $350 CAD (meaning it would be much less expensive in American dollars) and the glass is still ED! Nikon especially developed ED (Extra-low Dispersion) glass to provide pricise optical colour correction. This special glass (not available in all Nikon lenses) provides the sharp, clear resolution required for superb photographs. The other advantage (at least for me since I generally hike to find wildlife) is that it weighs less and packs small.

Another example — the 50mm 1.4 auto focus lens (that’s right f1.4!) sells for only $166 CAD (again, much less in American dollars). It’s actually an 80mm on your body. That means you have a prime lens at 80mm that can take pictures in the darkest settings. And, because Nikon has been perfecting its 50mm lenses since its inception as a company (Nikon used to include a 50mm on all its bodies until well into the late 1980s), it’s one of Nikon’s very best lenses. It’s cheap because 50mm on a 35mm camera is kind of pooey. But 80mm on a digial camera is marvelous. edit

Lenses - Pros and Cons

While I can’t tell you the right lenses to buy for your particualr needs… I can give you some feedback/impressions about the particular lenses I am using or have used in the past.

Nikkor 10.5mm f2.8 Fisheye: I never thought such a specialized lens could provide me with so much use. For more information, I’ve written a short article about how to use a fisheye lens in your nature photography athttp://www.naturestocklibrary.com/gallery/2472892

Nikkor 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5G ED-IF AF-S DX Zoom - This lens is all right. I bought it as a kit lens a long time ago and it’s served well for the wider range. I wish I had saved pennies and purchased a 2.8 that offered a wider range (like a 12mm to 25mm).

Tamron 17-35mm f2.8: This is a great lens but, alas, I purchased it for a film camera and the magnification on my digital body means that it isn’t that useful in my photography right now. I’m planning on selling it (along with my other wide angle) and buying a 2.8 that has a wider range so I can do more with landscape photography.

Nikkor 50mm f/1.4D AF - This is the same lens I discussed earlier. It’s small, has a low price tag, allows you to shoot in really dark situations and it’s an 80mm on a digital camera. You really can’t go wrong.

Nikkor Nikon 80-200mm f2.8D ED AF Zoom - This is a fantastic lens that stays at 2.8 no matter if you are shooting at 80 or 200mm. Again, magnification means it’s actually a 300mm zoom. Zooms are great because you can adjust your focus distance depending on where your subject is located. Not so great with subjects that are always far away (like the macaws seen here), but really awesome for docile wildlife like deer. It also has a macro function that works beautifully.

Nikkor 105mm f/2.8D AF Micro, or 105 Micro for short - This is probably Nikon’s most used macro lens, probably because the lens can serve triple duty. First of all, it is a macro photography lens and it allows you to take photographs at a 1:1 reproduction ratio (on a 35mm body), which means that a 24 by 36 mm subject will fill the entire frame. Second, it makes a very good general purpose short telephoto lens. Third, it is also at least a very reasonable portrait lens (although, with magnification it may be too much of a telephoto on a digital SLR). I really love this lens for macro photography.

Nikkor 300mm f4 manual focus - While a “prime” lens doesn’t offer the flexibilty of a zoom… it’s still an ideal choice for getting the best results in your work. This is the same lens I discussed earlier and, considering it cost only $350, it’s light & the focusing is so smooth, it’s one of my favorite lenses. I never leave home without it.

Nikkor 600mm f5.6 manual focus ED Glass - Again, I paid a lot less for this lens (which is actually a hefty 900mm on a digital body and also has the famous Nikon ED glass!!) because it’s an older model and it’s manual focus. I spent $1,599 USD - but consider that a newer model would go for at least $5,000 to $25,000, depending on the f stop. Some may argue that 5.6 is a bit too narrow of an f stop but I find the compression with telephoto lenses means that I wouldn’t want to shoot a 900mm subject with anything wider than 5.6 (2.8 would make the focus far too shallow on such a far away subject). Although… for closer subjects 2.8 is magic!

In the past, I have also used the Sigma 70-300mm 3.5-5.6 and the Tamron 200-400mm 3.5-5.6 and both served well as affordable zooms while I was learning about photography. I have since sold them to pay for the lenses I currently use.

Why I LOVE and Highly Recommend Manual Focus

I used to be terrified of focusing manually. On most auto focus lenses, the focus ring is small and more difficult to use… also there’s something really easy about just allowing your camera to do the focusing work for you. I was afraid I couldn’t react quickly enough to moving subjects and that I wouldn’t be as good as my camera’s auto focus. Now I see the errors of my ways.

For wildlife (or people), you want to make sure the main subject’s eyes are in perfect focus. You won’t be able to sell any image if the eyes aren’t in focus. If you shoot a subject 10 feet away at 2.8 and use auto focus, the camera will choose the object closer to the camera (usually the nose, cheek, or eye brow… not the eye itself). A 2.8 aperture means that you will have such a soft depth of field that the eyes will appear out of focus. The older (and more affordable) manual focus lenses have the most beautiful focusing rings you’ve ever seen. I find it much easier to use manual focus on my 300mm f4 lens from the 1970s than my newer autofocus 80-200mm zoom (using the auto focus feature). Unfortuately, I find the focusing ring on the newer models a little bit pooey… but I did want to make the case for why I think manual focus lenses from the 1970s are the greatest things since sliced bread!

Rule of Thumb for Fast Subjects

You may already be aware that your shutter speed should be at least the same as the distance of your lens. For instance, you need to shoot at least 1/300th of a second if you are using a 300mm lens or hand shake will make your picture look really blurry. And anything larger than 300mm should be put on a tripod (preferably one with a ball head for wildlife work). With magnification, you may be able to get away with shooting a 300mm (a 450mm on your digital) hand-held… at 1/450th of a second or higher…)in a pinch… but investing in a good ball head tripod will really improve your results if your lens is higher than 300mm.

Back on the subject of pairing your shutter speed with lens distance… if you are currently shooting P or Auto it’s a good idea to change to shutter priority instead. If you’re shooting with a 200mm make sure your shutter is set at 1/300 because of the magnification. All modern digital cameras will then set the aperture to pair with the shutter speed. At the same time, practicing photography on manual settings is always a good idea because it will offer you greater control.

I could write for days about shooting nature and wildlife photography with Nikon equipment but I’ll stop for now. You’re welcome to read more of my nature photography articles online at http://www.naturestocklibrary.com/Wildlife%20Photography%20Articles.

Using Audio, Web, and Video Conferencing for Distance Learning

Distance learning has been greatly increasing in popularity over the course of the last several years, and as distance learning technologies become more accessible and less expensive it doesn’t look like this trend will be stopping soon. By utilizing modern audio and video conferencing technology combined with web conferencing software, you can greatly increase the effectiveness of distance learning for both the teachers who provide the content and the students who wish to learn it. To help you determine whether audio and video conferencing and web technology can help you to improve your distance learning programs, please consider the following information.

Audio Conferencing

The use of audio conferencing in distance learning can be of great benefit to both teachers and students, since it allows them to interact with one another in ways that standard correspondence and e-mail communication cannot match. By using an audio bridge to allow real-time communication with a number of students at one or more distant locations, an educator can converse directly with students so as to answer any questions that they might have while allowing their comments and other input to drive the class discussion in new and interesting directions. Audio conferencing also allows an advanced distance learning setup to be established with relatively low cost and little technical maintenance. The main drawback to audio conferencing is the fact that there is no visual component to the lessons that are being taught; this is where video conferencing comes into play.

Video Conferencing

In a manner that is very similar to audio conferencing, video conferencing can allow distance educators to interact directly with students in real time. As the name suggests, the main difference between the forms is that video conferencing adds one or more cameras into the mix so that students will be able to see as well as hear the teacher or other speaker as well as any materials that they may present. A video conferencing setup may work in one of two ways… there may be a video camera setup which captures the video and audio of the teacher or speaker and an audio setup which captures the responses of the students (meaning that there is one-way video and two-way audio), or there may be video setups on both ends of the conference connection to capture both video and audio (which allows for real time two-way video communication.) The video which is captured and transmitted (be it one-way video or two-way) is displayed on a television or other monitor at the other end of the connection; audio may also be routed into speakers within the monitor, external speakers, or a separate audio conferencing setup.

Internet Conferencing Solutions

Another alternative for distance learning which is growing in popularity combines both audio and video conferencing with the ease and convenience of internet communication. A number of software companies market internet conferencing software which allows users to not only interact directly with those on the other end of the connection, but additional software components may be integrated and used as well. This can be useful for distance learning educators by allowing them to post questions, quizzes, images, or a variety of other components which the students may then interact with and answer. Internet conferencing may feature either one- or two-way video, and utilizes two-way audio to allow teachers and students to converse as needed during lessons. In many cases software features may be customized to only allow certain users to receive specific content as well, so that sessions with multiple student locations may each have content specific to them as a supplement to the material being discussed by the instructor or other speakers.

Distance learning is increasing in popularity while expenses continue to decrease, and it looks like this trend is here long term. To learn how you can take advantage of these products visit our #1 website for Audio, Web, and Video Conferencing.

Taming Your Perfectionist Streak

Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known in /wwwroot/gphone-android.com/wp-includes/class-snoopy.php on line 1142

Are you your own worst boss, your most shrill critic? How can you tame this perfectionist streak that can stop you cold, and transform it into an energy that powers you towards excellence?

Perfectionism is really a state of high anxiety. In this state, you are focusing on the process, constantly worrying about making a mistake. Perfectionism shows up as a constant stream of self-criticism, and causes one to play it safe, to not take risks, to not step out of one’s comfort zone. However, you can do everything “right” and still fail. When you are in this state of perfectionism, you can rarely live to your full potential because of the internal judgemental chatter of the “monkey-mind” that freezes you in your tracks like a deer in the headlights.

Excellence, on the other hand, is about focusing on the outcome, being willing to learn, adapt, experiment and be bold in pursuit of creating a result that is the true projection of one’s original intention.

A person who strives for excellence does not give up when a mistake is made, and does not avoid tasks for fear of failure. Sometimes you will fall flat on your face, and then you pick yourself up, figure out what worked, let go of what did not, and try again. And often you may find that the “mistake” opened the door to an outcome even better and truer to your original intention, giving yourself the opportunity to create a result that is even more remarkable.

To overcome a perfectionist tendency, go beyond the missed opportunity, or the error, or the loss, and, instead of trying to find someone or something to blame, look for a greater truth or source behind the situation, as well as the link between the outcome you wanted and the outcome you created. Instead of obsessing over what could have been, recognize and reinforce what works.

For most homeowners caring for the lawn and garden is relaxing and enjoyable. Still we’re always looking for tools and gadgets to make the work easier. Keeping the outdoor decor is also an important lawn and garden activity. New technologies and inventions have now made it easier than ever to have the best yard in the neighborhood with less work and time spent.

Arbors and trellises, edging and fencing, pest control, and storage sheds and organization tools are just a few of the lawn and garden items that have improved tremendously. If your lawn and garden area needs improvement here’s a few tips to help you get it back in shape without spending a fortune hiring professionals to do the work.

First off, just take a walk around the entire area of your lawn and garden. Make notes of areas that you want to improve. Next, just drive by your home slowly. Notice what affect the appearance has. Does it look well maintained and inviting? Does it look just average with no special item attracting attention? Or, perhaps it looks like the gardener has been on vacation all season. Again, make notes on areas you feel needs improvement.

Sometimes just a small amount of changes or additions can make the difference between great curb appeal and a ho-hum landscape. For example, adding arbors and trellises in the right places can give your exterior a new and interesting appeal.

The key is to get creative and add your own theme and style to the outside of your property just as you do your interior. Other great items to add interest and help with maintenance are edging and fences.

If your needs are more maintenance and work related, maybe storage sheds and accessories for organization are just what you need. A multipurpose storage shed is great for toys, bikes, gardening equipment, and accessories. Keeping the outdoor items outdoors can save time …you don’t have to go through the entire garage or basement to find just what you’re after. It’s easily available in a storage shed.

To help speed up your workload always invest in durable, good quality tools and equipment. The garden hose from the dollar store just won’t last and perform like the more technology advanced higher end items. A deluxe all season hose is designed to withstand extreme temperatures, kink resistant, flexible, and durable.

With just a bit of thought, planning, and tool selection the lawn and garden work is done in no time flat. You’ll be able to sit back and enjoy you great lawn and garden.
