Human Pheromones and Sexual Attraction

Pheromones are incredibly powerful things, and not many people know that there are human pheromones involved in sexual attraction. That is right there are actually human pheromones to attract the opposite sex, meaning that there are certain pheromones that are already in your body which are able to make the opposite sex attracted to you.

There are actually several different human pheromones involved in sexual attraction and one of these is simply a person’s body odor. This does not mean that it has to smell bad, but studies have been done where the participants wore clothes with no perfume, deodorant, or any other manufactured smell put on.

In the end of these studies, members of the opposite sex were told to smell the clothing that was worn by the opposite sex, and for the majority of the time, the comments were incredibly positive. Therefore, although we all tend to use some sort of perfume, cologne, body spray, and so on, it is actually our own personal pheromones that sexually attract people to us.

However, it is not all that often when others can actually smell our pheromones, because we are covering that smell up constantly with other materialized odors and sprays. However, there are exceptions to the rule. For instance, when women are menstruating, it is said that their body gives off stronger pheromones that attract men more than any other time of the month.

For men, the same type of rule applies, only it is considered that when they are sweating — such as after a long workout — when they have the most human pheromones that are coming off of them, and thus when women react the most attracted to them.

Human pheromones are truly fascinating because it is not so much an overly powerful or even noticeable smell, but rather pheromones are basically subconsciously taken in. Although we cannot necessarily smell them enough to realize what we are smelling, we are instantly attracted to members of the opposite smell when they are emitting their actual pheromones.

There have been attempts over the years to create perfumes and body sprays that actually smell like human pheromones, and the popularity of these items is increasing day by day.

Tisha Diaz recommends these scented and unscented pheromones for men and women where you can also get free pheromone samples and more in-depth information in the pheromone community forums.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy’s Answer to Panic Attacks

People who suffer from panic attacks experience symptoms such as heart palpitations, sweating, loss of control, feelings of impending doom, disorientation, and feeling trapped. Although those who suffer from this disorder feel debilitated, it is one of the most manageable syndromes to treat through the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy.

When people first come for cognitive-behavioral therapy, they may indicate that they have received prior counseling, have made innumerable visits to doctors, and have been treated in emergency rooms for symptoms associated with their anxiety. Patients are usually desperate for answers to alleviate their on-going struggle with panic. Patients are relieved to know that their symptoms are treatable through the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy. Often, patients feel that they are going crazy, although they need to be reassured that having “crazy” feelings is a cognitive distortion and is vastly different from those who might be considered clinically crazy.

Most individuals know the time-frame when they first started experiencing panic attacks. There may have been triggering events that fostered the emergence of panic. The patient may be unable to make an association between the panic and a painful triggering experience. Factors such as a significant illness, job stress, family abuse/ trauma, losing a loved one, and lacking emotional expressiveness may create conditions ripe for panic. Once a panic attack erupts, further attacks usually follow if an individual is not aware of the cycle of self-defeating thinking and behavior which sustains the panic process.

The key to curtailing panic is to help people understand that it’s the secondary symptoms that keep the panic alive. In other words, it’s the “panic over the panic” that sustains the panic pattern. With cognitive-behavioral therapy, recovery involves educating the sufferer on ways to respond to their self-defeating thought processes during the onset of their attack. For example, let’s say that you are taking a mid-term exam during college. You open up the test booklet and immediately react by saying, “Oh my God, none of this material looks familiar; there’s no way that I can pass this test; if I flunk this test, I might fail this course for the semester; if my parents find out, there’s going to be hell to pay!” In contrast, you can learn to respond rationally by saying, “Wow, some of this stuff doesn’t look familiar; just take some deep breaths and relax; I guess I better survey the whole test, answer the questions that I can and then go back and work on the other one’s; I can tackle this test, I just need to relax and be patient!”

How one responds to panic determines whether it subsides. Those who fight with their panic by “awfulizing” about their symptoms, intensify their panic. They may say, “Oh my God, here come those unbearable feelings again – I feel like I’m going to die!” However those who accept their panic and respond rationally with thoughts like, “Here comes that panic again – just calm down and take those deep breaths and it will eventually subside. These feelings won’t last forever, they are time-limited – they’ll be gone soon.”

Learning through cognitive-behavioral therapy to go “down stream” with panic is important to its eradication. Those who “catastrophize” about their symptoms intensify panic attacks. Learning to rationally respond to panic diminishes its effect. Trying to figure out what caused an individual’s panic is not necessary to treat it. What is essential is teaching those who suffer from panic to respond with positive self-talk.

People who experience panic attacks tend to feel ashamed of their problem. It is important for sufferers to understand that they are not alone – anxiety is apart of the human condition. Anxiety and panic is not unusual and those who experience it need to learn to be more open and expressive with all of their feelings. Sharing a wide range of emotions with those you can trust is essential to the healing process. Those who hide panic as a shame-based pattern set themselves up to repeat it. When those we trust are aware of our authentic self, which includes our vulnerability, our anxiety problems tend to fade in significance.

Paradoxical interventions can be helpful in dealing with panic disorder. Having a patient schedule a panic time and encouraging them to perseverate can bring humor and assist in breaking the panic cycle. A ruminating patient might be asked to conduct cardiovascular exercises during panic-related chest tightness to try to lighten the moment and break the cycle of suffering. Cognitive-behavioral therapy is a structured, pragmatic approach which assists people in addressing the symptoms of panic by learning to respond to the disorder with a positive approach to their thinking.

Bodybuilding Tips - Learn The Mechanisms Behind Building Muscles

The sport of bodybuilding seems to be increasing in today’s society both for those who wish to become professional bodybuilders and also people how are looking for ways to increase their overall fitness level. Many experienced bodybuilders understand the importance of using supplements such as Leukic and Gakic to increase muscle mass. Many new bodybuilders may not understand how the muscle building process works, the dangers of hormone looping, the important application of bodybuilding supplements, and avoiding the pitfalls of dangerous and illegal substances. This article will explain how the muscle building process works and supplements available that can increase your results many times over.

While the muscle building process may seem complicated at first, it is really quite a simple matter. In order to build muscles, you train or workout, causing your body to break down muscle fiber and replace it with stronger and larger muscles. It is important to understand the three phases that you body can be in at any time. At rest, you are in a neutral state where you are not building or tearing down your muscle mass. The preferred state for bodybuilders is the anabolic state which means that your body is in a muscle building state. Being in an anabolic state means that your body is primed for building new protein and tissues. Unfortunately, if you push too hard as many bodybuilders are inclined to do, you may slip into a catabolic state where, despite all your efforts, you no longer build muscle and may even lose muscle tissue. This phenomenon is known as hormone looping.

Hormone looping can regrettably be an all too common occurrence for many bodybuilders when they employ a very aggressive workout routine. Initially, the bodybuilder will put their body in a high anabolic state and the muscle tissue will indeed grow. The problem for those who really strive for huge muscle mass gains may push their body beyond the limits of what it is capable of. This will drive the body into a catabolic state in which the body starts to break down complex molecules such as muscle fiber into a simpler state that the body can use as an energy source. When this happens, you will not gain any more muscle mass and if pushed too far, you will actually lose muscle mass. Serious bodybuilders understand this condition and know that they must keep their body in an anabolic state and do whatever takes to avoid the catabolic muscle killing state. This is where muscle building supplements such as Leukic can play a very important role in bodybuilding and muscle building.

There are many muscle building supplements available on the market and I would like to talk about Leukic which is produced by MuscleTech. Leukic is classified as an anabolic activator and works by creating a continuous anabolic state for the bodybuilder who is using it. MuscleTech claims that Leukic puts your body into an advanced anabolic state but bypasses the stimulation of hormones. Normally when building muscles, you stimulate hormones such as testosterone which is a necessary and good thing but this can also stimulate other, unwanted hormones that can cause dangerous and unwanted side effects which may set back your muscle building efforts by days, weeks, or even months. Leukic claims that it bypasses hormone stimulation means that the negative hormones are not stimulated either. If the claims are true then Leukic will put your body into a highly charged anabolic state without worries of going catabolic. While supplements such as Leukic can be a very positive benefit for bodybuilders, it is extremely important that you choose your supplements wisely. There are many illegal and dangerous supplements available on the market that a serious bodybuilder would do well to avoid.

If you want to be ethical and save, then you need to avoid illegal supplements such as steroids. Leukic is an anabolic activator, not an anabolic steroid. Anabolic steroids are synthesized hormones that very regrettably many people in the professional sports industry are currently using. While these compounds can often produce large increases in both strength and endurance, they can also be highly dangerous, illegal, and unethical. Not only do they produce unfair advantages for professional athletes but are often unsafe and produce side affects that can range from inconvenient to extremely dangerous. Some of these side effects include high blood pressure, heart disease, liver damage, cancer, stroke, and baldness. Other side effects that may affect men are reduced sperm counts, impotence, enlarged breasts, and enlarged prostates. Some side effects for woman who use steroids include an enlarged clitoris, a deepening of the voice, and facial hair. Steroids can also affect the mind as well as the body creating side effects such as rage, mood swings, paranoia, depression, anxiety, and hallucinations.

Regardless of whether you are bodybuilding for general health or professional competition, you should now have a better understanding about how muscle building works and how to avoid the dreaded hormone looping condition so prevalent in then bodybuilding world. Stimulates such as Leukic may be advantageous to your training and can help you move up from an average bodybuilder to someone that is known as an icon in the industry. I’m also hoping that my explanation of steroids and the side effects scared you to the point where you never ever think of using them.

Business Cards Design for Photographers

People have business cards so that they can increase their business. So, individuals should really take note of what their business cards look like and if they really promote business or not. For example, a photographer who uses business cards should really think of good business card designs that not only show off their work but also provide the important information for clients.

For example, a photographer may consider having a business card with several small block photos on the back of the card with a gloss overlay. Those way potential clients can see the photographer’s work and a variety of poses and situations. This conveys the photographer’s style and how he does his work. On the other side of the business cards should be the photographer’s phone number, web address, email address, and even studio address so potential client’s can easily get in touch. So much important information can be placed on such a tiny little card that photographer’s should really take advantage of it.

Another great idea for a photographer’s business cards is to have a variety of backgrounds printed that showcases his work. For example, have a variety of color business cards and black and white business cards printed up with one outstanding photo on the back and the contact information on the other side. This means you should choose one great wedding portrait, a child’s portrait, and even a family portrait to place on your cards. You will have a variety of business cards so that when a potential client asks you about wedding portraits you give them that business card. Or, if they are interested in a child’s’ portrait you give that business card. It sounds confusing, but if you always carry several business cards with you it’s never a problem. Having the larger photo on the business card will really show of your work and help clients get a good idea of your work.

Some photographers have actually started using wallet photos as their business cards. They simply take the extra wallets they have and place a sticker with their personal information on the back. This is an affordable way to use up those leftover wallet photos while advertising your work.

If you don’t want to use an actual photo on the business card then make sure you come up with a professional design that will go well with your profession. For example, a camera or a man with a camera to the side of the business information would convey that it was a photographer’s business card.

You really must decide what works best for you. But, if you take these options and add your own ideas you will surely come up with a great idea for photographer’s business cards.

Natalie Aranda writes about arts. People have business cards so that they can increase their business. Do School Children Have Any Right To Privacy

Drugs are an increasing problem in small rural towns, and residents are understandably interested in doing something about it. There are, unfortunately, limits on what can be done about the drug problem. Mandatory drug-testing of all town residents would clearly be unconstitutional, for example. Drug-testing is a search within the meaning of the Fourth Amendment, which prohibits unreasonable searches. To pass Constitutional muster, a search must be reasonable.

Can a school district require drug-testing of all students? In Lockney, Texas, a 12-year-old boy may be suspended from school for refusing a drug test. Though he is not suspected of drug-use, school policy treats his refusal the same as testing positive. If he continues to refuse, he faces suspension from extracurricular activities, removal to an Alternative Education Placement School, multiple sessions of substance-abuse counseling, and more.

Whether Lockney’s mandatory testing is constitutional is an open question. Grade school students are not like other people, at least according to the U.S. Supreme Court. They are (a) children, (b) entrusted to the temporary custody of the state acting as schoolmaster, guardian, and tutor. What is unreasonable in other contexts may not be unreasonable in this one. The random drug-testing of student athletes is okay, according to the court, because athletes have diminished expectations of privacy which aren’t much burdened by an additional urine test.

To test all students is to go a good bit further — and neither the Supreme Court nor any federal court of appeals has approved such a thing, at least so far. In Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan, the seventh circuit, it’s okay to test any student who wish to participate, not just in sports, but in any extracurricular activity. Such a test is applied only to those students who have “voluntarily chosen to participate in an activity” — and so the drug-test itself is, in a sense, voluntary!

Do you buy that? If you don’t, you have the Colorado Supreme Court for company. In Lockney, of course, a student can’t avoid drug-testing even by giving up extracurricular activities. And the Seventh Circuit itself has struck down a drug-testing program that denied even that much choice.

By applying the test of what is reasonable, the courts are looking beyond themselves to us, the society at large, for its standards. And certainly you don’t have to be a judge to have an opinion as to what is a reasonable intrusion on someone and what goes a bit too far. How much of an imposition is it to be forced to urinate in a cup, and is it a lesser imposition on a child? How intrusive is it to have your bodily fluids studied by others for what they might reveal about the state of your body?

Balanced against all these considerations is how seriously you view the local drug problem. And whether you think a given drug-testing policy is going to do much good. And whether there are other ways to get at the drug problem that don’t require our children to go to the bathroom with test monitors listening for the sounds of urination and, while there, to produce a cup of something warm enough to be obviously theirs.

Preventing Foot And Ankle Injuries While Participating In Track And Field

Track and field is a sport that has wide participation due to its varied events. However, foot and ankle injuries can quickly end a season. The foot has to absorb 275% of one’s bodyweight when running. This results in a lot of strain during a race. Injuries such as plantar fasciitis (inflammation of the tissues on the bottom of the foot) and tendonitis are common among runners. There are certain steps that can be taken to avoid these injuries throughout the season.

Throughout the running cycle, the foot first pronates (turns in) and then supinates (turns out). If the foot pronates too much or too soon there can be excessive stress placed on tendons and ligaments. If the foot does not go into enough pronation, there is insufficient shock absorption and excessive stress placed on the lateral (outside) foot. Pain and injury can also occur into the knee, hip or back if either of these problems is occurring. Improper foot mechanics can be determined by examining a shoe that has been used for running. Excessive pronation can be detected if the inside of the sole is worn more than the outside; if the outside is more worn than the inside, not enough pronation is occurring.

There are several reasons that a foot does not go through the proper range of motion (ROM) during the running cycle. One reason may simply be the structure of the foot. A foot with a naturally low arch is more flexible causing it to pronate excessively. A foot that has a high arch is more rigid and may not pronate enough. Another reason for improper mechanics is insufficient flexibility. If the gastrocnemius and soleus (calf) muscles are tight, the foot is not able to perform the proper motions needed for running. A final reason is insufficient strength. If the muscles in the ankle, knee, and hip are too weak to control the motion of the foot during high velocity, weight bearing activity, the foot will not be controlled properly.

Proper shoe selection is important for having an injury free season. For a foot that excessively pronates, it is important to find a running shoe that will provide the proper amount of stability and support. Looking for a shoe with a straighter last (the curve of the sole) and a medial post (dense material of the midsole) will also help to decrease pronation. For a runner who does not pronate enough, a shoe with more cushioning is necessary. A more curved last will facilitate proper pronation during the running cycle. Make sure the toe box is large enough to give toes enough room during push off to decrease compression at the forefoot. Finally, a higher heel on a running shoe will benefit those who run longer distances since they tend to heel strike more than sprinters who want a lower heel height.

Training is, of course, a very important part of having a successful track season. However, it is important to train for more than speed and endurance. Stretching the muscles surrounding the hip, knee, and ankle is necessary to maintain full ROM for correct running mechanics. Sustained (holding for at least 30 seconds) stretches give the best results. Stretching after a workout may allow a better stretch since the muscles have warmed up and are more pliable. For runners, it is important to focus on the muscles in the calf, the back of the thigh, and the front of the hip.

Following these basic principles and participating in the normal speed and endurance workouts will decrease the chance of injury and allow optimal performance.

Why Are People Making Smokers Social Outcasts

Ok, so smoking is a bad habit and it can lead to all kinds of diseases that are affecting not just the smoker, but their families as well. But surely it’s their choice. They should be allowed, just as much as a non-smoker to do what they want.

I admit I am a smoker, and I am only young. However I do not believe that we as smokers should be treated as down grade citizens. We are still people. The new laws are a fantastic way for non-smokers to enjoy the smoke free environment, but for the smokers we are forced to either wait to smoke or find an alternative way to smoke, such as in a toilet. This is then going to further cause problems for non-smokers and even some smokers, as the toilets or other areas are going to be totally smoked out.

I recently went on a holiday to South Africa. Travelling from Manchester Airport. Now I don’t know how many of you have been there, but anyway, going for a cigarette for me was utter hell. The room almost put me off smoking, except for the fact that I am scared to fly and need that one little stick to calm my nerves. The room was just a small little place, almost resembling a cave, with no ventelation and no way for the smoke to leave the room. So not only was I smoking 1 cigarette, I was inhaling the smoke of all the others before me.

Now on my way back from South Africa, I went for a cigarette also. This was a totally different experience. Leather couches, a bar, a restaurant and televisions. This is a poor country. Yet they still have the decency to treat people who smoke like human beings, and not animals. You can call me sadm but I even took a picture, to prove to family members back home, the difference between the two.

Now I totally agree that smoking should not be allowed in restaurants. I think smoking while eating is disgusting and I can understand why people become annoyed. If I am eating I do not want smoke with my food either. So I totally agree at that point. What I do not agree with however is the way that bars are now going to be made smoke free. So we are pushed out into the cold and even sometimes wet weather. Everyone knows that when a smoker has an alcholic drink, they need to smoke. Why shouldn’t they be allowed to do it? Why do we have to be treated differently? And who is to say that the people who don’t smoke are the normal ones?

I know that there is alot of science to prove that smoking can cause all kinds of cancers and heart problems, amongst other things, but I just wanted to get the point across, that people who do not smoke can also get these diseases, through no fault of their own or anyone elses. If you are going to get it you are going to get it! A sad but true fact in life.

People are probably reading this thinking, what the hell is this youngster talking about? You can say all you want. I just believe that society has the wrong idea about what we should be doing to help each other. Harsher laws on drugs would be a good start? Don’t you think?

I have very strong beliefs on many things and I am not afraid to tell people what I believe. Even if the affects can cause trouble. I don’t like being told to believe something and I don’t do things for anyone else, I do it for me. Some call me stubborn, but I think I am just clever and I know what I want from life.

Be Kind To The Non Golfer

I happen to be a pretty easy-going person, so I am pretty good at “going with the flow” in new or unusual situations. I also happen to be a non-golfer. And any and all golf outings make that easy-going nature fly right out of the window!

My dad and grandfather were avid golfers. For many years, golfing was a positive experience, as I used to tag along with my dad and/or grandpa on their golf outings. I was not asked to learn to play golf, at that time, but I did get to search for missing golf balls and drive my grandpa’s golf cart.

Then, I got a little older, and my dad thought my brother and I should learn to play golf. Now, my brother is athletic, competitive, and three years younger than I. As for me, on the other hand, I couldn’t hit the broad side of the barn with a ball. I also am really not competitive – I almost always root for the underdog. Well, my dad took us out to the golf course on a beautiful summer day. Everything was going along well, until I started playing better than my brother. That was definitely not supposed to happen! He started getting very frustrated and angry. So, to keep the peace in the family (and also probably because I was getting bored), I decided to stop playing for the day and let my brother have the glory.

I didn’t golf again until I went into the working world. I started my career as a public accountant, which meant that corporate golf outings occurred at least twice a year, not including the times clients sponsored a golf outing. I was young, and wanted to make a good impression, but knew I couldn’t hit a ball further than 5 feet if my life depended on it. I tried making the excuse that I didn’t own any golf clubs, but someone always had an extra set I could use. And I didn’t have the courage to say, “I’ll just drive the beer cart.” So, I tried to play golf.

Remember, I am an easy-going person. But the minute I had a golf club in my hand, the cold sweat would break out. I felt as if I was standing on stage wearing nothing but my underwear. Of course these were usually “best ball” tournaments. My fellow co-workers were usually very patient at first and would give me more than one try at teeing off, not believing that someone could be that bad. But by the third hole, they had usually given up on me. Since they were required to use at least one of my balls, I could usually save myself total embarrassment by making a pretty decent putt. (I did have some putt-putt golf experience!) And talk about slow play! Foursomes would stack up behind this making me even more nervous and my co-workers more agitated.

Word soon got around the office about my golfing skills, and I was no longer being offered that extra set of clubs. And I had perfectly lovely afternoons driving the beer cart! Now that brings me back to my easy going self. And with the pressure off, I now enjoy the pastoral landscapes the thrill of watching someone sink a long put and the unique ‘on the course’ camaraderie that only exists when out on the golf links. Why I even have decorated a room in my house with a golf theme.

When I’m not out driving golf carts for my friends, I consult with TheGolfCollection.com a golf accessories store for accounting and management issues. While I don’t actively play golf, I have become a real afficianado of the decorative outlets of the game including the golf motivation print series and have used both a golf themed coffee table and golf wine rack to decorate my home. The Risk Of Manganese Exposure

Manganese is a common element and in pure form is a metal resembling iron.
Iron is combined with manganese to form steel, and the addition of manganese increases the tensile strength and elasticity of the metal.Stainless steel and various hardened steel compounds contain higher amounts of manganese.

The electric arc that allows metals to be welded liberates fumes containing very small particles of manganese oxides.Once the fumes are inhaled the particles can enter the lung and nasal passages. This comes from the welding smoke.

Chronic exposure to manganese leads to a nervous disorder called manganism.Initial symptoms are memory loss, irritability, depression, anxiety, shaking, slowness, clumsiness, blank stare, slurred speech, and balance problems.

The symptoms develop slowly in most cases and are often misdiagnosed in the early stages.Once movement problems have developed it may be diagnosed as parkinson disease. The symptoms of Manganism are simalar to those of pakinson disease. You usually need a detailed work history to identify manganism.

Manganism is treated much like parkinson disease.Treatment of symptoms may employ conventional anti-parkison medication.

The only way to protect yourself from manganism is to wear a double canister
respiratory mask.Common paper masks do not provide enough protection from these tiny particles. It may take some time getting used to but your health may depend on it.

So take precautions when welding.Manganese is real and it can be deadly.there is so many ways you can protect yourself.Remember this is your health and your loved ones will always enjoy your good health.

I am a welder that is dedicated to my work.I have my own online store that has many fine welding products, unique fireplace accessories, lamps, wine racks and so much more. come check us out at http://www.kangasweld.com

Diabetes Mellitus and Carbohydrate Effects on Metabolism

Diabetes Mellitus is a serious and potentially life threatening disease that will affect thousands of Americans. The quality of life of many people are threatened by the side affects of this disease, some are blindness, circulatory disorders, nerve damage, and ulcerations of the skin.

Understanding Carbohydrate Metabolism is a Step in Controlling Diabetes Mellitus

Carbohydrates are made up of simple and complex sugars. What has to happen is these sugars must be broken down in the simplest form to be used by the body. Some of the sugars are used immediately by the body, some of the sugars are stored in the liver or muscles, and some stored away for later use in the form of fat. The process is called carbohydrate metabolism. The fact is that carbohydrates are metabolized more quickly than proteins. The problem with proteins is they are more complexed and need to go through many changes before the body is able to convert them into the simplest forms of energy.

Menu Planning According to Carbohydrate Metabolism

Once carbohydrate metabolism disorders are understood, the information is useful to plan a diabetes-friendly diet. Dieticians have since changed the way diet control is taught to diabetic patients.A long time ago a diabetic person could not touch sweets or birthday cake, those days are long gone. Today we are looking for net carbs that are contained in each food. Calorie counting is long gone and portion control is stressed. Some doctors teach to adjust their insulin dosages to their carbohydrate intake.Menu planning tries to balance a portion of carbohydrates with portion of protein. Now the portion should be the size of your clinched fist. Diabetics divide their dinner plate into sections and have appropriate sized portions balanced with fruits and vegetables. Foods with high sugars are consumed on a limited basis. Consume low fat foods to help with weight control and regular exercise is a must.If to many carbohydrates are consumed, a rise in blood sugar levels will occur since a diabetic pancreas does not secrete insulin properly to compensate for the high levels of glucose.

Insulin can bring the glucose levels back to normal range, but the patient has to consume protein to stabilize the blood glucose as the endogenous insulin will continue to lower the blood sugar level.Carbohydrate metabolism and high levels of glucose for extended period of time will put stress on a weakened internal organs of the diabetic patient and should be avoided. When you understand that the diet control and glucose monitoring can help the patient control their diabetes. If you would like more information on this topic as well as other was to increase your metabolism visit: Alcohol Metabolism
