The book, 31 Days to Profits in Probate Real Estate, is the definitive guide to leveraging probate property purchases into true real estate profits. The author, Ron Mead, lays out a step by step plan of action. The book is not full of fluff and junk you don’t need. He gets right down to the business of showing you exactly how to make money buying probate properties. You don’t need any money or credit to make this work. No kidding! He covers all of the details of how to accomplish this. You should know this is a method of acquiring real estate that is widely accepted among investors and is all very legal. You can be very successful with this program even if you have bad credit. The system works beautifully for all who have put it into action. This is a system that will work for everyone! All you have to do is read the book, follow the steps as outlined and get ready to make some nice big deposits to your bank account.

Let Ron show you how to provide a valuable service to families in need and how to profit from it. This is the same system used by some of the gurus out there who insist on charging $3,000, $5,000 and in some cases much, much more. Ron has compiled the key components of his system so that you can get down to business; fast! He takes pride in sharing the information and seeing his readers change their lives; virtually overnight! The best part about Ron’s system is that you can read the materials in one or two sittings and start implementing the business immediately. The other programs often require you to take time off of work, fly to another city, spend hours wading through fluff; not to mention spend thousands of dollars in the process! There is no need to do this the hard way. Just buy the book, read it; and you are on your way.

Oh! And the best part is - Ron is available via email to answer any questions you may have; an unbelievable benefit in any real estate investing venture. Everyone could use a little hand holding in the beginning and he is there for you!

Don’t wait to buy this book. Remember! He offers a 100% money back guarantee. He has helped a whole lot of people who formerly had zero experience in real estate investing begin new, lucrative careers. For the cost of about 2 pizzas, you can look forward to changing your financial future. You will find further information here. http://www.ProbateProfitSecrets.com/

I proudly recommend this resource to my clients as a safe, effective and virtually risk free means of making nice sums of cash. So far, they love it. I get calls all the time from them telling me they just can’t believe how easy the Probate Property Investing system is.

You want to make your home, which is probably the largest investment you have ever made, look like a new, very polished house.

You want to paint, get rid of junk, empty and organize closets, create curb appeal, and make the INVESTMENT YOU ARE SELLING PAY OFF! You also want to repair anything that will not pass a professional inspection.

So you’ve cleaned and repaired and painted and met building code and tossed or donated junk (tax deduction). What do you do when you have an open house or a showing? To sell your house is the goal. That means you are taking care of every detail and making a great impression. A good realtor also helps and can give you good advice. PAY ATTENTION!

The first thing to do is to turn on EVERY LIGHT, INCULDING LOTS OF LAMPS! If it’s hot outside, crank up the AC.

It’s all about what your buyer wants. It’s easy to get your feelings hurt when the looker says they don’t like something. Don’t get mad! Learn from it. When potential buyers give you information, use it to make improvements to your product. Keep your eye firmly on your goal of selling your house for the most money you can get.

Clean and make some chocolate chip cookies. Take the pets somewhere where they can’t get in trouble or mess up your painfully achieved perfection. Now is NOT the time for one of your cat’s little gifts. Rodents, even domesticated ones like your son’s hamster, will horrify many buyers!

Many times, while selling my house I’ve vacuumed two or three times in the same day. Buyers don’t want to see footprints on the carpet or your family photos. That’s cold, but remember your goal. You want to sell your home for the best possible price in the shortest time. You don’t want to be keeping this schedule of perfection for a long period of time. It’s too stressful for you and your family. YOU WANT BUYERS TO VISUALIZE THEMSELVES AS THE PROUD OWNER OF THIS WONDERFUL HOME. You take yourself out of the picture completely.

I once had a home that sold the very first time we showed it. The buyer sat down at the kitchen table with us eating chocolate chip cookies while our realtor wrote an offer for the asking price! They signed immediately. All my work was definitely worth it! My realtor was thrilled. Best of all, I didn’t have to suffer through months or years of misery and disruption to sell my house.

Can you do it if it means you can sell your house quickly and for more money? Sure you can. Selling your house doesn’t have to be a long drawn out stressful process if you just go about it the right way. You’ll be glad you did.

Is it the only way to get some color into your live? Are you sick of your everyday life and trying to escape it? Or you just wanna see everything worth seeing in this life, but who’s that one who said it’s worth it? Maybe you simply got too much money and other means of spending it are not funny anymore? Is that the only way to get excited because all the other things are already boring? Or you’ve had enough from the past life and think that traveling is some kind of earned prize for all what you’ve done? Is it a new challenge for you?

I think, such list of simple and otherwise complicated psychological reasons to travel can be continued for kilobytes of text. But every traveler has a little bit of many of them as a compound part of his own reason, motivation to drive, fly, walk, run, swim, sail…

Each one has it’s own style of traveling and there are also people, who don’t stand changes in their everyday life and are never traveling. Even holidays take place at home and without leaving the hometown. But I’ve already seen such people, who never traveled, changing their mind. And I am glad to say that there are several people of such a kind whom I’ve shown some beautiful locations around the place they live in. And they became real fans of those formerly far away and impossible to reach places. Moreover, they have become this virus, this desire to see more and more. If you get infected, you would never get healed, that is for sure. Only the cruel reality can stop the progression of this great “sickness” but your mind will never change and will strive to continue your search with wide-open eyes and always willingness to see more and more.

I am not sure when I was “infected” and when I realized that there is a huge list of places that I MUST visit, no matter when and what it takes. I think that came from a variety of reasons such like frequent flights in the childhood, because all the relatives of my family were spread across the whole Soviet Union. Or maybe from constant change of the place and country of living, that supposes a total change in the living environment and tolerance to changes in life.

Another thing that you get along with traveling is surely lots of contacts in each country you visit. Of course, it depends on your ability and willingness to communicate and the duration of stay. But if you get at least one acquaintance in a country or place you travel to - just imagine how wonderful is it to have friends in various locations of this planet.

There is one sad thing about traveling I’ve had to find out. It is time. This is the only factor that won’t let you to visit all the places in this world. There are many books like “100 most beautiful cities of the world”. Imagine you would want to visit all of them. But don’t forget that 100 of cities - is only a 100 and there are hundreds of cities worth visiting. And these are only cities, but a place to visit can be also a waterfall, a mountain, a lake, seashore and many others. So, you decide from now to spend for example 5 days for every city, what is actually insufficient to see all the interesting places in it. These are 100 cities each 5 days, what makes 500 days! But you cannot travel 500 days without having a rest, a break in a place you live in. So let’s say 5 cities per travel what makes 25 days and 25 days at home. So you need additional 500 days to relax and to settle up your impressions to get ready for new ones. This makes good 3 years that should be spent on cities only. And for that you should have a good amount of money for airline tickets, hotels and whatever. And you should have all the time yours, but not spending it working for someone to earn money.

So, this planet is small and huge at the same time and the time goes by. And if you are “infected” with the “travel-virus”, you should probably set up your priorities, make up a list of places that you surely would visit according to your living situation… and visit them…

Have a nice trip.

10 Tips on Heelz

Worried about walking in high heels? Try these confidence boosters.

1. Don’t be afraid of platforms. They give added height, security, and extra stability. Find a classy platform with a wide heel to keep a jazzy look. Find a platform with a slim heel and a rise no more than .5 inches to keep business/dressy look.

2. Wear wedges. Wedges also give the same height, with more security than a platform. The wedge restricts movement of the heel, decreasing the chances of sudden heel shifting and mobility. Try a non cloth, mule wedge with slim straps to keep a business/professional look.

3. Practice! Yes, believe it or not, this really works! Try walking around on carpet in your heels for a few days before wearing them in public. Just do the things that you would normally do, dishes, cleaning, take out the trash, go to the mailbox or simply walking around your living room. Stairs are great if you have them. This help you to familiarize yourself with the shoes, the intricacies, and movements of the heels, so that when you do go into public, you know what to expect.

4. If your shoes have a smooth bottom, scuff the heels first. This will reduce the chances of you slipping.

5. Buy shoes that have ‘no slip grip’ on the bottom. This will also reduce your chances of slipping, possibly increasing your confidence level.

6. Start with a low heel and work your way up. Start with a 2.5 inch heel. Walk in them consistently for an hour each day. This will help to build your calf muscles, which is the primary muscle working when you wear heels. After 2 weeks, move to a 3 inch heel, practicing the same. Then move to a 3.5 inch heel, practicing the same. Then move to a 4 inch heel. Before you know it, you will be a high heel shoe diva!

7. Make sure the shoes fit comfortably!!! This is absolutely key. Now seriously, don’t try to get a pair of shoes, a half size too small and make them fit. This is not healthy, for you feet, legs, back, or shoulders. Ensuring the your shoes fit helps the aforementioned keep properly aligned. Furthermore, ensure that your shoulders, back, and posture stay straight up and erect. Walk with the confidence God gave you. Know that you are beautiful and each day is God’s way of showing you love and mercy. Be thankful, know that He loves your and you are His, show it in your posture. Walking slumped over is not good, high heels or flats, so straighten up ladies and walk with confidence!

8. Wear cushions. Dr. School’s makes great inserts for ladies shoes. I favor the gel inserts for the balls of the foot. They are clear, therefore unnoticeable, and extremely comfy. They reduce the shock to the balls of your feet and lower back.

9. Hide the height………There are shoes made with hidden platforms and rises at the ball of the foot to decrease arch stretch. These are cool and comfortable fake outs.

10. Take care of your feet. Get pedicures regularly. I have learned my lesson! It is not just about making your feet look pretty, but about making them feel good. Good pedicures allow the legs and feet to be massaged, increasing circulation, critical for good foot health. Dead skin and hard spots should also be removed, leaving you with soft, supple feet, ready for walking.

Reverse the signs of aging while rejuvenating your skin with a variety of treatments.

Our faces are the most often seen parts of our body, and unfortunately, the skin on the face is usually the very first to show the signs of our age. And while the changes that our bodies go through as we age are mostly inevitable, there are in fact several measures that we can take to help reduce the signs of those changes. A simple anti aging skincare regimen can help to keep our skin looking as young and healthy for as long as possible.

Anti aging skincare is helpful for not only women, but for men as well. There are many products available on the market today that are made for specific skin types or conditions such as brown spots, sun damage as well as for wrinkles and fine lines. But with so many products and treatments available, how is one to know which would be the best for their skin?

By learning the basics of anti aging skin care you will not only be able to reverse the signs of aging but also able to prevent future ones from appearing as well. Here are some of the most commonly used ingredients in the world of anti aging skincare products.

One common substance found in many anti aging skin care products is called allantoin. This ingredient has been found to smooth the surface of the skin, aid in the regeneration of new cells and generally help to better the overall appearance of the skin.

AHA or Alpha-Hydroxy Acids have been clinically proven to be an effective ingredient of anti aging skincare products. An AHA is primarily used to exfoliate the skin which stimulates its natural ability to repair itself. AHA’s can also increase the production of collagen and improve the skin’s elasticity along with the overall appearance in general. Enlarged pores or skin that has acne will also benefit from the use of an alpha-hydroxy acid as well.

Salicylic acid, also known as beta hydroxy acid or BHA, has also been tested and shown to be an effective ingredient in anti aging skincare. BHA is particularly beneficial to people with oily skin and is said to improve acne as well as skin tone and texture. The normal concentration of BHA used is generally in the one to two percent range.

Collagen has recently been studied for use in the fight against aging as it increases the hydration of the skin, which is essential for improving signs of lines and wrinkles. And another promising research study recently conducted has found that copper-peptides may be useful for firming the skin as well as enhancing its natural protective abilities and improving its elasticity.

Certain vitamins such as A, E, C and K have been used in a variety of anti-aging skin care products and are helpful for a number of conditions. Retinyl palmitate, a derivative of vitamin A, has been found to be a milder alternative to the use of tretinoin on the skin, and is also known to be gentle and non-irritating to even sensitive skin. Products containing vitamin C have been shown to increase collagen production and even to help minimize scarring of the skin. L-ascorbic acid is another form of vitamin C that is widely used and is also said to promote healing of the skin as well as to minimize the appearance of wrinkles.

Vitamin E has been long known as an effective antioxidant, and one that improves not only the moisture content of skin, but one that also heals and helps the skin to naturally protect itself from damage. Vitamin K is useful for anti aging skin care due to its effectiveness in treating broken capillaries or bruising especially under the eyes where the skin is thinner and often more sensitive.

The substance lycopene which is commonly used in diets to build antioxidants and ward off diseases such as cancer has been studied recently in a topical form. These preliminary studies have shown that lycopene can improve the tone and texture of the skin, but further research still needs to be completed before the full benefits or effects are known.

The hormones progesterone and estrogen have also been studied and considered for use in anti aging skin care treatments. Estrogen has shown to improve the appearance of wrinkles and firm skin as well as increase collagen production. The topical use of estrogen is still in the initial clinical phases and further testing needs to be done before its effects on the skin are fully understood.

A natural approach with promising preliminary results for anti aging skincare is the use of green tea. Green tea is said to reduce puffiness in the skin, diminish fine lines and wrinkles, decrease inflammation and also reduce large pores. Sufficient quantities for a topical cream are still under review; however, the antioxidants in green tea are known to be beneficial for a host of other health reasons as well.

Regardless of the product or method you use in your anti aging skincare regimen, consistency is critical for the best long-term results. And most professionals will agree that you don’t necessarily have to spend a lot of money to help your skin stay younger and healthier looking. Simple cleansers that clean but also gently exfoliate the skin followed by the use of moisturizer are usually recommended as a part of any successful skin care program.

On wish lists around the country, home electronics have bypassed traditional favorites like clothes, lingerie, and jewelry as the most coveted items. But whether you’re buying home electronics for yourself and your family, or as a gift, the burning question is always: Where do I find hot deals?

After all, why pay premium prices for LCD flat screen TVs, an iPod, a digital camera, or a cell phone when you can get hot deals at a fraction of the cost? While it’s true that the prices for all home electronics are trending downward, it pays to shop around for the best possible prices before you make a purchase.

LCD Flat Screen TVs: Although LCD flat screen TVs for home entertainment systems are massive and relatively expensive, portable LCD flat screen TVs are ultimately affordable - especially when you can find hot deals and discount prices. For example, a seven-inch LCD flat screen TV with a full channel VHF/UHF receiver, built-in speakers, 1440 x 234 resolution and an active matrix display, a detachable and mountable stand, and A/V input jacks might list for $249.99. You can, however, find it for $144.29, a savings of over 42 percent.

iPod: Every family needs at least one iPod, and although the iPod Shuffle lists for $179.99, there are places where you can get hot deals and purchase an iPod shuffle for $109.43, or a discount of 39 percent. Likewise, you can save over 27 percent on an iPod Nano, and pay only $289.77. If you’re willing to buy a refurbished model, you can get it even cheaper.

Digital Camera: Let’s face it: film cameras are so twentieth century. There’s no need to bother with bulky camera equipment and film and developing costs when you can snap all the pictures you want with a digital camera. And, there’s truly a digital camera for every budget, with prices ranging from $100 to $10,000 and more. But when you look for hot deals, you can get a lot more camera for your money. If your budget is $150, for example, you can probably find a digital camera that retails for $299, but that is discounted almost 50 percent. Again, if you are willing to buy a refurbished digital camera, the savings can be even greater.

Cell Phone: Everyone in the family needs a cell phone, so it only makes sense to look for hot deals on cell phones. If you buy every family member the same cell phone (or the same cell phone in a variety of colors), you can usually find a calling plan that is extremely cost effective.

There’s no question that hot deals on home electronics - and even electronics that double as a car accessory - are out there. Your best bet is to look for an online discount source. Because online stores don’t have to pay the overhead that brick-and-mortar stores have to pay, they usually offer lower prices. Online stores also move a lot of inventory, so their hot deals usually surpass those of even the electronics megastores. Always comparison shop, but remember that for the best hot deals, let your mouse do the clicking.

Shoeing Horses the Wrong Way, How it Destroys

Owning a horse is a huge responsibility. One of the most important issues of ownership is the prevention of lameness. If your horse comes up permanently lame the fun is over. Vet bills, therapy, wasted time in rehab, can all take the fun out of owning horses.

Correct horseshoeing is an absolute must. Finding the right Farrier is crucial if you want to exercise “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” and keep your equine friend free from lameness throughout its life.

Simply put, there are shoeing methods that are faulted which can and do lead to your worst nightmare -lameness. Obviously you want to steer clear away from these types of methods.

One such method is the practice of placing a shoe on the foot rearward but without rasping the extra hoof hanging over the shoe at the toe. You’ll recognize this method just by looking at the horse while standing- you’ll see the hoof hanging over the toe area of the shoe - it will look as though the shoe is not fitting correctly.

Moving the shoe toward the rear of the foot is actually a good idea but leaving the toe hanging over the shoe is not. Explanation follows: The shoe to the rear (the good idea) actually helps the foot travel - the foot will break over easier reducing stress on the tendons in the leg and foot, especially the deep flexor tendon.

The “bad idea” (not rasping the toe back) causes the hoof at the toe to still come in contact with the ground. The contact with the ground is the bad part. By that part of the hoof still contacting the ground the contact stimulates the foot to keep growing forward - which is the opposite of what you were trying to accomplish by moving the shoe to the rear of the foot in the first place. As the foot continues to grow forward in invariably pulls the heels with it (under slung heels) or (sheered heels) which is yet another problem.

The reasoning behind “Not” rasping the extra toe off of the hoof wall is simply the worry the rasping will weaken the hoof wall at that point. In theory you could agree. However a 16 year study with rasping the toe as far back as possible has produced not one single issue or problem “Ever”. The correct method is to place the shoe to the rear to improve foot travel and “Rasp” the excess hoof wall at the toe. Have the hoof wall at the toe rasped back to the shoe so it not only “IS” correct but looks correct as well. By doing so you’ll prevent hoof wall stretch due to the excess toe and you’ll reduce tendon and ligament stress as well as coffin bone torque and rotation and more.

There is much more to shoeing horses than is commonly understood. Textbooks and Farrier schools are outdated and teaching faulty methods to Farriers who then go off and ruin horses - possibly your horse. Let’s prevent the possibility of lameness.

Any sufferer of acne would probably snap your hand off if you could give them a cure for this skin affliction. Unfortunately, though, so far there is no be all and end all cure for acne. However, there are numerous treatments that are the next best thing, whether you’re the typical teenage sufferer, or of more advanced years.

One of the most popular methods around at the moment is the rather aptly named acnezine. Recommended for adults and teenagers alike, it works by using antioxidants that cleanse your skin from the inside. With the added bonus of keeping any inflammation under control, as well as minimizing any redness around the infected area, this is one of the most effective methods you can use.

Another highly recommended product is a clear gel called Acne Spot Gel. With many users commenting that this is like having an actual cure itself, it’s applied to the skin, at which point it penetrates the surface. Working in a similar fashion to acnezine, it also attacks the pores that have been blocked with either oil or dirt. By forcing this waste out, it leaves the skin feeling clean and refreshed. Combined with the fact that it’s an oil-free solution, the pores remain clean and significantly clear from the signs of acne.

A more natural method of fighting acne is from a wheat and barley derivative called azelaic acid. Available in cream form, it has a powerful combination of not only antibacterial elements, but also an exfoliating effect and anti-inflammatory agents. This helps it to prevent any future problems once the initial acne has cleared up. Since it uses a gentler approach, it’s a good method for those who have sensitive skin.

Even something as simple as your every day diet can be as preventative as a cure itself. By avoiding fatty, greasy foods like burgers and deep-fried products, and maintaining a healthy balance of fruit and vegetables and cutting down on the amount of sugar intake you normally have, this can have a dramatic effect on the acne even beginning in the first place.

One of the more recent breakthroughs, even going as far as to claim it’s the holy grail of a cure, is in the area of holistic acne treatment. There are now books that you can buy that describe this alternative to the more traditional approaches, as well as online guides. What holistic treatment does is look at how a person’s emotional state can bring on an acne attack.

Stress is suggested as one of the major factors in whether a hitherto blemish-free person cam fall victim to this common but annoying skin complaint. Hormones are also discussed, as well as other less common issues.

Although acne can be a distressing problem for anyone who suffers from it, there are advances in treatments being made all the time.

Despite there not being an actual acne cure at the moment, it surely won’t be too long before this problem is a thing of the past.

An indoor herb garden not only requires little maintenance but it will also provide you with the beauty of having wonderful smelling plants in your own home. But just what is it that I need for growing an indoor herb garden? In this article we will look at what you will need in order to grow many of the pleasantly aromatic herbs that you can buy at your local supermarket today.

1. It is important that you place your herb garden on a sunny windowsill. Preferably one that is south or southeast facing as this will ensure that the garden gets at least 5 hours of sun each day. However, it is also important that you keep the garden away from drafts.

2. You will need a container that has a depth of no more less than 6 inches and no more than 12 into which your herbs can be placed. Also get one which is long enough so that you can plant multiple herbs into or if you do not have the space then use 6″ pots for each plant. Into this container or containers you will need to place soil less potting mix which will help to avoid soil born diseases. Your local garden center will be able to help you find the right kind of potting mix that you will need in order to grow a great herb garden.

3. The containers are now ready to fill with plants. So now you have to purchase some of your favorite herbs these can either be purchased from your local garden center or online. Certainly I would suggest when starting a herb garden for the first time you choose such herbs as oregano, chives, mint, rosemary and thyme as they are pretty easy to use and are the most commonly used herbs in most recipes.

4. When watering your herbs it is important that you do this only sparingly as they do not sit well in wet soil and then feed them once a month with a fertilizer that has been specifically designed for use with edible plants.

Growing your very own indoor herb garden can bring a lot of satisfaction. Give this indoor garden a try and as you can see as long as you have the right equipment and the right place in your home you can soon be growing a indoor herb garden which will be the envy of all your friends.
