How To Get A Girlfriend - Using Real World Seduction To Get A Girlfriend

If you are one of those lonely guys who wants to know how to get a girlfriend, don’t lose hope. We are going to provide you with some real world seduction tips. Any man can end up with the beautiful woman of his dreams - he just needs to learn some techniques that will help him in the process.

When you want to learn how to get a girlfriend, the first thing you need to do is learn the art of the push/pull. You may not be familiar with this mind trick, but I guarantee you will happy once you learn more about it. This involves convincing a woman of something or making her want something, and then turning around and withdrawing the object of her desire.

If this doesn’t make sense, think of how badly you want a candy bar when you are on a diet or of sex when you have been celibate for long. You may not have even thought about eating one during a regular week, but the minute you are on a diet and are forbidden to have one, you want it all the more. The exact same principle can be applied to women.

There is another aspect of real world seduction that you need to know if you want to focus on how to get a girlfriend. You should prepare by learning the practice of cold reading. This normally involves new age practices such as reading tarot cards, tea leaves, palms or crystal balls.

Obviously, these aren’t practical when you want to meet a girl, but you can learn from the philosophies behind them. People are impressed when you take the time to learn about them, and women are no exception. Cold reading involves studying a woman for a while and picking up on her body language and some of the non-verbal clues to her personality.

For example, zero in on a woman who is standing with her arms folded across her chest and tell her you think she must be very guarded, but that she is probably also very happy to relax once in a while and show her unprotected side. Keep the observations fairly vague and be sure to include opposite traits as these are very common in most people. She will be impressed that you “know” her so well that may lead to an eventual relationship with her.

If you have always wanted to know how to get a girlfriend or practice the art of real world seduction, now is your chance. Learn the ingenious art of the push/pull theory where you convince women to want what they can’t have.

Bait them little by little like a donkey with a carrot dangling in front of his face, and eventually they will be lining up around the block to date you. Practice this in combination with the art of cold reading or convincing a woman you “know” her. Once you have mastered these two skills, you will be ready to give Don Juan a run for his money.

Change Or Duplication

How often have we been told that we need to change, up-date, and modernize?

Yet, when we make those changes, we are then told we change too often?

I think that this is especially true for those of us who do business over the internet. Like any company, we want to stay in business. Not just for a couple of months, but most of us are in it for the long haul. For us, it is a business, just like any brick and mortar store is for that owner.

After nearly 10 years, I have come to realize, like the major chain store companies, you have to make changes to keep your customers coming back and to win new ones. If we keep to the “same old, same old,” we will never get new customers pass our index page and will lose those who have kept us in business.

Each month, I make changes to the index page, adding and removing products, and periodically change the look of the site.

I make changes to stay up dated. I don’t want my sites to look as though a customer was walking into a good will or used clothing or furniture store. You know the type, wander around and you will find what you want.

It is easy to use a pre made template or free shopping cart, but you are then stuck with the look and idea of another person. If this is what you are happy with, then there is no problem. But, if you are like me, have ideas you would like to see implemented, you are then stifled with this pre made type of site or shopping cart.

I have a friend and fellow web site owner who tell me I make to many changes, yet she herself has made changes to her site over the past couple of years. Subtle changes, not those complete overhauls I have, but change never the less. She is happy with her site and has friends who can help her make those complicated upgrades.

Unfortunately for me, I don’t have those friends, I have to sit there and try to figure out the changes, nor do I always have the time. So I try to find those programs that I can do from scratch, there by putting my own unique vision on my site.

There are programs out there, which will help you achieve that vision you have. Weather we use a template we purchase, or programs such as Dream Weaver or Front Page, we can bring that particular vision we have to fruition.

Once we get our site down, we then need a shopping cart. If you don’t want to pay that $40 to $50 price per month, with a little effort, you can find those carts, which may cost a little but are easy to use. They are out there, you just have to take the time and have the patience to look for exactly the type you want. 30 days free is great to help you determine if this particular cart is the right one for you.

Of course, there is always PayPalâ. They do take a small fee for each order, but compared to paying for a gateway each month, whether you make a sale or not, makes up for the charge.

Personally, I like originality. I don’t want to be a cookie cutter. So, I went back to my beginnings, pulled out my HTML manuals and decided to do it myself. And you know what, I liked the way the site came out so much, that I decided to redo my main site. My sites are my unique vision of what I want, and not a duplication of everything else out there.

As the old saying goes, with dedication and hard work, we can accomplish anything we set out to do.

How To Do Some Really Stupid Things To Cause Website Failure

We spend a lot of time, money and effort in creating a killer website. Then we go about promoting it to the masses which costs more time, money and effort. We expect our super website to be a success by getting lots of hits with visitors pouring in thanks to our zealous and costly promotion program. So why do we go to all that trouble and then do some stupid things to cause our business to fail? Let’s see what some of those stupid things are.

The first stupid things we do are try to save money and get free web hosting and a free email account. These are absolute no-no’s when it comes to running a successful business online. Free web hosting gets you lots of irrelevant advertising banners, limited bandwidth and storage and the domain name is either tacky or downright awful. Free email accounts are even worse. You not only run the risk of important emails not being delivered, but people won’t have any confidence in your business to start with because they don’t trust someone who’s email address looks like myname200664(at)hotmail.com.

Let’s assume you’ve paid good money and got a professional web hosting company and email account. Then you do another stupid thing. You don’t ask your prospective customers for feedback about your website. You might think your killer website is great and your website designer will tell you it’s great, of course. How will you know if the all important visitors to your website like it? What if they want to run as far away from it as possible because they think it stinks? How will you know if you don’t ask them?

Now we can assume you have corrected that last stupid mistake and put up a suggestion box on your contacts page and included a line in your emails, for instance:

“Any questions, please email me at…”

You are pleasantly surprised at the response. People are actually telling you how to make your business a success, by telling you what they want. Then you go ahead and do something else stupid.

Visitors are coming to your site, but even though they left you a comment to say how much they liked it, they never seem to come back. What is the stupid thing you haven’t done? You haven’t included an opt-in box so you don’t have any sign-ups. Why is that important to your success? You need people you can contact on a regular basis and tell them about this or that new promotion you are doing on your site. You just can’t email people if they haven’t opted to receive emails from you, because that is considered spam and spamming will get you closed down faster than you can say “I didn’t realise…” So put an opt-in box with an offer of something free to encourage people to sign-up and you will build that list over time and it will contribute enormously to the success of your business.

So there are some stupid things you can now avoid doing to save your business going down the tubes. By getting professional web hosting and email you are telling the world you are professional and mean business. By asking your customers what they want, they are telling you what to sell them and how. By creating your list, you are assuring the continued success of your business by having a growing army of potential customers who are interested in the products you have, because they have opted to be told about them by you. Not so stupid any more, eh?

Wedding - The Grandest Day in a Couple’s Life

There are so many occasions that we celebrate, and for all of these moments, good preparation usually ensures perfection. This is very much true in wedding preparations, and these preparations do take a much longer time than the wedding day itself. However, for all the preparation weddings take, there are some things that are usually forgotten.

Her Gift, His Gift

When I say wedding gift, I do not mean the wedding gifts that the couple receive from their guests. I mean the “wedding gifts” that are given by the couple to each other. I do not mean “giving themselves to each other” as the wedding gift itself; they can also give a little something to each other to remember the day by.

A perfect wedding gift for the bride usually is jewelry. Yes, she will have the wedding ring, but he can also give her a necklace to complement the ring or a simple bracelet with their names engraved. Likewise, the bride can give the groom a wonderful pair of cufflinks to go with his tuxedo during their wedding day. If they want to save some money, it can be a simple ‘note’ that says ‘massage,’ and he or she can claim it not during the wedding night itself but on a day when he or she really wants or needs it. It can even be a note that says ‘romantic dinner for two.’

Do Not Forget the Shoes

This is the one thing that is usually chosen at the last minute. When choosing the wedding gown or tuxedo, always think of the perfect wedding shoes that will complement it. For the bride, she can have it custom-made to fit her wedding gown, perhaps using some of the materials used in the gown instead of looking in countless shoe stores and malls, or she can even have it done with the same pattern of embroidery found in her wedding gown.

However, if you are a practical kind of bride, go for those shoes that you can reuse later on. Just remember, choose the pair of shoes that you will be comfortable wearing since it is a long and special occasion. You will be on your feet and dancing a good part of the night, and you would definitely not want sore feet during that event to take away some of the fun. This also goes for the groom’s wedding shoes.

So Many Flowers to Choose From

Yes…there are a lot of flowers to choose from, and it can be very daunting to go into a florist shop with no idea of what kind of flower you want during your wedding. The vast choices of flowers can also give you a headache. Thus, before you go into a florist shop, you can use the Internet to browse through different kinds of bridal bouquets and floral arrangements. You can even print them out and show them to your florist. If choosing the flower is really difficult for you, listen to your florist as they know what they are talking about but do voice out what you want to make the floral arrangements and bouquets more personal.

How Do You Choose the Best Loan Lender?

When they have seen that amazing item or have planned the perfect holiday for their family, the first thing many people do is contact their bank and take out a loan, possibly without even looking at the APR or without having a clue whether that rate is a good rate or a rate aimed specifically at the clueless.

It’s important not to stray too readily down this path. Sure, you know your bank - and you might even be one of the dwindling number of people who actually trust it - and they know you, so you can be assured that they already have your details to hand, which could in theory cut down on a bit of admin. But is this all you should be looking for? Would you actually feel disloyal if you looked elsewhere for your credit? It is after all just money, and you must surely prefer it in your pocket than in your bank manager’s pension fund.

This is not to assume that your bank will definitely not be the cheapest going. There’s always the chance that it will have a great deal on at the time, so don’t simply dismiss it. But after having a look at a few rival banks’ loan deals, you might start to think a little. In fact, you’ll probably be energised enough to dig deeper - into the deals on offer from banks that don’t have to pay for expensive high street fronts and national media ads. To find the loan lender that meets your financial requirements, you’ll need to have an open mind that is clear of assumptions.

The most convenient place to start looking is on the internet. Not only does every loan lender worth its salt have a web presence these days, some exist solely online, with minimum overheads and fantastic savings for the customer. Others appear to be independent but are in actual fact parts of larger, better known organisations. But if the figures stack up, who cares? You’re simply looking for the cheapest.

And if the thought of moving your hand far enough to click links and type in web addresses makes you sweat, there’s an even easier route - online loan comparison sites. They are easy to find through the search engines, and the best ones will be constantly updated to give you the very latest products on offer from a range of loan lenders.

Better still, they don’t just tell you figures and leave you to go and apply, they actually allow you to click straight through to the lender’s application page. Different sites reference different lenders, but if you’re happy with the service you’ve had from a comparison site, you should use this click-through feature, as the commission they receive will help them to go on providing the service that has saved you pounds, hours and stress!

John Mellencamp “Freedoms Road” CD Review

Freedoms Road is the latest release from Pop Artist John Mellencamp, and I can only think of one word to describe it… AWESOME!

I wish it weren’t the case but, it’s not everyday that I get a CD from an artist that I can just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. There is usually a song or two that I just can’t force myself to get through. Not at all the case with Freedoms Road. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish.

Freedoms Road has a nicely varied, mix of 10 tracks that are very well written songs by this clearly superb artist. With many of the songs displaying a lot of the kind emotion that makes for a really great listen. Clearly drawing from what I can only imagine are his own real life experiences. At different points touching on the most real emotions of love, heartbreak, pain, failed relationships and unattainable romance. They’re all here.

The nice thing about a CD like this is when the talent is this rich even if Pop isn’t your favorite style you still can’t help but appreciate the greatness of the artist.

Overall Freedoms Road is an outstanding release. I give it my double thumbs up. You will not be disappointed with one single track.

My SmoothLee Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 4, Forgiveness. It’s a great track!

Hyperactive Children and After School Activities

Everyone knows that the letters ADHD mean attention-deficit-hyperactivity-disorder. Children who suffer from this also suffer from attention difficulties as well as hyper motion. Hyperactive children experience this lack of attention and hyperactivity during most of the day, as many parents are aware; so keeping the children occupied after school can often me as difficult as keeping them contained at school.

How to Choose the Right Activity

ADHD affects each child in a different way. If you want to choose a good activity for hyperactive children, you must understand how they are affected by the disorder. If your child is interested in sports, try that first. If the child is upset by competition or can’t communicate well with others, try a less competitive sport or another activity, such as drama or the arts.

Physical activity for the ADHD child is important. It uses up excess energy he or she seems to have stored up and stimulates brain activity as well. Team sports and activities such as theatre study will also help teach hyperactive children social skills. If your child doesn’t like sports, you could try dance, swimming, cycling, or gymnastics-anything where there is some contact with others. Martial arts are a good way to go as well-there is much self-discipline learned in the studio.

You could also try classes in creative exercise and motion. Music classes are one of the best ways to keep the creative hyperactive children absorbed and productive; the child also develops social skills in the class or ensemble environment. In fact, music stimulates much more than the musical abilities.

If none of these activities appeal to your child, you can try Boy or Girl Scouts or other local clubs that perform community service. Many of these groups clean parks, help other communities, and participate in other service activities that may help keep your child interested and motivated.

No matter what activity you choose for your child, make sure you keep up with his or her progress regularly. If there is no progress, you might have to try another activity. Always look for those that boost your child’s self-esteem, and always speak with teachers, coaches, and others in charge to help you measure your child’s development.

Hyperactive children often find that certain activities actually set them back in their progress. Computer games and video games are definitely out. These games require no social skills or interaction, and ADHD children are already experiencing isolation. They often misinterpret signs and messages of good and bad in these games.

Even though you want hyperactive children to perform at levels as close to normal as possible, understanding needs will help you choose the proper activity. Make sure you choose carefully but be ready to change if the need arises.

Paul Taylor “Night Life” Smooth Jazz Music CD Review

Not sure what’s happening with me on this one, but it seems like the more I listen to it, the better Night Life gets. Night Life put simply is one of Paul Taylor’s best CDs to date.

Night Life kicks off with an outstanding track, Nightlife, that I anticipate will be heard on radio stations everywhere, and deservedly so. It really is a very nice track.

Night Life is a pleasantly varied, mix of 11 tracks that are very well written songs by this clearly superb artist. Most of the songs display a lot of the kind emotion that makes for a really great listen. Clearly drawing from what I can only imagine are his own real life experiences. At different points touching on the most real emotions of love, and the pain of failed relationships can certainly be heard.

The nice thing about a CD like this is when the talent is this rich even if Smooth Jazz isn’t your favorite style you still can’t help but appreciate the greatness of the artist.

Overall Night Life is an outstanding release. Quite possibly Paul Taylor’s best to date. Really spectacular from beginning to end. If you’re even mildly into Smooth Jazz music you’ll enjoy this album.
