Nothing beats having a killer home theater system. Big screen TV with high-definition, surround sound where I can plug in my iPod Nano, the latest DVD technology, video on demand, an Xbox 360, a hookup for my digital camcorder - the list goes on and on. Man, I’d love to have an awesome home theater inside my house. I’d never go outside if I did! And there’s just some much stuff to choose from when it comes to building your own home theater. Seating, systems, design, brand names, video games; I could easily spend thousands of dollars creating my dream home theater system. Of course, I don’t have thousands of dollars to spend, but I can still dream about it!

My perfect home theater system would be completely wireless. No cables or cords whatsoever. And it isn’t as far fetched as it sounds. More and more home theater systems are being built and designed to be wireless. That doesn’t just include the home theater itself. That includes other aspects of the home theater like video games, PVRs, DVD players, video cameras and more. Pretty soon, the home theater cable connection won’t even have a cable to connect! Now how awesome is that?

I’d have a big screen HDTV with crystal clear surround sound that would blow my mind. And when I got my home theater installed, up and running, I would plop myself on the couch with a seven-pound bag of popcorn and watch anything and everything that I can. Hey, that’s the point of having a great home theater sound system, to watch stuff! The images would be clear, the sound immaculate and it would all work with only one remote control. Now that’s a great home theater!

Of course, I would have an Xbox 360 or Playstation hooked up to this bad-boy. High-definition games played on a massive, high-def screen? I’d have every video game humanly possible and would completely immerse myself playing them!

A home theater allows you to experience TV rather than just sit and watch it. Imagine watching a hockey game where a hard body check on the boards rattles your bones too. Or watching war movie thinking you’re going to be shot at. Or watching your home-movies on such a screen that it makes you feel like you’re at the event all over again! Or playing the hottest and coolest Xbox or Playstation games! With your own home theater, seating is always at a premium and it’s an experience like no other. And when you want to listen to music, just hook up your stereo system to your home theater. Imagine listening to Dark Side of the Moon on high-definition, high fidelity surround sound speakers? Any music fan will tell you that it would be the ultimate audio experience, and a home theater allows you to enjoy just that!

In the early 1990s, people decided to cocoon, or stay home rather than go out. Not so far after, home theaters got more and more complicated and detailed. Home theaters used to be exclusively for the super-rich, and their home theaters are actually movie theaters right at home, with home theater seating and everything. But with some careful saving and research, anyone can have a great home theater to fit their budget, lifestyle and space. As for me, one day I’ll have an awesome home theater of my own, with a huge TV, amazing sound - all wireless of course! Until then, I’ll just keep on dreaming about it!

Music, games, movies, TV - if it’s digital, then Jeff Saunders is into it. Jeff’s dream is to find the best electronic deals out there and turn his home into a complete multimedia center!

Jeff has found some great deals at http://www.millennium3000.com - great selection of high-end brand names at AMAZING PRICES!

I had two great article ideas this morning. They usually come to me in bed but they are not always great ideas. My not-so-great article ideas were:

1. The Amazing Ted Turner

2. Bright Hollywood Actresses

I researched the first and then realized what I already knew: Rich people are often boring. So, although Ted Turner owns lots of buffalo and wants you to eat them in one of his new restaurants (his latest venture), once won a boat race, and gave one billion bucks to the U.N., nobody cares. This despite him saving many old movies for us to view free.

My second not-so-great idea resulted in the following conclusion: No body gives a darn about smart Hollywood actresses, they are interested only in the vain and stupid ones. Goldie Hahn is a clever business woman as was Lucille Ball, but nobody cares about their business acumen. Goldie is gracefully growing old and Lucille is gone from our world. They are not on the top of the 100 keyword list. These women are: Jenna Jameson, Antonella Barba, Paris Hilton, Lil Wayne, Fergie, Britney Spears, Carmen Electra, Pamela Anderson, Anna Nicole Smith, Avril Lavigne, Jessica Alba, Jessica Simpson, Salma Hayek, Angelina Jolie.

I checked to see if Avril Lavigne was actually a woman. She is and she sings. Angelina barely made the list, being number 100. She loves to appear in the raw in movies and has very nice legs. I think her famous lips are a bit too much. She adopts orphans in her spare time.

Don’t ask me how Fergie keeps making the list. The English are BORRRRRRIIIINNNNGGGG!

When your ideas BOMB, RUN!

As we say out here in Idaho: Don’t kick a dead horse! I’ve kicked this one quite enough.

How to Find New Ideas

If you can’t find a new idea worthy of your pen (or keyboard), you might consider an old idea. But new ideas are not that hard to find. Looking in our daily rag just now, I came up with the following possible article titles:

Don’t Feed Your Pets Pet Food: the Poison Danger Is Real / Try Table Scraps

How Former Government Officials are Rewarded by Becoming Lobbyist for Guess Who?

Troops Will Be Home In ‘08: 2108 That Is!

BASE Jumper Spring Jumps: They Are Just Falling All Over Themselves

Idaho’s Governor Vetoes Bill: Otter Likes Teens to Smoke While they Bowl

March Madness: The Survival of the Fittest and the Lucky

Magazines and television news programs can lead to some good ideas. Or just go outside and see what is going on.

You can also go to the ezine article sites and see what others are writing. Or drop by Amazon.com and put a keyword in the subject box. Or go to Google-oh, you’ve got it!

Whoa, there! Sometimes simply modifying a title you can generate a good idea from a bad idea. Here are some ideas:

Old Title: Brittany Spears, a Brilliant American Icon
New Title: Brittany Spears Flunked Kindergarten

Old Title: Jay Leno’s Early Childhood in Boston
New Title: Jay Leno Steals Ideas from Letterman: Watches Letterman Every Night

Old Title: The Napoleonic Wars
New Title: How Pumpernickel Bread Got It’s Name: Napoleon fed horse bread in front of troops.

Old Title: Are Amazing Universe
New Title: Our Galaxy is Gobbling Up Other Worlds Like Ours: Some End Up in Our Galaxy’s Black Hole

Well, don’t just sit there starring at the screen. Writers Write Right, Right?

The End

How To Establish Multiple Streams Of Incomes - How To Make An IT Product Without IT Skills

Did you know that every day professional Internet Marketers pump out one information product after another and earns thousands a day selling it? Now, you might be thinking - they can do it because they’re good at programming and know how to put a piece of software together. However, nothing could be further from truth! Many of these marketers have never written a line of code in their lives - and they aren’t planning to! These people have figured out how to establish multiple streams of incomes - and they’re selling their products without ever producing them! How is it possible?

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last few years, you’ve probably head of offshore outsourcing - that process of jobs being transferred overseas to low-cost countries. Now, you’re probably thinking that outsourcing is something that only major corporations are involved in - but in reality, you as an individual can make a fortune by outsourcing, too!

Remember, on the Internet, it doesn’t matter where the product is made - and it can be transferred from the developer to the client in a matter of minutes, even if it has to travel across the globe. This presents you with a unique opportunity to benefit from outsourcing by having your product developed by a team of professionals in India for a fraction of the price, then sent to you online for distribution and marketing.

How can you find such professionals? Your best bet is to visit sites such as E-lance and Rent a Coder, both of which specialize in creating an auction-like environment where developers from all over the world can bid on orders set up by clients. It is not uncommon to find many India, Pakistani, Russian and Chinese developers offering their services at these sites at very low prices, so you can have your product developed cheaply and rapidly. All of these sites offer forms of feedback to help you differentiate between good developers and lower-quality ones.

However, as is often the case, your product will mostly be sold to the US audience. This puts you in the enviable position of being able to charge US-level prices for a product that was developed at Indian-level cost. You can therefore expect insane profit margins - and if you choose to let your affiliates market the product for you, then you will have cracked the mystery of how to establish multiple streams of incomes online.

Best of all, as you can see, you do not need any coding skills to create your own product! Developing IT solutions to address specific needs is a time-honored tradition among Internet Marketers and profit margins with your own product generally tend to be a lot higher than what you can gain from affiliate revenues or Adsense minisites. Outsourcing the product of such products is a great answer to the time-old question of how to establish multiple streams of incomes. To be sure, unlike other methods of residual income, this one requires some initial investment to pay the developers - however, think of it as investing into a flat that you will then rent out and gain residual income. If you have some spare money in your bank account, consider developing a product rather than simply letting it sit there and generate interest - the returns will be much higher.

I couldn’t believe what I was reading. “Breast enlargement surgery has become the SECOND most popular plastic surgery procedure.” I asked myself, why would perfectly healthy women pay the high costs and endure the long recovery time of surgery just to have larger breasts? I decided to ask some friends who I knew had undergone the procedure.

One reason that I had never thought of is that dramatic weight loss, childbirth, or age can change the shape of the breasts. That’s why my friend Tanya had breast augmentation done. “After I lost 40 pounds,” she says, “I felt better about my body but wasn’t happy with how my breasts looked anymore. When I lost weight, they just emptied out. Without a bra, they completely sagged.” For her, having breast enlargement surgery was a no-brainer and had an unexpected benefit. “Getting the implants gave me another push to lose weight,” Tanya says. “I wanted the rest of my body to be as beautiful as my breasts.”

Brooke, on the other hand, had always been dissatisfied with her natural breast size. She takes after her mother and finally decided that she was going to improve on what nature gave her for her own self-esteem. “I just love how it looks, and my boyfriend really does, too,” says Brooke,. “My mom said that if she was my age again, she’d do it, too.”

My friend Claire was up front about her reason for having her breasts done. “Guys see women with big boobs as sex objects,” she says. “I was always catching my husband staring at other women’s boobs, so I decided to get mine done.” Did it work, I asked her? Not completely, Claire admitted. “He loves my new boobs, but he still checks out other women.”

All of these reason are valid for the women who gave them; however, ALL surgery carries a potential risk, never mind the expense and recovery time. That may be why many women who are dissatisfied with their current breast size are turning to natural breast augmentation alternatives to make their breasts larger and/or fuller. The friends I talked to got me to thinking, but, if I ever do decide that breast enlargement is right for me, I’ll be going the natural route. I’m not going under the knife unless I have to.

Communication Problems In Relationships: 3 Ways to Overcome Communication Problems in Relationships

Communication problems in relationships are a primary cause of failed marriages, broken hearts and ruined dreams. To guarantee that your relationship doesn’t crash and burn as a result of these problems, you need to develop good communication skills in relationships. This is the first step on the pathway to create blissful relationships. Good communication in romantic relationships is based on 3 core skills or communication habits which are:

1. Clarity
Think you’ve explained yourself clearly? Think again. Double check. Make sure that your significant other really does understand what you want. Try recording conversations that you have with your lover or with friends and then transcribe the recording. When you see what’s written down, you’ll understand why we have such communication problems in relationships. We are so lazy with our thinking and explanations. We leave sentences half-finished and we expect our partners to finish the sentence for us. Often they do. But don’t be surprised if sometimes they end it differently than you would have done. You say, ‘Honey, would you take the trash out…?’ (meaning tonight before the garbage truck comes). He thinks, ‘Yeah, I’ll take the trash out tomorrow sometime.’ Unless you are married to a super psychic, don’t expect your partner to be a mind reader. Get clarity in your thinking and words. And of course, it works both ways. Make sure to check that you are clearly understanding what your partner is communicating and asking for.

2. Specificity
Success gurus affirm what the army has known for a long time, that minds thrive on clear specific orders. It’s no different in relationships. If you have specific needs, you need to communicate those specific needs to your partner. It’s no good you saying, ‘I want you to take me somewhere nice this weekend,’ and then complaining when he leads you into Dunkin’ Donuts. It will help big time if you can say instead, ‘I really want to get away this weekend just the two of us so we can reconnect in an intimate way. Let’s go up to Lake Whatever on Friday night, and book into that sweet little motel, The Love Inn, on Highway 95. We’ll take a bottle of champagne, order pizza, and give each other exotic massages by candle light.’ The clearer and more specific you are in expressing your thoughts, feelings and desires, the less room there is for any communication problems in relationships.

3. Honesty
Honesty is not a blunt instrument that you use to beat your partner over the head with. Honesty in relationship communication involves first being honest with yourself. This requires self-knowledge … and self-knowledge comes from non-judgemental observation of the way you think and act. By watching your mind, your emotions, like a passive witness sat in the back of a movie theatre watching the movie of your daily life, you will develop greater perspective. From this greater perspective you can be truly honest with yourself. From this greater self-understanding, you will understand others better too. And you will be able to communicate honestly and kindly. Honesty need always to be tempered by kindness and love for relationships to thrive. There are ways of being honest without causing pain to others. This kind of honesty will end many of the communication problems in relationships.

“We act as though comfort and luxury were the chief requirements of life, when all that we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about.” Albert Einstein (1879-1955)

Happiness is a difficult thing to pin down. Most of us are striving hard on a seemingly endless treadmill. We work longer and longer hours to build a lifestyle for ourselves which we think will make us happy. There is always something we can’t afford and pressures from all sides to keep striving for more. Technology keeps moving faster than ever and the kids absolutely have to have the latest techno gadget or they’re just plain miserable. Then again, maybe it’s you that are miserable if you are the parent as you just can’t afford to pay for it all.

Are you happy? Ask yourself again. Are you REALLY happy?

If you answered No, then maybe you need something to get enthusiastic about. A new challenge that will stretch your mind, introduce you to wonders that you never even knew existed, oh and maybe make some decent money from your new found skill.

What am I talking about? Well, I’m actually talking about building your own website.

And before you think that this article is in the wrong category, STOP!

Imagine if you had a set of tools that could enable a complete novice to build a website from scratch. And not just any old website but a website that can grow into a small E-business for you and your family, enabling you to get off the treadmill for a moment and take control of your life.

You don’t need to be a computer geek as all you need is enthusiasm, an ability to write…something…and knowledge about your chosen topic. I say an ability to write something as the set of tools I’m referring to gives you all the help you need if you need to brush up on your essay writing skills!

In Defense Of Jesus? “The Secret” And The True Followers Of Jesus

You may not know it, but the “The Secret” DVD, the on going buzz online is generating lots of controversy between those who cannot see the rational behind the principles espoused by “The Secret” and those who see it.

Wow, folks, the truth has never been told, it is with the Master-mind. But some of our assumptions may be truths, and even outright lies become truths without evidence. This is why it is quite difficult to accept a proven principle that can be used to turn a life around for the best.

Therefore “truths” flourish. The Christian truths, which are averse to the “The Secret’s” truth, can be likened to the “truth” told by the three friends of Job while the truth in the “The Secret” is akin to the truth of Job himself in challenging God to prove him (Job) unworthy. Only those who claim their inheritance shall have it.

The biggest problem of mankind is self condemnation, self deceit and outright falsification of facts. If you condemn yourself, who can salvage you. Jesus? Give me a break!

“The Secret” teaches you to be positive, and you cannot condemn yourself while being positive; rather you can turn your life around with positive thinking and affirmative actions. What I do not understand is why such a simple principle is being tied to age old lies and ambiguous claims about a “beginning and end” we will never know about. What can be more fabulous than the religious beliefs of Christians, especially in one who does not know Christianity? He was born a Jew, lived and worshiped as a Jew, and died a Jew. True Jesus’ followers should practice Judaism, period.

Daniel and Rich (some antagonist at my blog on “The Secret”) speak in defense of Jesus, especially Daniel, who talks about Jesus’ Godness, as if Jesus himself ever claimed to be God anywhere in the Bible. What he called himself all the time was the Son of Man. Of course, followers meekly and dubiously foist their leaders with larger than life attributes and images. As for whether Jesus, according to Rich, ever used the little phrase “within you” in Mathew:6, “The Kingdom of God is Within you” is a popular answer Jesus gave to a popular question.

That being said, note that the same principles the antagonists are criticizing in the “The Secret” are what Jesus used to get things done as he desired within the time and scope allotted him by the Source of life.

I am amused to read some statements credited to Jesus about the serpent as follows:

“Ever since the serpent has been the serpent, he’s been whispering that in our ears. Jesus, in His Wisdom, confronted that convincingly:
“If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me and for the gospel will save it. What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul?” Mark 8:34-37.”

Oh Rich, Serpent or Lucifer is just the personification of the negative thoughts of man, for Sunday school children. You should have shaded that by now.

It is the same principles “The Secret” espouses that the Church perverted and used to rule the world and still uses with ulterior motives; for why do you think that adults continue to think like children when it comes to religious myths? Listen, if you think positively about a lie and dwell on it continuously it becomes your truth.

The most absurd of all is for anyone to think that “The Secret” is meant to prevent their death; God or the Source of life graces and withdraws grace…… as a rule to ensure the continuity of creation. Life and Death are divine purposes, “The Secret” is just a way to live life more abundantly, it does not prevent death.

It is true that man has arrogated to himself too much importance than he deserves in the scheme of things. Yet, like I said in an earlier article, man is a co-creator with God or the Source of life. That being so, man is empowered to create good or evil according to the choices he makes, and those choices he can only make from the jumble of thoughts that show up in his mind. No one creates his own thoughts, but everyone decides which thought or group of thoughts to action.

If what Daniel says is true that what happened to Jesus was what he wanted, then why was he apparently afraid and made every effort to have his tribulation averted? And why when his time came as he had said, did he lament having been forsaken by his father? Everyone of us will behave just as Jesus did, no one wants to die.

All said, I will always cancel my negative thoughts with positive ones and hope for the best - “The Secret”. I will never give up till my time is up. Death is a necessary end, not the wages of sin. The Nazarenes believed what their minds bid them believe, so will anyone even today. That is “The Secret.”

Most people routinely lose between 70 and 150 hairs from their scalp each day, mainly through washing, brushing, and combing. But there is tremendous variation in the number of hairs that people shed each day, depending on the number of scalp hairs and the length of the growth cycle. As people age, their rate of new hair growth slows down, resulting in a gradual thinning.

Scalp hair starts to thin when more hairs are lost through normal shedding than the scalp is able to renew. About 40% of the density of scalp hair has to be lost before thinning of the hair becomes noticeable.

Hair loss can be caused by:
- Heredity issues. Most balding is caused by a genetic predisposition - in other words, it’s part of a person’s genetic makeup. This is called male pattern baldness, or hereditary balding or thinning. It is the most common cause of thinning hair.
- Illness, certain physical conditions, or their treatments. This can include high fever, thyroid disease, childbirth, inadequate protein in the diet, iron deficiency, cancer treatments, the use of certain medications, and other causes.

Hair may be lost in two ways:
- In patchy hair loss, well-defined areas of hair are lost while the remaining scalp retains a good covering of hair.
- In generalized hair loss, there is a uniform thinning over the entire scalp with no areas of normal hair growth.

The medical term for hair loss is alopecia. There are different classifications of alopecia:
- Alopecia areata is a disease in which well-defined bald patches occur. It usually clears completely within 6 to 12 months without treatment.
- Alopecia totalis is an uncommon condition in which all hair on the scalp is lost. The cause is unknown, and the baldness is usually permanent.
- Alopecia universalis is a total loss of hair on all parts of the body.
- Androgenetic alopecia is balding caused by heredity. It can affect both men and women, although women with this inherited tendency do not become totally bald. The condition can start in a person’s teens, twenties, or thirties.

If you notice you are shedding hair excessively after combing or brushing, or if your hair is becoming thinner, you should consult with your primary care provider or a dermatologist (a physician who specializes in treating skin and hair problems). A doctor can determine if disease is present and whether or not the hair loss will respond to medical treatment.

Many small businesses think they have to spend thousands of dollars and weeks of development time to have a functional website for their small business. But this is an outdated way to think about web design.

These days, there are a variety of content-management tools available to simplify website creation and management. WordPress is one of those tools. Yes, WordPress, the blogging system. Did you know you can also use WordPress as a full-featured website? It’s true. You can create a highly functional, easy-to-manage website using only WordPress and a bit of technical know-how.

* And you can do it in a matter of days, instead of weeks.
* And your costs could range from $50 to $500, instead of thousands.

A Business Website in Two Days
Not convinced? Need evidence? I understand. For the longest time, small businesses have been told that web development takes a long time and requires a lot of money. Thousands of web design firms make their bread and butter off this notion, and they are cursing me right now for writing this article.

But I’m a big fan of giving people options, so I want you to know that this web design option exists.

Here’s a step-by-step approach I have used many times to create a business website from scratch, in only two days time.

Step 1 - Register Domain Name and Get Web Hosting
Using a company like GoDaddy, this can be done in about one hour. The domain registry costs $10 per year, and the hosting costs about $7 per year. Total cost for web domain and web hosting for one year = $94.

Step 2 - Install a MySQL Database on Web Host
This sounds complicated, but it’s a five-minute operation on GoDaddy (one of many reasons I use them). I would go into the database section of the hosting control panel, select “create database,” and then give it a name and password. Total time spent: 10 minutes.

Step 3 - Install WordPress on Web Host

WordPress is free, so there’s no cost involved with this step. I would simply open a configuration file, insert the database name and password I created in the last step, and then upload the entire WordPress program onto the web host. Total time spent: 12 minutes (mostly waiting for files to upload).

Step 4 - Launch and Configure WordPress
When all the WordPress files are uploaded to the web host, I’m ready to run the installation process. This takes about 12 seconds, so we won’t even count it on our time tally. I would then change the URL / linking structure to make it more search engine-friendly (1 minute), add some categories (2 minutes) and other minor tweaks (5 minutes). Total time spent: 8 minutes.

Step 5 - Customization and Appearance
I want this website to look professional and unique, so I would create a custom logo for it, arrange its layout for usability and readability, tweak the colors, etc. Granted, this step requires some graphical knowledge (for logo) and web coding skills (to arrange the site’s layout), but it still only takes half a day. You could pay somebody to handle this setup process for just a few hundred dollars. Total time spent: 5 hours.

Step 6 - It’s Time for Content
Now comes the most important part. I need to create some initial content for my website. I say “initial” because I plan to add new content on a weekly basis (the WordPress system makes this easy to do, by the way). I want to start with a few pages of content about my services, some content for the home page, etc. Total time spent: 1 day.

So let’s recap. I’ve just created a multi-page business website (with a blog built in), I’ve created some initial content to get me started, and I have a content-management system that allows me to add new pages and blog posts as easily as I would type an email.

* Total time spent: 2 days
* Total cost for me: $94 (because I did the work myself)

Like I said, if you don’t have the technical / graphical skills to accomplish the things on this list, you could hire somebody to help you. In the end, you’ll pay a lot less than you would pay for a traditional, programming-heavy (”bulky”) website. And you’ll have your website in a matter of days, instead of weeks or months. Best of all, you’ll be able to manage certain aspects of it, because the content-management tool is built right in.

Some web design firms will tell you it can’t be done, that it takes weeks to build a website. But I’ve just shown you it can, haven’t I?
