I have been using Google’s Adsense programme to generate income for a few years now and there are four essential elements to deliver success:

·-A website
·-Good quality, original content
·-Time and effort
·-Patience!

In my experience, there are increasing numbers of people trying to lure you into buying their products that offer excitable claims to get rich quick through the Adsense programme and sadly the reality is different. The only people who get rich quick are the people promoting these products, because it really isn’t that easy to make appreciable amounts of money as is often claimed. I do have to confess though that there are some good value-for-money tutorials out there and my personal favourite has been created by a guy called Michael Cheney, whose video-based product is really easy to follow and gives you all the key information you need to get started with your Adsense money-making venture.

Anyone thinking about starting out with Adsense will need a website that they can maintain easily themselves. Whatever you do, steer clear of the template-based products you can buy with what are pre-populated pages with content that is already optimised for Adsense. In truth, they can give you a really fast track into your new venture, but the problem is that the content is by definition unoriginal and totally unattractive to the Search Engines and their users. By all means use templates to make life easier from a website maintenance point of view, but try to make sure you use your own content wherever possible. There are stacks of great content available on the Web for you to use, but if you don’t have the time or inclination to use original content, at least make sure you add your own introduction and summary that will make the content of value to your readers.

As you begin to write your website content, it would be wise to follow these simple but effective tips to make sure you stand the best possible chance of being noticed by the search engines:

·-Make sure your page Titles reflect the key content. For instance, if you are looking to pull in key word searches for ‘widgets’, then call your page exactly that. Try to keep the Titles short and to the point.
·-When you link to your pages, try to hyperlink from the key words. Using the same example, why not link from your sitemap from ‘widgets’
·-Make sure your key words appear within the h1 and h2 commands
·-It will also help if your page name includes a decent density of the key words.

There are many other optimisation tips you can use, but these are the most important in my experience.

The reason I talk about ‘time and effort’ is because there really isn’t a quick and effective way of getting great content onto your website. Depending on how you intend to populate your website with content, in my experience you should think in terms of anything from 15 minutes to an hour to create just one page of web content. Admittedly, you can bang out loads of pages containing really flimsy content in literally a few minutes, but where’s the value in that for your website visitors? In fact, it’s probably a racing certainty that your website is going to be passed over by the search engines.

Finally, you are going to need a lot of patience when it comes to your Search Engine ranking. There really isn’t a ’silver bullet’ solution and you may have to wait up to 6 months before you get anything like reasonable results. There are people who can help you with your search engine ranking, but this will not come cheaply and you have to be suspicious of expansive claims of page one positions in weeks. If it were that easy, we’d all be sitting on a beach somewhere watching the dollars rolling in!

Oh, and one final piece of advice. Don’t be tempted to try and deceive Google with underhand practices. This will get you noticed quicker than you can say “Jack Robinson” and you flourishing money-making venture will be doomed to failure almost as quickly as it started!

Yes, we all know that things fall down to the Earth. And sometimes a golf pro will tell you to just let your hands fall. Actually, this is not bad advice for many types of shot. Certainly, the relaxation of the muscles that is necessary to “just let your hands fall” is helpful in creating increased clubhead speed. But there is more….

I want to go into more detail here because there are also other things to be said about gravity.

a. Gravity can be used to help you in your backswing. The famous forward press or bending of your right-knee towards the target to get the backswing started is a type of swaying motion to use the recoil movement to throw your arms up to the top. Meaning, you press forward, and on the rebound due to gravity back to the left foot, the golfer uses this backward movement to swing the club up and into position. All this is done in rhythm with gravity.

b. Then, gravity can be used (but does not have to be) to fall again back to the right foot and stretch the whole lever system from the left heel and leg all the way back to the clubhead. This creates a very very long lever, or swing radius, for the swing.

c. Gravity can help you to let your hands fall and speed up as they come down, as explained in the opening paragraph. And

d. Gravity can help to accelerated the clubhead by using the weight of the left hip and leg to fall in the opposite direction to the swing of the clubhead - balancing the two spinning forces left leg and hip versus clubhead. This use of gravity is called a “counterfall” and is described in David Lee’s book - Gravity Golf . Using gravity effectively makes for one of the most effortless and beautiful swings on the planet.

Most of all, though I personally think that one should examine the products carefully as they will ultimately lead to sales - and the bottom line is that if products do not sell well, irrespective of what it is, then the company will ultimately falter. It is also important to find products that have repeat sales so that you can generate a residual income stream from all your efforts.

The choice of what company to be involved with or what industry one’s particular interest is held for is, of course up to the individual but I think that it is important to keep one’s business head on whilst evaluating the concept - what one enjoys may not necessarily be the money-spinner.

If you desire success then start loving and trusting yourself.

That is when the inspiration comes. That is when you get that intuitive guidance leading you in the right direction.

Start creating affirmations like, “I am creating intuitive music like the pros.” or “I am following my intuitive guidance”. Try to keep your affirmations in the present tense, and under ten words if possible. They should also be positive. For example, instead of saying, “I’m not a terrible songwriter.” You would say something like, “I’m an excellent songwriter.”

Get it?

When you start reprogramming your mind for success, and practicing being inspired, then you will start taking intuitive action more and more frequently.

Your intuition knows!

We are feeling beings. If you want to exercise your intuitive nature, then start exercising that inner child that is passionate about life. Start listening to that music that you love, and ask yourself why you love it? what is it about that music that inspires you? Find what it is that you love about it, and emulate those qualities in your music.

Alexander Pope, best known for popularizing the heroic couplet, came to my attention in an English literature class at Michigan State University in the mid-1960s.

I was more interested in reading Pope at the time than learning about Pope because he clearly knew how to do what I call “turn a word”. That is, to write a string of words that grabs your attention and delivers a thought so profound that it cannot be ignored.

Pope was a master at this art in writing. Perhaps you have read or heard these gems:

A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

Fools rush in where angels fear to tread.

To err is human, to forgive, divine.

The ends must justify the means.

More than one author has rewritten these thoughts and claimed them for monetary gain. Each of these thoughts could remind us of a stunning truth: someone said it first.

Some pundits say that England’s William Shakespeare is the most read and most quoted author ever. Many suggest that the Holy Bible is second. It has been said that British author Agatha Christie’s books have only been outsold by Shakespeare and the Bible.

Alexander Pope may not have sold as many books, but he has been cited as the second most frequently quoted writer in the English language, after William Shakespeare.

Pope (1688-1744), the master of the heroic couplet, is generally regarded as the greatest English poet of the early 18th century. He was widely known for his satirical verse and for his translation of Homer.

For the uninitiated, the heroic couplet is a pair of rhyming iambic pentameters. Iambic is a verse using iambs, and an iamb is a metrical foot consisting of one short (or unstressed) syllable followed by one long (or stressed) syllable. So there you have it, learning once again springs on your computer monitor.

The heading to this article is an example of Pope’s heroic couplet: A little learning is a dangerous thing, Drink deep or taste not the Pierian spring.

Read for a moment, appreciate just how good Pope and his verses were, and understand why he would grab my attention:

On bribery: Judges and senates have been bought for gold; Esteem and love were never to be sold.

On churches: Who builds a church to God, and not to Fame, Will never mark the marble with his Name.

On curiosity: One who is too wise an observer of the business of others, like one who is too curious in observing the labor of bees, will often be stung for his curiosity.

On the Devil: Satan is wiser now than before, and tempts by making rich instead of poor.

On education: ‘Tis education forms the common mind. Just as the twig is bent, the tree’s inclined.

On expectation: Blessed is he who expects nothing for he shall never be disappointed.

On fashion: Be not the first by whom the new are tried, Nor yet the last to lay the old aside.

On gossip: And all who told it added something new, and all who heard it, made enlargements too.

On judgment: ‘Tis with our judgments as our watches, none go just alike, yet each believes his own.

On order: Order is Heaven’s first law; and this confess, Some are and must be greater than the rest.

On pride: What the weak head with strongest bias rules, Is pride, the never-failing vice of fools.

On proverbs: Hope springs eternal in the human breast, Man never is, but always to be blest.

On providence: Destroy all creatures for thy sport or gust, Yet cry, if man’s unhappy, God’s unjust.

On right: Always do right. That will gratify some of the people and astonish the rest.

On self-knowledge: Trust not yourself, but your defects to know, Make use of every friend and every foe.

On self-sacrifice: Many men have been capable of doing a wise thing, more a cunning thing, but very few a generous thing.

Here is the message: Great writing and great writers are timeless for those who seek knowledge and truth. If you care for neither then it does not matter. For example:

If today’s generation is on spring break at the beach, drinking and drugging, and running around half-naked willing to hump each other that is their business and their perfect right.

My suspicion is that their personal life is so bereft of anything meaningful that they must put on a public display to convince themselves they are having a life experience. In their effort to raise shallowness to an art form they occasionally succeed.

Now back to something worth examining, the life of Alexander Pope, who should provide inspiration for not only poets and writers but also for the handicapped.

Pope, born in London, was the son of a linen merchant and his wife. Since they were Roman Catholic, he grew up having to deal with the Church of England, which banned Catholics from teaching upon pain of perpetual imprisonment.

His aunt taught him to read and he was educated at two secret Catholic schools that, while illegal, were tolerated in some areas.

Pope suffered from Pott’s disease, a form of tuberculosis affecting the spine. This stunted his growth and deformed his body, perhaps ending his life at 56. He was only 4-foot-6 and was apparently not very attractive, which may explain why he never married.

Despite his inauspicious start in life, Louis Kronenberger in “Alexander Pope Selected Works” says “In terms of money as well as fame Pope was probably the most successful English poet who ever lived. No other in his own day-few in any day-had so many readers or received such nearly universal acclaim.”

Pope’ s works would not cause him to be forgotten, but the growth of Romanticism in the late 18th century would. Joseph Warton would deny that Pope was ever a “true poet” and dismiss him as merely a “man of wit” and a “man of sense” thus hastening the demise of the “Age of Pope”.

It would take until the 1930s to rediscover Alexander Pope and his works. By posting this article on Internet directories hopefully Alexander Pope and his works will again take their rightful place among the great works in history. With apologies to a great writer:

Cat allergy symptoms afflict many people. Sufferers are in real trouble if they happen to own a cat. This might not make sense to the ordinary person but to a cat lover it does. The symptoms may developed long after they have acquired their furry companion so getting rid of the rascal my simply not be an option. So for many cat lovers and owners living with cat allergies is a real problem that they have to live with.

Allergies in general are still not completely understood by the medical community. Inroads have been made but the fact remains that not enough knowledge has been gained on allergies to completely eliminate them. Some of the best experts on allergies in the medical community are themselves allergy sufferers. This in itself has allowed them to make the observations necessary to gain a better understanding of allergy symptoms.

Cat allergy symptoms can manifest themselves in many forms. They can appear singularly or in combination. They can come and go for no apparent reason. So you may have been mistaking your symptoms for a lingering cold and or a sore throat that comes and goes. A rash that sometimes responds to topical treatment and sometimes doesn’t. Sneezing fits that you blame on dust or pollen allergies.

Some of the symptoms are clogged and ringing ears. Sneezing fits. Red and watering eyes. Burning eyes. Skin rashes. Cold-like symptoms. Sore throat. Sound familiar? If you are a cat owner and you have these symptoms on a regular basis that you may be suffering from cat allergies. You can however take steps to reduce your suffering and still keep your beloved friend.

Until recently the actual cause of the allergy symptoms was a mystery. People thought they knew but in the end no one really knew for sure what in fact was on the cat that was causing the suffering. Hair?small skin flakes? The cat box? It turns out it is the cats saliva that is the culprit. By licking its hair, which is a cats favorite past time, your cat is spreading the stuff that is the root of your suffering.

The best method of determining if you are suffering from cat allergies is to remove your cat from the house for about two weeks and vacuum and clean anything your cat is in contact with and see if the symptoms disappear or are lessened. Not doing a thorough cleaning defeats the purpose of this test. This is a common test for most allergy sufferers. Remove the suspect material and see if it goes away.

Assuming that you have made a determination that you are in fact suffering from cat allergies then the next question is what to do about it. The easiest and most complete solution short of finding your cat a new home is to make it an outside cat. This might seem like a great sacrifice to yourself but your cat may love it once it has adjusted. A cat door can be installed on a side room or garage so it can still come in from the weather.

Other solutions can be had but they are not as completely as effective as putting your cat outside. Vacuuming and cleaning your house more often helps. It’s a lot more work for yourself but the allergen can be removed. Receiving medical treatment for your allergies can be effective if you respond positively to the treatment. Limiting your cats access to your whole house particularly your bedroom is a must.

Now we’re going to go to the create menu up at the top and select the NN-XT Advanced Sampler.

Next click on the open patch button which is the little button that looks like a folder between the up down buttons and the save patch button next to where is says “Init Patch”.

Navigate to the Reason Factory Sound Bank, and click on the NN-XT folder.

You can open any patch you like in the categories. I went to “Voices” and opened the “Amp Vox Organ” patch.

Click once on the NN-XT to highlight it, and go back to create. Choose the “Matrix Pattern Sequencer” device.

Press the “Run” button on the Matrix.

Hold shift, and click and drag across the red spiky lines to create sustaining notes.

If you are using the “Amp Vox Organ” patch you’ll notice that it already has some frequency filter action going on. Lets take it to the next level. What do you say?

Press tab to flip the rack around.

On the Matrix there is an empty plug called “Curve CV”. Click and drag from that plug to the empty plug on the NN-XT called “Filter Cutoff”. Press tab again to return to the front view of the rack.

You’ll now notice there is a switch on the Matrix that toggles between “Curve” and “Keys”. Switch it to “Curve”, and click anywhere above the little red spiky lines to create some bigger red spiky lines. Go ahead and create whatever pattern you like, then on the NN-XT there are two knobs to notice one says “Freq” and the other says “Res”.

That stands for Frequency and Resonance.

Go ahead and experiment with those knobs, and get a feel for what they do.

Also, on the bottom left of the NN-XT you will find a little drop down arrow that opens up whole other worlds of possibility.

You can also record the automation if you like for some really interesting effects.
