Many people search for alternative treatments for back pain. They tire of the exercise requirements and don’t want to take anti-inflammatories or over the counter pain relievers any more. One treatment option is visiting a chiropractor. They are health care providers who use a different method to try to relive the pain. When you would go to them is one of the key decisions. Since we know that most back pain will disappear in matter of a few weeks with little or no treatment and that using pain relievers and doing some light exercise could speed hat up. When would a person fit in the alternative of going to see a chiropractor?

Many studies show that chiropractic care will give relief to a person’s back pain that is at least equal to conventional back treatments. The reason that many people are reluctant to give it a try is that they are not familiar with the method a chiropractor uses and it scares some people. Others find it too intrusive a method, as it is very much a hands on process. The only way to decide if this type of back pain relief is what you should choose is to better understand what’s done.

A chiropractor is taught that the reason for back pain is that there is something that has caused restricted movement in the spine. Therefore, using the practice of manipulation, the doctor will adjust the person’s skeletal frame in whatever way they feel will fix this. Often it includes a forced movement that will make a loud crack. This is not a bad thing, but if you are going to see a chiropractor its something you will have to get used.

Chiropractic treatment for back pain has many forms other than manipulation which is the one most people are familiar with. They also use massage, electrical muscle stimulation and stretching.

Being treated at a chiropractor is not for everyone. If you have osteoporosis, have had spinal surgery or a stroke it’s not a good idea. As a matter of fact if your are thinking of going to see a chiropractors you should first see your health care provider and see if they feel that there is any reason you should not try this kind of treatment. Perhaps your health care provider can even recommend a chiropractor that they are familiar with or have at least heard of someone with a good reputation. Then call the chiropractor and see them first for a consultation. Explain your back pain and see what they would recommend. Only then can you decide if you want to pursue this type of alternative treatment.

There are relatively few risks connected to trying this treatment for your back pain. Very infrequently neck manipulation can cause some problems. On very rare occasions there can be some damage done to the blood vessels in the neck, which can result in a stroke, but this almost never happens and should not prevent you from trying this method of pain control.

There seem to be an enormous mamount of people bumping around the internet who claim to want to make money online. I’ve been learning about the act of making money online for quite awhile and have come up with the secret. Before I get to the secret, let me preface this article by saying that there are a ton of weasels out there making outrageous claims about the subject of making money online that are so full of crap, their eyes are brown. I’ve heard everything form masking money online is simple to we’ll do all the selling for you. Does either of these claims sound even remotely plausible? No, for God’s sake the universe simply doesn’t respond to the idea of getting something for nothing. We all inherently know this, yet fall into the weasel’s traps again and again.

The secret to making money online has nothing to do with you spending your money on something I’m trying to sell. The secret to making money online is the same secret to making money anywhere, the word online is simply the place where the business is conducted; it doesn’t really mean a lot. The weasels just want to make it seem as if the ‘internet’ is different. It’s not.

The secret to making money online is to have your internet venture revolve around your passion. Your passion is that one thing that you love that’s been with you for as long as you can remember. It may be writing, singing, hunting, football, history, teaching, motivating, running, sewing, or whatever. There is something that you’ve always been in love with. The secret to making money online is to have your internet venture revolve around that passion.

If you go into a venture of any kind simply to make money, it’s never going to work. This is exactly what the weasels prey on. They prey on the fact that you want or need money. .The problem is that the universe doesn’t respond to what you ‘think’ you need. This brings to mind a quote from the book Think and Grow Rich, “In your search for the secret of the method, do not look for a miracle, because you will not find it. You will find the eternal laws of nature. These laws are available to every person who has the faith and courage to use them.”

That’s it. The secret to making money online is to follow whatever it is that you feel passionate about. Don’t get lured in by the weasels promising easy money or money by doing very little work. This is simply not the case. Making money, whether it be online or in any other capacity, requires learning and effort, it’s as simple as that.

Many South Carolina golf courses fixate on how many rounds are played, shirts are sold or meals are served. On a recent visit to the area, I came across one that cares about making every round of golf, as well as your entire visit unforgettable.

First of all, while this course was set in a luxurious private golf community, I was made to feel especially welcomed. I was immediately greeted by a professional upon my arrival. Instantly, all of my golf needs, including making sure my favorite clubs got to the appropriate range, were taken care of. The personal service was exceptional to say the least.

All over the course, the emphasis was on personal service. Our group was cared for on every step of the 18-hole course. As a matter of fact, I felt like I was playing on my very own private golf course. This particular South Carolina golf course has a limited and exclusive golf membership, so there are not a lot of people roaming around unaccompanied.

The bottom line is the only thing I had to think about was playing golf. And did I ever play! Let’s just say my stroke is improving (Can you say King of Swing?).

Anyway, after playing some of the most amazing golf ever, we headed over to the spot of the 13,000 sq. ft. clubhouse overlooking Briar’s Creek. Absolutely amazing, what a view! Again I had never been to South Carolina and I really had no idea of what to expect. I had heard that South Carolina was recently named as one of the “Best Places to Live.” However, I was soon familiarized with the local term Lowcountry. Praised for its historic, artistic and cultural preservation, as well as white sand beaches and abundant sports, including boating, fishing, equestrian and as the south’s Mecca for world-class dining and entertainment, I can proudly say I plan on living the high-life in the Lowcountry every chance I can get. I might even move there by the end of the year!

The reason for this sudden move? John’s Island Real Estate. Again, until my visit, I was not at all familiar with South Carolina, yet alone John’s Island. An island? In South Carolina? Where? They easily could have called this private golf community “Golf Island.” Everywhere you turn, the game of golf surrounds you. The natural environment and golf coexist so harmoniously I was not surprised to learn Audubon International has recognized Briar’s Creek for its outstanding efforts.

You can lose yourself living amid not only the exceptional golf, but the ancient oaks and the daily commerce of bird life. And yet, all the charms of Charleston including world-class dining and shopping are just minutes away, as are Kiawah’s wonderful beaches. I could go on and on and on…..

I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend if you are in the area and looking to play the ultimate round of South Carolina golf head over to Briar’s Creek. You won’t be disappointed. Tell ‘em Jim sent ya.

John’s Island Real Estate offers some of the best South Carolina golf available in the state.

In January, Brad Pitt and wife Angelina Jolie visited Panama to see the construction site and scale model of the building to be inaugurated in 2008 as the Biodiversity Museum, designed by Frank O. Ghery. The Pitts enjoyed lunch and studied the scale model for over an hour, appreciating the different views the building will soon have. Brad and Angelina also explored the Casco Viejo, wandering among the spectacular colonial buildings, and then set off to spend the night in the Anton Valley, located in the country’s interior about a two hour drive from Panama City. The national press speculated that Pitt and Jolie considered investing in Panama real estate while touring the country.

In March, Mel Gibson visited Panama, presumably to scout locations for production of his next film. During his five days in Panama, he explored various hotel properties, including Gamboa, Villa Camilla in Azueros, Bocas del Toro, Darien and Playa Bonita, each beach locations or in close proximity to the ocean. It has been rumored that Mel Gibson had a meeting with a real estate agent in Panama, though we cannot say for sure what transpired.

Miguel Bose, the Panamanian born Spanish singer, recently visited and bought a condominium in a luxurious building located in the interior of Panama. The condominium is on the beach and possesses a spectacular ocean view. However, we are not sure if he bought the condo as an investment or for personal use.

Without a doubt, the first months of the year have been interesting for Panama. Though the country is small, in a couple of years it may be more likely to spot a celebrity here than on the streets of Hollywood.

Allergy - Proof You House To Dust Mites

Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known in /wwwroot/gphone-android.com/wp-includes/class-snoopy.php on line 1142

Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to surl.cn:80 (php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known) in /wwwroot/gphone-android.com/wp-includes/class-snoopy.php on line 1142

An allergic reaction occurs whenever the body enters into an altered state, or has a response, because of a substance. Many people have allergic reactions to dust mites. This allergic reaction includes watery eyes, a runny nose, and a rash that may even turn into full-blown hives. Dust mites are also the most common trigger for asthma. While it is usually best to avoid allergens, sometimes this is difficult to do.

So, what exactly is a dust mite? A dust mite is actually a mite that lives inside of the dust that is found within your home. The actual allergy is to their feces. This feces is produced approximately 20 times per day and is actually light enough that it can float in the air. For this reason, the humans that inhabit these homes can easily inhale the dust mites’ feces. It is interesting to note that there are approximately 40,000 dust mites per speck of dust. With this in mind, you can easily imagine just how many dust mite stools enter into your respiratory tract. These mites especially like to live in humid areas and conditions where their food (mold and fungi) is most plentiful.

These mites need to be eliminated from the areas in which they most commonly breed. This usually includes warm, humid places such as beds, carpets, and upholstered furniture. These mites also live on the skin cells that people and their pets shed, and deposit their waste in all of the areas in which they gather. This wreaks havoc on a person who has allergies to dust mites.

There are some ways in which you can “allergy-proof” your house. This is actually the first step that you should take towards effectively treating a dust allergy. While you may be thinking that you are going to have to tear the house apart for this to work, you do not have to do so. Here are some simple ways in which you can begin “allergy-proofing” your home today.

- Dust and sweep your house on a weekly basis. You should also use a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to keep your furniture and carpet clean.

- Keep your house moderately cool and maintain low levels of humidity by using a dehumidifier. Dust mites do not like living in this type of an environment and thus keeping your home air cool and not humid, you will be able to hamper their growth. Dehumidifiers are also helpful here.

- Ensure that your house is properly ventilated. HEPA air filters are useful here.

- Take time to wash your bedclothes on a weekly basis and dry them on high heat. There are also anti-allergen casings available for mattresses and bedclothes.

If you take the aforementioned measures and still find yourself suffering with dust mite allergies, then you should seek medical attention. Doctors can offer antihistamines and allergy injections, both of which can be very helpful for persons who are allergic to dust mites. There are also holistic measures that can be taken, but you would need to seek the advice of a homeopathic practitioner in order to see what would work best for you.

There has been much in the media lately about teens doing dangerous/harmful things. The common denominator is the shock of parents who didn’t know their child was doing whatever it is that got her/him into trouble.

With the 21st century warp speed at which many families go, one thing sacrificed is parental capacity to see subtle changes in their teen’s behavior/attitudes. So, if you are the parent of a teen, here’s your check-list of warning signs. Having any one sign is an indicator of possible trouble; having any two signs is an indicator that trouble is very likely, and three or more signs indicates that trouble has arrived…

1. From Whining to belligerence: The normal tendency to question and complain (usually in the form of a good healthy whine, like “that’s not fairrrrrrr!!!”) becomes more belligerent or disrespectful (”…what do you know…!”)

2. Consistently slipping grades and an unwillingness to do school work

3. A change in friends (for the worse…) and/or their possessions (having things they couldn’t afford to own with the money they have)

4. Excessive secrecy: Becoming adamantly non-communicative about everything (happy teens will need to share some things…in spite of themselves!)

5. Significant loss of interest in any activities outside of time with their “friends”

6. Excessive reclusiveness: This is a change from the normal need for more private time/personal space, to an adamant insistence on being “left alone” most of the time

7. Loss of weight or appetite: Can indicate depression and/or drug use, which besides being a major problem in themselves, can also be precursors to criminal activity

This behavior also means there’s a developing break-down in the parent/child relationship, either as the root cause or a spin-off from it. Either way, it’s up to the parents to get things back on track. Here’s the most prevalent causes for child/parent relationship deterioration:

1. The parents are losing control, and that makes any child feel unsafe: Children of any age need to feel that the adults in their lives are capable and unafraid - setting limits and sticking to them, saying no and following through on it, establishing structure and discipline. These things may seem like anathema to a teen, but don’t buy all the fuss - deep down this makes them feel safe.

2. The parents are losing their teen’s respect: And respect is a huge issue at this age. If they feel their parents are not in control, or afraid/unwilling to do the hard stuff of parenting, parental credibility diminishes and with it, children’s good behavior

3. The parents are losing their teen’s trust: When teens experience pressures that they don’t know how to handle, they need to feel they can come to their parents for help - if they don’t trust that their parents can effectively handle the problem or help them find a solution to it (e.g. they feel their parents will get hysterical or ultra punitive; they’re afraid their parents will lose respect for them; they know the parents will be determined to “fix it for them” rather than help them to work it out themselves), they’ll look for solutions in all the wrong places.

Finally, here are some ‘do’s and don’ts’ designed to help parents pre-empt a teen melt-down:

Do: Stay keenly aware of everything your teen is doing, from what they do on the internet to what’s in their room and precisely who their friends are

Do: Learn how to use the latest gizmos and communication methods you’ve allowed your teen to use (or s/he can use at someone else’s home…). In the well publicized story about the young man engaging in internet pornography, some parents interviewed afterward said they don’t know much about the computer so how can they keep tabs on their teen’s internet behavior? You learn, that’s how; there’s plenty of inexpensive computer classes. It’s no different than guiding and guarding your teen’s driving behavior - not possible if you don’t know how to do it yourself….

Don’t: Assume that just because you’re teen is going to “the best schools” there is no high-risk behavior going on to which s/he is vulnerable or exposed. There is, s/he is, so keep that in the conversation with your teen

Don’t: Buy into the myth that refusing to allow your teen to have a computer in his/her room, or even phone or TV for that matter, is being either “old fashioned” or unreasonably strict. Keeping as much as possible in family-shared areas keeps your teen from excessive isolating (beyond what is developmentally appropriate), while allowing you more opportunities to stay abreast of the goings-on in his/her life without being overly intrusive.

From Overwhelm To A Clear Path To Freedom

Have you ever felt overwhelmed? Overwhelming is not the word. It was more like there was no way out. Let me tell you the story. I was home alone on a weekend that we had 15 inches of snow. All day Friday leading into Saturday it snowed and snowed and snowed. The snowplow came on Friday night at around 9:45pm. I could not see how he had plowed from the window because there was a whiteout, but I knew he plowed because I heard him. I was very happy knowing that I’d be able to get out by Sunday. He only plowed the driveway and I knew I would have to shovel the long walkway the next day. So, on my “To Do Today list” I put down as a goal to shovel in 5 intervals, every two hours or so, because it is a long pathway, as I said. When I was on the 4th interval, which was about 5:00pm that day, I realized that there were no stairs. Where’d the steps go? “Oh my goodness”. They were covered with over 6 feet of snow so I could not get out that way even if I had to. I did not panic but I stopped shoveling the walkway to nowhere. I went around the back of the house through the basement door to realize that the snow was above my knees and not easy to walk through. The snow leading to the front was up to my waist and I got stuck in it. There I was trying and trying to get out. I finally got myself out and realized that I needed to shovel that part or I had no quick way out should I need it. I shoveled it to shin level and realized that I could not get the car out of the driveway because there was snow in front of that too. I figured if there were any sun the next day, it would melt the snow. Then I could, at least, make a path. By mid-morning on Sunday, I realized there was no way. I started getting these feelings of being overwhelmed and I am not one to worry.

I went and stood over the snow covered stairs thinking; it will take someone hours to shovel this out and I do not even know if the plow could handle it. It’s 6 feet of packed in snow now because it’s been that way for a day and a ½. I continued to try and figure out what to do. I was pacing, slightly worrying, and thinking about how difficult of a task this would be. I remembered once when climbing a 25 foot pole, that when I could not get my foot up on the last step, that I should try the other foot. I did, and I got up. This made me realize that worrying is not helping, let’s find another way.

I decided to call the plow person back to see if there was anything that he could do. I was thinking there was nothing that he could do. But he came back and plowed some of the snow out of the way. Then he and I shoveled the rest in about 15 minutes. Think about this. Here was an obstacle that I was thinking would either take 4 hours to dig out of, or take 1 to 2 weeks to melt. I would have gone around the back of the house in snow up to my waist and caused more obstacles around that one. In my head, there was no way that snow would get cleared away any time soon. It was cleared away in just 15 minutes.

Here is the metaphor that I took away from that experience.
When something looks or seems so overwhelming that we do not think we could do it, or get out of it, and it feels bigger than life; take a deep breath and tackle it one step at a time. Think about my snow-covered stairs and know if you really think about it you could find another way, an easier way. Small steps, one at a time brings freedom.

When the snow was cleared, I felt as if I was free. The same way that we feel when we complete a project, like a weight’s been lifted off of our shoulders.

This helped me this week when I decided to do Spring Cleaning in my closet. I looked at it. It was packed with clothes. Sorry to admit, I had clothes that were not folded the right way and shoes that needed to go in their boxes. I looked at it and said “Oh my! I ca not do this. It is too overwhelming”. At that moment, I thought about the snow. I took out the clothes, one by one, section by section and had it cleaned up in no time. I knew that it was not as bad as I perceived it to be. I knew that I could do it and get it done quicker than I thought. After all, we cleared the snow away, right?

The wonderful moral of this article is no matter how big or how overwhelming something seems or looks, you could still get through it, around it, or over it if you are persistent, if you do not give up. Sometimes just when you are ready to give up there’s a clear path ahead. I was never as happy as I was that day of the snow. I wanted to kiss the stairs. The saying kiss the ground you walk on seemed quite appropriate on that day.

North American Toll Free Service And Provisioning Overview

Toll Free Service Overview

The 800 Service Management System (SMS/800) is an operations support system (OSS) used for the creation and maintenance of North American toll-free call-processing records. SMS/800 is also the source of toll-free number availability and reservation status information. Many users call the 800 Service Management System the “National Database”.

All service providers that assign toll-free numbers for use within the US and Canada use the SMS/800 to verify the availability of specific numbers, reserve them, create customer records, and download records to local exchange carrier Service Control Points (SCPs) to facilitate call processing.

New Customer Records (CRs) and changes to existing CRs are loaded into the SMS/800 by a Responsible Organization (Resp Org). The Resp Org (usually a telecommunications provider) is an organization designated to manage and administer a customer’s SMS/800 records. Resp Org’s must go through a certification process to gain access to the national database.

After the CR is created or changed SMS/800 then downloads the appropriate information to the Service Control Points (SCPs) which directs toll-free traffic by providing routing information and carrier identification. The CR contains the call handling instructions and options chosen by the customer. These options could include choosing multiple carriers (e.g. Verizon or Qwest) for different time periods or routing calls to alternative destinations.

Toll Free Provisioning

Currently, there are 200+ Resp Orgs which input data into the SMS/800. There are four basic methods of provisioning (inputting, changing, or creating) this data:

Mechanized Generic Interface (MGI)

Some MGI users are large telecommunications providers (e.g. AT&T). Others Resp Orgs purchase access to sophisticated front-end systems that increase their toll free provisioning users efficiency. In each case, as the user sets up customer records, the record is automatically transferred, via the MGI, to SMS/800.

The MGI is connected to the SMS/800 by a high-speed data link (56kbps) or frame relay (64k). Resp Orgs may search for and reserve numbers, as well as create or update customer records, through the MGI.

The primary benefit of MGI access is that a user can update hundreds or thousands of toll free numbers with powerful on-line mass change commands (with no need for tapes or email to the help desk.)

Batch Tape

Batch tape users write customer record data onto a digital tape. The tape is then physically sent to the SMS/800 production site (e.g. via US mail) where it is loaded into the SMS/800. Resp Orgs may create or update customer records by batch tape, but they cannot reserve numbers by batch tape. Due to the real-time nature of number reservations, those activities are handled online.

Online Access (3270 Terminal Emulation)

Online users access the SMS/800 via a dedicated private line which is generally a 9.6kbps link, or via dial-up facilities. Resp Orgs may search for and reserve numbers, as well as create or update customer records through online access. Most updates are made to a single toll free number at a time.

Web Based Access (WBA)

Internet users access the SMS/800 via a dedicated line or a dial-up connection to an Internet Service Provider. Most updates are made to a single toll free number at a time.

Overview of Basic Toll Free Provisioning Activities

The SMS/800 provides three basic support functions: 1) number search and reservation; 2) customer record creation and modification; and 3) reports generation.

  1. Toll Free Number Search/Reservation
  2. The Resp Org can search for available ten digit toll-free numbers that reside within the database. Random searches and pattern matching (for vanity numbers) are available.

A Resp Org can reserve a spare number for a maximum period of 45 days . Reserved toll-free numbers not activated within 45 days will be converted from reserved status and returned to the pool of spare numbers.

The maximum quantity of toll-free numbers a Resp Org can have in reserve status at any given time is equal to 8 percent of its working numbers or 2,000 numbers, whichever is greater.

  3. Customer Record Creation And Modification
  4. The Resp Org may create and modify customer records in the SMS/800 and schedule the date and time the records are to be activated at the SCPs. SMS/800 also supports a variety of special capabilities intended to allow the Resp Org and the subscriber to administer, monitor, and control the traffic associated with the toll-free number.

  5. Reports Generation
  6. Numerous administrative and exception reports are available.

Data Output

The SMS/800 downloads information to the Service Control Points (SCPs), as appropriate. There are approximately 20 mated pairs of SCPs spread throughout the United States and Canada. The SMS/800 is connected to the SCPs by data links.

Summary

This article provides an overview of North American Toll Free Service Provisioning. Concepts covered include the national database, Customer Records, Resp Orgs, Service Control Points, Access Technologies (MGI, Batch Tape, 3270, Web) and Search/Reserve, CR Creation and Modification, and Reports.

8MS was designed from the ground up by a group of former Bell Labs engineers to be a superior MGI based toll free provisioning system that eliminates traditional dependence on SMS/800. Developed originally as a standalone tool for large corporate customers, 8MS is now available to Resp Orgs of all sizes.

8MS allows you to Reserve, Activate or Re-Route hundreds or thousands of toll free numbers with our powerful on-line mass change commands. Rather than force your toll free provisioning users to redundantly key in similar data (over and over again) with the possibility for error and lost revenue, 8MS uses modern computing techniques to speed up your provisioning and get your word done in less time.

Imagine spending less time keying in changes, and more time solving your critical business problems! For more information see http://www.8msweb.com

We sell our optimization services in packages so we really don’t keep track of “billable” time. But my organization fetish has recently let me to start having my employees keep track of exactly how much time is spent on client activities vs. other work activities. Since we began this tracking the results have been quite revealing.

The office average appears to be about 2/3 of our time is spent on actual client work. Now granted, everybody is required to spend at least an hour a day on educational activities (i.e. blogs, forums, SEO/marketing books, and other industry related research), which is currently a little more than 1/3 of that “unbillable” time at a minimum. Of course, more time is encouraged, as necessary for job growth, improvement and keeping up with the industry overall, but it’s also important, for profitability reasons, to spend adequate amount of time on billable activities.

While some team members had a higher percentage of billable time, by far I spent the least amount of time on billable activities, less than 1/3 of my time each week. This makes sense, since it’s my job to run the office, develop policies, procedures, etc. I also spend a good deal of my time writing proposals, talking with prospective clients, staying dialed in to the industry and guiding each of the team members in their roles as they work on billable activities. I also spend a good chunk of time writing articles and blog posts as well.

The time spent on billable activities is important information to know, and not just to have a better picture of the bottom line. How our time is spent affects both us and our clients. The more time we spend on unbillable activities the more we have to compensate by adjusting package pricing, but the less time we spend on billable activities, the less we are actually doing for our clients.

For the purposes of this discussion, let’s give a hypothetical. Let’s say that we built our packages based on how many hours we estimate goes into a project each month. We take that and then assign an hourly rate that allows us to stay profitable based on salary and office expenses. If the unbillable time must be factored in as an office expense in order to stay profitable.

Now let’s say that some accounts need more work from time to time than others. Assuming we put in the full number of estimated hours on all accounts and now we have to put in overtime on others, we are in unprofitable territory and are actually losing money unless we increase the “hourly rate.” This in-turn increases package prices. Of course, the more advanced the services are that we provide the more time needs to be spent on each client, again effecting overall package price (good copy takes longer to write than poor copy, good links take longer to get the junk links, etc.)

Until I started calculating actual time spent on actual client work I made assumptions that were incorrect. I assumed that, aside from the occasional in-office meeting, that a larger portion of our time was spent on billable activities. That assumption was wrong. And it’s not that time is being wasted, its just a simple matter of accurate tracking of what everybody does throughout the day.

The biggest surprise was my time. I knew I spent a good chunk of time on unbillable activities but was amazed by how little I actually performed billable work. After all, as the project manager I do know virtually everything there is to know about each campaign, each client, each project, etc. But then, my job is to run an effective business and that can’t be done if my time was spent doing all of the actual client work myself. That’s what I hire my team for. My job is to run the ship, develop the systems, make sure everybody does their job and ensure total client success. And that’s the way I like it.

Knowledge is power. This new knowledge I’m armed with, knowing billable/unbillable time ratios, is extremely important to the overall success of the business. There is much more to company financials that just tracking where money comes and goes. Knowing how time is spent and figuring out what is important and what’s not is crucial. I know it’s important for everyone in this office to spend time on educational activities. Without that they would be less successful in their jobs. That too affects the clients.

While we may be able to spend more time on their account that time is less valuable if we let our knowledge stagnate. But its also important to be spending enough time on each client account. A healthy balance to both is necessary to ensure success.
