According to the American Heart Association, heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. One of the reasons for this is misinformation. Many women feel they are safe from heart disease, but did you know women are more likely to suffer a stroke after menopause than men? Also, women are more likely to die as a result of a stroke.

If you are concerned about these statistics, you might want to learn more about Rutozym. It was developed by Dr. Karl Ransberger after a trip to Japan to study the relationship between nattokinase, an enzyme found in a fermented soy cheese commonly consumed in Japan and heart disease. He added several other enzymes to the nattokinase that help normalize inflammation, improve blood flow, improve the condition of existing blood vessels, and improve the general health of the patient.

Your body needs enzymes because they allow every chemical reaction in your body to occur, but as you age, the supply of enzymes in your body decreases. Diminishing enzymes can result in decreased healing, increased inflammation, increased heart disease, and increased susceptibility to disease, illness, and infection. Rutozym stops aging by supplying your body with new enzymes, allowing your body to continue to function as it once had.

Some of the ingredients of Rutozym include:

· Proteolic enzymes, which have been discovered to support heart health and improve your body’s ability to heal.
· White willow bark which has been recognized for centuries as “nature’s aspirin”.
· Rutin improves and strengthens capillaries and other connective tissues.
· Bromelain, which is derived from pineapple, and papain, which is derived from papayas are both ingredients in Rutozym. These enzymes support your body’s ability to respond quickly to inflammation.

Rutozym is a great alternative to aspirin. Your doctor may have prescribed a daily regimen of aspirin to you in order to prevent heart disease. However, aspirin can be very harsh on your body. This supplement has no bad or strong side effects. Also, it will not cause the same damage to your gastrointestinal system as aspirin. Remember, before you start taking any supplement, you should consult your doctor.

All the research about this supplement shows that it has been proven to prevent heart disease and other medical conditions. Once you start taking this product, you will notice that you feel better. Your doctor will also notice the improvements when you go in for your next check up.

The Perfection Myth

You’re not perfect. I’m not perfect. Nobody’s perfect. Give it up.

Nobody likes their nose. Or their knees, for that matter. Everybody finds annoying lumps, bumps and wrinkles, typically invisible to others, in various and sundry locations on their body.

And if you have kids, ideas of perfection go completely out the window. You dress them up; you take them out-and they do you in. Think of it this way: Children are intended to embarrass their parents in public; it’s God’s plan for instant humility.

Then there’s work, where a co-worker from hell, ever on the alert to criticize, seems to be as inevitable as crying babies on a plane. And there’s driving, when the guy in the next car salutes us with half a Peace sign for our unintentional driving faux pas. Not to mention social gatherings during which names vaporize from our brains just as recognizable faces approach.

Imperfection as far as the eye can see. And so it goes. We need to work out a plan whereby we can do our best and somehow not get in a dither that our best can sometimes (Often? Always?) fall short of perfection.

Parents should announce imperfection as a fact of life to their children–right as they come out of the chute. If kids knew the deal from the start, it would save them the wear and tear of trying to achieve the impossible. And it would save a whole lot of singing and dancing by the parents as they try to gloss over their own shortcomings. Which you don’t have to do if you’re giving the parent-thing a good effort. Kids see parents as heroic and larger than life anyway. They don’t need delusions of perfection.

And parents desperately need to remember that no amount of effort will result in a perfect child. The kids won’t always behave perfectly in church or in restaurants. They won’t hit home runs every time at bat. They’ll pick inconvenient times to get loudly unhappy. Children are crazy-making devices, but they’re a terrific blessing. It shouldn’t take a lot of effort to settle for terrific.

Giving up on absolute perfection means we can give life the best we have to give. We can still reach high; still live with great joy. But we won’t have to waste an ounce of energy pretending to be something we’re not.

When we give up on the impossible, we’re free to reach our highest level of possible. Higher by far than we could reach by spending half our time trying to fake it.

Then, all relaxed, we can take a clear look at ourselves and learn the good news-which is that we’re less imperfect than we thought. The truth lies somewhere between perfection and where we believe we are.

In a place called wonderful.

Real estate marketing is one of the rapidly growing sectors that brings together a
property seller and a buyer, thereby combining their requirements and desires to a
mutual agreement. In other words, real estate marketing determines the success of
a real estate business.

Real estate internet marketing strategies include search engine optimization
(SEO), e-mail marketing, blogging, and article marketing, each of them focusing on
generating traffic to your website. Discussed further in this article is search
engine optimization as well as its role in boosting your real estate sales.

A formula for a flourishing online career - effective search engine optimization
(SEO) can attain top ranking for your real estate-related website on the World Wide
Web. Further, it enhances the relevancy as well as the structure of the website,
which in turn increases the traffic and eventually maximize return on Investment
(ROI.) One of the prime benefits of real estate search engine optimization is that
it not only easily markets your properties around your area but also beyond the
jurisdictional limit of any state.

SEO is usually made up of a series of steps including choosing the most appropriate
keyword, i.e. identification of key phrases that surfers may use to search real
estate-related services; development of unique as well as pertinent content;
developing your website in such a way that it is worth linking to; and ultimately
submitting your website to some of the top search engines such as Google, Yahoo
and WebCrawlers, apart from submitting it to the industry-related directories.

A real estate web site who fails using proper search engine optimization methods is
like taking a client listing and not actively promoting his home. But, prior to choosing
a SEO firm or expert, it is important to make a thorough research regarding its
professionalism and the strategies it adopts for SEO works.

Autologica presents the sixth and final part in a series of articles that address some of the common problems and situations that arise in family-owned businesses. The articles are based on an interview between Al McClymont, CEO of Autologica Dealer Management Systems, and J.C. Aimetta, an expert and coach who specializes in family-owned businesses and who has ample experience consulting for this type of company.

Al McClymont: I have one last question that I am sure you hear many times, and I also imagine that it’s one that makes for heated debate every time you give your opinion.

How much should family members working in a family-owned business company earn?

J.C. Aimetta: A simple and convincing answer should be: Exactly the same that would be paid to any other employee as competent as the family member, for the same job in the company.

Another way of defining this would be: the same that this person would be able to earn if he or she worked in a different company.

Sometimes I joke about this, and suggest that family-owned businesses should ask a family member that is working and earning money there to send his CV to the companies offering jobs in the classifieds. If after two months the CV has not been chosen for a job interview, the conclusion is simple: the only place where this relative can work is in this company. And they are not working there because of their aptness, but because they are a relative.

It is also necessary to pay attention to “hidden income”. What do I mean by this? I am referring to the possibility of enjoying economic benefits that are not strictly remuneration.

In family-owned businesses, it’s common that the family and company cash registers get “confused”. The cable bill is paid through the company cash register, the car payment is made from the company cash register, holidays are paid from the company cash register.

Therefore, there is a lack of control over withdrawals. Hence, this is a person who earns little but actually takes a lot. As this is not transparent, the equation is foggy at best, and can generate many conflicts.

What are the things that should be avoided by a relative working in the company? First, they should not use things from the company for their own benefit. The company PC is for invoicing, not for someone’s son to play videogames. The company pickup truck is for promotions, or to transport merchandise, or fertilizer, not to go barhopping in the next town.

These things that seem like minor details entail benefits for a relative that would not be available to another employee. Who owns the pickup truck? The company or the family? If it belongs to the company, it must be strictly used for the company’s goals. Telling this to a son may be hard, but it is the way to avoid future predicaments.

Something to consider regarding salary is what we mentioned before: the company should pay the family member the same that any other person would earn for the exact same job, neither more nor less.

Many family businesses pay more, because “the child cannot live with this”, or pay less because “this will all be yours in the future”.

Both scenarios represent an inequality and a source of conflict.

The first one because it means the only way for the owner’s son or daughter to increase their salary is to have more children of their own. And the second one because today’s profit is being unjustly differed to the future.

So, the most appropriate thing to do would be to set salary levels according to the job performed. The same salary another person would earn. This means the company should have, and this is not usually the case, its salary structure clearly defined and should know how much each position earns, instead of thinking how much a relative should earn.

It’s that time of year for spring cleaning and outdoor gardening. While our hands and fingernails are an integral part of these chores, you don’t have to ruin your manicure.

Consider the following nail care tips and your nails will never show that you have been digging in the dirt or scrubbing that kitchen floor.

1. For spring cleaning and daily household chores that require you to get your hands wet, wear cotton-lined rubber gloves to protect your nails. Why? Our fingernails swell when they get wet and shrink as they dry, which causes our fingernails to have less strength. Cotton-lined rubber gloves will help absorb moisture while keeping your hands and nails dry.

2. While working in the garden, it is important, as with cleaning, to wear the right kind of gloves. When dealing with damp soil, chemicals, or liquid fertilizers, it is best to wear rubber gloves that are water resistant. For gardening projects such as digging or weeding, consider wearing thicker gloves made of cowhide.

3. Before putting on cleaning or gardening gloves, apply some lotion on your hands or apply cream on your cuticles to moisturize. Try hand creams that contain oils such as shea butter, eucalyptus, flower or jojoba.

4. To help prevent cracks in your nails, rub moisturizer that contains alphahydroxy acids or lanolin into nail tips. For another moisturizing agent, you can also massage vitamin E oil into your cuticles. Tip - keep a bottle of vitamin E oil next to your bathroom sink to remind yourself to apply it to your cuticles.

5. When filing or buffing your nails, always go in one direction. If you file or buff your nails back and forth, this will cause splitting.

6. To promote nail strength and flexibility, eat foods that contain folic acid such as whole grains, berries, kale, and citrus fruits.

7. It is also important to drink plenty of water. This is necessary for fingernail health because it keeps the body hydrated.

8. To avoid breaking nails, don’t use them as tools, such as digging or picking.

9. Use products containing alcohol sparingly. These products can make fingernails prone to breaking.

10. Do you file the corners of your nails? This may weaken the nails and cause them to break more easily.

Nail Polish Tips:

* To prepare your nails for polish, wipe them with nail polish remover. This will remove any grease from your nails and help your polish last longer.

* Be sure to let nail polish dry completely before applying another layer.

* Apply several thin coats of nail polish to your fingernails instead of one thick coat. This will allow the polish to dry faster and last longer.

* To avoid drying out your nails, try not to remove and reapply nail polish more than once or twice a week.

* Consider using a nail polish remover that contains moisturizers. This will help moisturize your nails while limiting the damage of the product.

* To keep your nail polish bottle from becoming glued shut, use a cotton ball and wipe the top of the bottle with nail polish remover after each use.

* The experts believe the best place to store your nail polish is in the refrigerator. If you store your nail polish in a warm place, it will change the consistency.

* If you don’t have time to polish your nails or choose not to wear polish, you can rub on a buffing cream and then shine them with a chamois buffer. This is a very pretty and natural look.

By following the above tips and making an effort to have healthy and beautiful nails, you will have better-looking hands. You might also want to consider getting a hand massage. This will help boost circulation, encourage nail growth, and best of all pamper you, your hands, and your fingernails!

Spiff Up For Spring - Transition Your Home’s Decor From Winter Style To Spring Appeal

The weather is getting warmer and the flowers are blooming, but your home may still look and feel as though it is stuck in the winter holiday season. Most homeowners dread spring cleaning and the expensive home improvement projects that may accompany it, but freshening up your home this season should only account for a fraction of your time and budget.

These home improvement tips will help you create a comfortable living environment that will not only improve your home’s value, but welcome the quickly approaching spring and summer seasons.

Hardwood Flooring

After the ambush of holiday visitors, your carpet probably looks like it has seen better days. Instead of trying to save your dingy carpets, opt to install hardwood flooring.

Hardwood flooring has maintained its popularity for many years due to the high resale value it adds to a home, its durability, its ease of repair and its luxurious look. Hardwood flooring’s flexibility allows homeowners to refinish and stain their floors in a variety of dramatic colors. In order to create a fresh spring look, stick to the lighter hardwood flooring stains. A lighter shade of flooring will bounce light throughout the house, while a darker floor tends to absorb light.

Rugs

Rugs are great for camouflaging stained or worn flooring, yet they often times act as an overbearing touch to a cluttered room. Stash your dark and ornate oriental rugs and instead choose bright floor coverings. A few strategically placed area rugs in light, colorful shades will help hide stains, while incorporating a clean, spring look for your home.

Removing area rugs completely is another option that will create a streamline look throughout your home. This small, subtle change will not only help save the wear and tear of your rugs, but will also help create a simple, fresh look.

Lighting

During spring, days are longer and the sun seems brighter, creating the opportunity to use natural light. Take advantage of this opportunity and install window treatments that will allow the maximum amount of light into your home. One way to utilize natural light is to install plantation shutters, which are a popular window treatment trend this season. Plantation shutters’ versatility makes them appropriate for both traditional and contemporary home styles. This window treatment style provides a sophisticated beach feel to your home while adding to your home’s value, insulation and light regulation.

Visit http://www.westcoastflooring.com/ to learn more about plantation shutters and other spring window treatments for your home.

Whether you decide to spiff up your entire home this spring, or just remodel a few select rooms, it is important to improve features that enhance not only the look, but the value of your home.

This article is provided by West Coast Flooring Center, one of the largest flooring stores in Southern California, offering flooring services with a wide variety of quality flooring options and other home improvement services.

West Coast Flooring is currently offering weekly, limited-time specials to represent a different home improvement product or service that would work best in the kitchen, family room, bathroom and foyer. Find the latest West Coast Flooring offers for your spring home improvement projects today.

Shyness and blushing often go hand in hand. Blushing can sometimes feel uncontrollable and if you have a shy disposition then blushing can feel 100 times worse.

There are of course many ways to counteract both problems in one. First you need to understand which comes first - the shyness or the blushing? This might sound strange, but some people blush that are not shy and only become shy as a result of their blushing.

This is a viscous circle that can quickly escalate.

So, are you a shy person that has a tendency to blush? Or are you an outgoing person who can’t help blushing either way?

If you feel that you blush uncontrollably and it is making you feel more reclusive and ultimately shyer, then you may find solace in treating the physical condition via either cosmetic treatment or, only in extreme circumstances surgery can be an option although not particularly recommended.

There are many products that cater for both men and women in the market today. Some are good, some aren’t. Products range from light foundations (yes, men can use them too!) to green tinted creams to counteract the redness.

There are even other alternatives such as acne creams designed for Rosacea sufferers that are known to be highly effective and also a number of vitamin supplements can help to alleviate some of the more extreme cases of facial redness, rosacea, blushing and hot flashes. Even if you fall into the naturally shy category and feel you blush as a result of being shy, knowing that you aren’t showing your uncomfortable blush can do wonders for you self confidence in itself.

On the other hand, if you are a shy person and you think that the blushing is a bi-product of being shy, you can begin to tackle the emotional/psychological reasons behind your shyness. There are many ways to skin a cat, and if you want to take a deep journey inside yourself and truly discover the fundamental causes as to your shyness.

The first step is to reach out either to a professional or a trusted and understanding friend. Join a support group or chat with people online. Once you have targeted the areas that make you feel this way you should have a better sense of direction when it comes to treating your low self confidence issues.

Choose an Affordable Family Health Insurance Plan

* HMOs (Health Maintenance Organizations) are the cheapest form of health insurance. These plans set you up with a network of physicians and hospitals which you must use when you’re ill. In order to get treated you must first see your primary physician who will either treat you or refer you to a specialist. You pay a small copayment after each visit to a physician.

* PPOs (Preferred Provider Organizations) cost slightly more than HMOs. They too set you up with a network of health care providers but you also have the option of choosing a doctor outside the network by paying more. These plans are more popular than HMOs because you have more options.
