5 Erogenous Zones You Must Stimulate To Rock Her World

Do you know the secret to improving your sex life?

Well to be honest incredible sex starts with one thing…

Pleasing YOUR woman!

If you can rock her world in the bedroom, then you’ll have taken that crucial first step towards having a great sex life.

Now there are a number of methods to pleasing women. But an incredible lover knows that turning her on before sex is the key to bringing her to the big “O”!

So how do you do this?

Well it’s simple…

You have to locate and stimulate her erogenous zones.

As you probably know there are certain areas on a woman which are sources of great pleasure. If you know how to concentrate on these areas, you’ll become the best lover she’s ever had.

Now you might think a woman’s only erogenous zone is her breasts, but that’s not the case. Actually there are many areas you can stimulate which will get her really excited.

To help you out here are five areas which you can get started with:

1- Her Neck

A woman’s neck is THE most sensitive part of her body. To really get her going, you must learn to correctly caress and kiss this area. When doing this, you should run your fingers along her neck and kiss it lightly. Another technique which works incredibly well is to lightly nibble on her neck.

2- Her Hands

As you probably know, a woman’s sense of touch is a constant source of pleasure. So if you know how to kiss her hands and caress them, you can quickly build excitement.

What you want to do is run your hands along her palms, play with her fingers, and give her a sensual hand massage. By focusing on her hands you’ll be much different from other guys. You’ll stand out in a positive way.

3- Her Ears

Another really sensitive area is a woman’s ear. If you really want to drive her nuts, you should lick or nibble on her ears.

But I have a quick warning…

Each woman has different sensitivity areas when it comes to their ears. Some love having this area stimulated while others hate it. This means you should be cautious, and start slowly. Then observe her reactions and work from there.

4- Her Feet

A good foot massage can melt a woman like butter. If you can learn how to touch and caress and her feet without tickling her, she’ll be really turned on.

What you want to do is gently touch and knead her feet. Then judge her reactions and progress from there.

5- Her Inner Thighs

A woman’s inner thighs are incredibly sensitive. Since this is area is close to her “promised land”‘, you must earn her trust before trying to caress this area.

Simply stroke (or even kiss) this area, then watch her positive reaction. I bet she’ll love it!

A woman’s erogenous zones are a constant source of pleasure and excitement. If you can properly stimulate these sensitive areas, you’ll have her going crazy with passion.

Simply follow sexual tips I provided in this article, and you’ll become a provider of incredible sex!

Facial Hair Removal Breakthrough - The Story

With around 50 million women in the USA alone concerned about facial hair removal according to some estimates, it’s no wonder some of the large health and personal care companies invested much time and research into developing an answer.

That answer came on July 31, 2000 when Bristol-Myer Squibb along with The Gillette Company announced the launch of Vaniqa, a cream designed to slow down and minimize facial hair growth.

As a result of applying Vaniqa cream, millions of women now had the opportunity to make facial hair removal a lot easier.

Yes, they still had to continue with their regular method of facial hair removal, be it waxing, sugaring, threading or tweezing, but doing this in conjunction with applying Vaniqa reqularly made it a lot easier and facial hair removal sessions more infrequent.

The road to FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approval for any drug is a long drawn out process which takes years. This of course is for the public’s protection to make as certain as possible there are no undesirable serious side effects.

Bristol-Myer Squibb and Gillette succeeded in getting Vaniqa FDA approved so it is available as a prescription cream from a medical practitioner.

The background to the launch of Vaniqa is intriguing:

A drug by the name of Eflornithine was developed many years ago to combat malignant cancer. Regretfully it was not effective for that purpose.

However, by accident it was discovered that Eflornithine was effective against the condition commonly known as sleeping sickness which is found in many parts of Africa.

A curious side effect of the drug was hair loss, as is the case with some drugs used in the fight against cancer.

Further investigation revealed that Eflornithine inhibits the work of an enzyme connected with hair growth. This led to the production of a cream containing 139mg/g of eflornithine hydrochloride. It took the name “eflornithine hydrochloride 13.9%” and was sold under the brand name - Vaniqa.

Vaniqa is a topical cream applied directly to the skin to assist with facial hair removal, specifically in the areas around the lip and under the chin.

As time went on, both Bristol-Myer Squibb and The Gillette Company felt that Vaniqa was no longer in keeping with their future goals and targets so they sold it in June 2002 to a company called Women First Healthcare.

In June 2004, the U.S. Bankrupty Court announced that SkinMedica, a pharmaceutical company specializing in dermatology, had won the bid for all U.S. rights and some international rights for Vaniqa from Women First Healthcare.

As of this writing, Vaniqa continues to be sold under prescription in the USA. It is also available in the European Union from Shire Pharmaceuticals who hold a sub-license for exclusive rights to market it in the EU and some other areas.

Evidently there is a future for this product, given the interest in acquiring rights to produce and sell it backed by the more than thirty six million dollars paid by SkinMedica to Women First Healthcare.

So is Vaniqa for everyone?

Not exactly. It is for women not men, and girls under the age of 12 are advised not to use it. In clinical tests, about 58% of the women using it found it made a difference to the rate of facial hair growth. It seemed to have better results on women past the menopause.

This means that a fair percentage did not notice any difference.

As with all drugs there can be side effects although in the case of Vaniqa, these are minimal, and mainly involve skin irritations and rashes for a small number of users.

So to clarify, Vaniqa is not a facial hair removal cream. It is rather a facial hair growth inhibitor. Applying it regularly each day will result in a reduction in hair growth for at least half the women who use it thus making their preferred method of facial hair removal such as waxing, tweezing, or threading, a lot easier.

Enhancing Meta Tags May Not Enhance SEO

One thing that is very puzzling to both expert and novice SEO marketers alike is the fact that adding metatags to a site may not always work. This is one of the big mysteries when it comes to dealing with search engine algorithms.

The main problem is that there are really two types of search engines. There are internal search engines and public search engines. They operate differently and search for different criteria when it comes to determining page rankings, which can make the life of a SEO expert difficult.

The truth is that the addition of metatags to the site seems to work best for the internal search engines. These search engines sift through the pages or products on your site and help narrow down the search results to the most relevant ones. Unfortunately, a public search engine such as Google performs a little differently. The database of Google for instance contains basically every page on the web and all of them contain keyword-maximized metatags that work in the vendor’s interest, not Google’s. For this reason it is a bit in question whether or not Google works with metatags at all. This is because the website owner usually works at cross interests with Google - manipulated keywords in the metatag so that they can draw visitors to their site. Google, on the other hand, is more concerned with providing visitors with an accurate library. It is only concerned with showing relevant pages and the web master would like his or her pages to be show whether they are relevant or not.

This is why changing metatags or adding them is not necessarily a rock solid SEO solution for increasing your popularity with the search engines and especially the larger ones like Google that may not be interested in metatags at all.

Starting a Wholesale Business Offline Riskier Than Starting Online

Are you aware that you can start a wholesale business online in less than an hour? Starting right now, and in less than an hour you can have a domain name, website up, start running some pay per click ads based on some keywords and be up and running getting orders and bringing in profits. Products can be delivered via drop shipping from an outside warehouse and your off and running. It really can be that simple if you don’t over think it too much.

The days of having to get a warehouse and office space with a receptionist are a thing of the past. Typically you may have to invest up to $100,000 for start up costs in an offline environment. It just doesn’t make since today with the ability to instantly process orders in one location and have them ship from another, all of which can be done sitting at your lap or desk top. Starting your business this way is far less risky and minimizes overhead and start up costs, thus lowering your personal liability and exposure.

Using the power of the internet you can grow your business which at some point may require the above mentioned but just to get started it’s way overdoing it.

Having a wholesale business will take some work though. Pretending that you’re just going to flip the switch to the PC and start making $10,000 a month without some effort is a pipe dream. As a matter of fact anyone that tells you that you can make that kind of money without some elbow grease being involved on your part is, well to be blunt probably trying to scam you and I’d suggest that you grab your wallet or pocketbook and run, don’t walk the other way.

Some sectors of the wholesale business can be very competitive and it will take some initial hard work to secure your future. The wholesale business might not be for everyone but it’s not that difficult either and the long term results are fantastic.

The good news is that it can be simple if you get started on the right foot. If you can find a solid sourcing supplier like a manufacturer or importer that can provide you the products you want to offer, then you’re on the right track.

Ultimately, the supply and timely provisioning of items to your customers is necessary if you want to run a successful business on the internet. Unluckily for many new sellers, selecting the right wholesale products is an overtaking task and is often easier said than done.

The prices of products are fluid and can lead to people making the wrong decisions costing them money at the least and sometimes more. Do your research and you will be able to put together a list of wholesale goods that is an incredible resource for you to market to hungry retailers.

Larry Carlton “Sapphire Blue” Smooth Jazz Music CD Review

Larry Carlton, very talented Smooth Jazz artist has released his latest album titled Sapphire Blue and Wow! It’s really a good one.

Carlton has been a heavy hitter in the Smooth Jazz genre for quite some time now and Sapphire Blue is an excellent illustration as to why.

This CD kicks off with a great track, Friday Night Shuffle, that I anticipate will be heard on radio stations everywhere, and deservedly so. It really is a very nice track.

Sapphire Blue is a nicely varied, mix of 8 tracks that are very well written songs by this clearly talented artist.

Listen and I think you’ll agree that the song choices are excellent and the overall production is outstanding as is always the case with Mr. Carlton.

While this entire album is really very good some of my favorites are track 2, A Pair Of Kings, track 7, Just An Excuse, and track 8, Take Me Down.

My SmoothLee Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1, Friday Night Shuffle. What a nice track!

Facts About Vitamins - Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)

Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a water soluble vitamin which helps to heal
wounds, keeps the immune system strong, keeps your teeth and gums healthy, it also helps
the body absorb iron and folic acid. Recent studies have shown that it plays an important role
in the antioxidant defence system, by destroying free radicals thereby reducing the risks of
degenerative diseases like cancer and slowing down cell damage and the ageing process.

How much do we need? The amount we need varies from country to country. In the US, the
RDA (recommended dietary allowance) is now set at 75mgs (milligrams) for adult women and
90mgs for men. This has been recently raised from 60mgs due to this vitamin’s antioxidant
properties. In the UK the RNI (reference nutrient intake) is set at 40mgs for both men and
women.

What happens if we don’t get enough? Less serious effects of a deficiency are bleeding
gums, easy bruising and an increased risk of developing viruses. A severe deficiency can lead
to scurvy, a particularly nasty disease with symptoms like joint tenderness and swelling,
bleeding gums, loose teeth, liver spots and anaemia.

And too much? Vitamin C is relatively safe at high levels, but taking more than 2000mgs
daily may cause symptoms such as headaches, flushed faced, vomiting and diarrhoea.

Who needs extra? Smokers definitely should consider extra as smoking interferes with the way
the body uses vitamins. An extra 35mgs daily is recommended. People whose diets are low in
fresh fruit and vegetables and high in processed foods should consider supplementing.

Good sources of vitamin C - ascorbic acid include:

  • citrus fruits (oranges, lemons etc)

  • green leafy vegetables

  • berries (blackberries, strawberries, redcurrants etc)

  • tomatoes

  • green and red peppers

  • broccoli

  • sprouts

  • potatoes with skins

  • melon

Prevent Skin Cancer

If you don’t know by now: Wear Your Sunscreen! Suncreen with SPF 15 or higher can significantly reduce the possibility of melanomas, the malignant tumors that contribute to skin cancer. The good news is that melanomas, when recognized and treated early, are almost 100% curable. The big problem with malignant melanomas lies in their being ignored, undetected or untreated, causing the cancer to spread elsewhere in the body. In 2007, the United States population is estimated at encountering close to 60,000 new instances of melanoma, according to the American Cancer Society.

Self-examination is the best way to combat these melanomas. Your Dermatologist can provide professional care annually and instruct you on how to competently check your body for melanomas. These self-exams should be performed monthly, looking out for two kinds of moles, normal moles (round, brown blemishes or “beauty marks”) and dysplastic nevi (atypical moles). If there is a history of melanoma in your family, you are at a greater risk for skin cancer. There are three main types of skin cancer; basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma. Self-examination gives you a higher chance of catching unusual moles and potentially saving your life. If, upon examining, you find any moles that are raised, bleeding, oddly shaped or different than the last time you checked them, see your Dermatologist immediately. A good rule of thumb is to follow the skin cancer ABCDE rule.

A- asymmetry: look for abnormalities in symmetry - does it look the same on both sides?

B-border: blurry, uneven or rough edges in an early melanoma

C- color- multi colored moles or moles that have changed color. Moles can range from brown, black, tan, red, white, blue, pink, purple or gray.

D- diameter- Melanomas are typically larger than your average mole, about the size of a pencil eraser or larger than 1-4 ” in diameter.

E- Elevation/Evolving- any mole that has an uneven surface, is raised or changes in color, shape or size should be brought to your doctor’s attention. Additionally, bleeding, scabbing or itching are also warning signs of potential melanoma.

Men and women should pay close attention to areas of the body that are repeatedly exposed to the most sun including the chest, neck, tips of the ears, face, hands, back and lower legs, forearms and shoulders. Dangerous UVA and UVB rays from the sun and repeated exposure to these rays can effectuate skin cancer. If you live in a very sunny climate, like Australia, Arizona or Florida you are at a higher risk for skin cancer. If you have experienced major sunburns as a child, this can also be a contributing factor. It is very important to shield yourself from the sun with protective clothing, high SPF sunscreen (15, 30 or higher) and wear it on your face daily. Even in Winter! If you have pale skin, are susceptible to sunburns, have light-colored eyes, work outside in the sun often, use tanning booths, or have many existing moles you are at a higher risk of contracting skin cancer. People who have had chemotherapy or diseases such as HIV, lymphoma or other immune system destructive diseases are also at a higher risk for melanoma.

What Goes Into a Georgia - Themed Gift Basket?

In the south, the state of Georgia has a deep history that showcases some of the most influential changes that the United States has undergone throughout the years. As one of the Thirteen Colonies that played a role in the revolt against British rule during the American Revolution, Georgia was the last state to become established as a colony. Later, Georgia would become the fourth state to ratify the Constitution in 1788. Over time, the location known as the “Peach State,” gained quite the reputation for becoming one of the fastest growing states in the U.S. To truly present state appeal in your gift basket adventures, you will need to brainstorm some of the well known and lesser-known aspects of this grand destination.

A gift basket filled with ripe peaches doesn’t leave much to the imagination, but an in-depth celebration of the tasty fruit is sure to please consumers. Satisfying selections to decorate a Georgia-themed gift basket include peach preserves, jellies, jams, and 100% fruit spreads. Additional edible treats include peach syrup and peach cobbler mix. Peach tea is also a desirable addition, which can help cool down the balmy night feeling of a state that features summer temperatures ranging from the high 70s to the mid-80s/ low-90s. The peach theme doesn’t always have to include things to eat; bath and body gift baskets may include peach scented lotions, body sprays, and scrubs.

The economy of Georgia includes a wide-range of agricultural selections that make worthy gift basket themes. While stationary baskets easily satisfy the paper-product production associated with the city, can you imagine the kinds of arrangements you can create with pecans and peanuts, which are also popular Georgia exports? A host of well-known businesses are also situated within the state that could generate a reasonable response in gift basket sales. For instance, Coca Cola has their headquarters settled in Georgia.

In Georgia, an assortment of military installations can be found, including Fort Benning, Moody Air Force Base, Fort Stewart, and Fort Gillum. Obviously, when it comes to appealing to the locals and visitors to these bases, themes of Americana, stars and stripes, and the 4th of July are rather profitable turns for the gift basket business. As for the education department, Georgia is home to a host of historically black colleges, such as Morehouse College, Spelman College, and Savannah State University. To attract this particular crop of potential buyers, you may want to incorporate the colors and symbols associated with the area fraternities and sororities, including the pink and green scheme of the AKA’s.

When you wish to attract the sports enthusiast of the Peach State, you should turn your attention to the MLB team, Atlanta Braves; the NFL team, Atlanta Falcons; and the NBA team, the Atlanta Hawks. At least two out of three teams allow birds to open up the theme of a mascot-related gift basket, whereas all three teams utilize the colors of red and black to make ribbon and accent options much easier to deal with.

History Of Public Speaking

Public speaking has been in existence since the dawn of time, the origination of man’s desire to communicate political and social issues has been a component of human interaction since ancient civilizations. Public debate was exemplified through ceremonial and religious expression, public forums to discuss daily life and courtrooms to practice and enforce laws. The ancients believed in the significance of public speaking because of man’s proclivity for politics and social matters and our inherent need to disagree with each other. Human beings have been using language to communicate in an ordered fashion since the first cave man uttered the first groan of discontent. The goal of debate is a practical one, to find the outcome of a problem or suggestion to improve quality of life. The situational and organized theater of public debate exists within formalized and unique circumstances. The Oxford English Dictionary defines rhetoric as 1) the art of using language persuasively; the rules that help one achieve eloquence; 2) the persuasive use of language; 3) a treatise on persuasive language; 4) prose composition on a school subject.

Inventiveness within debate, rhetoric or public speaking is the most important ‘canon’ of the use of language, according to Aristotle. Style, delivery, arrangement and memory also play key roles in the creation of effective communication through speech and discourse. In the ancient Greek text from Aristotle’s ‘The Rhetoric’, he establishes three methods for persuasive public speaking; ethos, pathos and logos. Aristotle defined ethos as the most significant of the three components of rhetoric. It is the character or persona of the speaker. It is not only the individual’s personality, but a projected personality, our appearance to others and to ourselves. Instruction and habit make up most of what ethos contains, making us a product of our environment. Ethos, the ethical appeal of language through the use of character, is the art of using what you know to illustrate your point, whether from personal history, invented situations or drawing from what can be observed in order to relate to an audience. Pathos is the speaker’s use of emotional appeal. Since ancient times, this is the most distrusted use of language, bringing debatable dichotomy to light between emotion and reason. If a speaker uses this powerful tool effectively, great change may occur within the mindset of an audience. It is a difficult argument as people are attached to their emotions and emotions are shared experiences that can bring about empathy or sympathy between speaker and audience. It is highly manipulative and if the audience identifies emotionally with an issue and they are close to the argument, it is wise to tread lightly when using pathos. Using style in conjunction with pathos is the most effective way to persuade. Logos signifies the use of logic or logical appeal to persuade an audience. When a speaker uses logos, they are using scientific data, numbers, polls or hard facts that are difficult to deny. An audience can be won over with this use of information, making the speaker appear as an expert on their subject and the impenetrable certainty with which the speaker uses this mode of persuasion.

The use of rhetoric as an art in public speaking or commonplace language gives people an opportunity to debate issues without coercion or violence. Rhetoric enables people to communicate ideas about what is important to an individual or group and reflect on personal thought, distributing power through language.

Secured Loan Provides The Investment To Turn My Idea Into Reality

I am laying in my tent, camping and enjoying the sounds of the morning. The birds are singing and you can smell the freshness of the morning air. It is going to be a glorious day and it is time to get up and enjoy the day. So I climb out of my sleeping bag and get out of the tent. The sun is coming up and there is a crispness to the air.

I get ready to get washed and grab the water and suddenly my whole body freezes in shock and I scream out, “that’s cold”! I think about putting some water on the fire to warm it up but that will take too long and get too hot. Then a light comes on in my brain and I have this idea about using some clear hose and making a hot water heater to take camping. No more cold baths in the woods for me. I draw up plans when I get home and build a prototype.

Next, I head off to the camping area again to test it out and see how well it functions. It works great and I imagine the money rolling in! I am going to have the lifestyle and I had always dreamed of after all and life is good.

I arrange meetings with the manufacturers I have been referred and they advise me on how much development will cost. After I recover from the shock and regain my composure, I think of ways to raise the necessary investment to make my dreams come true.

My bank wasn’t interested in investing but a friend suggested that I get a secured loan if I was convinced my product would be a winner. I had the equity in my house and if I could get a secured loan this would raise enough money to get my project started. I went online to research the process. I realised that I would need to use my home as security but I was so confident in my invention that this didn’t unduly concern me.

Of course, if I do not pay back the loan, there was a risk that I would lose everything but there was no turning back! I knew my camp heater was a winner so I applied and got accepted for a secured loan online. Once the funds were deposited into my bank account I contact the manufacturer and we get the plans underway. The next thing I know I am watching my heater being made and placed in stores. It’s a great success and it sells really well. In no time at all, I am able to pay back my secured loan and haven’t looked back since. Now I’m working on my next big idea!
