The Third Decision for Success - I Am a Person of Action

“When I am faced with the choice of doing nothing or doing something, I will always choose to act.” Andy Andrews is the author of this phrase. In his book, “The Travelers Gift,” his third decision for success is to be a person of action. Wealth and abundance hide form the people who are sluggish but follow those who take action and move quickly. There is no such thing as standing still in success. The failure to make a decision is failure act, and thus, failure. There is no gray area in the world of riches and abundance. It is either black or white. Poor or rich. Either you are moving forward or you are not moving at all, which means you are getting further and further behind.

“Successful people make their decisions quickly and change their minds slowly. Failures make their decisions slowly and change their minds quickly.” The key to this quote is to trust in your own intuition. Do you feel confident in your decision making abilities? Most lack confidence and thus will never see their dreams in reality because of that very reason. Success all comes down to one thing, and that is your ability to decide. Decide today to act towards your future. You have the power within you to be great through your decisions. Be confident and be accountable. Fear should not have a place in your mind, as that is all it is, a frame of mind. There is no room for fear in the life of someone who is successful. Fear of choice, fear of criticism, fear of failure is all rubbish. Fear is such a minor thing. Leave it behind.

Become the Leader that others will follow. “Leading is doing. To lead, I must move forward. Many people move out of the way for a person on the run…” Within the true leader, you have the ability to inspire and lead others to greatness. Be the person others will follow, and you will have success. Never settle for mediocrity. Seize the moment. Choose to decide.

I am a person of action!

I am David Allred and I have created my href="http://www.createfinancialwealth.com">home based business, and I will teach you how to obtain the lifestyle of prosperity and abundance you are seeking. Pitfalls of Positive Thinking - How To Avoid Them

I believe you must have heard umpteen times people telling you to have positive thinking in order to succeed in life. I’m a firm believer of that as well. In fact, I’m also a practitioner of positive thinking. However, positive thinking have it’s pitfalls as well. Understanding it pitfalls will prevent you from falling in it, causing you to drift away from your success. Below are just a few: Pitfall 1 of positive thinking :

Think and no actions - When I first started out developing the habit of positive thinking, I’ll always tell myself that my situation will be better, I’ll be able to make more money, I’ll be able to solve any problems. And life goes on. Everyday, I’ll tell myself the same things, and after a while, I realized that I’m still at the starting point. The reason lies in thinking and no actions. Taking massive actions after your positive assurance will bring you closer to success. By merely positive thinking won’t.

Harnessing the power of positive thinking together with taking massive actions. When you start taking actions to overcome your obstacles that lies in between you and your success requires a lot of energy. When you’re face with an obstacles, use the power of positive thinking to open your mind, tapping your creativity in getting the problem solved.

Pitfall 2 of positive thinking :The ostrich mentality -

Someone once told me that when the male ostrich encountered any hunters, it will eventually put its head into the sand, believing that if they can’t see the hunters, they’re safe. I’ve to admit I used to be an ostrich. And it brought me to nowhere. Hiding away from issues, and believing that it’ll go away will not help you inch closer to your success.

Facing the issue face-to-face will allow you to learn how to handle such issues in the near future, gaining precious experience. Instead of misuing the power of positive thinking, making yourself believing that the issue will go away, tackle the issue head on. And leverage the power of positive thinking to propel yourself forward, giving you an extra boost of energy to tackle the issue head on.

The power of positive thinking can give you leverage, providing additional booster to propel you towards your success. It can also deter you from advancing forward. Don’t misuse the power of positive thinking. Learn to make full use of it, and I’ll see you at the end of your success path!

3 Types Of Natural Remedies For Premature Ejaculation

Unfortunately at some point in a man’s sexual life he will find that he suffers from premature ejaculation which is normal especially as he gets older. In this article I will take a look at the various natural remedies for premature ejaculation prevention. In fact there are many health professionals who believe that such remedies may help a man prevent himself from suffering from premature ejaculation by using particular products that are often readily available in health food stores.

One such natural remedy is a plant called Angelica. This plant grows to about 6 feet tall and the root of this plant can be used for medicinal purposes. Many men have found that using Angelica oil or cream has helped to treat the problem of premature ejaculation as it acts like a desensitizing cream or gel but does not contain harmful chemicals.

Then there is the California flower essence Hibiscus. Lots of men have found this natural remedy to be very beneficial when used regularly. This particular herb helps the man to relax. Often tension as well as a lack of emotional connection with their partner can cause sexual problems for a man including premature ejaculation.

Another natural remedy to premature ejaculation is Ho Shou Wu which is an extremely important herb in Chinese Medicine. This particular herb contains properties that are very similar to ginseng and has the ability to provide a man with increased energy, preserve their youth as well as treat any sexual problems that they may be suffering from. Today this herb is often used for the treatment of impotence, infertility as well as premature senility and premature ejaculation. It is believed by many people that this herb can tone the blood as well as improve a man’s sperm count.

The above are just three types of natural remedies for premature ejaculation treatment, but there are plenty more available and all of which will cause little or no side effects to the user since it’s made of 100 percent natural products.

Ricky recommends using Enlast to stop premature ejaculation as it is made of 100% natural ingredients. Click here for more information.

Where People Too Often Fail In Life

You probably know this by now, but it needs saying anyway. Why? It’s simple. To know how to succeed, you need to know what is failure, learn it and do not repeat it again…

1. Laziness- Some people are simply lazy: spiritually lazy and physically and mentally lazy. I’m not asking you to work 16 hours everyday and eventually get yourself exhausted. Use your time and work efficiently. Learn to release your stress because it’s draining up your energy. And also learn to replenish your spiritual, physical and mental energy. Work hard when needed. Rest well when required.

2. Working Against Yourself - It sounds pretty dumb. Who’ll want to work against their own self? Well, many people did, and still do now. Blaming yourself for what happens to you and everyone. Frustrated over yourself for not achieving your desired results, generating more negativity and frustration. Doing things that will not bring you closer to your success. Yes, I admit I’m also one of them who at times will work against my own self. Learn to be aware of it, and focus your actions and attention to working for yourself.

3. Defining goals without being clear of the reason what they want to achieve it - I’ve heard many people claiming that their dream is to be a millionaire, to be financially free. And when asked why do they choose to do that, and what does that dream meant to them? Many of them couldn’t answer it. Spend time to scrutinize your deam/goals, and ask yourself what does that meant to you?

4. Fear of failures - Fearing of failures means you’re fearful of learning what life have for you. When you fear failure, you tend not to take bold steps that’ll give you valuable experiences, bringing you closer to your success. No success comes without any failures. Change your perception of fearful to fail. Make failure as part of your success.

5. Want success but don’t want t pay the price - I’m don’t mean monetary only. Many people desire success, but failed because they don’t want to pay the price. They don’t want to learn from others who went through similar paths and succeeded. They don’t want to pay the price of using their leisure time to do something that brings them closer to success. Invest your resources to get success, and invest it wisely. I’ve seen many people invested heavily using their money and time into tons of books, seminars and courses, and yet still not doing the right things to succeed in life.

Learning how others fail will help you to be aware of the things that you shouldn’t do, accelerating your speed to success, and allowing you to divert your resources, time, money and energy to doing things that will bring you closer to your success. I hope to see you at the other end of the road of success!

8 Tips to Succeed In Life

1. Focus on your what you do best, not what others want you to do - Many individuals do not know that they are actually following what others want them to do. They simply let others to set their own goals and benchmarks. Take time to think about what you do best. After that, work hard to make yourself extremely good at it. Be the guru of what you do best. And people will seek your expertise.

2. Supply & Demand - Using what you do best to meet the needs of others. It is a simple concept of supply and demand. Where there is a sufficiently big demand on a product or service, that limited supply will increase in value.

3. Negotiate Rather than manipulate - Manipulation is to create a win-lose scenario. Negotiation can be a win-win situation. Develop a habit of negotiate what you need and your rewards. The ultimate objective is to get what you seek, and at the same time giving what others want.

4. Be truthful and honest to yourself - Walking through the road to success, you will encounter many failures. Learn to be truthful to yourself, by analyzing your actions and behaviour objectively. If you fail to close a sale, tell yourself that you have not done the correct things to get the other party buying your idea. And if you made a mistake, admit it, correct it, and move on.

5. Leverage the power of joint venture and partnership - Tapping onto other peoples strength to combine with your strength and multiply the results. Learn to work with people who can compliment your weaknesses, and require what you do best. Negotiate the partnership to a win-win agreement and you will soon be on your way to success.

6. Don’t try, do it - Many people tend to try and do things right. They know that they need to do something, and they want to try and do it. Trying means having an option to fail. To do it means to accomplish what you set forth doing. It makes a huge difference when you tell this two things to your inner voice and brain.

7. Always re-invest your excess resources to be better - Develop a habit of re-invest at least 50% of your excess resource to making better what you do best. It’s the simple theory of compounding effect.

8. Know what you want to get - Always be very sure of what you seek in life as your own form of success. Not knowing what you want will not get you any success. Take time think about what you want to get. Write it down, and read it out everyday, visualizing the euphoria feeling when you get it. Soon, you will have constant motivating energy to propel you forward into getting what you want.

The Secret To Internet Success - 3 Vital Elements Of Building A Profitable List?

Is the secret to internet success building an email list of people interested in your niche? If you asked any internet marketing ‘guru’ you’d probably find that the answer would be a resounding yes!

The main problem facing new marketers is in understanding the following 3 vital elements of building a list. If you crack these 3 elements then you are on your way to internet wealth and riches!

1. How to get your list in the first place.

Assuming that you already have a website up and running and operate in a particular niche the first thing that you’ll need to get is an auto responder. There are a number of ways that you can do this, the easiest being to use a paid service.

To get people to subscribe to your list you will need to use a web form that your visitors fill in to become subscribed. The most effective way you can accomplish this is to use a squeeze page. Your squeeze page should be as simple as possible with an incentive for those that subscribe to your list, such as a free guide or e-course.

You simply drive traffic to your page and not the main page of your site and track the results. One of the best methods you can use to obtain this traffic is through a bio box at the bottom of an article you have submitted to an article directory. The reason you’ll get good results this way is because your visitors have already read something you have written, are interested in what you say and have clicked to find out more.

2. Making sure that your emails get opened.

Your emails that get sent to your subscribers are clamouring for attention amongst loads of other emails so the subject line is a critical part to your list building success. Some secrets to getting people to open your email include using their name, writing in lowercase and using a series of dots…, at the end of the subject line. Using the words ‘you’, ‘your’ and ‘you’ll’ should also increase your chances of getting your email opened.

3. Monetizing your list.

Once you have gained a subscriber and they are opening your emails the next thing you need to do is to make money from your list. The real secret of successful monetisation of your list is to gain a high level of trust and credibility from your subscribers and to respect the trust placed in you.

This means that you should provide useful information and content to your subscribers, right from the start. By doing this over a series of emails they will enjoy or value your emails and you will gain the required trust.

You can then recommend products or services to your subscribers and they will, in all likelihood, at least check out what you are recommending. The way you need to respect their trust is by only recommending a product or service that you have personal experience of. By consistently recommending inferior products you will quickly destroy the trust you have gained and your list will become worthless.

- A Solid Foundation

List building is a sure way to gain long term success on the internet, providing you with a solid base of potential customers. If the fickle search engines drop your sites ranking with an algorithm change you will still be able to drive traffic to your site, from your list, while you make the adjustments required.

So You’re Thinking About Becoming a Freelance Writer

You would think that writing is writing. You would think that just because you are doing it in freelance mode rather than under contract to a publication or advertising firm, for example, that it’s the same thing. You would think, huh?

Well, like many things in life, when you step away from the beaten path and eschew the warmth and comfort of schedule, office, guidelines and are forced to do all that that implies for yourself, things change.

Anyone who is good at their job and decides to go out on their own…start their own business…very rapidly learns a bitter truth. Along with all the obligations to the boss, the kowtowing and dog and pony shows, the J.O.B. did provide some things that it can be hard to get along without.

Take that scheduling thing a couple of paragraphs ago. For many people striking out on their own, including freelance writers, a first dash of cold water from the fountain of freedom is the realization that they are not as good at scheduling their own time as their boss or office was.

Oh, it’s great not to hear the clock go off in the morning, but at some point, if you want to be successful, you have got to get out of bed and go to work. The boss expected you there by a certain time and kept you there a certain time for a reason. Requiring a certain amount of time out of your life insured that a certain amount of work got done. With no boss to stand over you or glare at you as you come in late, it can be easy to cut the routine and suddenly find that your output has dropped off.

For a freelance writer, low output can mean low wages.

In the routine of the office, you knew that certain jobs had to be done in certain cycles and to certain rhythms. Many times, those rhythms and cycles were there when you came to work at that company. You may have modified them somewhat, but there is a chance you did not create them. As a self-employed individual, i.e. freelance writer, you are going to have to discover and create the cycles, rhythms, and schedules which will help you be successful.

At your job, you had to develop and grow. Maybe they provided training for you, maybe they didn’t, but at some point you probably realized that if you wanted to advance, or at least keep your job, you would have to figure out how to work the new machinery, fill out the new form, or placate the new boss. A freelancer has to stay abreast of what’s going on as well, only now, there is no one standing by to make sure you get the message.

Additionally, your job provided incentive for you to keep working even if things weren’t going well. As long as you came in and did your work, you got your paycheck. For many, that, and the chance of losing a job, translates into a certain incentive to be creative. Often, when writers go freelance, they find that without any guidance and expectations from outside, their creativity dries up. Then, it is up to them to force themselves to produce.

Bosses also set expectations, and you knew as an employee what those expectations were. Many people who decide to freelance feel that they will now be able to call the tune. However, often what they want to write is not what others want to read, and they find that the boss had certain expectations because he or she knew what the market was demanding. Many a freelance writer, and others who take the self-employed route, find themselves doing many of the same things they did, but for less money and with no benefits.

The list can go on. There are a myriad of things that anyone leaving the work force and striking out on their own will realize need to be done. They will also realize that usually somebody else did them when they had a job. Now that they are self-employed, again, i.e. freelance, they are responsible for it all…from bookkeeping to sanitation. It is their responsibility not only to be a good employee but a good employer as well.

Going freelance in any profession can be daunting, and sometimes the rewards are not monetary. Many self-employed people make less than they did at their last job, but would never go back now that they have made the break. After all, where else can you quit work to watch the game or play with your kids, take a couple of days off because you feel like it, and do your work with a beer on the desk?

Managing a “Dangerous Opportunity” Project

I call projects like this “a dangerous opportunity”. I inherited a troubled initiative, which not only did not know what they were really trying to deliver, but they were delivering badly.

My client contact was under severe pressure from the parent company to fall in line and develop a multifunctional enterprise computer system from scratch. Application software packages wouldn’t do because they “already looked at them”. And of course the project was “to be completed yesterday” To make matters worse, my client’s boss was an exceedingly intelligent and charismatic individual who lacked experience, yet had the dominating, strong-willed and demanding presence to prolong the project damage.

Why did I take on this “death wish” project? Suffice it to say that once upon a time I skydived while these days I go out of my way to find challenging, turnaround initiatives. Here are some of the things I did.

1.-I suspected that building an enterprise initiative from scratch was unwise. My predecessor really didn’t do problem solving due diligence. Yet my client’s boss, all of the executives and the parent company thought otherwise. To make a long story short, I asked their indulgence to quickly define some key aspects of their business needs, after which they convinced themselves that customized route was suspect and then unanimously chose an enterprise ERP package as their solution. Because a project manager has to influence without complete authority in a matrix environment, one of the best ways to do so is to allow management to convince themselves with solid and objective problem-solving.
2.-Okay, so they were on the right path but I now had to conquer the complexities of preparing and implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). These monster projects impact every business function, are highly complex and demand high priority attention from most of an organization’s management and staff. To ensure that stakeholders were on the same page I collaboratively prepared a project charter as the foundation and beacon for a shared project vision and a basis for future project budgets and schedules.
3.-Given the high project profile, a team size of 50 with other indirect participants, organizational inexperience, a lengthy project time horizon, a budget which was 5% of sales and immature implementation practices, I helped management to identify project risks as extremely high. By doing, I garnered support for a strong risk management program.
4.-Now it was time for me to “delegate in detail”. Following the five rules of estimating and work-breakdown structure methods, I fostered a project schedule and critical path, taking care to include all major stakeholders in order to win their commitment, support and hopefully passion.
5.-Turnaround projects demand change, especially for ERP’s. To this end, I empowered two influential project members as change agent champions.
6.-My predecessor over-supervised the people. In contrast, I began supervising the work, giving creative and highly specialized workers a zone of freedom to allow them to feel empowered.
7.-To inspire trust and open the lines of communication I also cultivated relationships with subordinate project leads.
8.-To foster the more timely emergence of the classic “norming stage” of project, I worked with the team to record agreed norms including: strive to do better than budget and schedule commitments, continually share knowledge and criticize the behaviour not the person.
9.-In sessions with individual staff member I asked “What do you want from your job?” Subsequently I proceeded to fulfill as many of these expectations as possible.
10.-I engaged my time-tested qualities when recruiting for the team. trustworthy, genuine, conscientious, at least moderately intelligent, positive problem-solver, hardworking, a team player, willing to learn and happy with the gift of their existence. After that, the rest tends to be much easier.

Innovation is always a primary part of my “modes operendi”. I encouraged my project reports to “think out of the box”. We continuously improved the practices to the familiar tune from hecklers that “It Cannot Be Done”. Well, we did it. Another of my “parachute jumps” safely landed.
