There are many ways to use free internet marketing to
make money.

The problem is, there are also many ways that simply
do not work.

Let’s take a look at the best ways to make money with
free internet marketing.

Way #1 - Using a blog.

Blogging is very popular and if used properly can be
a great way to make money.

The easiest way to achieve this is by writing reviews
on products in a particular subject.

You can write up reviews on just about any type of
product but the best products are information style
ebooks, report, seminars, etc.

And the best part about this is, you don’t need to
have your own product.

You can find many different types of products at
clickbank.com

Basically you can become a reseller.

You then make money for any sales you make by having
your own affiliate link.

Way #2 - Writing and submitting articles.

This is a great way to make money with free internet
marketing.

You use the same principals as the blog method.

You’ll write up and submit 300-500 word articles on
the subject of your chosen product.

The best types of articles to write are “tip” style
or “how-to” style.

You can also write review style articles.

At the end of your article you can place a resource
box where you can put a small ad for the product
you’re selling that includes your reseller link.

Then you submit your articles to “article directories”
such as ezinearticles.com

Try to write and submit atleast one article per day.

Way #3 - Post to forums.

Posting to forums is another great way to make money
with free internet advertising.

There are many different forums to be found on just
about any subject.

Do a search on google.com for your keyword and put
“forum” in the search.

Once you find a few forums on your subject, you can
post questions, answer questions, etc.

At then end of each post, you can put what is called
a “signature file” at then end of your post.

This is where you’ll want to put the link to the
product you are a reseller for.

Just be sure to make your posts relevant to the
forum and not an ad for your product.

These are a few of the best methods of using free
internet marketing to make money.

In 2006, small cap stocks out performed large cap stocks, and are poised to perform well again this year. History shows that, over time, the best performing stocks started small. Just remember… correlation is not causation.

For example, in Los Angeles, ice cream sales increase when the pavement cracks. Does this mean that cracking pavement influences ice cream sales? Nope. It means that the hot summer sun wreaks havoc on roads. Hot weather also makes kids buy ice cream.

Or put a different way, penny stocks are expected to perform well in 2007, but just because it’s a penny stock does not make it a winner. There are other important factors at play.

At the outset, penny stocks look attractive because they are trading at, what appears to be, bargain (read ‘cheap’) prices. Buy a stock at $0.10; it pops two cents and you’re looking at a 20% return.

Unfortunately, picking winners is not as easy as it seems. Over the long run, penny stocks earn their investment returns the same way other stocks do - based on their performance.

Sure penny stocks can pop on a single press release, but in the end, the share price is still rooted in fundamentals.

The fascination with penny stocks obviously has to do with the idea that they are considered to be “cheap” or “inexpensive”. And nothing could be further from the truth.

First off, let’s get rid of the word “cheap”. There’s no such thing. I tend to look at all stocks as being either ‘costly’ or ‘expensive’. What’s the difference? Let’s say you collect antiques. You walk into a store and end up paying $5.00 for something that’s really worth $2.50; that’s expensive. If you walk into a store and pay $1000.00 for something worth $1000.00, that’s costly.

Do your due diligence. Run your prospective penny stock picks through your own tested stock filter. Buying a penny stock at $0.10 may seem like a bargain, but it could be an expensive error.

Fundamentals aside, are there other ’secrets’ to finding superior stocks? One article I read discovered that the best-performing small caps all shared one very telling trait: a dedicated management team.

Roughly 84% of the 100 best-performing small caps from 1996 through 2005 had a management team that either owned more than 5% of the company’s shares or had been at the helm at least 10 years.

That fact was true of fewer than 50% of small cap stocks overall.

A dedicated management team is crucial to the success of your penny stock. Think back to some of today’s Wall Street juggernauts. Microsoft and Dell were both led by a founder, who owned shares of his company and was committed to building the best business possible.

It’s not the be-all of penny stock research, but knowing that the management team of a prospective stock is well seasoned AND has a vested interest in the company speaks volumes. And is a good place to start.

It may not be the best way to spend an hour of your life, but it’s also a good idea to listen in whenever your prospective company hosts a conference call. With penny stocks, this most often occurs immediately following a quarterly press release.

Listen closely to how management talks about the business and fields questions. And if you’re still not convinced, put in a call to investor relations. Or better yet, unlike the blue chip behemoths, prospective penny stock investors can usually get the CEO on the phone.

You two may not end up being close friends, but field the right questions and you could get an edge over the throngs of less motivated investors.

The allure of penny stocks is undeniable; and so too are the risks. But penny stocks need not be any riskier than their larger peers.

Delve into your penny stock of choice and figure out if it’s expensive, or costly. Cover your bases and you may very well uncover the small number of penny stock wonders currently trading under Wall Street’s radar.

Something YOU Need to Know Before Losing Weight

Ok, who hasn’t heard of a “low-carb” diet? It’s one of the most recognized ways to lose weight. And talk to anyone and you will see that they are either on one or considering one.

Some of the reasons most people consider low-carb diets include:

* Instant results (normally the first week).

* People typically like heartier foods anyway.

* It won’t let you starve.

Now the neat thing about our modern society is the amount of new information you can get about anything. Low-carb diets are no longer just meat and cheese only. One study has shown something different.

Some of the biggest emergence of information is that of the low-Glycemic diet. Now at any given time you can see commercials promoting this type of diet. So what exactly do people need to know about the Glycemic Index?

First, it considers the load that food puts on your body. The body’s main energy source is glucose (sugar). Typically, low-carb diets use protein as the main energy source. Here’s the problem with that.

* Protein is more of a building block than an energy source.

* Vegetables are great but they don’t give you all the types of proteins you need.

* In some cases, your risk of disease isn’t really cut significantly.

Next, Low-Glycemic diets are more closely related to what we want. One of the biggest problems we face is always being on the go. As with anything good, sacrifices must be made. You already know what I mean:

* Fast foods fill an empty spot but wreck havoc on your system.

* Exercise. Try parking farther from the store or walk with a partner.

Lastly, one of the latest discoveries about low-carb diets is that they are beginning to introduce the Low-Glycemic concept. The idea of allowing more carbohydrates to a protein-based diet is amazing!

Low-carb diets can be good if you want to lose weight. People can lose weight using high-carb diets, as well. The body doesn’t know the difference between calories from carbohydrates or calories from protein. We just need calories to burn.

The only objection occurs when which is better. The body needs 40-60% of its calories need to come from carbohydrates. It’s just the way our bodies are set up. That is why the Glycemic Index is making waves in the weight loss field!

The Convenience Of The Drinking Water Cooler

In common office folklore, we all meet around the water cooler to swap gossip and compare notes. While, this may be a bit of an overstatement, the drinking water cooler is, in fact, a central figure in both offices and homes - always available for a refreshing break in the day.

The office drinking water cooler maintains its popularity simply because of its convenience. No matter when you’re in need of a drink throughout the day, you only need to walk down the hall and refill your cup. More importantly, it provides a healthy alternative to office vending machines that offer high calorie soft drinks. While a caffeinated soda may seem like a good way to get through the day, the truth is that water will go a lot further to keeping you awake and on-task. Savvy water drinkers know that it’s water that makes them feel energized - not endless coffee.

Many offices will also carry a drinking water cooler that provides hot water as well as cold. This can be a great amenity for morning or midday herbal tea drinkers who don’t have access to a kettle at the office.

The reasons that the drinking water cooler has fans at the office are the same reasons it is just as popular in the home. More and more people have turned to the drinking water cooler for a ready supply of clean, refreshing water. While most public water supplies are clean, healthy, and adequate for drinking, some carry toxins, that while unseen to the naked eye, compromise the quality of the water. And bottled water that is purchased in large quantities can be expensive and difficult to store.

For this reason, more and more people choose to have a drinking water cooler right in their home. They know that the quality of the water is never compromised and always consistent; and they have access to it at all times. Many people even claim that drinking water cooler water improves the taste of their coffee and other foods.

The convenience of the drinking water cooler even extends to its delivery. A stationary cooler stays in your home and replaceable water bottles are delivered straight to your door on a regular basis.

The drinking water cooler can be a wonderful way to enjoy quality water on a regular basis - improving the health of you and your family.

Balancing Switching Energy Technique:

This technique improves your response to stress, so that you don’t become “switched” under pressure, or for when your circuits feel blown.

Once balanced the client’s performance capacity is increased, enhancing the ability to focus and heal.

Switching Treatment:

1) The client contacts both eyes with the index and middle fingers, using gentle, even pressure. This activates 3-cranial nerves in the brain.

2) The practitioner contacts the two hollow points bilaterally (Kidney27), located just above the collar bones and about 1 1/2 inches out from the midline of the body. You may wish to do gentle, circular movement with the tips of your thumb and index finger, stimulating these points briefly to activate them.

3) Holding both of these (Kidney27) contacts, use your spare hand to gently tap the client’s head and sternum alternately while the client takes full deep, exagerrated breaths. Continue lightly tapping the head and stermum alternately, until a shift is felt.

The Switching Technique helps boost your stress tolerance. It’s also helpful for mental confusion, memory lapses, poor reading comprehension, weak healing response, confusion about right and wrong, and self-destructive behavior.

It seems to me that there are more internet strategies today than ever, you would think they would slowly evolve over the years and the worst of the bunch would die, and the best internet marketing strategies would thrive and grow. That would leave us with an elite group of strategies that were honed to perfection and could reap the kind of results we all dream of. Instead we have thousands of ill thought out and some, utterly useless, strategies being proliferated all over the web by people who only make money by selling the strategy to other people… Of course in amongst all of those are the true gems that are hiding in shame from the rest of the internet marketing community.

The internet is always in flux as it adapts to the growing needs of the online users, and with that will come fresh ideas that usually do work for a while. The problem is that as more and more people start to use (and abuse) those strategies then they lose their effectiveness. However there are a selection of the best internet marketing strategies that are sadly overlooked by most new marketers, and which remain as effective today as ever, it is these that I will now discuss:

Search Engine Optimisation: 4 out of 5 stars

SEO is the art of creating websites or webpages that rank well when people search for certain terms on search engines. Now the natural, free, and best of all, targeted traffic that you receive from SEO is the reason why it is one of the best internet marketing strategies. If done correctly then you can drive hordes of traffic to your site and reap the benefits that brings. The only issue that I have with this technique is the constant fear you have of dropping down the rankings, and the constant work that is needed to maintain your position. I would give it a 4/5 as if you put in the work then you can get fantastic results.

Pay Per Click: 3 out of 5 stars

PPC is still the quickest way to get traffic to your site for testing etc. For those of you that don’t know then PPC is where you pay for an advert to appear when somebody types certain words into a search engine. If they click on your advert and go through to your site then you pay a set amount. The fact that you only pay when someone visits, and the fact that you can get traffic flowing in minutes, makes this one of the best internet marketing strategies for testing ideas and products. I would give this a 3/5 as you need to pay for every click so mistakes are costly, but it definitely gives results, use it most effectively to test the conversion rate of your sales page before using SEO.

Article Marketing: 5 out of 5 stars

This has to be my favourite strategy. Well established article directories are usually optimised very well in the search engines, and you can leverage this to your advantage. If you write quality articles, put a link to your site at the bottom and submit these to an article directory then you will get traffic to your site through the link. If you target relevant keywords with your article you may also appear in the search engines and get targeted traffic to your article that way. Articles are also taken by websites that need content and that will help with SEO as you will get links to your site from all over the internet (a key component of SEO), so you get the best of both worlds! The ease of use and the fact you can leverage the SEO of the directories themselves make this one of the best internet marketing strategies without a doubt. I would have to give article marketing 5/5 as the best possible strategy you can use to get traffic.

So to get the most traffic possible then my advice is to stick to these three strategies and forget about the ‘latest thing’ that is coming out. The more you use the three best internet marketing strategies then the better you will become at them and the more your traffic, and your profits, will increase.

Setting Your Sights on Eternity - Making Your Life Count

Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known in /wwwroot/gphone-android.com/wp-includes/class-snoopy.php on line 1142

Life can get so busy just in the living, but have you ever had a good look at what you are doing and wondered what you are doing that will last for eternity?

Any progress you make toward God and your relationship with Him won’t be wasted but how many people have time to read their Bibles and spend time obeying God and in prayer?

What are you doing that will have eternal significance?

If you bought one Bible for a Chinese Christian you would make a big impact on a whole community of believers over there. If you took a homeless person out for a meal at a restaurant you might do that broken man untold good for eternity.

Essentially we have to ask ourselves what God are we serving? Are we serving the God of heaven on the lusts of the flesh? Are we serving God or Mammon?

On Christian television we have a hundred preachers asking for our money, everywhere we turn there are needs and people that need our money, but let us forget about our money, what about our skills and our time?

Have you got a skill that can draw people closer to Christ or lead people to Christ? Have you got a desire to further the kingdom? Could you do some study and change occupations and work in a job that brings the Lord a better harvest?

I have just published a book. It’s a collection of sixty six articles that are on this site but it gives people ease of reading. It’s written for people who read my articles and who find themselves reading for hours. I put quite a bit of time into getting it edited and put quite a bit of money into getting it self published, but I know the book is an encouragement and uplifting and will do many people good who buy it and lend it to friends. It is something I have done that has eternal worth and whether ten people buy it a month or two people a year, I have done a good job.

Have you got a talent? Are you good at something? Can you offer something to God? Jesus says in the parable of the talents that we all have a talent. Are you using yours for eternal purposes or just for carnal lusts of the flesh purposes? Are you doing things that will last for eternity? Is your work on earth going to be burned in the fire in the last day or is there going to be something made of gold left over?

Let me pray

Dear Father

I ask that you come to me this day with your will and with your Spirit and show me what I need to do for you that will last and have eternal significance. Today I ask that through your Spirit you take hold of my life and direct me toward doing things that which will last for eternity. Help me to focus on eternity and the treasure that I can store in heaven and help me to walk in a more faithful manner.

In Jesus name I ask

Amen

MacJournal 4.1 by Mariner Software
Over the past three decades, Apple has made it easy to integrate computers into our daily routines. Whether you started on an Apple II in college or high school, or you just got your very first iMac or MacBook, you’re probably finding lots of ways to replace the paper in your life with simple applications.

Keeping a journal, meanwhile, has traditionally been an ink-and-paper affair. While some people will always crave the experience of curling up on a sofa with an elegant diary page, most of us find that sending quick notes throughout the day is the most realistic way to record what’s going on in our lives and in our heads. Unfortunately, keeping those notes in word processor files can be clunky, while e-mailing yourself can be risky.

Dan Schimpf’s MacJournal solves both of those problems by offering Mac users an effortless way to capture and organize their thoughts and ideas. And, in an era where often share our musings with other people, MacJournal offers a robust variety of publishing and privacy options.

Compose Your Journal Your Way
Working in MacJournal feels like sending yourself an e-mail. Its simple design makes you feel as comfortable jotting down thoughts as drafting a message to a close friend. Users of Apple’s Mail application will quickly understand how to customize fonts and add color to their journal entries. For diary keepers that want to block out the rest of the world, a convenient full-screen option offers a focused, green-on-black environment that’s easy on the eyes. It even reminded a few of us of our old Apple II’s.

Getting Intimate With Sound
What makes MacJournal so special is that the designers understand that it’s sometimes easier to express your thoughts in your own voice. Each journal entry contains a “recording bar” that can be activated from the “view” menu. By using simple controls and your Mac’s built-in microphone, you can record audio to accompany each journal entry. You can even choose to let your journal speak for itself, literally.

Taking Your Thoughts Public
Of course, blogging has brought the process of journal keeping right out in the open. While not everyone feels comfortable sharing their innermost thoughts with an online audience, MacJournal gives bloggers a set of powerful tools to organize and publish weblogs without using a web browser.

For beginner bloggers, you can use your .Mac account to publish new journal entries to the web. If you’ve been blogging for a while, or if you want to take advantage of advanced features like comments and trackbacks, MacJournal will work with many popular free blogging sites, like Blogger.com, WordPress.com, and TypePad.com. Expert users can even configure MacJournal to work with blogging software on their own servers. If you’ve been blogging for a while, you can even import your previous blog entries right into MacJournal, making it a great tool to back up your blog in the event of a service crash.

Better still, MacJournal has been optimized for podcasting. Using the recording bar and the built-in web publishing tools, you can use MacJournal to easily record and distribute simple podcasts. While there are plenty of Mac blogging and podcasting tools on the market, we can’t find any that include so many hassle-free features for such a low price.

Locking Up Your Deepest Thoughts
Not everyone wants to share every idea or emotion with the entire World Wide Web. That’s where MacJournal’s heritage as a diary tool really shines. Users can choose which posts to make public and which to keep private. You can even keep multiple journals, each with varying privacy settings.

Most importantly, you can lock and even encrypt your journals to prevent them from being read by anyone but you. Clicking a padlock icon on a journal entry assigns a secure password to that journal. And a powerful set of advanced security settings allows users to enable deep encryption, making it tough for anyone to crack your personal secrets. Other settings allow you to automatically lock and secure your journal upon stepping away from your computer, to prevent family members or co-workers from spying on your entries.

Running MacJournal on Your Mac
Instead of waiting for a heavy application like Word or Pages to launch, users can open a new MacJournal entry very quickly. Even on the older iBook we tested it on, MacJournal was ready to go in under five seconds. On our faster MacBooks, it launched almost instantly. Expert journal keepers will tell you that this is critical, since you want to capture brainstorms the instant they form.

Having made the transition from a freeware project to a fully supported commercial product, MacJournal reflects the tremendous amount of care that has gone into its development. With a list price under $40, MacJournal is an essential tool for any Mac lover that wants to document their life, both online and off.

Menopause is an inevitable part of life for every woman; the time when the ability to reproduce comes to an end. This physical process normally happens gradually over the course of several years as hormone levels shift and diminish. The physical ramifications - along with the emotional fallout - of this life transition often spur a strong connection between menopause and mood swings.

During puberty, a woman’s ovaries begin to produce eggs along with the hormones to support reproduction. This menstrual cycle continues throughout a woman’s life until the beginning of menopause which generally occurs sometime between a woman’s mid-forties and mid-fifties. If menopause happens naturally it can take place over a period of time as the ovaries begin to slow their production of eggs and hormone levels drop off until eventually the process ceases altogether - resulting in the permanent end to a woman’s reproductive life. In the case of medically-induced menopause, a woman is thrust into this change with the surgical removal of her ovaries for a variety of reasons. In either case, there are a myriad of symptoms associated with menopause.

When the ovaries cease to produce eggs they also cease to produce estrogen - the hormone responsible for supporting menstruation and pregnancy. The result can be a bevy of symptoms including hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain, memory loss, insomnia, and loss of sexual desire, among others. This elimination of estrogen also often tends to forge a strong correlation between menopause and mood swings. The depletion of hormones can sometimes result in irritability, anxiety, and even periods of depression. There is also the emotional element attached to the process of menopause; a woman is saying goodbye to her reproductive life - a process that can be overwhelming and sad.

Menopause and mood swings can be especially difficult when it goes on for long periods of time and interferes with daily life including career and family. In this case, a woman may seek out those treatments to help minimize mood swings. In some situations, a natural treatment plan that focuses on a healthy diet, consistent exercise, and adequate sleep can help to bring relief.

In more severe cases, the relationship between menopause and mood swings puts up obstacles throughout a woman’s life. When all natural remedies fail, it may be time to see a doctor who can prescribe medical therapies that may help alleviate the symptoms.

Classic Car Insurance

You can insure a classic, antique, collector, or custom car the same way you insure any other vehicle. However, many classic car owners end up regretting this decision if their vehicle is totaled. Why? Because when your classic car is declared a total loss by a standard auto insurance policy, you will receive the actual cash value of your vehicle, which in most cases will be quite low and won’t leave a smile on your face.

There are far better auto insurance policy options for classic car owners; however, you often have to meet certain criteria to apply for them.

You must have a minimum number of years of driving experience You cannot use the car for business purposes You must prove that you have another car that you use regularlyYou cannot drive the vehicle over a set number of miles per year

The automobile must be a certain number of years old

If you meet these criteria, then you may be able to purchase classic car insurance. However, not every auto insurance carrier will insure classic cars. When you find a carrier that does, the cost is usually less than what you would pay for a ‘normal’ vehicle.

The preferred type of auto insurance policy for classic cars is an agreed value policy. Before you buy a policy of this nature, you must sit down with an agent and concur on a value that will be paid in the event that your vehicle is totaled. Your agent will also give you a quote for this type of policy. So, if you are in an accident and the damages to your classic car are less than the agreed value, your insurance provider will pay for the repairs. If the cost to repair your vehicle is greater than the agreed value, you will receive your preset agreed amount. This is without question the preferred auto insurance policy for a classic car.
