Mission and Vision Statements - The Secret!

Dr. Joe Vitali, in the recently released book and DVD, the Secret , advises that if you know what you want in your life, then intend it. State it. Like most simple statements, it is true yet always means work on our part.

Defining who we are, why we are, and where we want to be begins the process of understanding ourselves. This includes our relationship to the world we are building our business and personal life in. The benefits from the work done on your defining mission statement and vision statement become your authentic intentions - Success.

“Look, feel, hear, and think within” says Don Midgett, author of Mission and Vision Statements: Your Path to a Successful Business Future. “Find a place to work where you can become calm, clear, centered and creative to craft your mission and vision statements. This will allow you to discover your unique path and what it looks and sounds like.”

Your mission statement should include the values you cherish, as well as a statement broad enough to include desired future growth yet detailed enough to be realistic. As Joel Barker once said “Vision without action is merely a dream. Action without vision just passes time. Vision with action can change the world.” Are you ready to change your world?

Treat development of a mission and vision statement as more than a one-time exercise. All businesses, as well as individuals, must test and change their mission statement and vision statement periodically to keep up with our fast-paced times.

British Sports Car Maker Resurrected

In the 1950’s one car maker set a milestone by producing the vehicle that will make possible the first time that a British car with a British driver has won a Formula One Grand Prix. Aside from that achievement Connaught Motor Company also produced street legal cars which have received good success during the period.

In 2002, the brand was acquired by Tony Martindale and Tim Bishop. Martindale is now the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Last year, the company unveiled the Connaught Type-D after being given the distinction of “Specialist Car Manufacturer of the Year” by Autoexpress magazine.

More recently, the company announced that they will be mass producing the Connaught Type-D at its production facility in Wales. The company will not only produce a sports coupe but also a hybrid version of the vehicle. The production of the newest car from the legendary car maker will start this year. Completed vehicles will begin hitting showrooms in Europe by the start of next year.

Consumers looking forward to the resurrection of the brand will be treated to a four-seater coupe, the Connaught Type D GT Syracuse which will be the first model that the company will be producing. The sports coupe will be equipped with a massive V10 two-liter supercharged engine which can produce as much as 300 horsepower. This amount of power will definitely need good brakes to efficiently keep it in check.

The hybrid version of the vehicle will follow soon after. Plans for the hybrid are already announced by the company. The Connaught Type D V10 sports coupe hybrid vehicle will feature a V10 gasoline engine coupled with an electric motor. The hybrid version of the sports coup is estimated to reach speeds of up to 150 miles per hour. The torque produced by the engine and the additional torque from the electric motor can propel the Connaught Type D to 60 miles per hour from a standstill within 6.2 seconds. This performance is quite surprising since the company expects the hybrid version to have a gas mileage rating of 42 miles per gallon.

The hybrid version will have 30 percent less emission than its competition in the market. This means that the vehicle cannot only provide good performance but also reduce the emission of gases that contributes to global warming. Aside from these, the construction of the vehicle will also bring good news for Wales. The new facility in the country will create more than 200 jobs over the next three years of operation.

In the facility’s first year, the company is planning to hire thirty engineers. Production-wise, the new facility is expected to produce a hundred Connaught Type Ds in its first year. On its second year, production will be raised to 250 units. On its fifth year, the company aims to produce a thousand units at the assembly plant.

Learn How To Build Muscle In 4 Simple Steps

Are you sick and tired of everyone telling you a different way to build muscle? Are you unhappy with how you look in the mirror? Are you frusturated with your slow progress in the gym? Are you ready to learn five simple steps that will teach you how to build muscle safely and effectively?

There is a good chance that you are not maximizing one of these four steps. Your problem and solution lies in correcting these essential steps before you have any chance of building a muscular and lean physique.

Get read to learn how to build muscle in four simple steps, in less time, without any drugs and without bogus supplements.

Step #1

Committ to lifting weights at least three to four times per week. Your goal is to stimulate your muscles with resistance (stress) which results in your muscles growing bigger to avoid the stress from occuring again. Once you go home, let the muscle heal through nutrition and rest, it will grow bigger and you will repeat this process again. Ideally you should hit your muscles once every 72 hours so you could perform 2 upper body workouts per week and 2 lower body workouts per week.

Step #2

Focus on eating at least 5-7x a day with balanced meals from carbohydrates, proteins and fats. If your goal is to build muscle than you should be eating at least 15-18 x your current body weight. Your carbohydrates should equate about 45% of your intake, your proteins should equate about 35% of your intake and your fat should be the remaining 20% of your intake. You should focus on over half of those meals being solid whole food meals and the remainder can be liquid meal replacment shakes.

Step #3

You should focus on stretching at least half the amount that you lift weights. One of the biggest mistkakes I see is people training, training and training with out any stretching. Stretching helps restore normal length to the tissue and if you are constantly training, your muscle tissues will shorten and big to perform weaker and slower and have a higher incidence of injuries. So if you are lifting weights 4 hours in the week, at least an additional 2 hours should be dedicated to stretching. You must counteract the shortening of the muscle tissues that occurs with weights or else you are a injury screaming to happen.

Step #4

Avoid supplements that have not been around for longer than 3 years. I learned this phisophy from an Australian strength coach who recommended not trying any supplement until it has been around at least 3 years to pass the test of time. This will make your life much easier and help you avoid all the marketing hoopla in the latest fitness and bodybuilding magazine. If you follow this rule, you will discover only a small handful of supplements still standing. Here are the ones you should not go with out: a high quality multi-vitamin, fish oil capsules, powdered creatine and a protein powder. These products will cover your nutritional basis for health, healthy body composition, strength and muscle mass.

Virtual Support Is On The Rise

More businesses are reaping the benefits of hiring a Virtual Assistant (VA)

What is a VA? A VA works independently, via the internet, utilizing the latest technologies, to provide immediate professional support, services and skills to busy entrepreneurs and business managers.

VAs are independent contractors, most are licensed that work from home, some work outside of their homes. VAs use the latest technology to communicate work assignments via the internet, fax, and email or such methods as regular mail and overnight shipping. Some of the services offered by VAs are word processing, internet research, bookkeeping, reminder service, email service, bulk mailing and backup support.

More and More businesses are benefiting from hiring a VA. They are saving time and money. They have more time to devote to building their business rather than running their office. They eliminate high operational cost such as employment benefits, space, time way (vacation, illness) and employee taxes.

How do you choose a VA? VAs come from a wide range of backgrounds, therefore, when hiring a VA, test the waters before making a long term commitment. Hire your VA for short-term projects to make sure you have a good compatible relationship. This will give you a chance to get a feel of their quality of work without a long term commitment. Make sure your VA has the qualifications you are seeking. Once you select a few VAs that fit your needs, request a phone interview. This will give you a chance to communication and determine which VA is best suited for your company.

Audi CMO Talks about “Sense” and “Soul”

Audi has started to set their sight on expanding their popularity in the United States luxury car market. In order for Audi of America to expand their success in the U.S., Johan de Nysschen, the Executive Vice President of Audi of America, appointed Scott Keogh as the Chief Marketing Officer last year.

Keogh, at a young age of 37 has already held various positions in Mercedes-Benz before jumping ship to join the other German car maker. Keogh recently talked with the AIADA Contributing Editor Marty Bernstein about his vision for the surging German brand.

When asked about how their company can grow in the United States, he pointed out two things that are essential to achieve the said feat. According to Keogh, he calls the first factor “sense” and the other one he calls “soul”. With regards to “sense”, Keogh has this to say: “In the sense quotient are elements of safety, value, quality, residual value. So, people will say, ‘I trust this brand, it makes sense’. As far as “soul” is concerned, he stated that it is about “performance, sexiness, the cool factor and the emotion the car inspires.”

Keogh stated that through the years, their company has focused on the “sense” area. He cited that the high residual value of their cars as an example of their achievements in the “sense” area. He added that “Consumer Reports just recommended four of our cars for the first time ever; we’ve just had the highest CSI scores we’ve ever had; NHTSA just gave the A6 the award for the safest large car on the road” as part of their achievements. He also further said that their 100 exclusive dealers are an essential part of their recent success. Approximately 270 dealerships in the U.S. are selling Audi vehicles. He added that they still want to increase the number of their dedicated dealerships to increase sales. Increasing the number of dealerships means that they will cover more area, making them more accessible to car buyers.

As far as “soul” is concerned, Keogh has this to say: “Audi has always been the very polite, reserved gentleman at a cocktail party who is holding a very interesting, informative and endearing conversation with someone. Now, we want to get our shoulders back, get out there and express ourselves.” To help them get that message out to the public, Keogh set out to find a new ad agency.

He has this to say about their selection of the new ad agencies: “My colleague, Stephen Berkov and I went around to a number of agencies and we picked four. We were confident in our selection and felt no need to cast a wider review net. We held the conversations we needed to hold and knew these four were going to give us what we needed.”

The four ad agencies picked out by the duo which is consisted of BBH, Fallon, McKinney, and Venables, Bell & Partners. These four agencies will be charged with the popularizing the Audi brand in the U.S., as popular as EBC rotors to automotive enthusiasts.

Skinny Guy’s Guide To Protein Powder

So what do you really need to know about protein powder? After all, as a skinny guy or beginner to the whole bodybuilding scene you simply want to know a few answers. Is protein powder necessary? Does it really work? How much do I need? What kind should I take? What is the best? And finally, will any of these answers make a difference when it comes to getting jacked and attracting the ladies?

This article is not meant for you if you want to learn the science behind the ion-exchanged, cross-mutaed, isotopically labeled protein tracers blah blah blah. In this article, I will strip away all the hype, science and confusion that surrounds protein powder. By the time you are through this article and put it to memory, you will become the resident protein powder expert and amaze your friends the next time you visit the sport nutrition store. No more 2-hour shopping trips for protein powder because you don’t really have a clue what to look for!

Is Protein Powder really necessary?

So, although protein supplements are not an absolute requirement for gaining mass, I have yet to meet any person able to get 400 grams of protein per day from cooking food. If your protein intake is greater than 200 grams per day I will suggest a protein powder - it will make your life a lot easier.

In addition, dollar for dollar, protein powders and meal replacement drinks tend to be more cost effective than whole food. Don’t get me wrong, though. Protein powders are still supplements in my book. Supplement means an addition to the diet. I emphasize this because the focus of any diet should be food. Whole food is often preferable to powders because it can offer a whole spectrum of nutrients that powders cannot.

Most of your dietary protein should come from meat, fish, poultry and eggs. However getting all your protein from whole food is not always practical or convenient, especially if you have to eat 6 or more times a day to get your required intake. I will stress to you, for optimal muscle gains, that you should limit yourself to a maximum of three per day or 40 % of your meals. To some this might sound like going ‘overboard’ and I would not disagree.

The bottom line is that both food and supplements are necessary to achieve a complete nutritional balance as well as the desired level of protein intake, especially if you’re not a big fan of cooking. And I assume that over 95% of you reading this do not have a personal maid at home cooking all your meals while you sit around waiting for your next meal. Do not make the fatal mistake of thinking protein powders can take the place of a solid training and nutrition program.

Does protein powder really work and are they healthy?

I get this question emailed to me almost everyday. I just showed how it ‘works’ as a supplement to help you hit your supplemental protein mark but you are probably still wandering, ‘Yeah, but is protein powder going to help me get muscular or is it a scam?” A better question would be, “Does protein really work?” and the obvious answer is ‘yes.’ You are fully aware that protein is composed of building blocks called amino acids which performs a variety of functions in the body such as build and maintain healthy muscles when combined with diet and exercise. Protein also:

Support red blood cell production

Boost your immune system

Keep your hair, fingernails, and skin healthy

However, not all protein powder is created equal. Most protein powder contains an array of questionable ingredients such as aspartame, saccharin, fructose and artificial colors. It’s interesting to note how unhealthy most of these protein powders actually are. Look for a protein powder with natural ingredients rather than products that are sweetened with chemicals and made with ingredients that are certainly not going to create an environment for muscle growth and fat burning.

Also avoid products with refined carbohydrates such as fructose, sucrose or brown rice syrup. Make sure that the product is made from a reputable company that is genuinely interested in good health. Unfortunately supplement manufacturers will continue to meet the demands of bodybuilding consumers with unknown crappy products because we buy it and it is cheaper for them to create. Do your homework by seeking out unbiased reviews, investigating the companies history, and reputation. And then make a decision and take responsibility!

In the past one of my criteria for a healthy protein product was that it was great tasting and that it should mix easily. Most protein powders mix quite easily, even with a spoon, however I was disappointed to discover that taste will inevitably be sacrificed for a safe and healthy product. I can live with this. You see, once a product is removed of all artificial chemical sweeteners such as aspartame or sucralose, and simple sugars it is left almost tasteless and sometimes even gross.

How much protein powder do I need?

A better question would be, “How much pure protein do I need to achieve my goals?”

Protein is an extremely important macro nutrient and should be eaten frequently throughout the day. I recommend at least 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass. This means that if you are 150 pounds and 10% body fat (150 x 0.10 = 15 lbs of fat leaving 135 lbs of lean mass), you will require at least 135 to approximately 205 grams of protein per day.

I recommend that protein powder be used primarily for your pre-workout, workout and post-workout shake. This is when liquid food is more advantageous over whole food since it has a faster absorption rate.

I do not recommend protein powder do be used for meal replacements for more than two meals. Here is what a typical day might look like:

Meal 1 (breakfast) - whole food

Meal 2 (mid morning) - liquid protein meal

Meal 3 (lunch) - whole food

Meal 4 (mid afternoon) whole food

Meal 5 (pre and post workout) liquid protein meal

Meal 6 (dinner) whole food

Meal 7 (before bed) whole food

What kind of protein powder should I use?

Before deciding which protein powder is necessary, here is a short protein primer to help you make sense of the thousands of different protein powders from which to choose:

WHEY PROTEIN makes up 20% of total milk protein. Whey is recognized for its excellent amino acid profile, high cysteine content, rapid digestion, and interesting variety of peptides. Since it is very quickly digested the best time to consume it is before your workout, during your workout or immediately after your workout. These would be considered the phase in the day where you need energy the most and when your body is in anabolic state.

CASEIN PROTEIN makes up 80% of total milk protein. Casein is recognized for its excellent amino acid profile, slow digestion and interesting variety of peptides. Since casein is slowly digested into your bloodstream, don’t use it during workouts or after workouts - you need a fast absorbing protein at these times. Instead, use a casein protein for all other times outside the pre and post workout window.

SOY PROTEIN is the most controversial of all protein types. While the soy groupies have gone to great lengths to label soy as a super food with magical effects, there is also a good amount of research that suggests soy protein may be contraindicated in many situations. BECAUSE OF ALL THE CONFUSION, IN MY PERSONAL OPINION, I SUGGEST AVOIDING SOY PROTEIN ALTOGETHER AND STICKING TO THE OTHER TYPES LISTED.

Protein Blends are generally a combination of several types of protein blends such as whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, egg protein, casein protein, and soy protein.

Why would you want a blend anyway? You will receive the full spectrum of proteins and you will receive varying rates of absorption from the different types of protein. Using a blend will create an anabolic environment from the whey and an anti-catabolic environment from the casein - use this kind at any time of the day but NOT before a workout or after a workout.

Whey hydrolysates (also known as hydrolyzed whey protein, and are also called peptides), are powerful proteins that are more quickly absorbed; more so than any other form, since your body prefers peptides to whole proteins. Hydrolysates are produced through very low heat, low acid and mild enzymatic filtration processes, (those highest in the essential and the branched chain amino acids) and are potentially the most anabolic for short-term protein synthesis such as the the pre-workout and post-workout window.

Whey Protein Versus Whey Isolate:

Most whey protein powders that stock the supplement shelves are made up of whey concentrate and mixed in with a small portion of whey isolate. Comparing the two, whey protein isolate is more expensive than whey protein concentrate because it has a higher quality (more pure) and a higher BV (biological value). Whey protein isolate contains more protein and less fat and lactose per serving. Most whey protein isolates contain 90-98% protein while whey concentrates contain 70-85% protein.

Whey protein isolate is the highest yield of protein currently available that comes from milk. Because of its chemical properties it is the easiest to absorb into your system. Obviously with its high concentration, it appears that an isolate protein would be the obvious choice instead of a concentrate. However, this is an individual decision because the isolate is more expensive, and just because it is purer does not guarantee that it will help build bigger muscles. Its extra concentration may not justify its extra cost.

SO WHAT IS THE BOTTOM LINE? WHICH SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?

For the Pre-workout and Post-workout phases, as long as whey hydrolysate is the first or second ingredient on the supplement label then there is probably not enough in the product to influence protein synthesis to reap the optimal benefits. As stated, whey isolates are also a very extremely high quality whey and for maximal anabolism isolates should be combined with whey hydrolysates for only the pre-workout and post-workout phases of your program. The inclusion of small amounts of whey concentrates will not harm you but this should not be the first ingredient on the tub of protein powder.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE STRONGEST PROTEIN POWDER TO EXPLOIT YOUR FULL GROWTH POTENTIAL DURING THE GROWTH AND RECOVERY PHASES (ANY TIME OTHER THAN PRE AND POST WORKOUT PERIOD) THEN USE A BLEND.

You will receive the full spectrum of proteins and you will receive varying rates of absorption from the different types of protein. Using a blend will create an anabolic environment from the whey and an anti-catabolic environment from the casein.

Conclusion

I hope this article familiarized you with the basics of protein powder and gave you a foundation to work from when deciding on your next order. Don’t get caught up in the hype and start becoming a more educated consumer when you take your next trip to the nutrition store. Now you can tell the sales rep exactly what you are looking for instead of starring blankly at the shelves without a clue!

Oh yeah, protein powder will help you get more jacked and attract the ladies but it’s not going to do it in a ‘ultra short period of time’ with the simple addition to your diet.

Audi to Expand Business in the US

German car makers have been known for their production of luxury cars. Audi, Mercedes-Benz, and BMW are known the world over for their production of luxurious vehicles.

In the past, Audi was shadowed by BMW and Mercedes-Benz in terms of sales. This trend though looks to be turning, with Audi now staking its claim as the fastest German luxury car maker.

While the sales of Audi is eclipsed by the thousand of sales of both BMW and Mercedes-Benz, Audi is now set to challenge the two car makers as the best German car maker. In the United States alone, Audi achieved an awesome feat by almost tripling its sales from 1997 to 2006 in 1997, Audi sold 34,160 units in the United States, small in comparison to the 90,116 units it sold in the country last year. The company has also set its sight to expand their lineup in the next eight years.

In that span of time, Audi plans to create 18 new models for their lineup. To increase their market coverage, the company is expected to increase its number of dedicated Audi dealerships. These exclusive Audi dealerships are planned to be set up on major cities in the United States. One of their vehicles to success in the near future is the company’s first ever diesel engined race car.

Aside from their focus in the U.S. luxury car market, the company is also widening its coverage of the global market. The Audi AG reported good sales figures for the first two months of this year which means that they are performing well in the global market. For January and February, Audi AG sold over 144,000 vehicles which is nine percent higher than sales for the first two months of 2006. In February, the car manufacturer sold nine percent more vehicles compared to February 2006 and at the same time posted their best ever February sales.

In the United States, the Audi of America reported 6,609 units sold in the month of February, marking a 37.5 percent increase compared to February of 2006. For the first two months of the year, Audi of America sold 13,008 units which represent a 19.4 percent improvement over sales for the first two months of 2006. While Audi of America posted good sales figures, the country is not the biggest market for the luxury car maker, instead it is China.

In the said country, Audi sold 15,600 vehicles sold for the first two months if 2007. That figure only represents sales in mainland China and sales in Hong Kong are not included. In February alone, Audi sold 7,200 units in China, representing a 29 percent improvement over February 2006 sales. The high performance and the high level of luxury of their vehicles have played a major role in the company’s surge. These vehicles are equipped with luxurious features which can be complemented with advanced safety features and highly efficient brake components like EBC brake rotors.

Reduce Emotional Stress by Falling Madly in Love with Yourself

Loving yourself 100% is the best way to deal with life’s stresses. The stresses of the 21st century are now making this a goal we all must achieve. Why? Because stress is caused by the collision of the pressure to do something and negative beliefs we hold about ourselves. Start believing in all situations that you can do it. You can have a happy life, and you can be successful in your love relationships. I know you can, because I have done it and I started at rock bottom to reach this wonderful state of being. It’s time to fall madly in love with your self.

The first step is developing compassion for your self. Oddly enough most people don’t give themselves a break ever, and only sometimes give other people a break. Is this true for you? Here’s a personal example: You are enjoying a beautiful sunny day at the beach. The sand is so hot you cannot walk on it without shoes. A little girl who is barefoot is running across the beach crying and no one tries to help her. The beach has plenty of people on it too! She’s 3 or 4 years old, confused, in pain and crying loudly, and not even her mother has any compassion to help her.

This is an extreme example of lack of compassion. Please put your self in this little girl’s situation. Imagine for just a moment that you are 3 years old yourself, and you are running barefoot on very hot sand. What would you want someone, especially your mother, to do? Rescue you by picking you up? Exactly! You want someone to care enough about your current struggle to help you get out of it. Instead, what did this 3 year old get? She got a cold, judgmental mom, who had lost her ability to be compassionate toward her 3 year old child.

How sad. How tragic. How common. Without a doubt, this mom treated her own struggles with the same lack of compassion toward herself. Life is difficult, but it doesn’t have to be harsh. We can recognize a reality of life which is that struggles happen, and we can relearn to accept them with love, and kind support.

Imagine a struggle you had as a child. Remember the pain, the fear, and the anger, because no one was there to help you. Let yourself really get into the memory of this difficult experience, but this time, let’s change the outcome together. See a kind person lift you up, hold your hand, or guide you to safety and comfort or whatever is necessary to get you back to feeling okay and safe. With this image of kind support being given to you, now go back to our 3 year old running on the hot sand at the beach. What would you do for that 3 year old if you were on the beach with her? Would you run over and pick her up? I hope so. I want to know what you would do.

The second step is loving yourself unconditionally. Once you develop some compassion, it makes it easier to accept yourself, and to nurture your real self. Your real self is kind, caring, witty, intuitive, brilliant, competent and unique, no matter what you have learned from family, friends or anyone else in your life. The lucky people who were raised with kind and nurturing support already know this, but most of us were not raised with this kind parenting. Nor were our parents, and that is why so many people are handling the stresses of life so poorly.

The third step is complimenting and admiring others as often as possible. Look for the best in others and learn the joy of also discovering wonderful qualities about yourself that you may have forgotten or completely repressed. That’s right! You cannot compliment someone or admire another person for anything without also possessing it yourself. That is why this is a powerful way to accelerate your positive beliefs in yourself, and hence, your own self-love. Try it. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Falling madly in love with yourself is worth all the effort you will put into it, and if you develop the habits of compassion, loving yourself unconditionally, and complimenting and admiring others, you will experience true joy. You will no longer be stuck in the loneliness of negative self-judgmental thinking. You will be open to the world, and the world will miraculously be more open to you. All of your relationships will improve, since your relationship with yourself forms the basis for all of your relationships with others.

Binary - Why Not?

The Mystery of Binary

In my hometown there are thousands of MLM practitioners who have been mystified by a compensation plan using the system of binary. In the last 5 years there were more than 5 MLM companies employing a compensation plan with the system of binary invaded my hometown. Some MLM practitioners love and make it big with this system while many others condemn the system and tend to be phobic towards it. Why do some MLM practitioners love the binary system while others hate it? The controversy itself has indicated an answer to this question that it has some positive values and some negative features. Those who love the system are the players who can exploit it and succeed with their exploitation. While those who hate the system are the players who expect magical powers out the system but do nothing to get them.

The Positive Values of Binary

The system of binary used in MLM compensation plan offers the positive values to the MLM members in the forms of :

- Faster growth of downline organization;

- Instilling sense of care and responsibility among members belonging to the same line of sponsorship;

- Giving MLM members faster sign of achievement and success.

The Negative Features of Binary

- It is almost like the law of nature that in an MLM which employs the binary system, most members will never have or find it hard to have an equal or close to equal number of members in both legs of his downline organizations, which is an ideal condition required to have a great success in a binary system.

- Many members puts too much expectation of getting spillover from their uplines.

- Many MLM companies using the binary system do not offer quality products and fail to induce repeat buying. This causes the members, who initially enjoyed the big bonuses as their compensation for growing the network, to quickly lose it when the network grows bigger but the number of transaction for repeat order is zero. The members who do not understand how the system works will finally blame the innocent binary. This is what happened with the MLM companies invading my hometown in the last 5 years.

Be Creative With Binary

Considering the positive values of binary system, one who is interested in establishing an MLM company using a compensation plan with a binary system should be innovative in using the system. Take all the positive values of binary system and eliminate all the negative features. One of the most creative ways is by combining binary system with other system of compensation plan. Binary system offers a quick growth of network, but some MLM companies fail in taking the benefits of this growth and do nothing until it is too late to remedy the situation. The quickly built giant network of binary is not followed by productivity due to the nature of the system and the type of product sold. At last the members and the company have a huge network of people with no business activity at all. It is like having a huge hen which lays no eggs.
