You do waste the wealth first :
You wish to enjoy all the benefits of modern living by way of spending almost all the money you earn. You spend on essential goods necessary for daily life. However you leave the remnants of the products as unwanted waste.

In a few minutes, they are waste!
All the products are coming in good packs. The beautiful packing materials are thrown off immediately. You utilize the products for some time and then feel that they become useless and waste.

The leftovers of edible, non durable goods find a quick throw into the dust bins for getting transported for disposal. You manage to dispose them off to the garbage of the municipality. The wealthy goods become waste in a span of a few minutes to months! Just know how to make money with these wastes.

Some withstand for a few years!
Some products are used for a few months and some for years. Based on their durability, the used products become old and worn out and needs to be removed from the house for a better replacement. This happens in office also with regard to furniture and office equipments.

Many a time consumers of these products find it very difficult to throw them out of the place of use. They are ready to spend some money also for deporting this unwanted property to a safe place. You can make money with these people.

Paper, plastic, metals:
The wastes may be classified as papers and magazines, card boards, plastics, glass bottles, waste metals as bits of rods, sheets, bars, lath turnings and scraps. All these wastes may emanate from simple homes to complex industries.

Some wastes are generated from industries. Metal scrapes of iron, steel, copper, brass, aluminum etc are separated. They are pure wastes worth much more than their present price.

Good resale value:
On segregation, you could get an idea of selling the products as such with some attendance on repairs! Some household furniture finds their way back for selling at old markets or auction centers.

The separated wastes are worth much more than the raw waste. When carefully sold, these wastes could bring good money to satisfy the zeal of the entrepreneurship.

Back to pavilion:
Paper and plastic products are sent as bulk to their respective reprocessing industries for conversion into lower grade products. Papers are converted into boards; plastics into raw pellets.

Scale up to a new high!
Dear entrepreneur, now you have the wastes on hand for conversion into a great wealth! Believe it! Some people have built their empires on these wastes only! You too can!

Look at the great seven storied beautiful building standing before you. Believe it. Its owner is none other than an iron scrap merchant.

Divide and Gain:
Just copy those people who became rich out of these great messes of waste. Divide them, separate and clean them by employing suitable persons. You get old products worth gold! Now, you know how to convert these wastes into wealth.

Convert metals into gold!
Likewise, you have every chance to collect iron, copper, brass, and other metal scraps from industries and send them to melting factories. You are a magician to convert the wastes into wealth. You gain a very good profit provided you are work hard!

Supply and demand more!
You know the wastes are generated at a faster rate than the production of newer products. You need to concentrate on collection and separation. You know that there is always a good demand for these raw materials.

Be a shrewd modern entrepreneur; make use of the wind current that makes you a millionaire!

“What exactly is she thinking- making a statement like that!” the television host stated with raised eyebrows, waiting for a rebuttal from his featured guest. Without hesitation, the guest immediately replied, “I think she needs to keep her emotions in check and realize with her celebrity status that she is only hurting her own reputation”.

Emotions in motion. An individual’s inner emotions affecting many. Due to our created human emotional structure, what and how we say it can and often does affect those around us. We are all unique in our own way, and how we express our feelings is just as unique in individuality.

You may be the type that expresses your feelings with a sudden outburst of verbal tension, or you may be one who withholds your feelings within. Maybe you are one who (like the first paragraph of this article) searches for attention with words for debate, or may quietly maintain your words of emotion in order to resist attention. We all incorporate emotions in different fashions, but emotion is a trait we all possess.

So the question is what happens to our emotion in the life after? If one inhabits anger throughout life, do you carry it into the afterlife? Moreover, what emotions do we maintain in our spirit and what is left behind? Do we create new emotions in the ’spirit world’, or enhance those we have learned in the ‘earthly realm’?

It appears through the abilities given certain earthly emotions remain as where created, on the soil and water- filled sphere called earth. Often in consultations, those loved ones who have moved on spiritually express enhanced emotions of happiness, joy, and love. The word enhanced appears as an understatement, as the emotions expressed truly cannot be understood while within an earthly physical body. For example, think of the one you love so deeply it cannot be defined and multiply this feeling by one hundred thousand times. You would not even be close to the emotion of love within a loved one in spirit.

Upon completion of one’s earthly plan in life, I feel we are given the ability to ‘take out the emotional trash’ and leave it behind. The emotions such as anger, sadness, envy, jealousy, and greed are no longer available within. Why would they be? The reasons for these emotions constituted by differences, pain, and material worth are no longer a value. The grandfather who grumbled throughout with displeasure for life, will truly understand the amazing gift of life in spirit. The mother, who placed her career over family in order to gain material possessions for prestige, will understand the loving embrace of family in life after. The brother that could not cope with continuing sadness will understand the sharing of happiness in life everlasting.

The inner emotional battles within expressed in one’s unique way during life daily will be left behind. For the celebrity, she too will ‘check it at the exit door’ and leave her motions of emotion where it is to be - as a lesson in life.

Could you spare 15 minutes to add to your family tree? Try some of these methods today!

(1) Go through your family file and fill in those empty death dates. There are 77.7 million records in the Social Security Death Index. The SSDI is available at Rootsweb. It is free. Or, you can look at Ancestry.

(2) Find your immigrant ancestors by going to Steve Morse’s site One Step Web Pages There, you can decide quickly what search forms are right for you. Or, if you have more time, you can also go to the Ellis Island site.

(3) Get on a mailing list. If you haven’t had a chance to visit before, now is the time to check out Rootsweb. You can do a search for a list about your surname, or a location. Rootsweb is much more than mailing lists though, so you might want to bookmark it and come back for a more detailed search.

(4) Do you think you have a Revolutionary War Patriot in your family? The volunteers with the DAR would be happy to do a lookup for your ancestor. Go to their site, and fill in the form. Also, if you are already a member of the DAR, you can login and search the database for free too.

(5) Go back through your notes from the last time you went to the library. Check your downloaded emails for new clues too. Sort through your piles of papers and get them into family groups. After staring at names and dates for hours the last time you did some research, it may have boggled your mind and clouded your thinking. Taking a fresh new look might make the information more obvious.

(6) Search with your genealogy program. If you are using Family Tree Maker it’s as easy as highlighting your family member’s name and clicking on the Web Search Results button. The program knows your female ancestor’s maiden name, and will do a search for that, as well as her married name.

(7) Use those lookup volunteers! If you use the USGenWeb to research family in locations you already know, don’t forget to click on the link labeled “lookup volunteers”. These kind-hearted souls have their own books or resources and are willing to help you out. Please though, do be polite and ask for one name at a time, and remember to thank them.

(8) Order military records. You can order the records online, or download a PDF file and mail it in. Either way, you will have to show a signed signature to get the records. If the veteran is deceased you have to sign. I have done it using both methods and it is very easy to do.

(9) If you do not already have a genealogy program, and you have a limited budget, you can download Personal Ancestral File (PAF) for free from Family Search (LDS). Registration is free, and does not generate spam.

(10) Privatize and then upload your family tree. This can be done at WorldConnect, Ancestry, or GenCircles.

(11) Scan some of your old family photos. Think that might take more than 15 minutes? Most flatbed scanners can accomodate multiple photos (depending on size, of course) so instead of doing them one at a time, do 4 or 6. Save that file and then go back later, when you have more time, and using your photo editing software, select each photo from the batch, and copy and paste it into its own file.

(12) Search the database at Heritage Quest. Not a member? You might be. If you have a library card you might be able to search HQ’s database through a link on your library’s webpage. Scroll down and look to see the list of states and the libraries that have links.

You might also check your online state library to see if they have a link too. Or, call the reference desk at the library and ask about access to Heritage Quest.

(13) Are you looking for family information in The United Kingdom or Ireland? Try looking at GenUKI. If you do not live in the UK, before you get started on their page, make sure you check out Researching from Abroad

(14) Do a simple search in Google (or your favorite search engine) for ’surname’ family tree. Change surname to the surname you are looking for, and you will probably come up with many, many hits. I have a very obscure family name: Osgathorpe. I just did a search in Google and found (to my surprise) while writing this article, that there is a website devoted to that family name.

(15) Are you looking for an ancestor who might have served in the American Civil War? You can do a search at the CW Soldiers and Sailors System. You will not only be able to search soldiers and sailors, but also look up regiments, prisoners, cemeteries, battles, medals and parks.

In February we had an 8% sudden and steep decline and in March there has been a 575 point rally in the Dow Jones Industrial Average. This past week the market has been slowly giving ground with all the talking heads running scared. There is good reason.

The housing market has been the major subject of conversation with its collapse. It seems the home sales and prices in almost all areas are going to Hell in a hand basket.

Economists are preaching the demise of the dollar. Those who know my opinion of economists know that isn’t worth smoke.

Even gold, the ultimate true wealth that everyone should own, has not been performing well.

The savings rate of the American consumer is close to zero and many say it is negative. People have no money for backup yet they keep spending themselves into a deeper hole.

Banks are tightening rules for lending. Mortgage companies are requiring borrowers to tell the truth on their applications which they have not been doing for the past couple of years. This will eliminate many from being buyers. Foreclosures are close to an all-time high.

Is there any good news?

The Federal Reserve has not raised interest rates and they have been creating more and more money to flood the banks so they will be able to lend easily. (But they can’t.)

I am bullish. Am I nuts?

Because I am a technical analyst and not a fundamental analyst I see more reasons for the stock market to continue on to new highs for the year, but I don’t know how high or when the top will be reached. The market will tell me when it gets there.

What is amazing at this moment in time is that all the bad news of housing, no reduction in Fed interest rate, massive consumer debt and poor earnings reports by major companies has not been able to deep six the DOW or the S&P500 or any other major index.

When everyone thinks the same way it shows there isn’t much thinking going on. When so many have been scared out of their equity positions it is time for the contrarian thinkers to be buyers. When investors run with the crowd they become a lemming headed for the cliff.

If investors analyzed the market action in relation to the news it actually shows that there are strong buyers willing to take everything the little guy throws at them.

This market says that the news is not that bad. Now is the time to be a buyer. Listen to the voice of the market and not the talking heads.

2007 looks darn good to me.

Home Decorating - People Love Rugs that Appeal to The Senses

Using rugs here and there is a decorative way to add charm and personality to your home. Rugs help you create the look and feel you want for each room. But, it goes beyond that. Rugs are more than just floor coverings - they can also appeal to our senses.

The most obvious sense that rugs impact is sight. Rugs can create visual interest with eye-catching designs or bold colors. A rug can also be it’s own focal point or it can help draw attention to something nearby. It might be a piece of furniture or a feature of the room that is highlighted because of the rug’s placement.

Touch, or feel, is another major sense that many rugs appeal to. Anyone who has ever been barefoot on a cold bare floor and then stepped onto a rug has felt instant relief. I was raised in an area of the United States that has cold winters. No matter how much warmth the furnace pumped out, the bare floors were cold in our old house. New slippers were a welcome gift.

Certain types of rugs, such as shag, Flokati, and sheepskin rugs, have a remarkable feel thanks to the longer-than-usual material. When I say shag rugs, I am talking about the newer versions, not the out-dated ones from the 1970s. If you want to have a rug with cloud-like fluffiness, there’s nothing better than a Flokati rug or a sheepskin rug. These rugs are just right when you want to lay on the floor in front of the TV, curl up in front of the fireplace, or just wiggle your toes in the thick, lush fibers.

In addition to the physical senses of sight and touch, many rugs can also appeal to our emotions. Rugs often convey a feeling of hospitality to guests by making a room feel warm and inviting. Many types of rugs will often generate some pleasant reactions:

* Some braided rugs give people a cozy, down-home feeling.
* A richly detailed, ornate rug might make one feel more regal.
* Whimsical themes or cartoon characters can induce smiling.
* A wildlife scene may remind someone of a favorite camping trip.
* Floral or animal designs might appeal to one’s love of nature.

Rugs allow you to express yourself and show off your decorating style with the designs and colors you choose. And, to a lesser extent, your decorating expertise is revealed in the placement of your rugs. A rug can divide a room or it can bring the different elements of a room together. A rug can highlight a sitting area or help identify the traffic pattern from one room to another.

Many of us decorate the rooms of our homes based on what we have and where it fits. With the right rugs, we have the opportunity to create any mood or look we want in our rooms. Best of all, there are plenty of rugs to pick from to meet almost any budget.

AnnaRae Mills is wild about rugs! She has a goldmine of tips and information to share with you. Decorating ideas, shopping tips, and much more. Find out how to pick the right rugs for your home. See pics of all rug types at http://www.Area-Rug-Tips.com

Marketing is the ability to attract prospects to your front door. Unfortunately, many in business confuse marketing skills with selling skills within what is called the sales process.

The following 5 marketing tips may help you begin to not only distinguish yourself from others, but actually secure that first appointment, that leads to that second one and that concludes in increase sales.

Tip #1: Effective marketing is about identifying the pain within your prospect’s current situation. You must tell them what is not working. To do this requires a good understanding of business performance and may be industry specific. So take the time to research your prospects. Also, the prospects must acknowledge the pain. This usually happens by your observations of all those non-verbal behaviors or cues.

Tip #2: Describe how it could be. You must tell them a solution that would stop their pain. Ask open-ended questions to show them the possibilities when the right solution is presented. Paint a very vivid picture with your words.

Tip #3: Determine why they have not solved this problem. Again, by asking open-ended questions you will learn the how come. Usually, if you are an expert in your profession, you will already know why.

Tip #4: Provide a proven approach. What does the prospect need to do to solve this pain? Here you subtly share your approach to curing this pain. Again observing body language and understanding neuro-linguistic programming will help you.

Tip #5: Offer a call to action. Now is your time to show that you can help them. The use of testimonials is a great tactic during this interaction along with a complimentary or free offer.

These 5 simple tips may help you increase sales and keep your funnel full of prospects. Remember, these tips should be aligned to marketing plan within your strategic plan so that you actions are always 100% pointed toward your desired results.

Special mention must be given to the US, as TV viewing is the top past-time of the average American home. On average, Americans devote almost 4 to 5 hours of their lives daily, to be glued to the TV set. In the midst of this, to watch satellite TV on PC is fast catching up as the next generation of TV viewing experience. We will explore what is driving this craze and what you as a TV viewer can benefit from it.

Before anyone can watch satellite TV on PC, the battle between the titans, satellite TV and cable TV has been waging on for years now. There are clear merits in both. Thus far, their competition is always in the shores of number of TV channels, pricing, bundled deals with hand phone services and free installation and equipment. Will PC satellite TV now change the landscape totally?

1. Ease of Installation

Whether it is cable TV or satellite TV, there is a certain amount of installation needed at our homes. While you can make use of free installation and equipment offered by these services during special offers, you cannot do away with the drilling and knocking. PC satellite TV allows you to watch satellite TV on PC after installing a unique piece of software on your computer.

2. Number of TV Channels

Satellite TV generally provides more TV channels than cable TV since the satellite TV technology has a wider reach. Now, with PC satellite TV, you are depending on broadband technology which gives you an even wider worldwide access to watch satellite TV on PC of thousands of TV stations. If you are working in a foreign land, it does not stop you from being able to stay connected with the news in your country.

Families can enjoy cozy evenings together watching game shows, teens can see their music videos, yuppies can watch a great movie, dads can catch the latest financial and sport events and kids can learn from their favorite educational programs and enjoy wholesome cartoons.

3. Cost to Watch Satellite TV

Satellite TV basic packages let you watch a hundred or so TV channels and are cheaper than cable TV. Still, it is on monthly subscription and if you want the local channels or international programs, be prepared to pay extra. PC satellite TV on the other hand charges you one-off probably one or two months worth of the subscription fees you are paying for the software. I was 13 years old in 1968 when Henson Cargill, a relatively unknown name in country music, topped the country charts with the Jack Moran and Glenn Tubb penned classic, “Skip a Rope.”

I was just getting into music in a new way. And music was changing in an important way. Pop music was becoming more politically and socially conscious. In a few short years we had grown from “I Want to Hold Your Hand” to “Sargeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” and “All Along the Watchtower.”

Country music was changing too. In another year Kenny Rogers would hit it big with the Mel Tillis Vietnam-inspired “Ruby, Don’t Take Your Love to Town.” On all popular music fronts, social commentary was on the rise.

“Skip a Rope” was another early country entry in the “all we need is love” musical movement.

Back in those days the teen music magazines printed the lyrics to top songs in the back of the publication. I was becoming fascinated with songwriting: who wrote the song, what do the words “really mean,” etc.

“Skip a Rope” was one of those songs that I found the words to. As a kid experiencing big family problems, the lyrics were particularly meaningful and poignant to me.

“Skip a Rope” dealt with it all: family discord, racial discrimination, greed…and I was not yet far removed from literally skipping rope on the playground and hearing the kind of mean-spirited things kids can say, often just repeating what they had heard at home. The song rang “true” to me, and I guess for countless others as well.

Over the years I’ve often thought about “Skip a Rope” and hummed it to myself. I didn’t recall who wrote or even who recorded the song, until I learned that Henson Cargill passed away at the age of 66 on March 24th, 2007. The news brought back a flood of memories.

Skip A Rope Lyrics
(Words and Music by Jack Moran and Glenn Tubb)

Oh, listen to the children while they play,
Now ain’t it kinda funny what the children say,
Skip a rope.

Daddy hates mommy, mommy hates dad,
Last night you shoulda heard the fight they had,
Gave little sister another bad dream,
She woke us all up with a terrible scream.

(CHORUS)

Cheat on your taxes, don’t be a fool,
Now what was that they said about a Golden Rule?
Never mind the rules, just play to win,
And hate your neighbour for the shade of his skin.

(CHORUS)

Stab ‘em in the back, that’s the name of the game,
And mommy and daddy are who’s to blame.

Skip a rope, skip a rope,
Just listen to your children while they play,
It’s really not very funny, what the children say,
Skip a rope, skip a rope.

One of the hottest prime-time shows right now is “Are You Smarter Then a 5th Grader”, pitting grown ups against kids in a battle of wits. Now I’m not sure if it’s rigged or if people really are that “lost” (to put it nicely) but regardless of how you would fare on a show like this, here are a few tips to make sure that at least your chess game is “smarter than a 5th grader’s”.

Read up on Chess and Chess Strategy

While you may be thinking that you can only improve your game by playing it, this is not true. You can actually find many helpful tips and strategies by reading books and magazines that are about chess. Try to internalize what you learn when you are reading, and then play a game using what you have learned. Then, go back and read some more until you have what you read down pat.

As you are reading, you may also want to take some notes on what you are reading as well. Keep a notebook of new strategies and moves that you read about so you can study them over and over again. Writing them down will also help to imprint them into your mind more deeply as well. Later when you are playing you may want to look at your notes for a bit of help until you can remember the moves on your own.

Play with Advanced Players

Another great way that you can work to improve your chess game is to play with advanced players. Usually it is best if you play with a handicap to make the game more interesting for both players. While you are playing with a more advanced player you can learn from the strategies they use and learn how to combat their strategies as well. The more you play with an advanced player, the more skill you will develop as well.

Practice by Using Computer Software

One way of improving your skills that many people overlook is by using computer software. There are a variety of different computer chess games that you can get so you can play chess against the computer. You can also purchase portable chess games as well so you can play almost anywhere. These games are developed to not only allow you to play the game, but many of them also have a special teaching mode as well that will help you learn how to pick the best moves.

Just taking the time to use these methods of learning can help you enhance and develop your chess skills. While they will help you improve, you probably should not expect to be winning against seasoned players overnight. Learning and improving takes time, but the more you work, the better you will become at this game. Using just one of these methods will help, but using them all together will bring about the best results.
