When you have goals for your business, you expect your employees to work toward those goals. However, more often what is occurring is that work time is becoming a social hour. When you look around and see employees hanging around chatting and not getting their work done, it can be extremely frustrating. There are things that can be done to eliminate the downtime of your office.

There are times when employees wait for instructions and do nothing until they get them. They follow the leader. If you have the drive and ambition to be the leader, than maybe you should try it out.

There are some who believe that leadership is a quality you are born with. However it is more likely that it is a skill that takes many years to develop. It takes not only a lot of drive and determination but also the ability to be the Bad Guy sometimes.

It is important to remember that a good leader must be a person who is willing to continuously improve their leadership skills to set an example for your employees.

The definition of leadership is that an in order to be an effective leader you must be able to persuade your employees to accomplish a goal. It is important for a leader to contribute as much as the employee.

A good leader does not need to exert power through fear or intimidation, nor does a good leader harass the employees or use underhanded power plays. A good leader encourages his or her employees to do their best in achieving the goals that are set. Goals that are not so far out of reach that employees feel they can never be met.

A good leader will not have any problem with people following him or her. When they see you have a sense of purpose and an air of confidence, you are more likely to be taken seriously. If you walk around like you are lost and confused then your employees will not respect or follow you.

As the owner of your company you must have a clear vision of where you want your company to go. A mission statement will aid your employees in meeting objective set by you. Make sure that all of upper management understands what the goals you set are so they can make it clear to the rest of the staff.

Being a good leader is not just about telling people what to do. When you lead by example, you are letting your employees know that you will not ask them to do anything you would not do yourself.

Studies have indicated that one of the major factors in building leadership is to gain the confidence of your employees. When your employees trust you, and better yet, respect you, they will give more of themselves to their jobs.

The manner in which you handle your employees will say a lot for your leadership abilities. If you show strength as well as compassion you will be build the confidence of your employees.

When you gain the trust and confidence of your employees, they will understand what you expect of them. Communication is one of the most important factors of being a good leader. Showing them instead of order them will gain their respect quickly.

Using good judgment is also a skill that a good leader uses on a daily basis. You have to be able to clearly assess any situation and make a decision quickly. Your employees will soon realize how vital your judgment is and rely upon it.

Leadership does not include being a know it all. When you ask the opinions of your employees and respect what they have to say, then you will in turn be gaining their respect. Recognizing that your employees may have a lot to say and contribute is showing good leadership skills.

Being a good leader is not a part time job. It is a lot of responsibility. It is important that you remember that being a leader is built on how your employees look at you.

Though internet is a revolution in the present world, it has its own disadvantages. The security and privacy are at stake. The Internet is a dangerous place full of privacy invaders, scammers, and hackers availaing full advantage of your internet activities. You need to take certain preventive measures to avoid these threats. Spyware may get installed via certain shareware programs offered for download. Downloading programs only from reputable sources can provide some protection from this source of attack.

There are are plenty of things you can do to keep yourself safe. Antispyware, antivirus, firewalls or internet security suites are some of the software applications that can ensure your privacy. There are a number of good antispyware programs in the market today. At the same time, dozens of fake and rogue antispyware softwares are also prevailing in the market. They leave the traces of spyware and adware on your PC when scanned, thus creating a fear of threat and making yourself to buy that antispyware software. These rogue antispyware softwares are heavily marketed through e-mail campaigns and sometimes through some words like FREE ANTISPYWARE DOWNLOAD. Beware of them. Never run any free scan or free antispyware download unless you are aware of the software publishers.

If you find time, just go through the independent product reviews that are published by renowned computer magazines like PCWorld, PCMag, CNET. Spending some extra time on researching antispyware softwares can save you a lot of hassles in the long run. There are certainly some companies that specialize in delivering just good antispyware software programs and nothing else.

As a customer, everyone of us would be interested in evaluating the antispyware program. The four basic parameters which we look at the best antispyware software are price, features, ease of use, and performance. A growing number of antispyware tools are taking a new approach to fight the spyware. Rather than blocking each spyware and adware, they aim to limit malware’s power to cause harm even if it gets in.

Research analysts test the products’ ability to provide real-time defense on contact with threats, as well as their propensity to falsely identify harmless files. A real-time protection against rootkits and phishing sites is also one of the feature to test the accuracy of the antispyware software. Other user-friendly features like the ability to choose between a fast system scan and a slow system scan is a notable thing if you are run out of time.

Anti-phishing protection guards prevents access to known bad sites. Detecting malware is one thing; cleaning it thoroughly from your system is another. Some antispyware softwares claim that they have detected even the unnoticeable spyware and adware. But in reality one needs to have a thorough cleaning antispyware software application.

Some of the top most antispyware software programs are : Aluria Spyware Eliminator, AVG Antispyware, CA Antispyware, Lavasoft Ad-aware SE, Microsoft’s GIANT Antispyware, McAfee AntiSpyware , NoAdware, PC Tools Spy ware Doctor, Spybot Search & Destroy, Spyware Nuker, Webroot’s Spy Sweeper, XoftSpy.

In the above list, some are free antispyware downloads, the other are paid versions. Spybot S&D and Lavasoft offer free antispyware download. The major difference between a paid and free antispyware software is the presence of real-time adware and spyware protection and automatic updates in the paid ones. I don’t think for a few dollars, you would be at the pray of the spyware attack. Act wisely and you can be sure of your internet activities.

Home business is ideal. It allows people like you and me to stay home with our families. To be able to work when we need to and not when our boss tells us to. It allows a freedom that no other business offers.

Home business can be the fit that you’ve been looking for. And there are so many options and opportunities available. There is a plan for a home business that will fit everyone, the only thing holding people back is the finding of the opportunity that will fit.

Weeding through internet opportunities can be time consuming. There are thousands of places and sites on the internet that are claiming to be the perfect opportunity. They say they have the right option for you. They claim to know exactly what you are looking for, and that can be a problem.

Obviously, they don’t know you. They don’t know what you are passionate about; they don’t know what your goals are for the next five or ten years. They don’t know how much time or money you are willing or able to commit to any one opportunity.

In order to find the best internet opportunity you will need to look for researched opportunities. If you do your research and find opportunities that are supported by research and statistics you can help narrow the field.

One important key to finding an opportunity that will fit you is to look for things that you are passionate about. Consider your hobbies. What do you do in your spare time? Do you read, do you have pets, do you like to sew or build bird houses? Do you love to find a good deal, love to spend time shopping or watching sports?

If you find a niche that is related to something you love, you are much more likely to stick with that opportunity. You will spend time building it to work for you. You are much more likely to love what you are working on, and that is the key to home business.

If you love the opportunity you choose, it’s not work. You will want to spend any extra time you have on it. You won’t begrudge the time you spend building your home business, and thus you will be spending more time and building a bigger home business to make you the most money possible.

So many people get overwhelmingly excited about the hype of online business. There is a lot to get excited about. But be careful, getting caught up in the hype can lead to spending unnecessary money on things that you won’t use, or on things you could find for free if you spend some time searching.

Fear of flying has more to do with our inherent vulnerability and fragility of life than statistics. Flying is 29 times safer than riding in an automobile, but statistics seldom sway the fearful. They fear different things, depending on their viewpoint, because flying encompasses several common, related phobias such as heights, enclosed passages and spaces (claustrophobia), crowds, sitting still in a passive way, and not understanding the plethora of sounds, sensations and noises occurring around you. Others are worried about possible turbulence, terrorism, or loss of control. A psychologist may be able to help you work with any past airline-related traumas so that you can resume flying. In the case of a legitimate trauma, it may require steady, focused treatment with a trained professional to help you bring them to the surface and work through them a little bit at a time.

Airline travel is associated with the following conditions, ones that have nothing to do with anxiety or fear, but can sometimes mimic the physiological reactions of a fear response: vestibular (inner ear) problems, sinus pain, muscular pain, joint pain, tingling, traveler’s thrombosis, mitral valve prolapse, hypoglycemia, allergic reactions, and lack of oxygen.

Cognitive coping strategies such as rumination, self-blame, acceptance, and catastrophizing are associated with airline travel. These techniques can be used to alleviate the damaging psychological traps we fall into when confronted with an impending plane flight.

The first, rumination, is when you “expand your awareness beyond the current unpleasant situation” by thinking of pleasant things and/or realizing that sitting in fear doesn’t do anything to make the flight any safer. It’s a form of mental imagery combined with acceptance, and it’s a frame of mind shift.

The second, self-blame, seeks to take away the negative wheedling you do to your personality and re-channel it into positive thoughts like, “I did the best I could the last flight,” and, “I’m doing the best I can. I will get better with practice.”

The third, resignation, gives yourself credit for your own good sense - in contrast with your phobic thinking. For instance, “I can take relaxed, slow, deep breaths and practice muscle relaxation and autogenics.” In it, you and your partner affirm the new shift in thinking with confirmation of the rational techniques you’re using to combat it.

Catastrophizing, on the other hand, acknowledges your fear and then challenges it. You realize that you have a problem with nervousness and then you pose a challenge to it. For example, “I know I am afraid to get on the plane, but I don’t run away from my challenges. I am not the kind of person to do that. I must master this part of my life.”

Depending on the nature of your fear, some treatments to look into are systematic desensitization, muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises, autogenics, finding the underlying traumas associated with airplane travel through a trained professional or psychologist, getting over the existential fear of death, i.e., The Concept of Anxiety by Soren Kieregaard, and certain medications. However, medications should be tested on the ground to certify that there are no reactions - allergic or otherwise. Plus, never mix medications with alcoholic beverages as it can produce drowsiness or other unpleasant nervous system reactions.

If you are deciding to become an antique dealer keep in mind that you will be meeting many different type of people, each of these people you meet have a different role in antique dealings. Many people are now finding antiques as a great way of making their rooms look that little bit more special. When it comes to antiques many people have their own agenda, many people prefer clocks, porcelain, furniture or jewelry.

Next look to make sure that you can afford to purchase items in your chosen item, you may be fascinated say by rare art, but unfortunately it may be unaffordable. Purchasing antiques usually involves money; lots of money, gathering the proper information can help with the purchase process and avoid being fooled or making mistakes. Knowing the how to speak “antique” or knowing the proper terminology and doing the proper research will help in determining what to look for and what to buy, it will also help in knowing how much the items are worth so you don’t overpay for the item.

In today’s world antiques have become big business for many people, finding that piece that was created many years ago and selling it for 3 to 4 times its value is a great way to make money. If you compare the same items today with those that were created years ago it is amazing how the older items are made incredibly well plus they fetch more money on the market.

To find old pieces of furniture you need to look in the following places, outhouses, attics or cellars, many people stored their valuable items in these places. Furniture began to bear designs such as pagodas and birds, originally only seen on items of porcelain. Antique furniture that has been covered with a finish that is long lasting will look better plus fetch a higher price. But, over time and with polishing, oak darkens into a rich brown color. Until the middle of the 17th Century, furniture was fairly simple, made of oak with peg joints.

Place your collection on display or will then be kept in a safe place. For some who have inherited a lovely collection of heirlooms, yet do not have any idea of how to look after them or even keeping up with the collection they already have as well as they should.

It’s the fluctuations in relative humidity caused by central heating that results in real damage. Consider installing a humidifier on your furnace to raise the humidity levels in winter and run a dehumidifier during the summer months. With wood antiques, you want the humidity to be as stable as possible. To take care of the antique furniture you will need to wax the pieces with bees wax, do not store the furniture in damp, bright rooms, and make sure the furniture is not in a place that the temperatures fluctuate because this may damage the wood.

There are many benefits when selling on an online Antique mall. You want to sell your antiques or collectibles online be careful and research the proper way to do this. One of the most popular places where people from all over the country display and have their antiques appraised is at the Antiques Roadshow.

Fighting Techniques of the Medieval World - Equipment, Combat Skills and Tactics – Book Review

This book is a great read for fans of medieval combat and a great resource for people interested in the middle ages and in the art of war during the Middle and Dark Ages.

Fighting techniques of the Medieval World takes a really good overall look at the whole scope of what combat was about during the thousand year period from 500 AD to 1500 AD. It introduces you to the subject in chapter one by looking at the weapons and techniques of the foot soldier. It then moves up the hierarchy of combat through the book by analyzing combat from the eyes of the generals. And it does this by showing us famous battles throughout history, Battles like the Siege of Paris and the Battle of Hastings. But it doesn’t just tell you about these famous battles, it also shows you, with maps and charts, how they were fought, how the troops moved, and how the battle unfolded. This is an excellent and dynamic approach to the subject.

There are five main chapters in the book and they cover the whole range of combat during the period from infantry to mounted warfare, command and control, siege techniques and Naval warfare.

It is very easy for any book covering a subject within the Middle Ages to be a bit too scholarly for the average fan of medieval things. But this book avoids this by being written in plain language and by supporting this writing with an abundance of pictures, graphics and images. It is clearly written, easy to understand, and full of pictures, maps, and images. It has everything a casual fan of all things medieval could want. This is the new bible for every fan of medieval things.

Extra Stuff:

One of the absolute best things about the book is the maps of famous battles. These maps give you a good understanding of famous medieval battles and how they happened. They show the terrain and the troops, and explain how events unfolded in the battle. Some of the famous battles covered this way are The Battle of Bannockburn in 1314, The Battle of Hastings in 1066 and the Siege of Paris in 885. Lots more famous battles covered and analyzed.

The Middle and Dark Ages from 500 AD to 1500 hundred AD was a tumultuous time and warfare was an integral part of the period. This book covers this most fascinating aspect of the period. And whatever aspect of medieval combat you are interested in such as weapons, knights, or tactics this book has something substantial to offer you. And it has lots of other stuff that you will really enjoy and learn from.

Diabetes can be a major factor in hair loss for a lot of people. The hair loss will normally begin at the onset of diabetes and gradually gets worse as the disease progresses. It is normal to shed some hair each day, but when the shedding rate exceeds the rate of re-growth, that is when you will start to notice thinning hair or bald patches.

Hair has a growth cycle. A normal hair growth cycle will last for 2 to 6 years. The growth stage of the cycle is known as the anagen stage. Each hair on your head grows at a rate of approximately one half inch per month. Ninety percent of all the hair on your head is in the growth stage at one time. The other ten percent of your hair is in what is known as the telogen or resting phase. The resting phase will last for two to three months and then that hair is shed. New hair will start to grow from the same hair follicle to replace the shed hair. This cycle repeats itself over and over, year after year.

Being a diabetic increases your chance of hair loss. Diabetics are more prone to get skin infections and other fungal infections that can affect the scalp. Stress from the disease can also cause hair loss. Certain medicines that you may be taking for diabetes or other conditions can also cause your hair to fall out.

Getting your diabetes under control should be the first step that you take. Hair loss may stop after your blood sugar is under control and your body is able to function normally. Some hair loss may require medical treatment. If your hair loss is caused by a fungal infection, medication would be needed to get rid of the infection. Other hair loss medications may be beneficial in helping to regrow the hair that is lost. Talk to your doctor about the best option for you.

If your hair loss appears to be more permanent, you may want to consider surgical intervention such as a hair transplant. This consists of taking hair from the back of the head and moving it to the areas of baldness. A candidate for hair transplant surgery is someone who has a fringe of hair along the sides and back of the head. This hair is used as donor hair and can be placed wherever needed.

Diabetes can cause a lot of symptoms. Unfortunately, hair loss is one of them. It is vital that you maintain good blood sugar levels, follow your diabetic diet and start exercising. Lose those excess pounds and follow up with your doctor frequently. You may be able to halt the hair loss in it’s tracks.

The Pompous, Pious Pontius Pilate

In my last article, “What is Truth?”, I wrote about the irony of that question. Pilate stood and stared right into the face of truth and still didn’t recognize it. Then this prompted me to consider what it was about him that he didn’t recognize Christ as the Truth. I suppose it’s the same reasons that people today don’t know what truth really is.

This all begins with the condition of a person’s heart. Since the fall of man, we are all sinful creatures not worthy to stand in the presence of One so holy and just. God’s Word says that like sheep, we have all gone astray. It’s natural for people to do wrong things. It’s not how God made us but what sin created in us. The miracle is that any one of us should come to repentance and be saved. This is a supernatural event that a heart made of stone should be transformed into one of flesh. God’s Word already tells us that we all fall short of God’s glory because we all sin. I believe the hardest thing for people to realize is that their good works will not save them from God’s final judgment and wrath. Please understand that aside from His Son’s atoning blood sacrifice, there is nothing we have to offer that God will accept as pure and holy. And I pray you won’t miss this. The gospel message is not about us, it’s about Christ and what He came to do in accordance to His Father’s will. The reason Christ walked the earth and willingly died a brutal death was because of God’s love for us. So, please understand that it’s not what we can do for God, but what He has done for each one of us who has or ever will accept the sacrifice of Christ on the Cross. It has nothing to do with who we think we are in the eyes of the world. It’s not our attitudes that people judge us by that matter. Unless we have an ‘attitude of gratitude’ towards Jesus, our self importance will get us nowhere.

Pontius Pilate had such an attitude. On the surface we read how he found Christ blameless and washed his hands of the whole thing. It almost makes us feel sorry for him. He took the fall so to speak. But, let’s be honest, shall we? His pompous and pious attitude was his choice because he had alterior motives. He cared more about his own image and future power than to take the time and recognize the Truth in the person of Jesus. I’m sure we can recognize someone in our own lives like this. They are the people who believe they are in total control of their own destiny. Two words come to mind for this kind of attitude; pious and pompous. After all, this is what drove Pontius Pilate to giving Christ over to be crucified. He was more concerned with his personal image before the Jews and the Romans.

In the Meriam-Webster dictionary, it describes pious as a hypocrit, deserving commendation. I came aross another meaning that really got my attention. It described pious as a cultural center for peaceful resolutions of societal conflicts. The word pompous is described as exhibiting self importance or arrogance. Let’s dig deeper into what scripture is actually saying about this man.

“Therefore when Pilate heard this statement, he was even more afraid; and he entered into the Praetorium again and said to Jesus, ‘Where are You from?’ But Jesus gave him no answer.” John 18:8-9

Pilate realized that the Jews already passed sentence on Jesus for blasphemy. It was a Levitical law that they had from Leviticus 24:16, “the one who blasphemes the name of the Lord shall surely be put to death.” But the Romans were a superstitious group of people. Since the Jews already interpreted Jesus’ claims as messianic, given the title of “Son of God”, for the Romans, they thought of Him as a “divine man”, gifted with supernatural powers. Pilate was worried that he had just whipped and beaten someone who could bring down curses and vengeance upon him. Just exactly Who was he dealing with?

“So Pilate said to Him, ‘You do not speak to me? Do you not know that I have authority to release You, and I have authority to crucify You?’ ” John 18:10

This was a bit pompous and pious on Pilat’e part. He was exhibiting some pretty heavy self importance at this point. But Jesus set the record straight.

“Jesus answered, ‘You would have NO authority over Me, unless it had been given you from above; for this reason he who delivered Me to you has the greater sin.’ ” John 18:11

Imagine that, Jesus telling this powerful ruler that power is given by God. This is quite a blow to his ego! So no matter what Pilate rules, Jesus is letting him know that he is just a pawn in this power play for control. Who was the one who delivered Jesus to Pilate? He couldve been talking about Ciaphas the high priest since he took such an active role in plotting against Him. Or Jesus could’ve meant Judas for his betrayal. What is important is not who, but what. What they did led to guilt. Their actions were deliberate and premeditated. It was high handed and coldly calculated especially after seeing and hearing the undeniable truth that Jesus was the Messiah and the Son of God. Pilate was not guilty of this crime. After hearing this, Pilate tried to persuade the people again into releasing Jesus.

“As a result of this Pilate made efforts to release Him, but the Jews cried out saying, ‘If you release this Man, you are no friend of Caesar; everyone who makes himself out to be a king opposes Caesar.’ ” John 18:12

This was so ironic for the Jews to even say. They hated Rome and they certainly were no friends of Caesar’s. But they knew how much Pilate feared Tiberius Caesar. This powerful emporer ruled ruthlessly and since Pilate had already created some problems in Rome, he didn’t want to be on Caesar’s black list.

Pilate’s fear of not doing the right thing for Caesar meant more to him than doing what was right before the Lord. So being pressed in at all sides, Pilate capitulated under pressure and prepared to pass judgment on the original sedition against Rome. His friendship with the world meant more than his friendship with God. So he went to the judgment seat to render the official verdict.

“Therefore when Pilate heard these words, he brought Jesus out, and sat down on the judgment seat at a place called The Pavement, but in Hebrew, Gabbatha.” John 18:13

Here’s the perfect irony of Pilate’s pompous and pious attitude. While he rendered judgment on the One whom the Father Himself entrusted with ALL judgment would be the same One Who would also render a just condemnation on Pilate! God’s Word tells us that Christ is our mediator in heaven, all power and authority belong to Him. When Satan stands before Him as our accuser, Jesus defends all those who have been given to Him by our Heavenly Father.

“For not even the Father judges anymore, but He has given all judgment to the Son.” John 5:22

God did this so that everyone will honor Christ as they honor God, they are One in the same. If we don’t honor what Christ has done on our behalf, then God says it’s impossible for us to honor Him. He wants us to have a relationship with His Son, because He loves us for ourselves, not for what others think we should be. If you desire Him to be your Lord and Savior but don’t know Him yet, just repeat this simple prayer:

“Dear Heavenly Father, I am a sinner. Please forgive me of all my offenses against You. Wash me white as snow. I believe that Your Son Jesus died for me upon the Cross. I also believe He rose to life after 3 days and now sits at Your right hand in heaven and intercedes for me. I thank You for calling me Your child. Thank You Father, in Jesus’ name. Amen.”

If you said this prayer and truly invited Jesus into heart, just know there is a heavenly chorus singing right now on your behalf! “Happy Re-Birthday!”

If we could earn our salvation, Christ would not have died to provide it.

Many people do not realize their own market. Most people think when they open a store that they will sell to someone like themselves. With this mentality, their customers will be just like them because their marketing is targeted to what they like and how they think, so the people who respond will agree with them. But is it not also a limiting factor? How many customers are they excluding with their advertising campaign?

And, the hardest question of them all:

Do they really want to sell to themselves anyway?

I know that you are probably thinking that is a silly question, but humor me a few minutes. Let’s look at your basic white, middle-class, business owner. I know there are other kinds, but please bear with me. His (or her) ads will appeal to white middle-class and either one class higher or lower, depending on how it is designed. This is a class that is apt to live above their means, and though they may not seem to be on a tight budget, their money is usually promised to payments on other items.

Working with businesses in the area (Waco, Texas), we have found that their favorite customers are not in this description. According to businesses in both car sales and furniture sales, they would rather do business with the Hispanics in the area. This is because the Hispanic population has a tendency to have access to more liquid cash. They also have a better record of being more prompt in their payments.

If you had the choice between a customer that looks like you and acts like you, but is delinquent in their payments, or a customer that comes from a different culture and may have to bring their son or daughter who is in high school to interpret for them and pays on time faithfully, who would you pick?

Now the question is how to reach this largely untapped market. One of the easiest ways is the internet, but it is also one of the ways you can get ripped off. Language is not a static formula, and this is why we have not had much success with computer translations. Each day, language changes, evolves if you will. Some words are born, some words die, some words change meaning, some words change pronunciation. On top of that, when a language is divided and there is not much contact between the two sections, they have a tendency to change differently, influenced by different factors. When you hire a Spanish translator, you may find some one that is fluent in Spanish, but the question is what dialect, or flavor, of Spanish is it? Many people do not realize that there is a huge difference between dialects. We can read and watch British news with not much difficulty, but when I went to London a few months ago with my family, it was a different story. I felt like a little mini-translator standing behind my dad, explaining what people were saying. It was not just the accent he was having trouble with, it was a different way of speaking on top of a different vocabulary. Instead of asking him if he was in line, the question was “Are you queuing?” Rarely in the U.S. do we use the word queue. For example, it is used in the printer control panel on your computer and other computer jargon, on technical documents, and possibly some other formal occasions. I do not believe I have heard it used in everyday Standard American English, and I have never heard it used as a verb, even in computer jargon.

That is just one example of how English is different across the ocean, and the same linguistic rules that spur change in the English language, spur change in Spanish. Another problem that people have when translating web pages to target a new consumer, is what I would like to call the “yes-but-no factor”. My boss recently received some information on a DVD from a major Italian manufacturer. The graphics and media affects were amazing, but when the narration began, it sounded like a different language. When we listened again, the stresses were on the wrong part of the word, and the words were out of order in the sentence with articles such as the and a/an were left completely out. Even knowing this, it was hard to understand. Yes, it was English, but no, it was not English at all. This is why it is important to have a native speaker translate the material, and not just any native speaker, but one from the region to which you are marketing.

There are many customers not being reached. Find out who they are in your area and try something new to reach them.

Since to err is in our nature - human being - not the Robots or programmed masterpiece like Microsoft windows vista, it has been observed that one can pass life easily and error-free, somehow, by adopting Scientifics. The Scientifics can be defined as ones action or way of life in logical and planned manner according to the science…Mistakes can come in our lives at anytime. To overcome quickly is the key issue solved by yours up streaming to scientific knowledge, daily mathematics, or envelop calculations etc…

One’s living style can be optimized to a risk free, well-organized and strategically planned. In order to adopt and regulate ourselves accordingly we should update ourselves. The brain polishing is needed and, worthy to saying, knowledge of somehow scientific rules should be implanted in ones mind. A general working principle of the household appliances, electrical instruments and their power consumption should be in mind in order to roughly know the budget conditions of your life. One can program in small excel file…

Modern cars with computer on board are very helpful in order to display you the mile age and engine-wise information. Mechanically, just basic understanding to the engine and power, would bring not only a lot secure driving and off course save your valuable and “hard-fruit” money but also one becomes atmosphere conscious i.e. CO2 exhaust to the surroundings which is a current global issue to tackle and save our future…

The role of using modern instruments in home to control the “freshy” environment condition also needs some scientific know-how. A log registers temperature control and Relative Humidity which should be balanced in order to maintain a good healthy condition at home. Operating a digital or manually controlled appliance would in deed bring easiness in ones lives plus saving the energy…These some of the basics which every one should know in the household safety and home economics. Similarly keeping information about ones daily food matters and edibles would keep you fit and active for the daily work. A balanced diet controlled by value-added components measures how informative you are about your diet.

As a basic key for a successful future, one should use or practice key board and fast type in order to save the time. The entire private or the official correspondence should be well organized in your home or office. In fact some mistakes or error are the result of our negligence to the data. When one has planned a life according to the budget it would become a lot easier to spend, to save for some rainy days. Know how about the balance sheet plays a good part in ones life.

Information about current tax system and insurances is also a chapter is our book which must be updated accordingly. The general estimation of the tax should be in ones mind in order to pay off/get back from the Tax offices at the end of the year.

Concluding in a remark that a role of scientific observation in ones life brings one very close to realizing God - the Creator - if visualized the Nature with opened eyes and understandings…
