Your Personality Is Written On Your Face

Face reading! Is it true?

Whatever you try to hide, is written on your face. Yes, it’s true, it’s not some kind of magic, it has always been there, but you are the one who did lack the required knowledge. Statistical studies showed that there is a strong connection between face features and personality; you may have noticed that people who look alike tend to behave the same or at least have some common behaviour.

How accurate is face reading
When strong statistical research was made the result was that 68 personality traits can be identified from the face features with a high accuracy, up to 70%. And so was the development of the science, face reading.

Face reading reverse effect
What’s more about face reading is that the personality/looks relation is believed to be reversible, that is if you changed your personality your looks may differ over the years, and don’t get shocked, you already saw this before, ever saw a couple after years of marriage starting to look like each other? That is because their personalities changed too and was reflected on their looks. After all the mind body and soul are not isolated, they are one thing a change in one of them be reflected in the others somehow.

Lip Size and personality

Big lips: The person with big lips tend to be very talkative, you can hardly find him silent, he likes to talk a lot and tell stories, he provides a very good company when in a group but if not accompanied with good listeners, people may end up frustrated and nervous of his continues talking. When you want to ask for directions on the street, pick someone with big lips because he will give you full detail on how and where to go.

Small lips: The person with small lips tends to be less talkative. He tends to have his private life separated from others and may hide his internal emotions and feelings. He can also keep secrets for years, unlike the big lip guy who can hardly hold a secret!! Unless having some strong influencing force like religion to hold him from spreading these secrets. This person may be very cautious and not an adventure lover.

There are a number of ways to protect your CD from being copied. Most of them depend on breaking conformity with the CD and DVD standards. In this article we will discuss the use of dummy files and illegal sectors, although there are other methods of protecting CD’s.

Dummy files
For the most part CD-ROMs use an ISO9660-filesystem to arrange the existing space into files and folders. The majority of times it is used underneath a further sophisticated filesystem like Joliet to get round a few limitations, but the ISO9660-filesystem is at all times there. The most fundamental approach for a distinguishing characteristic is to deliberately fake a little information inside the filesystem. Early production of software copied every file one at a time from the original medium and re-created a new filesystem on the target medium, losing the faked information.

Illegal sectors
The top-level data structure of a CD-Rom is called a sector and it is the only one that is available to software (counting the OS). Every sector contains 2048 byte of user-data and 304 bytes of structural details (for a MODE1 CD-ROM). Along with other things the structural details consist of

1.-the sector number, signifying the sector’s absolute and relative logical location
2.-an error detection code (EDC), a checksum to detect read-errors
3.-an error correction code (ECC), specially crafted entropy encoding of the user-data
Using the EDC and ECC-field, the drive can spot and fix read-errors.

Deliberately crafting sectors with improper EDC/ECC fields at some stage in manufacturing provides a distinguishing feature used by copy protections. The protection’s software tries to read those sectors, awaiting read-errors. Since early versions of end-user software and hardware were not capable of generating sectors with illegal structural details, this characteristic could not be re-generated with such software and hardware. The disc is a copy if the sectors forming the distinguishing attribute have become readable.

This approach does not give protection anymore as current software and hardware are capable of reproducing raw sectors. Another interesting new technology on cd copy protection can be found here. http://www.dvdreplication.co.nz/dvdcopyprotection.htm

An adaptation of this approach uses large areas of unreadable sectors with tiny islands of readable ones in between. For the most part software trying to reproduce protected media will miss intervals of sectors once confronted with unreadable ones, expecting them all to be bad.

DVDreplication.co.nz is a leading media replication company for both the dvd and the cd. Information on cd copy protection and the process of replicating dvd’s can be found at http://www.dvdreplication.co.nz

I’ve dealt with a few criticisms about including my personal story on my website, but more importantly, for every skeptic I’ve had at least 10 people tell me how much they admire what I share and how it resonates with them (and those folks usually end up coaching with me). So why share your personal story? Because it’s going to be one of the fastest, most genuine ways to connect with those people that you are meant to serve in your business.

My ideal clients are high-integrity healers, practitioners, and female entrepreneurs, who are really good at what they do, but want more financial success in their own businesses. They want more money, free time, and to market from a place that feels good to them in their heart and soul. Developing their own self-marketing system helps them successfully be in their business, have more freedom, and piece of mind (it also helps them go to places much bigger than they had originally imagined). It’s about doing what you love and still being able to spend time with family and friends, simple as that.

Part of building a business that is a JOY to you involves sharing with people who you are. Recently I had the opportunity to listen to Dr. Deepak Chopra share messages on the Soul of Healing. He spoke about the power of a story. He talked about the power of a story as the key to communication.

The first example Dr. Chopra gave was to highlight how our consumer society is literally built on stories. All of our large corporations have marketing teams that come up with a story to sell. The examples Dr. Chopra gave were Nike-the power of the urban hero, VW Bugs-the carefree life of the hippie and beatnik, Apple Computers-the independent hipster. Now whether these images were what the companies had intended (my sense is Dr. Chopra didn’t have that inside information) I’m not sure, but I will tell you everyone in that room could relate to what he was saying and my guess is you do, too.

The second example Dr. Chopra gave was to emphasize the power of the story to heal. He told a touching story about his own father as a young doctor, while serving in the army, was faced with a young soldier who had lost his voice. With thorough research, the senior Dr. Chopra had discovered this young soldier had received news of his mother’s death and when he had tried to tell his superiors, they cut him off before he could even finish the sentence, “My mother…” and his body shut down, and his voice disappeared with it. When this young soldier was able to have his story heard, his voice returned.

This truly brought tears to my eyes. We all want to be heard.

The question then becomes, HOW do you use your story in your business? My answer? Tell it. You’re a solo-entrepreneur, so you don’t have to hire a marketing team to “create you.” You are you. Let the people who are going to do business with you KNOW you. This way you get to be you, do what you love, and work with people who you love (they already connect with you because you shared your story!). How great is that? No more “trying to sell,” instead you get to BE your business and it happens more easily.

The key also becomes about them being able to share their own story and Dr. Chopra clearly showed the power of that. They’ll get the results they are looking for that much more quickly because all the c*r*a*p will be out of the way. They’ll also see that if you can be it, so can they. You are in business to make amazing things happen for people. So, share.

I know I can already hear the “but you can’t do that in MY business!” You have to be very clear, about whom you are serving. The sharing of your story is applicable, even if you have a more corporate target market. However, you’d do it differently. You might not talk about your personal pain, but you’d perhaps make yourself more open, more available, less dull, and looking-like-everyone-else-humdrum. (I had a client who fought me on this and continued to get dripple and draps in advertising; changed gears and presto! 57% increase in sales.)

So what’s been learned? Your story is beautiful. It’s how you came to do what you do. Be willing to share it and you’re on your way to more energy and more riches and a whole lot more joy.

Your EnergyRICH™ Call to Action:

1. Brainstorm how can you share a little bit more about you to create more of a connection, more belief in what you offer, more quickly.

2. How can you open up to hear the story of the people that you serve? Think a CEO doesn’t want to share? Oh, think again! And see what happens…

3. …and then email me about it. I love to highlight Excelling EnergyRICH™ Entrepreneurs: we’ll share your story and you’ll watch the business roll in!

Credit scores have been averaging lower and lower these days as many Americans are finding they have either spent far too much or over extended themselves too far. Maybe there were a few late payments that were unavoidable due to an unplanned medical emergency. Or maybe house repairs, tuition hikes, etc whatever the reason you have some negatives on your credit score and these can seriously affect your ability to obtain credit and a car loan. They can even impact other things like your ability to obtain a higher paying job (prospective employers routinely screen employees and for a higher paying job this usually includes a credit check).

This article is about fixing this blemish or blemishes from your credit report, but I have to warn you it will take time, credit cannot be fixed overnight. . There is no immediate credit fix that is legally available. You have to understand that just as it takes time to ruin your credit it takes even more time to repair it.

The first step is to get your credit report with its score. It is best if you can obtain the report from all three credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax and Trans-union). Call your local car dealers and ask as to which bureau their lenders pay more attention to (this is good to know as certain bureaus have more influence in certain areas of the country than others). Once you know this you know which report to pay more attention to. Then go online and find the contact info for the respective credit bureau and get your report (it is usually only $10 to $30 for a report or two).

Read through the credit report and note the negatives. There may be some bad accounts that you forgot or did not even know you had. Some may not even belong. If there are any that are incorrect, over aged (beyond 7 years for most accounts) or similar, write a letter to the corresponding credit bureau and question the erroneous items. The bureau must within 30 days find out if the account is listed in error or not. If it is in error than the item must be removed and then a free, new and updated report will be sent to you showing that the item has been removed.

After reviewing your credit if there are no errors, then you should target the negative accounts and contact the creditors and try and reestablish the accounts and get back in good graces with the creditors. This will take time, but most creditors will be willing to work with you. Learn to write out all your bills on time. If you are married and your spouse is better at writing out the bills than maybe trade like you would wash the dishes, do the clothes or watch the kids while they write out the bills. Whatever it takes make sure they get done on time.

Yes there are negatives on credit reports that come from unexpected emergencies and such and having bad credit does not necessarily mean you are a bad person. Regardless the reason you can contact your creditors and try and work something out. Even if they refuse, you tried and are the better person for it.

There are also numerous free or low price consumer debt repair companies that can help you (especially when creditors refuse to be helpful), just make sure you do not end up with a scam. Check the company with your local Better Business Bureau and also look into non for profit companies. Many professional or retirement organizations like the AARP provide these services to their members free of charge.

So there you have it, a good primer on how to fix your credit report and score so you can get a good car loan and get on with your life. A bad credit score or some unplanned emergency expenses doesn’t have to mean a death sentence to your financial life. Take action and start improving your credit and your life.

Millions of people everyday have a very difficult time expressing themselves. This can lead to the inability to sustain a normal health relationship. For men, they experience difficulty expressing themselves more often then women.

Poor communication skill can go unnoticed early in relationships. More attention is paid toward emotions and physical aspects of the relationship. However, experts have stated that communication is the key factor in building a strong and lasting relationship.

Men have always found it difficult to communicate; this dates back to prehistoric caveman days. Men have always been viewed as strong silent type who just got things done. Men have been preconditioned to this for centuries. Very few men express their feeling adequately and when they do, they are diminished somehow.

This is because of the preconditioning, if a man expresses himself, it is viewed as a sign of weakness. They feel that they are lowering themselves to a level where they do not want to be. To express themselves makes them feel uncomfortable.

Women on the other hand have no problem expressing themselves on every subject under the sun. They want their men to be able to do the same, and when they do not, then women feel under appreciated and taken for granted. Many women will not get involved with a man that cannot express himself adequately.

In order for men to create long and lasting relationships, they must be able to communicate how they feel to the women in their lives. Sentiment and romance are big issues to women. Truth and honesty is what women expect the most from men.

Both men and women need to make an effort to communicate with each other. However, there are times when in order to form a lifelong commitment, outside intervention is necessary to assist men in expressing themselves. Men and women must be able to communicate openly and honestly with each other on any subject. It is important though to respect each others opinions.

The one thing that is as crucial as speaking to each other is the ability to listen to each other. Men find this difficult because the often see things in black and white and having to listen to extend reasoning takes a lot of patience. After you have been together for a while, you will even get to know each others body language.

When you are in a relationship, you want to keep each other happy. Do not send signals that can be misconstrued. You can only have a meaningful conversation if both parties participate.

The one thing that men have found difficult to do throughout the centuries is to express their love. They feel that saying the words I love you is leaving them open and vulnerable. This is not always the case. Women love to hear it as much as they love to say it.

Communication is the key part of a healthy relationship. This in turn will guarantee a life long commitment with years of happiness

As a college or university student, you are often living away from your parents for the first time. You want to show your parents that they don’t have to worry about you. Many students are too proud to ask their parents for help. So what does a student do when they need to order something online? What about when renting a movie? A student needs a credit card to be independent from their parents.

One of the most popular student credit cards is the Bank of America Student Visa Platinum Plus Credit Card. Unlike most other student credit cards, a student doesn’t need a cosigner to apply for this Bank of America student credit card. They won’t need to ask their parents to put their credit at risk. In some cases, their parent’s bad credit could even prevent them from getting other student credit cards.

If you are going to college or university, you are planning your future. Part of that future may involve a house or car. To finance those things, the banks look at your credit history. The longer you have built your credit, the more the banks trust you. As a result, the banks will be willing to lend you more money with better interest rates. Even if you don’t use your credit card, getting a credit card at a young age can help you later in life.

The Bank of America Student Credit Card offers other conveniences such as:

Online Banking Service - easily access account activity, credit card balance and payment due date. Pay your credit card bill online for free too.

Total Security Protection - a free package of security features including: zero liability from unauthorized use, fraud monitoring, online protection and photo security. So you can even have your own photo on your credit card.

Purchase Replacement - provides repair or replacement for card purchases that are stolen or damaged within 90 days. Plus it doubles the warranty on card purchases with a US warranty of 1 year or less.

Travel and Emergency Assistance - offers various services including: medical referral assistance, legal referral assistance, pre-trip assistance, lost luggage assistance, emergency ticket replacement, prescription delivery, and emergency translation assistance.

Auto Rental Insurance - get car rental insurance automatically with your credit card. Without this card feature it could cost hundreds of dollars more to rent a vehicle.

You also get no annual fee, additional cards at no charge and cash advance checks at no charge. Few other student credit cards offer so much, especially with no annual fee. Although the Bank of America student credit card doesn’t offer a reward points system, it still is one of the best student credit cards available.

Mention the idea of changing your life, and people react in a couple of different ways. Those who value stability tend to be resistant to change and deny, avoid or abhor change.

For many, stability reflects strength and change reflects a certain amount of unpredictability, unfamiliarity and uncertainty. Life looks like an either/or game.

What if it is both? What if what you might see as opposites are actually two sides of the same coin? What if change becomes the vehicle to stability?

Outer pressures turn the heat up: Family time is shrinking while family demands are increasing with elder care, for example. The lines between home and work are blurred with work either going home at night or tele-work options. Mobility and connectivity further mean that a conscious decision for time out must be made since it is way too easy to become addicted to instant news and email. The body, mind and spirit have little time out.

For sometime predictions of a talent crunch have been made alongside the need for employees to be more engaged and to close performance gaps. Regrettably most of the metaphors describing this phenomenal involve war or sports: the talent war or playing defense. At the heart of the matter it is quite simple. People seek meaningful work with the opportunity to grow (not necessarily through career leaps), want to know that they are making a valued and valuable contribution, want to use the talent they don’t know they have, want some control over their lives, and seek some hope for the future. The undercurrent of fear from global warming, noticeable changes in the weather patterns, spark in some, an undercurrent of fear for the future is amplified by wars that can not be won and disease that knows no boundary. This negatively impacts health and wellness.

Internal responses reveal coping strategies: Research shows that 75% of employees carry out personal responsibilities while on the job. Mental and stress related illness is the number one cause of disability. Rates of depression and aggression are on the rise in all ages negatively impacting productivity at work and home. Correspondingly, health care expenses are on the rise. The importance of balancing a full private life with work is more important than money and is one of the leading factors for why employees stay and why they leave companies. Substance abuse is increasing along with the various faces of addiction. Information overload creates overwhelm not just from the printed and spoken word but also from electro-magnetic interference and emotional sensitivity.

So why do people resist?

Interestingly, addiction, depression, aggression are all ways to block personal growth yet growth is the very solution to the pressures. Growth means change and you can not change what you can not see. The pressure hose is forcing change in some aspect of your relationship with you for the benefit of all. Resistance comes from seeing the source of the pressure as solely external.
Personal growth, especially self-actualization, becomes the vehicle to achieve greater stability by strengthening your ability to ride the waves. The question then becomes how to merge these two concepts of change and stability into a deeper understanding of how to lead your life.

It starts with knowing that as you understand and improve your relationship with yourself you change your relationship with the outer world.

  1. Notice when there are cracks in your outer world. Cracks in your outer world mark places where the pressure has built up on the inside to the point where you have to pay attention. Dissatisfaction and flat feelings are also signals. Rather than avoiding, denying or resisting you walk toward the source of the conflict within to see what can be learned.
  2. Ask yourself what emotional need have you been ignoring, or not facing fully. Face that place of raw truth so you can truly understand what is at the deeper heart of the matter. The combination of traits likely to be found in those who develop cancer, the ‘Type C’ personality, is described as being extremely cooperative, patient, passive, accepting, and lacking assertiveness. Repression of emotion suppresses the immune system.
  3. Observe what strategies you have adopted to cope with the pressures you are experiencing. Understand which ones are supportive and which ones have served their purpose and now must be released. Note any addictive patterns. Addictions mark places where instead of loving yourself, you channel your need into the instant and repetitive gratification that each of the addictive behaviors promise to deliver.
  4. Break the pattern of specific habits that no longer help your emotional health. The simplest one imaginable for those 49% of Americans who know they watch too much television, is to start with breaking the pattern of using the television as a substitute for a babysitter, dinner conversation, or something to do. Breaking the pattern means identifying alternate ways to meet your need. The minute you start to see alternatives, you start taking charge and move toward hope.

This experience amounts to gathering information, understanding what it means from all angles, and then, with that newly gained clarity, applying it to your actions. This naturally alters your energetic frequency, so you attract different experiences. These steps are repetitive. They will surface over and over again and are not dissimilar from washing your hair: shampoo - lather - rinse - repeat.

Each time you apply the steps to releasing an old pattern in your life you increase self-trust in your ability to handle uncertainty, and replace fear of the unfamiliar with confidence and self-security.

History And Background Of Amanita Muscaria Mushrooms

Amanita Muscaria mushrooms are noted for their psychoactive properties, due to their containing the hallucinogenic chemicals ibotenic acid and muscimol. Also known as toadstools, these mushrooms have long been associated with magic in literature. The caterpillar in Alice in Wonderland is portrayed as sitting on one as he smokes his suspicious pipe, and in animated cartoons, Smurfs are seen to live in Amanita mushrooms. Of course, circles of mushrooms growing in the forest are frequently referred to as fairy rings.

It has been reported that as early as 2000 B.C. people in India and Iran were using for religious purposes a plant called Soma or Haoma. A Hindu religious hymn, the Rig Veda also refers to the plant, Soma, although it is not specifically identified. It is believed this plant was the Amanita Muscaria mushroom, a theory popularized in the book “Soma: Divine Mushroom of Immortality” by R. Gordon Wasson. Other authors have argued that the manna from heaven mentioned in the Bible is actually a reference to magic mushrooms. Images of mushrooms have been identified in cave drawings dated to 3500 B.C.

In the church of Plaincourault Abbey in Indre, France is a fresco painted in 1291 A.D. of Adam and Eve standing on either side of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. A serpent is entwined around the tree, which looks unmistakably like a cluster of Amanita Muscaria mushrooms. Could it be true that the apple from the Garden of Eden may actually have been an hallucinogenic mushroom?

Siberian shamans are said to have ingested Amanita Muscaria for the purpose of reaching a state of ecstasy so they could perform both physical and spiritual healing. Viking warriors reportedly used the mushroom during the heat of battle so they could go into a rage and perform otherwise impossible deeds.

In the Kamchatka peninsula of Russia the medicinal use of Amanita Muscaria topically to treat arthritis has also been reported anecdotally. L. Lewin, author of “Phantastica: Narcotic and Stimulating Drugs: Their Use and Abuse” (Kegan Paul, 1931) wrote that the fly-agaric was in great demand by the Siberian tribes of northeast Asia, and tribes who lived in areas where the mushroom grew would trade them with tribes who lived where it could not be found. In one occasion one reindeer was traded for one mushroom.

It has been theorized that the toxicity of Amanitas Muscaria varies according to location and season, as well as how the mushrooms are dried.

Finally, it should be noted that the author of this article does not in any way recommend, encourage nor endorse the consumption of Amanita Muscaria mushrooms. It is believed that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration lists Amanita Muscaria as a poison. Some companies that sell these mushrooms refer to them as “poisonous non-consumables.”
