Cold Call Now & Good Results Will Follow

This morning I wrote about my cold calling reluctance, spawned by five easily changeable conditions.

Now, it’s exactly 5:12 p.m. and the official calling day is over.

Did I make myself make calls, and if so, how did I do?

You might recall I was dragging my derriere because of an overactive weekend filled with hiking, karate, swimming, and resistance training.

But instead of wallowing in my sloth, I got up and did 40 reps each with my Soloflex machine and dumbbells, and it really got the blood pumping. I placed the zillion odds and ends and bills and coupons that had been littering my desk into neat piles.

And I told myself it was stupid to guess what prospects would say, the ones I was following up with, when I could KNOW, simply by dialing and smiling.

Let me cut to the chase for you.

I got GREAT results today, closing two new seminar sponsors, which had been my goal.

Of course, there is coordination work to be done, but they AGREED to work with me, and in so doing they triggered an insight that I’d like to share with you.

One of the greatest obstacles that gets in the way of cold callers and sales prospectors of all types is the DOUBT that our work will be rewarded; the false belief that absolutely nothing, or at best some smidgeon of benefit will accrue.

We absolutely have to smash that thought, and before we sit down to make our calls, and whenever we have the most fleeting negative notion enter our minds about it, we must repeat this affirmation:

THE GOOD RESULTS WILL FOLLOW!

I, along with millions of other people, planted some grass seed about five weeks ago. I put topper on it, and watered it every day.

Some small, thin blades started appearing a few weeks ago, but where did my attention go? It went to the areas where I was getting no results.

I worried about them, peeking at them in the morning and at night.

Finally, I bought more seed and topper and filled in those spots.

Now, I’m getting coverage at about 75 percent of the overall lawn area.

What will I do if the remainder doesn’t grow?

You’ve got it; I’ll plant more seeds until I get the 100% result I want!

By the way, some of those areas that I had almost given up on have just recently started to sprout, and it’s very gratifying.

COLD CALL NOW! PLANT YOUR SEEDS. NOURISH THEM. DON’T WORRY ABOUT THEM. REPEAT: THE GOOD RESULTS WILL FOLLOW.

And if you need more results, make more calls!

Persuade People and Earn Higher

In business, the primary goal is to succeed. Competition is fierce in both online and offline businesses. Using four basic principals can increase your sales by up to 300% or more.

The first principal is pretty easy. Call your customer by his or her name. By doing this, your customer feels that they are more than just a sale. It is a way of personalizing your service. Customers tend to give more of their attention when you use their name.

Principle # 1 - Call your customer by his name.

People feel more comfortable when you call them by their names. If your target customer is a complete stranger, ask him politely about his name. Pronounce his name correctly and mention it throughout your conversation. This way you can get his or her attention and make him or her listen.

Principle # 2 - Make your customer feel the need.

Demonstrating your product to a target market is the best way to introduce it to the market. Many people will be curious if you set up a stand and show them how the actual product works.

It is important that your demonstration is clear and concise. Nobody wants to walk away thinking that your product is too complicated to use.

When you are offering a new product, you have to make the consumer feel that it is something that they cannot live without. It is important that you do not use the word selling in your sales pitch. Using the word offering instead. Consumers respond better when they do not feel like you are pushing a product at them.

Principle # 3 - Make it seem that you are helping the customer, not selling something to him.

When customers feel that you are helping them they will respond better by paying more attention to the details of the product.
It is important that you do not tell the customer that one particular product is the one that they are looking for; explain to them why it is the best one for them and how it can benefit their situation.
The more details that you offer will result in higher sales.

Principle # 4 - Never take no for an answer

This principal can be tricky. You do not want to take no for an answer, however, you do not want to be perceived as an overbearing salesperson who just wants to make a sale.

It is important to finish your sales pitch, however it is equally important to listen to what the customer is saying to you.

Explain the pros and cons of what the customer is telling you and how your product will benefit them and save them money at the same time.

In today’s day and age, consumers want convenience, but they also do not want to spend their life savings getting it.

Nobody is born with perfect sales skills. It is a talent that is developed over many years and through a lot of trial and error. You will not be able to make every sale, however, using these four principals will assist you in raising your level of sales.

The Best Love Making Position Formula

The best love making position formula needs to strongly include the following elements:

1.Comfort. For both you and your partner, you must include the element of comfort to determine the ideal love making position. This could depend on individual factors such as susceptibility to back pain, standing or kneeling preferences over lying, and so forth. Concentrate on comfort and you can’t go wrong.

2. Pleasure. The element of pleasure should come second when choosing a love making position. After all, if comfort isn’t first present then it’s likely that pleasure is not going to follow. Having said that, if there is a particular love making position that gives amazing pleasure to one or both partners, and the comfort level may be a bit more challenging, then comfort should be allowed to safely sacrifice some if the pleasure benefit is phenomenal.

3. Maintaining. Now here’s a love making position tip you probably won’t hear often, but it is an incredibly important aspect to include in positioning. Maintaining refers to the ability of both partners being able to maintain there pleasure levels until orgasm arrives. This probably falls more on the male who may have a preferable love making position that allows him to “remain in the zone” until it’s time. But this also applies to the female where a particular love making position may be hard to maintain pleasure throughout.

Conclusion: Now this may sound like a difficult trial and error search to find the ideal love making position, but quite the opposite. This is actually a good way to explore variety, and discover which love making position works well for each partner. And there shouldn’t be one steadfast love making position that needs to discovered or stuck with. Rather you will find that each of the three elements can be applied to varying degrees in different positions. As mentioned before, you may sacrifice a bit of comfort for pleasure, or there may be some maintaining positions that work better for one partner. The key is to discover a handful of various love making position that includes a strong amount of the above three elements, and if one fits one partner better than the other, then it is very important to take turns engaging in preferential positions of each individual partner.

Before you hold an open house, it is wise to discuss with your real estate agent what you should expect from an open house. Some agents feel that the purpose of a virtual tour is to give a potential buyer the opportunity to tour the home on line instead of visiting it in person. Clearly for any potential buyer visiting your home in person is much more helpful. I have seen more buyers either express their disappointment or their surprise when they find what the virtual tour didn’t expose.

In today’s market sellers often feel that every possible approach to gaining exposure for their home should be exhausted, including open houses. I believe that there are certain advantages to having a public open house.

If you decide to host an open house, here are some tips to make it worth your time:

If you are going to host an open house, advertise it during the week leading up to the day. There is an exception to this rule. If a buyer has visited your home on a Thursday with his agent and has decided it is one he may want to consider, a last minute decision to host open house that weekend may give him reason to make an offer on your home fearing that he could lose the opportunity should someone else come along. Even if the open house has not been advertised in the local paper, your agent can put it into the MLS and the interested buyer’s agent will surely let them know about it. As well, any interested buyer will likely drive through the neighborhood while they contemplate making an offer on your home.

Be flexible for the very likely possibility that a nosy neighbor will visit the home. While the chances are not great that they are looking on behalf of someone they know, it is possible. Having a sign-in sheet might keep those who are less bold from coming into your home. A sign-in sheet is a good idea anyway because any feedback is good and your agent can call the visitors to see what they thought, assuming they entered correct information on the sign-in sheet. Again, set your expectations accordingly.

Condensing your open house time to an hour and a half or two hours has its benefits. Obviously, you aren’t as inconvenienced. If a potential buyer has read the ad and is interested, they will make time to visit the home. There is also a better chance that more than one visitor will be there at the same time which could make the home appear more appealing and create a sense of urgency. There is nothing etched in stone that says an open house has to be from 1-4.

What are the three keys to self-improvement and motivation in Business?

1) INSPIRATION
You need inspiration to keep you motivated and intent on improving yourself. If you are not as interested in your business as you should be, your motivation level will be lower than it can be and you will not be able to sustain interest for long periods.

Take an honest look at your inspiration level. Are you excited about going to work or is it an obligation? Many people choose to go into a business because on paper, it looks profitable, but when they actually go into it, they find it does not interest them.

If you are one of these people, you will grow weary and uninterested quickly because you have no inspiration or passion to sustain you during the difficult times you will encounter as a small business owner.

If you do not like your work, not to worry. There are probably ways that you can re-focus your small business to match your interests and thus develop a passion in it, which will help you stay inspired. Think of ways to do this, and if you truly can not, consider making a clean break and starting something new. You might be able to sell it if it is reasonably well established and could turn a profit for someone who is interested in it, so you might be able to recoup some of your investment this way. But do not try to stay with it if you just have no interest and can not turn it into something you can be passionate about, because without inspiration, you will not be motivated to even try self-improvement.

2) SET GOALS
Short and long-term goal setting is vital for any business owner. If you do not set goals, you have no definite purpose and no clear path to take. It is impossible to be motivated if you are not sure about the direction your company is taking.

Take the time to put your goals in writing. A business plan may sound daunting, but it is really nothing more than putting goals, strategies, implementation plans, and a budget in writing. Write your own business plan and update it at least annually.

Include mini-goals that can be accomplished in a matter of hours, days, or weeks. Include more ambitious grand-goals that may take years to complete. Refer to this plan throughout the year.

Can a business plan really help motivate you? Of course! Written goals will make you feel more professional and certainly more connected to your business. It will also free you from having to reinvent your business goals every single day.

3) NETWORKING
Another key factor in getting and staying motivated is to network with other small business owners and collaborate with those who have expertise you do not. You can not possibly know all the information you need to understand every facet of your business, at least not at first. Use expertise of others to build on your own. You will conquer challenges you could not have alone, and you will likely help others do the same.

Networking also helps offset the solitary working conditions many entrepreneurs face as well. In fact, working alone can be one of most difficult parts of being an entrepreneur. You can never truly succeed without the help of others, and you will need to return the favor and offer your own assistance, too. Mutual support is motivating.

Make life easier by connecting with others either within your community or online. Even when businesses are not related, you will often find common ground and ways to work together.

Many successful entrepreneurs report that finding the right networking group was a turning point in the growth of their business. When a networking group works together, it can help its members generate more qualified sales leads, for instance, and solve problems faster and more efficiently.

Sharing ideas, expertise, and experience is also an invaluable aspect of motivation and self-improvement. Your own personal team of business owners will help re-energize you when the burdens of running your own business seem too much.

And with your networking team to rely on, you can accomplish more in less time and probably have more fun in the process!

How To Buy Lingerie For Her That You’ll Both Love

Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known in /wwwroot/gphone-android.com/wp-includes/class-snoopy.php on line 1142

Are you looking to buy something sexy for the lady in your life and you’re stumped? Here’s a few tips guaranteed to make you both happy.

Not all women feel comfortable with baring her bottom in a sexy thong. It’s best to be careful and put some thought into what body parts she feels most comfortable about and choose lingerie to complement her particular body part.

A few pointers:Show off nice legs in something short like a baby doll or short chemise.
Play up good cleavage with a halter or bustier style.
Display toned arms with a camisole.

Think-Pure Flattery-Have fun and Be confident

Lingerie is a way for women to be seductive, feminine and pretty, so if you think she’ll look great in something, that’s a good enough reason to get if for her.

Be confident in your own tastes. When women buy lingerie for themselves, they tend to lean to the practical side, not necessarily buying things that are frilly or extravagant so it may not be a bad thing to buy her something a bit more fancy that what she usually buys for herself.

Help by getting her in touch with her inner child by choosing fun prints like cherries or clouds. Or appeal to her wilder side: animal prints, lace or bold colors like red are perfect. Unless you have a very close relationship with the woman, avoid giving lingerie items that are extremely risque or things that are in bad taste

Lingerie Fashion Styles
Chemise - A straight gown that skims the body.
Negligee - A loose, usually sheer, gown.
Peignoir set - Negligee that includes a matching sheer robe.
Babydoll - A short gown that fits around the bust, flares toward hemline.
Pajamas - Pants and top, originally styled after men’s pjs.
Bustier - A usually strapless elongated bra that provides extra lift to the breasts.
Camisole - A sleeveless top that can be paired with matching undies or worn under a jacket for work.
Teddy - A one-piece style, similar to a bodysuit.
Tap pants - Soft, very short version of boxing shorts.
Thong - Provides coverage in the front of the panty with a thin strap in the back.

Picking the Right Colors

Pick a color that you think would look good on her, if you don’t know her color preferences. In general, remember black, red and white (or off-white) look good on almost everyone
Blondes look great in pastels, and brunettes can carry off stronger colors like purple and emerald green. Redheads do best with greens, blues and earthy tones.

The Soft Touch-Fabrics

If you like the feel of the garment, chances are she’ll like wearing it. Velvet, silk and satin have lots of tactile appeal. If you’re buying online, play it safe and stick with fabrics that you already know what they feel like.

Figuring out her personal style-What does she like?

To choose, men should have some idea of his partner’s tastes and lifestyle, not just in lingerie but in general Before you buy anything, think of her favorite outfits and her personality and try to assign a category to them, is she spunky, sophisticated, feminine, athletic? How about flirty, romantic, or cozy. There are basically four types of merchandise in a lingerie store, pajamas which can range anywhere from silk and satin to cotton and flannel, bras and panties, robes and sexy nightwear like baby dolls and bustiers, nightgowns, negligees, peignoirs, slips. Also keep in mind, things like pjs and robes are more forgiving with sizes, you’re more likely to get a pajama size right than a bra size, and robes are usually one size fits all!

Sizes- Do it Right

The best way to find her correct size is to ask. You can also check out the size of her regular clothing to help you correctly choose a size of lingerie she might fit into. If all else fails you don’t know her bra size, try heading for familiar territory in chemises, robes, and nightgowns, where everything is sized in S-M-L. There’s usually a fantastic variety of styles for every woman in these pieces, and you can be confident that size won’ be an issue. As a last resort you can guess (tricky territory — Lingerie.com even promotes the amusing “fruit comparison” method for finding cup size.)

Presentation- Wrapping it up

Don’t forget to wrap the lingerie (or have it professionally wrapped) with beautiful paper and a lots of lush tissue paper. You can get creative and combined with related items, like a book of poetry, a bottle of champagne or great-smelling body products and candle. Lastly, always remember it’s the thought that counts. If you really love something and think, it’ll look great on her you can’t go wrong, Remember, If a gift is bought and given with love it will always be appreciated.

There’s no time like the present to change careers. The labor market is improving and there are opportunities available in almost every field. This article outlines five steps every career changer must go through to land a new position. I use real life examples of people I have worked with to illustrate my points. These steps are as necessary for people with disabilities as they are for any job seeker. So put yourself in high gear and let’s start up the career change staircase.

Step One: Assess your skills and interests to make sure your career move is aligned with who you are.
Changing careers is not for the faint of heart. On average new careers take longer to find and you often start at a lower salary. Jim, a Human Resources Benefits Specialist in a manufacturing firm, was willing to accept these risks. He was tired of overseeing a series of layoffs at companies as they outsourced their jobs overseas. For the last two years the part of his job, he enjoyed most, was orienting new staff and training managers. “I knew I was a good trainer when I read my workshop evaluations. I had also taught at a local community college and the students appreciated me for how well I presented difficult material.”

Jim discussed these experiences, adding this information to the knowledge he gathered about himself from doing skills analysis and a career interest test. The results confirmed Jim’s original intuition about shifting from HR into corporate training.

Step Two: Assess your Work Personality: Is your new career a good fit for who you are as a person?
Adrienne initially thought she had to change careers when she could no longer stand her accounting job. She had always loved her work until her department was folded into a larger financial unit and she was shuttled off to a windowless, back-office cubical abutting the elevator shaft. Instead of the energizing conversations with her colleagues she now heard only the steady swish of the elevator. Her first reaction was, “If this is how I’m treated, I no longer want to be an accountant.”

Adrienne reconsidered this idea in a career counseling session discussing her “work personality” and her ideal work environment. “I thought I wanted out of accounting but what I really want is a more people-oriented work environment.” She dropped her plan to become a librarian and is now seeking accounting work with an insurance company where team orientation is valued.

Step Three: Research potential employers.
After 15 years as an organic chemist, Brian hit a wall. There were fewer manufacturing firms to use his skills and his current employer announced the whole plant was shifting its operations to Mexico. After talking to several friends who had shifted into the Information Technology field, Brian enrolled in an intense six-month training to become a Network Administrator. He successfully passed the course, but reported, “Nobody would give me a job. They all said, ‘Come back when you’re experienced.’”

To find work Brian began researching hot growth companies and arranging informational interviews. One of his contacts introduced him to the Information Services head at a large state agency. Brian seized this opportunity and convinced the manager to let him work there as an intern. “I bit the bullet on this one. The internship meant no money for six weeks but the experience I got helped me land my job at my current company.”

Step Four: Learn how to market yourself.
Marketing yourself in a job search covers everything from resumes and “infomercials” to networking and excelling at job interviews. Jane thought she was a natural here. She was charismatic, articulate and had been promoted twice in her old job as a sales representative for a trendy clothing chain. She came to me after six months of going nowhere in her quest for work in the red-hot growth field of Events Planning.

It turned out her troubles were more self-sabotage than Brian’s problem of “no experience, no hire.” Jane’s resume and “infomercial” were all about where she had been rather than where she wanted to go. They failed to convince Event Planners that she could solve their problems. “I just didn’t get it at first but then I realized that I wasn’t speaking about how my skills would benefit a new employer. Once I got that down, I landed the interviews that led to my conference planning position.”

Step Five: Stay positive. Be persistent.
Andy spent six months failing to find work in his old career as Purchasing Manager. After giving up on that, he spent another three months looking for work in Facilities Management, something he had experience in from previous jobs. Andy didn’t realize how negative and discouraged he had become until he went to his first networking meeting. One of the members of the group took him aside and said, “Hang in there and keep going. You can do it.” She recognized immediately that he was discouraged.

“The truth is I was hurting from the rejections. My attitude was negative and I was getting depressed. My networking group kept me going through all the hard times. I now tell everyone, ‘If you want to keep going you’ve got to stay connected.’”

People with disabilities often face additional challenges around such issues as a limited work history, mobility or sensory concerns, or psychiatric conditions that may limit how much they want to work. There is also, at times, the lack of knowledge on the part of the employer and the discouragement that can accompany the rejections that are a recurring part of the job search. For these reasons and more it is smart for career changers with disabilities (or as I prefer to say, “people of varying abilities”) to utilize the kind of help they will find in agencies like Resource Partnership, which is committed to helping people with disabilities improve their lives through employment.

Larry Elle is an Employment Specialist at

Resource Partnership, a non-profit organization that assists individuals with varying abilities and disabilities find and experience success at all levels of employment and in a wide range of industries and occupations.

At his position, Larry assists clients with psychiatric disabilities to prepare for, find and retain employment suited to their strength and capabilities.

When Patrick Lencioni wrote ‘The Five Temptations of a CEO’ he gave a pretty clear picture of the level of mastery required for high performance leadership. These are tricky times make no mistake. CEO’s have a 90 day or less window to show results which makes sense given the speed of time but not when placed in corporate culture and working environments distracted by superficial symptoms of a deeper dynamic.

Global change activates a subtle, typically undetected dynamic, putting pressure on the cultural context. It is imperative to see what is at work beneath the surface otherwise it is easy to do what has always been done while expecting different results. Upgrading existing skills assists in two ways:

1) widening of the perceptual lens to see how the global dynamic creates what is on the surface and

2) accessing insight to know what changes will create the desired result no matter how complex the situation is.

There are three groups of skills that can heighten the effectiveness of corporate leadership. Samples are provided in case you want to try this out:

  • Sensing skills to gather information:

We typically rely on the mind and ideas. Since the origins of performance are not visible it takes a strong sensing skill to avoid the temptation to do what has always been done, when the situation calls for a radically different approach.

  • Skill #1: Develop your Personal Self-Witness: You can’t change what you can’t see. Your witness is your trained observer, the one who can step outside your day to day actions and see things as a movie camera does-WITHOUT JUDGING what is going on. Your witness is your conscious ally, your friend who assists you in seeing yourself. Seeing what you are unknowingly doing creates the clarity required to see things differently.

Skill #2: Ask Questions the Logical Mind Cannot Answer: Questions enable you to reveal assumptions, follow your hunches, and assess situations before jumping to conclusions. Curiosity allows you to suspend judgment, the latter being totally completely useless when there is a need to improve performance or engage the disengaged. Inevitably organizational problems are addressed with the same solutions: cut expenses, increase revenues, train people. Digging deeper allows you to see the root problem enabling clearer insight into the actions that leverage results.

Skill #3: Whole Body Listening: Next time you are listening to someone, notice what your mind is doing. Since only 7% of communication is in the word then the rest is in your sensory capacity to detect what image is being conveyed.

  • Gaining clarity - Expanding perspective:

Organizational patterns and habits can drive even the most astute individual into a narrow lane giving the appearance of limited options. As organizational patterns come into clear view you have the chance to widen the range of alternatives and forge direction anew. These tools reveal the heart of the matter - a powerful ally to create lasting solutions rather than move the furniture around.

  • Skill #4: Actively Reflect on Experience: We do not learn from experience, we learn from reflecting on it. Reflection is the ground where experience becomes knowledge and wisdom, where understanding and alternatives surface. Once a week whether you need it or not. Otherwise, your habits are doing all the driving and misunderstandings accelerate into deeper divisions. You can’t connect the dots unless you stop, stand back to see what they are.

Skill #5: Increase your emotional awareness at the source of your expression: The force of emotion is clearly conveyed through word and is absorbed by the listener. The human emotional processor operates at about 80,000 times faster than the mental one. Whatever you are feeling emotionally, unless you have mastered the unhealthy habit of emotional repression, it is felt by the listener.

  • Selecting the best course of action given a series of complex and contradictory factors.

Making sense out of contradictory information operating within an even more complex dynamic demands use of all of the above skills plus consistently exercising pulse checks using the skills below.

  • Skill #6: Shifting Perspective: Perspective is defined as a visible scene, the state of ones ideas. Wouldn’t it be helpful to be able to shift the scenery and view before committing to costly and irreversible action? This is very useful portable skills but for executives it is helpful before making big moves to explore the range of possibilities before taking the step. This is not to be confused with exploring or exercising options. Step out of one perspective and viewing the situation from a totally different place can change the effectiveness and level of leadership engaged. The ability to shift perspective is the key to gaining enlightened insight.

Skill #7: Discernment: Judgment, guided by your mind, sorts information (or people) into right or wrong, weak or strong with convenient labels. The file drawer is sorted out and who knows what insights and hidden potential were also filed and dismissed in the process. Discernment is the delicate ability to distinguish what is not evident, what is true or appropriate.

Finally developing or upgrading yourself in any way requires self-discipline.

This is what horses have that keeps them from betting on people. Steve Pavlina on his blog defined “Self-discipline (as) is the ability to get yourself to take action regardless of your emotional state.”

Self-discipline helps us stay on the path when it would be easier to stray or submit to other temptations like distraction, procrastination or avoiding something appearing scary or unfamiliar.

Notice how you practice these skills in your own life and at work. You must be willing to see the current situation for what it really is rather than the way you want it to be and be open to making changes.

This is not about ‘fixing’ yourself. It is about improving your relationship with you. The rest will follow.

Working in an office can be a trying experience. There is bound to be incidents that you wish you could take back. Frustration and resentment build up until the point of heated arguments between management and employee.

Every employee want to be acknowledged by their superiors, however, there are times when management is of one mindset. When this occurs too many times, the results can be disastrous, especially if the employee has a short temper. Often, situations that would normally be discussed get out of control and end up with harsh words being shouted back and forth.

When the sparks die down, the employee is left to figure out how to mend feelings and keep his or her job.

After an argument with a superior, the relationship can remain strained for several days or weeks. This creates poor working conditions and can be prevented with the proper communication.
Once this occurs, it often leaves the employee wondering if he or she will have a job in the morning. Losing income for even one week will undoubtedly cause serious financial hardship and a blemish on your employment record.

In the business world today, it is not uncommon to have people who will do anything to gain favor in managements eyes. In instances where a blow out has occurred, this may be the best way to get you out of a big dilemma.

It is important that you handle your supervisor with great care. Think about the situation and the way it was handled by all who were involved.

Sit down over a cup of coffee and discuss the occurrence, making sure that you apologize for the harsh words that were spoken, and explain that if you had a chance to do it over, you would do it differently.

Management prefers professionalism and honesty. When an employee is honest, there is more of a chance that no action will be taken.

Usually, when only harsh words are spoken, a reprimand is added to the employees record. However, too many reprimands can also lead to dismissal.

In today’s world, business has adapted a zero tolerance against any type of violence in the workplace. If physical violence was involved, you can expect to loose your job and possible police action may be taken.

Sometimes it may be necessary to involve a third party to arbitrate the meeting. This can be the best way to solve all problems and soothe hurt and angry feelings

You have been in contact with her for months through online dating, and now both of you are ready and agree to take one more step to know each other better off line. It excites you - but you are stuck with dating idea that will show you the real sporty side of her. What I mean here, is she really a football fan like she said on her emails or just mention it just to impress you? Why don’t you find it out?

This is important since you put this sporty issue a big deal. She will be your future mate and you don’t ant to be surprised finding her turn out to be a bitch who fights you over the remote control for her favorite soap opera when you are watching the final game on your tube. You want a mate, who will enjoy it as much as you do and share popcorns instead of sharp words, don’t you?

No matter how much you weigh the sport issue on your relationship-if both of you are a sporty type you will find the most suitable places for first dating will be something both of you enjoy and feel comfortable with. But, there is huge YES and big NO - NO places to go for your first date and you need to consider it carefully.

You need to find places that are romantic enough to ensure a second round date will follow so it will not be your first and the last date too. She is a woman after all, and women need you to romance her, to make her feel special.

    1. Take her to Gym - Yes and No!
Sweat smelling grunting sound place like gym is not a right place. Her first impression of you will be a skunk smelling male who is struggling with his bench press trying to impress her. Believe me, she won’t. You will imprint your image as a true selfish male on her mind.

Unless both of you are into bodybuilding. Being training partner shall be a good idea. You both will communicate and often have eyes and body contact. If she is not - you are better of find other places.

    2. Take her to Tai Qi out door - Yes!
Tai Qi is so relaxing for both mind and body and perfect since it is usually done out door. You will enjoy the fresh air while watching each other doing little erotic slow motion kungfu moves.

It will not leave your body sweat smelling and afterwards both of you shall have a glass of lemon tea or fruit juice in the cafe near by.

    3. A walk in the beach - Yes!
It is better than taking her to your local swimming pool. Beach provides sentimental feeling and is a romantic place. You can’t go wrong with beach. It has sun, sea, sand and beautiful body?

Yes. It’s the right place to put on your sexy swim suit and show off your muscular chest, and you also will be able to see her right away in her bikini. Hmm-not a bad idea, right?

    4. Teach her billiards.
Invite her to play some pool game with you. She can’t play? It’s even more than perfect. Offer to teach her.

You got the idea? Imagine her bending her body over the pool table and you stand close even so close behind her that you could smell her. It is so erotic to whisper to her right to her ear while you are teaching her to play pool game.

    5. Watch NBA game live! Why not.
Take her watch the game live, not on tube and let the spectator’s emotion take effect. If both of you indeed enjoy the same game, it will be a perfect night for both of you since you are going to scream, to jump, and hug each other to celebrate once your team score and win. This will be a long interesting topic for weeks.

    6. Country road take me home. Yes
Rent bike and ride you date to country side. Challenge her to race to the country side. The last one to reach it shall provide a dinner. This idea is to let her win on purpose to ensure you have another opportunity to invite her for second date.

Don’t forget to make some sandwiches and coffee with you. At the end of the ride, find a place to eat it while having a good conversation.

    7. Jacuzzi. Pamper her Pamper You.
Nothing can beat the warm water and jet stream of Jacuzzi. It not only relaxes your muscle, but it gives you a feeling of levity that you can’t get any other way. Jacuzzi will unwind and strike up some interesting conversation. You’ll spend a day you won’t soon forget with her.
