Instructions For Installing A Tankless Water Heater

While the process of installing a tankless water heater isn’t too difficult it is very different from the process of installing a standard tank water heater. The process is more in depth for a tankless water heater system. It is very important that you read through all the instructions and follow them exactly as they are outlined. This is for the safety and security of your home and your family.

Before you start you need to make sure you have sufficient space for the tankless water heater you will be installing. While they do take up considerably less room than a tank style water heater you still need to verify you have enough clearance room for it. The unit also can’t be touching a wall so you may need to install brackets. You will need to make sure it is not installed around any flammable surface at the outer part of the water heater will get very hot.

You need to make sure you are upgrading to a tankless water heater that operates on the same type of energy source. If you currently have a gas system then purchase a tankless water heater system that also operates on gas. It is very difficult to change the wiring or pipes needed to convert from one system to another. The process is much easier if you keep the same type of energy source as you will only need to deal with a few fittings or electrical connections.

A very important issue that needs to be addressed is venting. A water heater with a tank doesn’t require it, but this is essential with a tankless water heater system. It works very similar to a clothes dryer. The heated air has to be able to escape somewhere so the unit has to be installed where there won’t be a build up of moist, heated air. This can be very dangerous to the occupants in the home as well as result in your tankless water heater not working properly.

The appearance of a pale nail will vary depending on the cause and severity of the problem. Nail paleness can be triggered by trauma to the nail or it may be caused by a disease. The scientific name for pale nail is leuconychia.

A pale nail is sometimes an indicator of a general health problem. For instance, people with chronic liver disease often show signs of pale nail. In the case of liver problems the total nail will be pale except for the top portion, which will retain its original pink color. The nails on the thumb and the index fingers are the most likely to be pale when there is liver disease present.

People with lymphoma, renal disease and fungal disease are also prone to pale nail. Diseases that reduce the quality of oxygen in the blood will often cause the nails to turn from pink to white. Thyroid diseases such as hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism may lead to the formation of nails that are pale and brittle.

Sometimes pail nail is the sign of poor nutrition. It is extremely important to eat a nutritious diet every day to help boost the immune system. Most physicians and holistic practitioners recommend reducing carbohydrate intake and increasing the amount of protein in the diet. It is important to eat a diet that contains several servings a day of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as whole grains. Sugar intake should be minimized as much as possible because sugar aggravates nail infections.

Some people find that their pale nail symptoms improve when they eat yogurt daily or take acidophilus capsules. Food supplements containing Vitamins B,C,D and E are also recommended as well as zinc.

Certain types of fungal infections can cause changes in the texture, color and shape of the nail. Certain types of bacteria can bring about changes in the color of the nail and cause painful areas under the nail. Psoriasis may cause splitting and paleness of the nail plate.

There is no treatment currently available to treat pale nail, but some people choose to wear polish in a darker color to hide the paleness. Since pale nail is often the cause of a more serious underlying medical condition it is important to consult your physician if you see dramatic changes in the color of your nails.

Though, there are lot of lending institutions available in the loan market, who can offer you unsecured loans. But, due to the fierce competition among the private lenders, you may seek a loan from them on competitive interest rates.

Though, the interest rates depend upon the credit score of the borrower. The lenders would prefer to offer unsecured loans to the people having a good credit history. Since, the lenders have a higher risk while offering an unsecured loan. So, they offer it to the people having a perfect credit score. However, people having less than perfect credit history are also offered an unsecured loan, but they are charged high interest rates.

The loan amount for an unsecured loan varies from £ 500 to £ 25000, whereas the repayment term can be from 1 to 10 years. So, you need to make your budgets accordingly.

You can seek loans for varied reasons. Whether you want to buy a car or would like to consolidate your multiple debts, most of your personal needs can be fulfilled with this loan option.

Water Treatment Magnets Are Useful In Cleaning The Water

Water magnets are one way to treat hard water, when the water passes through the magnetic pull the minerals (calcium, and magnesium). The stronger the magnetic field the better your water is affected. This will reduce your costs for pipers and other systems because it is said that it will minimize your blockage caused from the minerals building up in your water system.

No more itchy skin!
Since the water treatment magnets will collect a lot of the minerals from your water that makes your water hard, you should notice that your water would change. Like you will notice that your skin no longer has a residue or your skin won’t itch as much any more. It will help you with your skin conditions.

When you compare this system with a salt solution system, magnets will be healthier for your family and plants because when you use a water softener (salt) you are putting large amounts of salt for your animal or family to drink, which can be deadly if consumed in large amounts. Salt will dehydrate you.

Usually people who have town water will use the magnets because there is chloride in the water and, it is said to be caught, by the magnetic system. For decades, people have been using this system to treat their water so that they can reduce the hardness caused by large amounts of calcium and magnesium. It also will de-scale your pipe and system build up.

Removing the icons
All you have to do is attach it to the intake water pipe and you will see and feel a difference. You can use them on copper and plastic pipes and you can attach the magnets by using wire, duct tape, a clamp, or even string. You want to place the magnetic between the main valve and the water heater and you may place another one on the pipe that allows the water to exit from the water heater. This way you are sure to remove some of the icons.

Hundreds of people use the magnets to help soften their water and have claimed that they can feel and even taste a difference in water. However there is some controversy on rather it reduces the amount of minerals are just neutralize them from showing their true colors.

However, it is proven that you will notice a different when you are showing or bathing. You may want to purchase drinking water; even though it won’t really cause that, much harm to you, but it may taste funny or have a smell.

Importance of Praise

“Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.” Psalms 100:4

Praise is the word “halal” in the original, meaning: to shine.

(We have many deep studies and vast material on the scriptures and teachings of Praise. Here in this publication I seek to put things in simplistic layman’s terms. I’m sure your spirit bears witness with my spirit, and the Holy Spirit, and you see the value of renewing your mind in these teachings. Yes, “Having put off the old man, putting on the new man that is renewed in the knowledge of the image of Him that created him” If you feel richly fulfilled by these deeper studies and teaching what not a better time to recharge your spirit than with our Sabbath broadcasts. Through regular worship services, even online, it can provide enough spiritual food to meditate on, to last the week!)

Many verses tell us to Praise God. 1John 4:7-8 says God is Love, so showing Love is one form of praising God.

Now lets put praise in its’ primary biblical context “Praising His Name”

Psa 44:8 “In God we boast all the day long, and praise thy name for ever. Selah.”

Psa 113:1 “Praise ye the LORD. Praise, O ye servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD.”

Psa 135:1 “Praise ye the LORD. Praise ye the name of the LORD; praise Him, O ye servants of the LORD.”

If you lookup the word ‘Name’, or ’shem’ in the original, it’s the word for ‘character’ or ‘nature’. So “shine the character / nature of God” is what those passages literally say. If you’re being “renewed in the knowledge of the image” and are in hour long bible studies on these levels of understanding I believe you’ll witness a great outpouring of the spirit few people understand. The Bible tells us not to look at what is seen as it is only temporal, but look to the unseen which is eternal. We’re to “let this mind be in you that is also in Christ” (Philippians 2:5) to believe like Christ, walk like Christ, talk like Christ, “Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.” (1 John 4:17).

As you can see we can camp out on any of these verses and have powerful and liberating Holy Spirit filled studies, realizations and experiences.

Lets break down this verse where it says “as He is” if you know English this clearly is present tense, and refers to exactly how Jesus Christ is right now. How He IS. Well where is He ? He’s in heaven ruling and reigning, victorious, resurrected, perfect. He is doing great, HE IS above all power and principality, all power has been given to Him in heaven and in earth; nothing can hinder Him. We can all be at least 2/3 there while we seek Him with all our heart. “I will be found of them that seek Me with all their heart” Our bodies are the last to reach the heavens when He returns, yet the inherent abilities, legal position, and the Helper, the Holy Spirit when we yield to the word can exemplify and Praise the name of God. Not only in the moment, but on the full example of our lives as Christians, with a legacy to leave behind. Yes we are already 1/3 “seated with Him in heavenly places” (Ephesians 2:6).

So we’ve learned Praise is “shining the nature”. The showing of the image God made us in. Praise is what happens after we’re thankful as well, we will speak words of Praise on what we’re thankful for, and more.

With all Americans having many generations of Christian Grandparents we know that nature quite well having been raised in it. Let us continue praising and obeying God’s command of loyalty to Generations of Grandparents. Let us follow in their good footsteps & family traditions, blessing, Praising and Honoring God. If there has been a few generations of rebellion just pray for God to break the curse before the 4th generation because that is when God will bring down a judgment unless that generation turns back to him. We must return back to the God of our Fathers, praising Him. Our ancestors have learned the Character & nature of being a Christian, and Praise their God. They got it from their Parents in the smaller towns & farms more preserved where families were God fearing & bible believing within our pristine lands that made our nation great.

Our families learned this ultimately from their heavenly Father, as God commanded them also to honor their parents, on all the way back to Adam who received the first set of commandments & laws of life. Whether or not you can’t see back that far, there is an unbroken chain in your family, a connection back to Sonship in God who we should praise.

Common Cat Behaviors

Living with your cat can be an inexplicable adventure. When he or she scratches the furniture, meows for no reason, or races around the house at high speeds, it seems like there is no rhyme or reason behind it. However, all cat behaviors have a reason, even if they look peculiar to human owners. Here are some common cat behaviors and the causes behind them.

If your cat dunks favorite toys in his water bowl, he may be trying to find a safe place for his things. In the wild, cats bring their prey back to a nest area to hide it from predators or other cats. Since most indoor cats don’t really have a nest, they may leave their favorite toys in the middle of their food or water bowls, as the next best thing.

When cats knead happily with their paws while being petted, they are showing their love for you. This behavior descends from the kneading actions of kittens while they nurse. When they press against their mother’s nipples, more milk will flow for them to suckle. Being caressed on your lap reminds your cat of kittenhood and causes him to begin kneading. If you have problems with this behavior, such as clawing, try keeping nails clipped, or put a towel or cushion under his claws when he begins kneading.

Since night time is the best hunting time for a wild cat, our pets are most active during the night. This is why they suddenly want to play when we most want to go to bed. Very young cats and kittens are most likely to be active all night and sleep all day. If you try to make sure you spend some playtime with your cat early in the evening, you may be able to wear him out. This will keep him from being keyed up when it’s time for you to sleep. Single cats can also be entertained if you get them another feline companion to play with. This way, you won’t find your sleep interrupted by a playful feline.

If your cat scratches or paws at glass windows, he’s probably testing it. He can see or hear prey or other interesting things on the other side, and is probably frustrated that he can’t get at what he wants. Pawing at the glass may be a way of expressing this frustration, or hoping that maybe this time things will be different.

If your cat dumps his food dish and makes “burying” motions around it, he may be telling you that he doesn’t like what you’ve served him. This behavior might also indicate that he is displeased with the food’s location, or just that he’s not hungry and wants to save the food for later. In the wild, cats may bury prey for a later time when they want to eat it. Try moving the dish or offering different food.

When your cat attacks your ankles, he’s feeling bored, or just practicing his hunting skills. This is particularly common in kittens. In order to stimulate himself, your cat is using his hunting instinct on you. To reduce this behavior, try to give your cat more toys - stuffed animals, climbing furniture, and things to chase. If this is a ritual, try distracting your cat with a toy before you reach the point where he usually attacks you, to keep it from turning into a bad habit.

If you dug out some old boxes full of musty stuff from your attic, you might expect there to be a little mold on things, especially if you live in a humid environment. But, mold is probably growing somewhere in you house right now, and you don’t even know it. That’s why it’s important to know what black mold likes to grow on. It’s the first step to getting rid of it.

What mold likes to grow on is determined by what mold needs to thrive. Mold needs food, a good temperature, and water. In general, wherever there’s water you can expect to find mold.

Mold isn’t picky either. It doesn’t just strike old, musty, dirty houses. If it has a chance, it will grow all over your nice, new, clean house. So, don’t give it a chance!

Here are things mold commonly likes to grow on.

In The Kitchen

Of course, mold likes to grow on food. It’s not always the dreaded black mold; it may be its less toxic cousin, the slimy green one. Either way, it’s ugly and disgusting. The mold that grows on food is not so dangerous, but seal it in plastic before you throw it out just in case.

Mold also likes to grow in cabinets. You should check from time to time. Basically, any place that is dark and closed up, and might get a little water in it, is a breeding ground for mold.

Sinks, drying racks and other places that get lots of water are also favorite hang-outs of black mold.

In The Bathroom

The biggie here is shower tiles. You’ve probably seen black mold growing there before, or its friend orange mold. The wall material behind your tiles is delicious for black mold, so it gets carried away and starts growing around the tiles where human eyes can see it.

Just like in the kitchen, mold likes to be close to the water source in a somewhat hidden place. This means sinks, counters, cabinets and anywhere else that gets a little water.

Anywhere In The House

Mold likes hidden-away places. On the walls, mold likes to grow behind things such as pictures or mirrors. If you haven’t moved your pictures for cleaning in a while, check and see if our black moldy friend is hanging out there. Wallpaper, because it is porous, is also a great place for mold to live. Keep tabs on your wallpaper so you don’t have to remove it all someday because of an infestation of our little friend.

Carpets are wonderful vacations spots for mold. If you ever have any water damage, you may have to remove the carpet if it gets bad. One good way to tell if you have mold in your carpets is just to sniff.

Mold can live in dust and lint. If you keep your house well dusted, you’ll reduce black mold problems.

In The Basement

You may have a tenant you don’t know about, living in your basement and not paying rent. Mold loves the dark, humid basement. It especially likes the walls and ceilings, where water is often running amok. You may also have mold growing around the concrete on the floor.

In The Attic

The attic is also ideal. It’s a place that doesn’t get much ventilation, so it’s great for black mold. Houses with wooden beams in the attic are particularly favored.

In The Hidden Places

Mold loves crawlspaces, wall cavities, and any other place it can hide. You may be suffering from black mold-related health symptoms and not even know it, because our little friend is hanging out in your house and you can’t find him.

Another fave place is inside your heating and cooling ducts.

Mold can get used to the weather just about anywhere, but it especially loves warm humid environments. Florida, California and the Pacific Northwest have some of the worst mold problems in the US. Desert areas and high altitude areas also get hit hard with mold infestations after a big rain or storm.

The key to keeping mold spores out of your respiratory system is to find it before it finds you. That’s why it’s important to know what black mold likes to grow on.

You can also find moreinformation at black mold testing and black mold allergy. ToxicBlackMoldHelp.org is a comprehensive resource to help individuals to test and inspect, identify health symptoms and removal of toxic black mold.

People may be quick to tell you that you have a dream job. They see the nice house you live in and the new car in your driveway. You can pay your bills every month, and you have money left over to take trips for vacations or go out and buy your fabulous flat screen television (latest model, of course!).

Yet, deep down, you know this isn’t your dream job. It might have been so a few years ago, but now you may be feeling like that once-upon-a-time dream job has turned into a bit of a nightmare - and it’s getting worse. Sure, it pays well, but, actually, you realize you hate your job. Time for something new and a change?

Look at these top eight reasons for a job change and see any fit your situation:

Challenge

Your days at the office could be long and boring, and you are lacking something to get excited about. Been there, done that. People need challenge to stay motivated and be productive; otherwise, they’ll drag their feet. Changing careers can put the spark back in loving your job.

Learning

You may be the type of person that enjoys learning and gets motivated about new things. If your job is boring and a routine that you know like the back of your hand, a change of jobs to something new could be a nice switch.

Happiness

If you are unhappy, you can feel it and it shows. Your family life might be suffering from bad moods that you bring home or needing time to unwind before being able to play with the kids. You are suffering and your happiness with life is taking a hit. A better job can turn your mood around and make you someone that’s smiling - MUCH more.

Fulfillment

Many people enjoy jobs that leave them feeling a sense of accomplishment or having helped someone. Many jobs are ones that seem to have no purpose or effect on the world at large. Changing careers for a job that gives you a sense of fulfillment can help you feel like you make a difference.

Location

Commuting is rarely considered a good part of a job. Your time traveling to and fro is wasted time that accomplishes very little besides getting you from point A to point B. Also, commuting long distances or through heavy traffic can be wearing, tiring, and stressful. Changing jobs to have one closer to home may leave you feeling more relaxed and happy, as well as giving you more spare time to enjoy life.

Personality Fit

A job isn’t just something we do. A job is part of WHO we are and should be a reflection of what we’re good at. If your job is about aspects that don’t fit your personality (like math or working in the public), then change it! The relief you’ll feel at doing something you like better, is definitely worth it.

Personal Potential

Many people enjoy seeing just how much they can do or how far they can go in life. If you have always dreamed of being something more or playing a much bigger game bigger, staying boxed into a job that doesn’t go anywhere can feel like a cage. A job switch can open up plenty of opportunities for growth.

Feeling Valued

There is nothing worse than feeling like you are just another number in the big scheme of things. We all like to be valued and feel important, but there are situations that can leave us feeling like a nameless worker that doesn’t matter. A place of work that doesn’t value you isn’t the type of place you want to work.

Eight simple steps to consider when you are thinking about a change in your career direction. All very simple; very logical. So, which of these will be your trigger; your realization that you have opportunities to take and places to go. Only you can decide!

Doing His Will

“…ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that. .. Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.” (James 4:13-17)

It is a good practice in all things to say “if the Lord will, we will do this or that” as our life is a vapor. It is important to remember life is short and to see if what you’re choosing and doing counts in your eternal record. One way of doing this is how Jesus said that He says nothing and does nothing except what our Father has given Him to do, and He will & can only do His will since He is the spotless lamb and the King of Righteousness who cannot violate even one of His commands.

Many say they’re seeking to do God’s will. There is only one test as to what His will is, which is His eternal law. The Holy Spirit can never lead someone against God’s law, only our own flesh and the world can lead us on a destructive path outside of God’s will. His will is His WORD, AKA “the Bible”. If you want to know His will in your life, you’ll find it in the pages of His word. The complete revealed will to His people is His word or law. In all cases Jesus kept God’s law perfectly, He lived the word better than any other. The Sabbath was made for healing which is why He did 7 healings on the Sabbath days.

Jesus spoke the truth saying the Pharisees do REJECT the law of Moses by their man-made traditions (Mark 7:7-9).

Many churches today also fall into this rejection of God’s WORD through keeping their own unbliblical man-made traditions. We know God had already promised that “..they who reject God’s law, God will in return reject them…”and as a result “forget our children”. (Hosea 4:6)

Our daily prayer is that we and others do God’s will in the earth, the same way that it is perfectly being done by the angels in heaven, as we have been told to pray, that His Kingdom does come to earth:

Matt 6:10 “Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, [as it is] in heaven.” (KJV)

James Chapter 1 verse 22 again gives us the biblical guidance of abiding in Christ: “be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only…”

This of course is the continual theme as Christ is called the word (John 1:1 &14), the way we know we have a relationship with Christ is by how much we are doing His Word. He was the word that spoke the heavens and earth into existence, He hasn’t changed the way then sun sets since His word spoke it just as the other parts of His word hasn’t.

1John Chapter 2 verse 4 reiterates this principal, which we hope is beginning to give clarity as not to seek our own will in anything but God’s will we must be open to exactly what His word teaches:
“He that saith I know Him and keepeth not His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in Him.” For those who think faith (or faithing as Dr. Gene Scott puts it) doesn’t have to include obedience are far off from His Grace and Freedom working in their lives.

If you believe in the word you will respond or obey it, am I right? of course! Romans 10:17 says “Faith comes by hearing the word”. So we know how faith comes. “Faith without works is dead” (James 2:17).

We must return to biblical definitions of words, as we “live by every word”. The definition of sin is violation of God’s law (1John 3:4). If the spirit sets you free from sin, then the spirit will empower you to obey the law of God of course.

As Jesus said we must do it in love for God, not tradition. It has always been the heart condition He is after, which is why the New Testament is those same laws being written on our hearts (as per Heb 8:8 and Jer 31:31).

The Holy Spirit will never make you violate God’s law. Only the wrong spirit or old thinking of our life before Christ or without His mind operating in us gives us such thoughts. All things become new when we come to Christ.

We all grow daily in grace and knowledge and “a good understanding have all they that keep His commandments”. (Psalms 111:10) In John 8:31-32 Christ said “…they who continue in His word will know the truth and the truth and …will set you free.” Not they who disobey or reject it. He said “if you don’t believe Moses’ word ye CANNOT hear me or know me” (John 5:46 & Luke 16:31).

Grace is the Greek word Charisma where we get the word Charismatic or a very capable and gifted person. This word Charisma is also translated as some of the manifestations of the Holy Spirit, such as when you through the power of God lay hand on someone for healing, this is called the charisma or gift of healing. Romans 1:15 says “Grace(charisma) is for obedience”. A good example of biblical grace is “For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure.” (Philipians 2:13) This isn’t our own righteousness when He does it. The Holy Spirit fills us both to want to do His will and to do it.

Many like to quote “we’re saved by by grace” and not finish the sentence which continues “..through faith unto GOOD WORKS”. When the last part is left out people are highly misled to move on with the complete opposite idea the bible conveyed in that passage. It wants you to realize the Blood of Jesus Christ permanently saved us by His own dear grace, but for what? To do His good works!

It is not the good works that save but we’re saved to do them, people have just had it backwards because no amount of Good Works can earn your permanent spiritual salvation. It is only gained by accepting Jesus Christ’s penalty paid through His blood.

When our King Jesus the Christ was asked what is the greatest commandment He first said “Hear O Israel” quoted from Deuteronomy 6:4,

Mar 12:29 “And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:”

That word HEAR in this passage is the word SHAMA (the word for responding & obeying in Hebrew). As we know faith comes by “HEARING” again we see we get faith by obeying what we heard. As we continue doing His will which is His word law.

So as we know His will and His word are one and the same it is up to us to now choose. Our old flesh nature wont want to do the law, only the spiritual nature will. “For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.” (Romans 7:22-23 and “the law is spiritual” (Romans 7:14). Now Choose “As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:”

The brain needs to metabolize neurotransmitters, and to do this it produces S- adenosylmethionine, for which B12 is a very important part of production. It can then be seen how vitamin B12 deficiencies could contribute to a wide array of mental health problems like depression, demyelinating myelopathy and dementia or Alzheimer’s.

Norepinephrine is an essential neurotransmitter for maintaining a positive mood, and those who are deficient in B12 have shown to be more prone to depression and other neuropsychiatric symptoms. Diseases such as pernicious anemia and dementia, which are most common in the elderly, have also been linked to B12 deficiencies. A book by Syd Baumel called “A Shot in Time Saves Mind” discusses the possibility that patients suffering depression often have difficulty absorbing B12 without showing signs of pernicious anemia.

S-adenosylmethionine is what most people know to be called Serotonin, and is an important neurotransmitter in the brain. B12 is detrimental to the manufacture of serotonin, so therefore has a very large role in the maintaining of both emotional and mental health.

It is a fairly common fact that those who suffer from depression have a problem with serotonin. Without adequate serotonin levels a person will have trouble with controlling their emotions, moodiness, sexual arousal, body temperature, skin problems, insomnia and headaches. No matter how hard someone with low serotonin levels tries to lift their mood, the poor communication between the cells will prevent it from being possible. As soon as these symptoms are noticed, a supplement should be introduced in the diet.

Vitamin B12 and folic acid deficiencies can both contribute to the onset of serious depression. Many studies have been conducted that have proven supplementing B12 and folic acid simultaneously in depression patients along with a good dietary intake will elevate moods dramatically. It is for this reason vitamin B12 and folic acid are considered to be anti-depressant vitamins.

Mental health is detrimental to leading a happy life, and neurotransmitters being produced at the right levels are a huge part of that. In order to make the neurotransmitters, the brain must have adequate B12, which has to come from your dietary intake. Eat healthy foods high in vitamin B and definitely consider taking a good B supplement that has all the B vitamins and folate.
