Best Life Insurance Policy

Life insurance can be confusing; there are different policies available offering different types of cover and the prices vary from company to company. So how do you know which type of insurance policy is the right one for you? Here is some advice for all those who find life insurance confusing.

The most popular type of life insurance is level term life insurance; this is probably due to the fact that this is the cheapest type of insurance. Quite simply a level term life insurance policy is an affordable way to give yourself and your family peace of mind that should the worse come to the worse then you won’t be left struggling financially.

If you die during the term of the insurance, then your loved one will get paid a lump sum which can help to cover the cost of the mortgage and related bills, the cost of the funeral and day to day living costs. However one point to remember is that this insurance is cheaper because there will only be a payout should you die within the terms of the policy.

If you want life insurance that pays out whether you die or not then whole life cover would be a better choice. With this type of insurance you are guaranteed a payout, however this type of insurance will cost you more than the level term. There are different policies to choose from when taking out this form, with policies to meet all budgets. You are also able to add-in additional cover such as critical illness cover, but of course this will put up your premium even more.

Whichever type of insurance you decide is the right choice for your needs, it is essential that you shop around for the best deal possible. One of the cheapest ways to buy insurance is online, in most cases you are able to make huge savings by comparing what’s on offer by using a comparison site.

5 Basic Care for Family Dog

Prior to bringing a dog home, it must be understood that there is a responsibility of somebody who owns a dog to take care of it which will include feeding, providing shelter, health care and spending time with the dog.

Here are some essential care that you should look into before bringing a dog home:

1. Shelter.

What kind of home are you going to give for your dog? The answer to this question may depends on what kind of dog you have. Some dog will play most of their time outdoors while others in the house.

If you dog will stay most of the time outside the house, then some kind of dog house or kennel will be needed. Fences may also be necessary to keep the dog safely in the vicinity.

While for those who spend most of their time in the house, there are many kind of dog beds and indoor kennels that can suit your dog. Do keep in mind that the size of dog bed or basket for a puppy might be too small for an adult dog

Find out which one is the most suitable for the type of dogs you are bringing home

2. Health Care

A new dog or puppy should see the veterinary for a check up of their health and they might need vaccination against sicknesses. It is also essential to see the vets before bringing your dog home as you can get a proper opinion on proper diet, work out and grooming for your dog.

Your dog should be taken for a scheduled check up each year, some vet might suggest your dog to be spayed for female dog or neutered for a male dog. A healthier dog will certainly be a better companion for you.

3. Feeding

Before bringing back home your new dog, make sure you have some food, food bowl, water bowl ready. If it is a puppy, it is also good to have things it can chew on such as nylon bones, squeaky toys, and other toys that is not dangerous for chewing. Do not give them scrap bones as it might choke them and caused them harm.

Regular feeding is a critical part of taking care of your dog. This will of course be established by the dog size, type of breed, health and activity level. You must find out information on proper diet and feeding schedule from the dog breeder or when you bring the dog to see the vet.

I do not really believe in buying any commercial dog food off the shelves as a lot of these foods have poison that can harm your dog. Read the labels before buying.

Finding out more from your vet is a much better and wiser decision when deciding which food to give to your dog.

4. Exercise

Right Amount of Exercise without any doubt play an important role to the positive growth of the dog. However dog owner should be cautious to match the amount of exercise to the age and ability of the dog.

Through exercise, dogs are exposed to interact more with people, surrounding or even other animals. It will extend the dog personality and skills which will make the dog a happier dog which will create a more fruitful and rewarding relationship with its owner.

5. Training

Training is critical for the safety of the dog and the people around it. Obedience training is crucial in the early growth period of the dog. Dog Training can solve almost all behavior problems that the dog will likely to have like aggression, biting, destructive chewing, jumping, etc.

The question will be, if you should conduct your own dog training or leave it to the professional dog trainer. Since Dog Training is a life long process of dog ownership, it is important that you learn how to train your dog especially for basic obedience command and skills that the dog should has.

Skills like eliminating outside the house, staying still at your command. Getting a good dog training manual is essential as correctly training your dog will give you much satisfaction which will has incredible positive impact on your dog.

These 5 basic care should be prepared before bringing home your new found dog. Following these will prepare you for a more fruitful and joyful relationship with your dog

Achilles Tendonitis

Achilles tendonitis, like any tendonitis is one of the more common and one of the most difficult injuries to treat in athletes due to the individuals high level of activity and frequent reluctance to decrease or stop training. In addition the nature of the tendonitis tissue is a slow healing tissue. It is associated with pain in the back of the heel and 1″ to 3″ above it. The range of pain is from burning or prickly to shooting and piercing especially when running “uphill”. The danger is, if left unresolved, the fibers of the tissue can become weak and rupture, accompanied by big swelling and pain. Or at the least due to minute tears in the fibers may result in painful scar tissue.

The causes of this injury can be:

  1. The single biggest cause of Achilles Tendonitis as is any tendonitis in the lower extremity is due to over-pronation (spreading of the foot to the floor with each step). As the heel bone everts (turns outward) in pronation the fibers of the tendon are repetitively stretched beyond their range of efficient “tracking” and heat builds up (inflammation) as the fibers of the tendon rub against the fascia (fascia is like a Saran wrap covering the tendon) harder than they should. In addition the pull at the insertion can cause this overgrowth of bone commonly seen technically called a “Haglund’s Deformity”.
  2. Improper shoe selection
  3. Improper warm-up: lack of flexibility due to lack of stretching (see stretching exercises)
  4. Direct trauma.
  5. Heel bone deformity (seen as a “growth” on the bone)
  6. Short Achilles Tendon (anatomical)
  7. “Functional shortage” (FS) of one leg.

Treatment:

  1. Avoid hills
  2. Ice after running
  3. Decease mileage
  4. Stretching program, including entire lower extremity. Stretching of gastroc (Achilles) and soleus muscles should be learned”technically” correctly.
  5. Heel lift(s) under the affected part

Silicone Dynamic Orthotics, minimizes the overpronation forces allowing greater efficiency of the “tracking’ of the tendon.

Create Your Own Home Movies On A DVD

Are you one of those people who consider yourself “computer savvy?” Maybe you would rather call yourself “technology challenged.” Either way, I can help you through the process of creating your very own custom home movie in a very fun way. I will walk you through the step by step process of organizing, editing and producing your own DVD movie.

Step One:
The first step is the most important. You need to collect all your pictures and videos that you want to use in your movie. While doing that, you should be thinking about what theme you want your movie to be. For example: you may want to do your child’s birthday in which case you want to collect all the pictures and videos from that event. I always make an annual family movie to share with our friends and relatives so every January I collect all the pictures and videos of the previous year for my movie.

Step Two:
Now you have all your pictures and videos that you would like to use for your movie. If you have any videos that are on outdated technology like 8mm or VHS, you will need to have them “transferred” to DVD. You can use a web service to do this for you and it’s very inexpensive. Also, if your pictures have not been scanned into the computer, you need to scan them in or send them out to have that done for you.

Step Three:
When you have everything on a disc, you can begin the editing process. You should find a movie editing program that you can use easily. Some operating systems have movie editing programs built in. When you begin to make your movie, take time to think about how you want to tell the story. For example: if you wanted to do a movie on your child’s life you might want to start with your pregnancy pictures or maybe the sonogram. If you sent out birth announcements, you could have the main screen be the announcement.

Be prepared to spend several hours in this step. The editing process will be the most time-consuming because you have to organize everything and be mindful of your timeline. If you don’t want an extremely long movie, there will be some pictures or video clips that don’t make it in the movie. This is why organizing everything beforehand is so important. You will have to stop and come back to the project several times. Don’t expect to have the editing done in an hour. It will most likely take you at least 5 hours to ensure that you end up with a high-quality final product.

The next thing to consider is background music. The best movies have the perfect background music. For example, my last family movie featured an introduction to the family and I selected “We are Family” by Sister Sledge. It was great because it was upbeat and lots of fun.

Making a custom movie takes time and it is a creative process so ask other people to view your movie before you finalize it. Sometimes you get so used to looking at the movie, you can overlook small mistakes that others will see more clearly. The final thing you need to do is save your movie as an AVI file. AVI stands for Audio Video Interleaved and is commonly used in many programs for audio video projects.

Step Four:
With your final movie saved as an avi file, you now need to put in onto a DVD. Sounds easier said than done right? First you need to research programs that do “DVD Authoring.” DVD authoring describes the process of creating a DVD video that can be played on a DVD player. Select a program that says user-friendly or easy-to-use. Once you have your software you can begin to make your DVD. You can choose to have a DVD menu or just an auto-play movie which will automatically start the movie once it’s inserted into your DVD player. You need to buy blank DVD’s and cases. It’s nice to buy cases because you can properly store your DVD’s without fear of them getting scratched and also so you can give them to your friends and family. Your local Office Depot or Staples will have blank DVD’s and cases for you to choose from. Keep in mind that the more you buy, the better the price. Instead of sending Christmas cards out this year, you can send your loved ones copies of your brand new custom movie on a DVD. How impressive!

I hope this article has helped you bring your memories back to life.
Good luck!

Christianity

Christianity is the number 1 hated religion in the world.
Even with the State of Israel being our most beloved brothers, they still reject the Messiah being Jesus. In the news this week, I hear of The new Sanhedrin holding meetings on Banning Christians from preaching the Gospel, one year prison terms for those doing so. The restart of the Construction of the third temple with a chance of Arab approval, and the beginning of Red heifer Sacrifices, and finally a replacement of the government, and replace it with a democratically elected King, as was in the Davinich period.

Mar 13:13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
What is Christianity, and why is it so hated among all unbelievers?
Christianity is, according to Webster; The religion of Christians; or the system of doctrines and precepts taught by Christ, and recorded by the evangelists and apostles. Whilst politicians are disputing about monarchies, aristocracies, and republics, Christianity is alike applicable, useful and friendly to them all.
Why is Christianity so hated? Because of the doctrines and precepts taught by Christ. We, as believers, follow no man made religion. The religion that we follow is a true, peaceful and docile religion. Developed by God, Delivered By Christ and Taught by the Holy Ghost.

John 18:36; Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. (hence; From this cause or reason, noting a consequence, inference or deduction from something just before stated.)
Christians do not seek any kingdom or world conquest, for our Kingdom is not of this world but of the next.

Many of the so called, major religions, seek world domination threw, war, terror, and manipulation of the truth, and those that are weak and cannot suffer much persecution. We see this example in
James 4:2; Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. All other religions are manipulative, and deceiving. Jesus knew this from the beginning. He warned all Christians, threw scripture, that we would be most hated among all men, and nations. We are especially hated because of our unconditional support of The House of David, The state of Israel.
Many say that Christianity is a hateful religion, and that it seeks only to cause friction between nations. This is not so, for Christianity lends itself to all religions, so that they may hear the truth and be saved. When I speak of false religions, I speak this from love of the lost soul. Jesus told us that there would be false doctrine, priest, deceivers, teachers and ministers.

We cannot follow after the doctrines and precepts taught by man, for there is no salvation in them. Many religions, today, do not even speak of salvation or repentance, for the soul of man. If there is to be no resurrection of the soul, then we would be living a life, that would never be held accountable for.
Men such as, Goliath, Hitler, Stalin, Saddam Hussein, and even Osayme Ben Louden, would never be held accountable for their, murders, and actions, that were unrighteous.
But we must also remember that a lie, in the eyes of God, is also punishable by everlasting torment in the lake of fire. So a lier, and a murderer are accounted the same punishment, for with God any unrighteousness will never enter into the kingdom of Heaven. This is where repentance is very important.

Rev 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life. Rev 22:15-16; For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

Rev 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city
Jesus stated in Mark 16:16; He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. A Christian must approach others by two means listed in Scripture; Jude 1:22-23; And of some have compassion, making a difference:
And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. We do not hate but we know that without Christ, they will be lost and sentenced to the Lack of Fire for eternity. Sometimes Christians approach others with the wrong attitude, these you must forgive and look over.

Christianity brings a light to all unrighteousness, which many other religions agree with. But the Difference between, Christianity and other religions is that, Christ died for all mankind, and no other religion has made such a sacrifice for all men. They speak of their own, and not of mankind at all. We being a gentile race of people, must realize that without Christ, and His sacrifice for all men, we would have no hope, and would still be worshiping devils. This includes all religions today that are not of the Jewish nature.
For before Jesus, the Jews were the only ones that had access to God.

Why did God choose the House of Israel? They were the only people that wanted the true God, they were a one God, religious people. These were the people that were given the first written law, written by God, and delivered by His servant, Moses. John 4:22, states about the people of Israel and the gentile race of people; “Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.” Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

1Co 10:20 But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.
The end is closer than you think. We must, as Christians, work while there is still light, for a time is coming soon, where the light will turn to darkness, and no man shall work. We cannot deny what we believe and to whom we worship, we are a light to a lost and dieing world. The earth and its people are destroying all hope of peace and a sustainable life. The earth is contaminated, and dieing from within. The only hope we have is in Jesus Christ, the Son of the Most High God. Ars.

The Hanging Gardens at Babylon (Its Ecological Miracle)

There they lay, under the sway
Of King Nebuchadnezzar’s
Magnificent city, Kingdom,
In the 6th Century B.C.;
To enchant the world,
And his home sick queen
(Median Princess Amytis)
The city with the legend, of:
The Hanging Gardens at Babylon-:
Primeval City of the world;
Here humanity marveled
At its city gardens, its Water
System-now but a mystery;
Now but a crumbled city
In the desert sun, in Iraq…
But one needs to look deep
Deep down in the callers beneath
The palace (deeper than they have)
There they will find the riddle
Of how and why: three shafts
Sided by side, and a chain-pump
Structure, there resides…
Seven levels high the
Gardens stood (some 365 feet
Above the ground (the days
Of a year)) water pushes water
And magnetic gravity with the
Help of the moon, pulls: up,
Up to its roots, helping
This ecological miracle, and
This magnificent city’s fable?

#1784 (4-5-2007)

A Note: It has puzzled folks for centuries on how the Gardens were watered in Babylon, back in 604- to about 560 B.C., perhaps too much so. And I suppose they need to do more digging to find out exactly the correct method, but it doesn’t seem all that complicated to me. When it was built on levels, 365 feet high with several pumps to help it along, and man power was next to free, and add simple gravity to the picture, and a touch of the pull from the earth’s moon. In the out skirts of Cajamarca, Peru is an aqueduct, called El acueducto de Cumbe Mayo, 3000-years old, water runs up hill (the aqueduct is 9000mts; thus, there is nothing new under the sun.)

Internet Marketing - It’s All Online

The way the world looks at business and information has changed dramatically in the past decade. In order to survive, yellow pages are not only found in telephone books, but also online. If I want to know what’s playing at the local movie theater I am more likely to go online to find out than I am to give them a call and wade through a never-ending phone message. If I want to know of a certain city I am visiting has shops my family likes I take a tour online to find out which stores are available and where they are located - and I can download a map to that destination in most cases.

When I need to book a hotel I do so online where I can take a photo tour of the facility and can compare prices and amenities.

The Internet has changed the rules for business. This is why it is important to make sure Internet marketing is an important component to your online presence.

Many of the most successful online businesses are an extension to an existing brick and mortar store. It is quite possible that at the onset of the online presence the feeling may have been, “What can it hurt?” However, as these businesses caught a glimpse at the possibilities of taking an already successful business to a global audience a newfound respect for the Internet emerged.

Would it surprise you to learn that brick and mortar stores that began operation as many as ten years ago have seen a dramatic shift in where their income is generated? A jewelry store in New York started online and saw 20% of their overall sales were facilitated in their online store. They were happy because this gave them a revenue stream that improved their bottom line. Today more than 80% of their sales are online. What may be worth noting is the brick and mortar store has also grown in sales, but still only accounts for 20% of the company’s profits.

Internet marketing is not a one-time event. It’s long-term, daily, and vital to the success of your online presence.

So the next time you go online to find out what’s on TV, how your favorite team is doing, or where you can find a special fishing rod, remember the infrastructure of online business was pioneered by men and women who fought to find ways to get the message out that their store was online, open for business and it never closes.

People will go on line to find what they need. Will they find you?

Effortless Networking - How To Keep In Regular Contact With Your Network

How do you keep in touch with your network on a regular basis? How do you figure out whom to stay in touch with, and how often to connect with each person?

And how do you keep track of all this without getting overwhelmed?

Before I answer these questions, let me make a very important distinction: “Networking” is not the same as “keeping in touch” with people.

Don’t confuse the two!

You keep in touch with people for a variety of reasons. And networking may be one such reason.

For instance, you may keep in touch with a co-worker from a past job just because you like his or her company.

And one day, he or she may be able to help with a networking objective you have — such as, advise you about how to get the attention of the decision-maker within his or her current organization. (This, by the way, is a good example of integrating networking into your normal day.)

On the other hand, if your only reason to keep in touch with someone is for “networking” purposes, it can get tedious.

After all, what do you talk about, when you get together to “network” week after week? (This is why “networking” often fails.)

To avoid this problem and confusion, first clarify why you want to meet and make sure that both sides see the benefit of getting together. (This is one simple way you can identify the “right” people to stay in touch with.)

Then together you can decide how best to keep in touch (e.g. by phone, email, in-person, or a combination), how often to connect with each other, what to talk about when you do connect, and so on.

After you’ve made these decisions, you can use software tools to automate many aspects of keeping in touch. This allows you to stay in regular contact — with the right people at the right frequency — without getting overwhelmed. For a list of tools I recommend, please visit my website (see below for details).
