3 Steps To MLM Home Business Success

It seems like MLM or network marketing is blossoming everywhere especially over the internet. When people think about multi-level marketing they will think of Amway or Mary Kay. With the ever expanding world wide web, it is almost guarantee that this trend will not slow down at all.

People thinks that once you join the MLM opportunity and acquire a duplicate company website, then you are in business. Automatically your potential downline will rush to your web site and start pulling out credit card to enroll under you. Your organization will grow to hundreds of people over night.

Obviously it does not happen in that fashion. Otherwise the statistics will not show that 95% of new MLM marketer quit after 1 year. So what are the secrets to become a successful MLM representative/marketer. Is MLM home business model work for anyone? This article is trying to demystify the MLM gold rush and try to explore 3 basic steps to become successful in MLM business.

The first step is to find a good product people would be interested to buy. Sometimes entrepreneur will come up with some brilliant idea and think that everybody will buy the latest and greatest invention they come up with. So with the reality check, you have to access the demand of the product you would choose to establish your MLM business.

One thing to help differentiate the jewel from common pebble is looking at the demographic shift of the whole society. Is the product tie in to the interest of this demographic target group? From this you can venture into the niche market you have interest in. It will be much easier for you to sell something you have passion about.

The second step is to find the right company you want to associate with. You have to do some research to find out whether the person start up the company has any success record or not. Also you need to find out whether the product or service you are going to market has any track record in the past or not.

The third step is to find a good team you would like to join. Not all the team are created equal. By definition network marketing is talking about networking, which means you are not just an independent sales representative. If your upline of your team has training in place to help you start the business it will be night and day to your adventure on this network marketing business.

You will be able to use the training to help your downline so that the system could be replicated and you can grow your network and your organization. Some people has wrong impression about network marketing that their upline will build the organization for them with all the spill over and thety can just set there to collect all the windfall. Most likely it will not be the case.

Just like anything in life, you might not be successful for your first multi-level marketing opportunity, but if you apply these three principles, you will be able to screen out a lot of common pebble and finally reach for the diamond in the rough. MLM business is definitely going to be bigger before it become smaller for the next decade to come.

The Benefits and Risks of Childhood Immunizations

A very important method of protecting young children from a multitude of serious diseases is the use of immunizations. If you are worried about your child getting these immunizations, take some time to understand the benefits and risks of the vaccines.

Potentially fatal diseases are most likely to occur when children are very young. Vaccines are given to children under school-age to help build up their delicate immune systems against these diseases. If you wait until school-age to vaccinate these diseases may have already taken their toll on your child’s health and many children may never reach school age. There would be a return to a high infant mortality rate.

Each state requires an immunization record that usually has to be met before your child can enter school. You may need the proof of the immunization record at the time of registration. Your local school system can provide you with the current state laws and immunization requirements. If your religion prohibits immunization, most states also provide a religious-exception clause.

Immunity from the vaccine is usually as strong as immunity following the natural disease. Serious childhood diseases also may leave your child with a permanent disability or even death. The vaccines can be administered without risk of serious effects.

Some vaccines will require booster shots. These include:

–Tetanus shots
–Pertussis shots

These vaccines do not provide lifelong immunity. The booster shots are necessary to keep the immune system built up against these diseases. Regular booster shots also keep as much of the population as possible vaccine-protected, which establishes “herd” immunity. Herd immunity is when an individual has a lowered risk of catching a disease, not just because he or she has been immunized, but because so many others have been immunized. This leaves few people left who can spread the disease.

Combination vaccines are provided only after years of research and testing proves them to be safe. Children survive constant exposure to many different germs daily. They can handle the introduction of several weakened or killed disease strains in a vaccine at the same time.

Times when your child should not be vaccinated include:

–If your child has a serious illness, it may be important to postpone the vaccination until he or she has recovered (and this is for certain vaccines, your doctor will decide)
–If a child develops a life-threatening reaction to a particular vaccine, further doses of that particular vaccine should not be given

The common cold, sore throat or ear infection is not a reason to postponing vaccinations.

You should not skip recommended vaccines as this could leave you child vulnerable to the serious disease that could otherwise be avoided. If you are worried or concerned about vaccinations, consult with your child’s doctors about these concerns.

Common side effects of vaccines include:

–Low-grade fever
–Soreness at the injection site

Only under rare circumstances, your child may experience:

–Serious allergic reactions
–Neurological side effects

Keep in mind that for healthy children, the benefits of vaccine protection outweighs the rare risks of vaccination.
Serious reactions are extremely rare, however, if your child does experience a serious reaction, contact your doctor immediately or go to your nearest emergency room facility.

Stair Climbing: Your Ticket to a Quick and Easy Cardio

Parks filled with rowdy kids? Gym too far from your home or office? Then perhaps it’s time to look at stadiums and tall buildings.

You’ve got it right — staircases. They’re the cheap alternatives to steppers (in fact, they don’t cost anything), and the best thing about them is you can do your cardio any time of the day.

Athletes have been performing stadium bleacher runs since time immemorial. It improves their cardiovascular stamina and promotes their muscular endurance — two things that are necessary for competitive games that last for hours.

For your part, stair climbing gives nearly the same benefits, but on a scale that’s just right for you.

The Benefits Of Stair Climbing

This activity is low-impact and safe for as long as you strictly observe the safety rules outlined below. It uses the muscles of the buttocks and the quadriceps (front of the thigh) muscles. It also gives your heart a super workout because you’re literally carrying your weight as you work against gravity.

Stair climbing is time efficient as it burns an unbelievable 300 calories in 30 minutes, depending on your pace and body weight.

This could be just the answer to our many alibis to keep from doing routines, such as “dogs chase me at the park,” or “the smog outside is just terrible”!

When Is The Best Time To Stair Climb?

If you’re using your office stairs, it’s better to do this activity after work as you’ll be all sweaty and exhausted. However, if you’re utilizing your apartment building staircase, early in the morning would be great!

Warming Up And Cooling Down

Walk around your apartment or office for about five minutes prior to tackling the stairs. You should also stretch your calves, quads, and hamstrings to avoid tearing.

On the first week, do the following for 10-15 minutes: Climb 2 flights and then march in place or walk around the entire floor for a couple of minutes to avoid “burning” thigh muscles or shortness of breath. Add five minutes every week to this routine until you’re finally able to climb the entire flight without needing to march in place or walk around the floor to catch your breath.

Safety Precautions For Stair Climbing

  • Wear shoes with good support — the best ones are aerobic or cross-training shoes. Running shoes are not recommended because they don’t give enough lateral support.

  • Make sure that the stairwell is well-lit and well-ventilated.

  • Drink enough water before, during, and after the workout.

  • Discontinue the session as soon as you feel any of the following: nausea, dizziness, heart palpitation, and disorientation, among others.

  • Alternate this activity with other forms of cardio so as to prevent overuse injury (caused by impacting the same bones and muscles over and over again).

  • Contrary to popular belief, your knees are more stressed coming down than they are going up because of your reflex of “putting on the brakes,” just as the downhill part of mountain climbing is more dangerous. You may want to take the elevator on the way back if you’re just beginning.

  • Assume the proper stance: Lean forward a bit from the hips and keep your back straight. Never slouch while stair climbing.

  • Don’t climb with heels hanging off the edge of the step as you’ll risk injuring your Achilles tendon. Instead, place your entire foot on each step.

  • Never climb a totally desolate area of the building! In the unlikely event of an accident, make sure that you can be heard if you cry out for help.

According to the New Zealand government website, www.nhc.govt.nz, stair climbing as an exercise can hold its own against the more established routines such as running and bicycling. A study has concluded that stair climbing is better than these two when considering “the most vigorous exercise in the shortest period possible”.

Letting Go of Inner Resistance

When life feels like a struggle it is a clear sign of our resistance to it. If we choose to resist anything in our lives by hating it, ignoring it, pretending it doesn’t exist and in general deciding something should or shouldn’t be, we are ensuring that it will remain a problem for us. The Law of Resistance tells us, what we resist, will persist. The more we try to push it away, we unwittingly give it greater power in our life. Our life circumstances are our experiences, but they do not define who we truly are unless we allow them to. Our experiences in life affect us but we get to choose how we perceive and allow them to impact our lives - positive or negative.

We must accept and embrace our current circumstances, as well as our life stories and where we are at any given moment. Areas we feel the greatest resistance in are often our most fertile ground for personal growth. Surrendering to what is or has happened in our past, allows us the ability to connect and listen to ourselves - not the chattering in our minds but to hear our own inner voice. Life circumstances can hold associations to painful past experiences that hold us hostage. Resisting our reality drains us of our life energy preventing us from moving through our issues to a greater sense of freedom. Acceptance allows space for transformation and change to occur. We are no longer engaged by an internal power struggle against what is. When uncomfortable circumstances occur we can use them to look within ourselves and examine our thoughts and feelings surrounding it. It gives us the opportunity to recognize negative habits and beliefs that are creating the very situations we don’t want in our lives. Energy spent resisting what we don’t want, blocks our ability to create what we do want. Releasing resistance creates ease where there was struggle.

The fear is that surrendering means we are settling for what we don’t want in life. There is the feeling that the possibility for change is lost if we accept our current circumstances. It is the very opposite. By accepting what is, we allow the natural process of life to flow. Life is energy in constant motion. Change is brought about when we make peace with the very thing we feel resistant to. Resisting and pushing up against life in order to change it, is what prevents and blocks the flow of life. This causes us to feel stuck, drained and diminished. Forcing solutions in life only brings us more problems, struggle and suffering. If we pay attention we can actually feel the difference in our bodies when we stop resisting. It is an instantaneous release of pressure, as if a literal weight has been lifted off our bodies. We feel a sense of lightness from within.

We must surrender to all that is in our life and ask ourselves, “What is _______ in my life to teach me?” Running away from our deep seated feelings only serves to drive them deeper within us, causing us to continue to get more of those unwanted circumstances by giving hidden power to repressed fears and beliefs. The challenge is to recognize in the midst of our difficulties that our answer and power actually lies in our ability to surrender and let go. What we surrender to is learning to connect to the deep sense of knowing that resides within us all to know what is right for us. We are conditioned to look outside ourselves for our answers, but our natural state of being - our true self holds the answer to all of our questions. There is always an answer - always. Our true self will never leave us or let us down, can be counted on to tell us the truth, always has intentions for our highest good and will always show us the right path. We need to learn to listen and follow the quiet voice within. Listen for inspiration in the thoughts and ideas that would not have come to us otherwise. The closer we get to our true self the things in life that aren’t aligned to it start to fall away or no longer bother us. Surrendering allows us to respond rather than react to our past and current life circumstances. Responding comes from our core, our true selves. Reacting comes from old beliefs, fear, and misperceptions from the past.

We are a society filled with “doers”, so our first thought is, “What do I need to do to find my true self?” We won’t find it by seeking it or trying to develop it because it already exists - it just is. It is so simple really and yet it seems so elusive to us. All we need to do is allow and accept it. We need only to set our intention towards giving our attention to our true selves for it to happen. Our true self wants to be heard by us and it comes to us in that nagging feeling that deep down we know there is more to life than we are experiencing. This is our true source of power; where we hold the knowledge of our full potential and ability to manifest in our lives. Living our lives according to who we really are brings us freedom and peace. It gives us new eyes to see our current life (and the past we carry with us) in a different light. Many times what we consider our greatest successes in life begin as perceived failures. When we surrender to life’s unwanted and unexpected situations and decide to grow from them, our most difficult times can be magnificently transformed into our greatest gifts and insights.

Every diversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of an

equal or greater benefit. Napolean Hill

Ditch The Drama Queens! How to Break Free of Hysterical Females

You know the ones…it’s always something. There is no middle-of-the road event or emotion in their lives! Everything is a roller coaster-their jobs, their friendships, all their previous love relationships and now the romance with you! The only emotion they have involves loud voices, tears, or adrenaline. By the end of the date, you’re a limp wash rag and have had the life sucked out of you. You’re exhausted! You have road the Wild Cat Roller Coaster of love, hate, betrayal, and regret. You have whip lash from so many darting emotions-from one extreme to the other.

This ISN’T PMS! These are often symptoms of permanent personality disorders-hard-wired is what we call it. Women with a satchel full of specific signs and symptoms (that you should learn about) are ‘catch and release’ relationships. Once you catch wind of all the behaviors, release and run.

These ‘lovelies,’ though, are not ones that are likely to ‘just go away’ and take it well. They can, and often do, turn ‘Fatal Attraction’ on you. These are women lacking in boundaries, don’t understand the word ‘no’ and are likely to cling on and crank up the drama-threats of self harm, reckless driving while impaired with too much drama, and grudge sex with your friends. Mis-attributed to ‘hormonal,’ ‘crazy’ or ‘dramatic’ these are actually women who are fatally emotionally disordered. Medication, lots of attention from you, or counseling will not change her personality DNA. That’s it, bucko!

Specific ‘ditch and dodge’ tactics are needed for you to emerge from this situation unscathed. Although drastic (but haven’t we established that she IS drastic?) do these: change your cell number, home number, door locks, and don’t return phone calls or texts. It just starts the cycle all over again-you know, the “pleading-begging-crying-raging-whimpering-promising-swearing-cussing-breaking things-”cycle. The no contact rule is as much to de-tox her from you as it is to PROTECT you from impulsive-who-gives-a-damn rage that is likely to result from her perception of ‘being abandoned.’ Just ‘who’ are these 9 categories of ‘hotties?’ And how can you spot them, and better yet-avoid dating them all together?

Wake Up & Smell The Poison (1)

Welcome to chemical rehab folks!

Step Number 1: learning and understanding that we as humans have excelled in most aspects of life, yet have plunged into desperate failure in others.

This century has seen many revelations and evolutions. Great discoveries, unique inventions & amazing advances in the medical and scientific worlds that have eventually lead to the ultimate challenge of our creator as we succeed in molecular genetics and continue to figure out methods of cloning.

We have advanced so much and have become the rulers of the universe………Or have we?

Let me step back to the “medical & scientific” parts as I would like to focus on a combination of these if you will.

Being a doctor and having always feeling the need to acquire more knowledge as I swim deeper into the sea of Anesthesia and the physiology of the body to learn how drugs affect it, how it affects drugs, why do people react to drug X while others don’t…etc.

I decided to switch gears and look into what I and a million and one other people expose ourselves to at home and or work day in and day out for a large portion of our lives.

The reason behind that was that I, just like many others, always had these nonspecific vague symptoms such as fatigue, tiredness, not being in the mood. You could almost always catch me complaining of some sort of headache, my sinuses were not the best, I didn’t have the best memory for a woman my age, and I would be easily distracted or agitated. Every now and then I would feel the need to step out to get some fresh air as I was feeling short of breath.
Itchy, sneezy, watery eyes, congested, wheezy…YOU NAME IT I HAD IT!

But why?

Every now and then a bad thought would creep into my head and I would find my self running to my doctor asking him for this blood test and that x ray or that C.T scan.

Results….. ALL NORMAL.

But why?

Was I crazy?

No, I wasn’t. Here I was running around like a chicken with its head cut off thinking I have this rare ailment that would be an amazing medical discovery once someone.. well …discovers it.
Meanwhile I was not seeing or perhaps to better phrase it ” ignoring “what was staring me hard in the face.

It’s been there all along, building up inside of me, just like it is in you, this build up was a result of my poor knowledge and understanding of what it is I was bringing into my home and allowing myself to become exposed to which resulted in these manifestations.

MUNCH on this till step 2 of chemical rehab:

-Accurately estimating the numbers & levels of chemicals that humans are exposed to is almost IMPOSSIBLE.

-Testing, labeling and monitoring programs capture ONLY a FRACTION of the chemicals we are exposed to.

-As well as being exposed to the chemicals which the mother is exposed to daily, a DEVELOPING FETUS is exposed to chemicals that have been stored in maternal tissue and becomes released during pregnancy.

-Exposure to chemicals in preschool children have been shown to be greater INDOORS than OUT. (1) Chemicals build up from products as those used for cleaning, personal care & cosmetics.

-According to the EPA’s office of children health protection, there have been over 80,000 commercial chemicals developed and used within the last century, and most have NOT been tested for toxicity to adults & children. (2).

Complete Guide To Discount Wedding Invitations

Do you have a wedding coming up soon? If you do you will have many aspects to carefully consider and plan. Here are some helpful hints and tips to help you to choose the most suitable wedding invitations for yourself to mark that special day.

Wedding invitations can make a massive first impression when it comes to informing your guests about the wedding. This is likely to be the first thing your guests see when they find out you are getting married. Your invitations will need to make a good first impression because you won’t get a second chance at that. As well as making a good first impression your invite should be informative and designed in the style of your wedding.

Wedding invitations are no longer narrowed down to just white or ivory cards with dark text. Some people will still choose to go for a traditional style wedding invite but nowadays people are getting a lot more creative and are going for there own custom creative designs. A good way to design the theme of your invite is to base it on the location of your wedding. For example if you’re getting married in Las Vegas then you might want a casino styled Vegas invitation.

Once you have written out your guest list you might want to contact a specialist wedding invitation designer. When selecting a designer an important aspect is to make sure you will not be charged for seeing a proof design of your invite. This way you can change designer if you don’t like the style of the invitations you have had designed already. You will need to tell the designer how many invitations you need and ordering maybe 10-15 extra may be advisable for those people you have forgot and want to invite at the last minute. Another important aspect that people can often forget about is envelopes. It’s no use ordering 200 invitations and then having to buy envelopes that fit on the high street. So ordering envelopes with your invitations can save you time and money.

You may also want to go the full way and order all your wedding stationary from the same supplier. You might need things such as thank you cards, reply cards, menus, place cards, gift registry cards, and seating plans. Ordering them all from the same supplier can save you time, hassle and money.

Bringing Home a Second Dog

Bringing a second dog home requires a lot of thought. It means a complete change in your “normal” family routine. It matters not whether the new dog is a puppy or an adult.

There are many things to consider before you bring the new pet home.

It is not just a matter of bringing the new dog home and you all will live happily ever after (though that can be a remote possibility.)

You need to take time to think this new undertaking through and mull over these questions:

  • Are you living on a tight budget? A second dog will require annual vet visits, will need food, toys, perhaps a new crate and possible training classes.

  • A second dog requires “time.” Do you have extra time to play, for walks, time to groom your pet, time for feeding, training and extra clean up?

  • Does your current dog have any behavioral problems? A
new dog might not be able to teach your old dog to stop misbehaving. You could end up with two dogs each with bad behaviors, making matters worse.

  • Do you have the patience to adhere to “dog pack’ rules? Even though you are the LEADER, two dogs are a pack and one or the other will become the second leader. If it’s the new dog, can you adjust to following the rules? The leader dog gets to be “first” in all things and you cannot change that. Trying to change what is natural dog behavior will cause conflict and “big trouble.”

  • Are you prepared for the resident dog to start misbehaving, such as using the house as a potty place, chewing things and just being destructive in general? The newcomer may upset your pet.

  • Is your current dog friendly with other dogs and people? If your resident dog is a “bully,” your chances of finding a “friend” for him/her are slim. Training classes for your current dog maybe the answer before you plunge into getting another dog.

  • How is the stress level in your household? Have you moved, added a new family member or has anything else happened to upset the normal routine of the household? Dogs stress out during changes in their routine. Times of stress are not a good time to bring home a new dog.

  • Are you happy with your dog right now? A second dog could bring changes in your dog’s personality. The two dogs could really bond
and might prefer being together, ignoring you, except for food and treats. Are you ready to accept that?
  • Read these questions a few times and answer them truthfully. Being truthful will help eliminate you making a mistake.

Some dogs really don’t want a “companion,” they are as happy as a clam being the “only dog.”

The real question here is “is it you that wants a new dog?”

Once you have made up your mind and truly feel that another dog will be an added benefit to your household. There are a few more things to consider such as: puppy, young adult or an older dog. That will depend on your resident dog.

Puppies are probably easier to introduce to your current dog, as a puppy doesn’t appear as an intruder, only as a pest.

If you decide on a puppy, please keep this in mind. Puppies do not realize they are supposed to behave in a certain way until they are about 4 months old.

Until they are old enough to know all this “dog stuff,” it will be up to you to protect the puppy from the older dog and protect the older dog from the puppy.

The puppy will drive the older dog crazy at times. Puppies want to play; older dogs will play for a little while then want to stop.

It is up to you to give your older pet, free time away from “fluff and stuff.”

Do not under any circumstances leave the puppy and older dog alone without supervision.

Always put the puppy in its crate or put your resident dog in a safe room if you are leaving the house or cannot supervise.

The older dog could unintentionally injure the puppy, if the puppy pesters the older dog too much.

Adding a young adult dog or an older dog to your household requires a lot more tact along with patience and planning. You are going to need help with this one.

Step number one; the dogs will have to meet on neutral ground. To do this you will need help of a friend or a relative (not a member of your household.)

The dogs need to meet in a place your dog has never been, that will be the neutral territory. It can be a park, a neighbor’s yard, or if all else fails a parking lot.

Both dogs need to be on a leash and introduced casually. Allow them to do all the “doggy things,” such as smelling each other, their stance may be rigid, but for the first meeting that is okay. However, if you hear growling or see lip curling, calmly move them apart.

Remain calm and do not be nervous, talk to the dogs in a “happy voice.”

After a few minutes try to introduce them again, but do not let them get too close together.

If the growling and lip curling happens again it is a good bet that these two will not ever be friends.

Whatever you do, do not try to force a friendship. You will only be looking for a great deal of trouble when you get them home.

Dogs will fight and if they do not like each other, it can be disastrous for you and the dogs.

In looking for a new dog (not a puppy) try to find a dog whose personality matches that of your dog. If your dog is outgoing and friendly, find one that is equally so. If your dog is quiet and gentle, do not bring home a dog that is very active and playful, the match more than likely will not work.

Female dogs that have been the only dog in the house seem to have a harder time adjusting to a new “friend.”

Dogs that have been socialized and get along well with other dogs have an easier time relating to a new dog in the household.

One of the first rules in raising a puppy is “socialize, socialize and socialize” some more. If you have followed that rule, adding a new dog should be easier.

Once the introductions have been made and it is time to bring the two dogs home a good suggestion is “do not bring them home together” in the same car. Let the person who helped you with the introduction bring the new dog home.

It is a suggested procedure that when you have both dogs at home you keep their leashes on them. It will be easier for you to keep control if you need to by having a leash to grab on to.

If the new dog is close in age to your resident dog there is bound to be a bit of aggression going on.

You now have a “pack,” it will be necessary for the two dogs to decide which one is going to be second in charge (you are the real leader) and this decision may take some haggling.

Acceptable aggressive behavior should last for a few seconds (10 –20 seconds) and may consist of some growling, lip curling, snarling, snapping and possibly pinning one of the dogs down by the neck.

Unacceptable aggressive behavior would be biting to draw blood or any of the above behaviors that last more than a few seconds.

One of the dogs may exhibit submissive behavior and this is to be expected also. Barking like a puppy, rolling over on its back, tail between its legs, running away from the other dog are all acceptable submissive behaviors.

It may take the dogs a week or two to settle on who is the leader and while that is going on DO NOT let them alone together unsupervised.

Put the dogs in separate areas or in their crates, do not let them be together until you are certain they have settled their ranking and will get along.

The hardest thing for you will be following their decision especially if your first dog is no longer the “number one.”

The important thing here is that you abide by their decision no matter how hard it will be for you.

The number one dog gets the first treats, is first out the door, is first to be fed and so on.

Speaking of feeding, give each dog their own bowls and their own eating spot, do not let one steal food from the other.

Expect your first dog to go through some stress and probably some misbehavior patterns as this new addition will be upsetting to it and the dog will need to adjust.

It is up to you to expect these problems and act accordingly. Remember your dog did not ask for a new friend. It was your idea. As the old saying goes “you made your bed now lie in it.”

It may take a month or more for a routine to establish and peace to rein supreme once again in your household. If you keep the dogs apart when you are not home to supervise and you make the time they spend together “fun” they will soon become friends, maybe not “best friends,” but close enough to enjoy being together.

Do not forget that you are the LEADER, the boss supreme, and you run the show, and both dogs need to follow your orders first.

Do not beat, hit or otherwise use force to make a point, be patient, stern if necessary and most of all CONSISTENT in what you are asking of the dogs.

One last point: exercise is the secret to keeping your dogs too tired to argue with each other. Exercise relieves their stress (and maybe yours. too) and tired dogs behave better.

Good luck and remember to have FUN.
