When I teach Alpha Relational Dynamics, I like to use real world, solid clear examples so that guys can relate. It’s kind of difficult to do in text here but it’s a prelude to my other materials.

I’ll quickly overview;

Men and women have 3 root behavioral characteristics; Natural, Inner and Social ‘character’ as I call it.

To succeed with women consistently, it’s not enough just to know yourself, you have to be cognitive of the truth of women and their behavioral attributes as well as know your relationship to them.

I like to teach with Alpha Models. Why? Because they’re the primo, the cream of the crop. The women that men are most desirous and scared of at the same time.

Once you know your relationship to the Alpha Models of behaviorism, everything else can fall into it’s proper place. This is a big part of Alpha Relational Dynamics.

The reason that millions of men cannot figure out women is really quite simple.

In America and the modern First World we now live in a behavioral reality that consists of Inner and Social Alpha Models of female behaviorism.

Those are the role models…the peak of development, power and status that a woman (within the sphere of influence) could ever hope to be.

It’s the Oprah Winfrey’s, the power career girls, the Paris Hilton’s and porn star actresses.

So what do millions of women do? They adapt because it’s all they see. They take on the same opportunities, characteristics, traits, appearances and opinions of their socio-cultural role models.

I also call these Prada’s (Independent’s) and Prickteases (Popular clones).

After all, what else would they do? Women are more adaptive than men anyways. They can morph into a crowd and adapt to all kinds of different situations compared to men who are more stagnant in who they already are.

So we have these Alpha models of female behavior which is not just an idea anymore, it’s our everyday reality. These characteristics are behaviorally EVIDENT in the women you know and communicate with.

This is further backed up by t.v., radio, media, government, corporate america, law, and countless industries, marketers and promoters.

We LIVE in a behavioral reality of Inner and Social Alpha Models of women. Most women in our socio-cultural reality adapt some of these characteristics though not always achieving the same amount of fame.

Why does this matter? It means everything. This is the pure root of why there are more singles now than in history. This is why men AND women are having fewer relationships, are repressed, psychologically tormented, can’t understand the other sex and it’s also the reason that billions of dollars in new revenue are generated each year.

Our behavioral reality is so real, so visceral and ever-present that it seems like it’s all that there is. The behavior of women is REAL and I think you’ve experienced it.

Yet there’s something missing here that is the one single key to it all.

What’s missing is simple (and this is best seen ‘visually’ on my website). There are no Natural Alpha Models in our socio-cultural reality. There are NONE.

It’s probably left the remaining great grandparents shaking their heads at what’s happened yet we’re so caught up in it that we don’t have anything to compare it to or differentiate it with.

When it comes to understanding women, being confused with their behavior and wanting success; let me say this.

You weren’t the problem in the first place.

You just didn’t understand your relationship to what was going on.

This lifted a tremendous burden off of my own inner character, as I unrightfully took on all kinds of pressure that wasn’t my fault. I was conditioned to be ignorant.

I always knew I was a quality guy yet couldn’t understand why women never displayed interest in what they said they wanted the most.

I used to feel that I couldn’t control my emotional response around the hottest of women. Have you ever felt that?

You saw a beautiful woman and you felt your physiology change?

I mean your entire behavior changed and it did whether you were conscious of it or not.

Believe it or not, women are aware of these things and that’s why they haven’t opened up to you from the start.

And you can try to make it logical and ‘get a grip’ but the truth is, you’re behaving out of your subconscious. Your true relationship to her is already evident and no matter how you communicate, your nonverbal body language is already getting across that you’re intimidated by her.

This will get you nowhere unless she is really desperate or interested in your social status.

This puts all kinds of men (millions actually) into a dilemma.

They can’t ‘achieve’ that which they’ve (objectively) desired the most.

And how do they desire it the most? Simple. Their socio-cultural environment tells them to desire it the most. They see the men’s magazines, they see pornography, and most importantly they see the exact behavior of their idols and the same attributes in the women around them.

The power is very real and they’re in the wrong relational dynamic to it. They’re in the social relational dynamic where they lose.

To them they can’t tell the difference between a cover model and the girl next door who has the same social attributes. He has already added so much emotional value to this concept and objectification.

It’s not even enough to focus on what he is good at in communicating with people because his nonverbal and subconscious behavior is already so conditioned.

He has to recondition his mind on something that has grounding or he’ll never be able to consistently be comfortable around the most beautiful and powerful of women or get them attracted to him.

The advantage of when he is re-conditioned is that women will respond to him like never before. The same women that rejected him will open up to him and he won’t have to do very much ‘work’ at all to get places.

The behavioral power that women have today is VERY real and if you don’t know your relationship to it or aren’t equal to it you will consistently fail.

But the thing is that a man just can’t ‘act’ this level of nonverbal mastery. He has to BE it and women will be testing him harshly on whether he is this man or not.

If he isn’t, they lose interest and they wait in hope that someday they’ll find a man who is comfortable around them so they can finally open up and experience their fantasies yet the men just can’t get a grip.

Nonverbal ‘body language’ techniques don’t work because they’re dealing with the surface behavior of duplicating what other men who are successful are doing. It’s ‘logical’ and stemming from the conscious mind but it can’t effect the subconscious mind because the
man still is grounded in the wrong relation to these women. His body won’t let the change take place because it already knows it’s relation to the women.

Finally there is an answer that goes beyond the power of NLP and hypnosis. The answer is deeper and more powerful than those methods because those methods and how they’re taught are limited to a man’s ‘inner game’ when his own personal ‘game’ isn’t the problem in the first place.

He’s just ignorant to the relational dynamics of power and where he stands in relation to that; he isn’t the problem per say. He’s just had the wrong model of female sexuality the entire time and he’s been behaviorally conditioned and grounded in it.

THAT is why he fails and pick up lines are a waste of time only getting him further away from success.

The answer is with understanding female behavior and applying Alpha Relational Dynamics.

He has to ground himself on the proper model of a woman’s sexuality.

And because we don’t have that proper model of a woman’s sexuality in the U.S. or ’social matrix’, that is the only reason millions of men are failing with women. It’s also the reason they don’t see it within the women themselves; it ISN’T behaviorally evident otherwise our men wouldn’t be having problems.

But it’s still up to him to ‘know’. Women expect him to know and will never tell a man their secret.

Alpha R.D. will show a man the secret to woman. He will then be able to see through her causal adaptive socio-cultural conditioning to the real her.

There is a lot of power being wielded and men will continue to be repressed if they remain ignorant to the truth of what’s going on.

When they can see the truth and recondition themselves on the proper sexual female behavioral model, everything will change. They will actually be harnessing the same amount of power the women are because they will be on their level and a much stronger man.

This will take some work but it is the answer. It will take work because men have been conditioned for a decade or more with emotional attribution on the wrong models of female behavior and sexuality.

He has to rebuild a new path of neural connections; a new highway that is grounded in the proper/natural relational dynamic with women. Then he will be massively attracting women where he goes.

When he has the same amount of emotional attribution and behavioral conditioning aligned to the proper model of a woman’s sexuality, then he will be comfortable around the most powerful, sexiest and beautiful women in the world as I am.

No inner game trick, body language or mental ‘technique’ could come close to overriding the massive conditioned reality that I had other than natural grounding and female alpha natural cognition.

Inner game is not enough. Study relational dynamics for true cognition, power and permanent success. You will then be equal or greater in relation to all women in the world and that is a massive amount of power.

Sexploitation is not a woman’s true sexual behavior. It’s her socially adaptive behavior. The more you know this fact and are grounded in it, the more success you will have with women.

Remember when you were younger and actually had emotion?

Well that’s now covered up with socio-logical and inner development.

When you’re closer to nature, you’re closer to emotion.

The emotion you feel of driving the highest status social car is fleeting..it’s not real lasting emotion because it’s not naturally based. Nature is free of financial or social expectations, pretension or trying to impress others.

Our women don’t have the invaluable benefit of cultural differentiation and even if they wanted to be a natural and pure woman who was happier in all regards, there’s no environment to support that in our influential socio-cultural reality.

Unfortunately, once they ‘develop’ and adapt there is no turning back.

Instead, our women are closer to governing over men in all of their relationships or wanting to be the ‘baddest bitch’.

What on earth happened to real love? What happened to real relationships?

What happened to family values? What happened to commitment? What happened to devotion? Why do we have a 50%+ divorce rate? What happend to happiness?

what happened when people can only find a fragment of joy representationally in an Elmo doll when they can’t experience the most valuable thing in their life daily? What on earth happened?

Two words: Social. Influence. Social Influence.

It’s not about pure, open win/win interdependence like a barter society used to be. The concept of social has become a hierarchy of power, influence, manipulation and status.

So when women want to be the ‘baddest’ bitch please know that this is 100% derived from their socio-cultural adaptation and influence. It will spare your own sanity.

Many dating experts will balk at the idea and say that if being yourself hasn’t worked, then try something different. Basically ‘act’ and be or become someone you’re not is what it boils down to.

And if you ‘act’ enough, you’ll eventually become congruent with the act enough to get women into bed ‘a certain percentage’ of the time.

Unfortunately, when guys who aren’t having success with women end up trying to be someone they’re not, things only get even more frustrating.

It’s even more unfamiliar territory and they’re nervous around women as is.

Yet a few things they try such as techniques or lines to knock her ‘off her pedestal’ a little bit seem to work and they’ll get further into developing a persona that was never really them
to begin with.

Sure lots of guys have had success with this by essentially ‘becoming’ the character after a lot of trial and error, yet few have the commitment to something that unnatural yet they
see it as their only option.

It’s time for some real answers and solutions that deal with the core issues themselves.

It’s time for men to actually be their true, comfortable and powerful self around women instead of becoming someone they’re not based out of ignorance to the relational reality in the first place.

I can understand the desire of men to succeed in this area, but I encourage them to look at other solutions and decide for themselves.

Do they really want to become someone they’re not, playing the social power game where even the top PUA’s are starting out from a powerless frame in relation to women, or do they want to truly be comfortable in their own skin and easily communicate with the most beautiful women on earth while respecting the woman and getting a lot further?

Fortunately now there IS an option for those that are looking.

I call it Alpha Relational Dynamics. It deals with more than just a man’s inner game or his fight to align himself and fix himself to the reality he is ignorant to in the first place.

Employers today are caught between the proverbial “rock and a hard place”. They need more qualified personnel to do some of the most basic of tasks but the labor pool is tight and qualified personnel are limited. Many employers have resorted to hiring bodies in hopes of retaining a few good ones (”Like an archer that wounds at random is he who hires a fool or a passer-by”. Proverbs 26:10). And some employers have even decided to delay the growth of the business until the employment market changes.

Answers to the problem of hiring and keeping good employees are often difficult to come by and may demand a change in the way things have been done in the past. But change is inevitable; and the way an employer manages change has a direct impact on their success. Some employers are what I call “Inactive Employers”. Their head is buried in the sand and they hope the problem will just go away or that someone will come up with a miracle solution that will require little or no effort on their part. Other employers are what I call “Reactive Employers”. They are generally slow to change and only do so when it is absolutely necessary, often after it is too late. A successful employer is what I call a “Proactive Employer”. They not only embrace change, they plan on it and are constantly looking for and trying new ways of doing things. They tend to be open-minded and value creative ideas as a part of their culture.

Much like a professional sports team, a Proactive Employer does not just hire personnel, they recruit them. Walk-ons are the exception to the rule. They are “looking” (scouting) for the right person for the job, not just a body to fill a position. Bodies tend to go as easily as they come, whereas recruits stay as part of the team and produce well. The following are some basic steps that can enhance your success at hiring and keeping good employees.

STEP ONE: Define the need.

Most sports teams have a limit to the number of personnel that they can have on their roster. Be able to justify hiring another person. Are the personnel currently employed doing all that they are capable of doing? Do you have a way of measuring it? If not, is it a true need or could it be due to mismanagement or inefficient processes? You owe it to yourself to find out before you invest in additional personnel.

STEP TWO: Define the position.

A professional sports team does not just hire players, but specific players to do a specific job. A good job description should not only include the tasks to be completed, but the tools and processes required as well as the goals expected and the personality make-up of a successful team player.

STEP THREE: Recruit.

Use innovative ways to seek new personnel. Train current personnel to be on the lookout for quality personnel before there is a need. If you use employment agencies (scouts), be sure that they understand your criteria and that you will accept nothing less. Before you get too far into the hiring process with a candidate, do a good background check (e.g. criminal, credentials, drivers license, etc.). Do not borrow someone else’s troubles.

STEP FOUR: Assess

Enhance the interview with good tests of ability and job fit. Skills are important but can be developed easier than other areas of concern. Be sure your assessments reveal a person’s behavioral tendencies, values and attitudes. The thing most managers find frustrating is the employee who could do the job, but won’t. The more areas you assess the better your chances of having a good match.

STEP FIVE: Reward them.

Turnover is extremely costly. A good employee is worth their weight in gold! Signing bonuses are not unusual in sports and are becoming more common in the business sector. But cash money is not the only area of concern. Appreciation is always appreciated and a kind word is always kind. Also, some unique perks are being utilized in today’s markets that are tailored to an individual’s needs. A little creative thinking in this area outside the box could go a long way in securing a loyal workforce.

STEP SIX: Develop their potential.

A good manager is not a manager at all, but a coach. A coach is always looking for ways to encourage his team and motivate them to be their best. Studies overwhelmingly conclude that companies that invest in developing their personnel out produce and out sell their competitors by 200-300 percent.

Hiring and keeping good employees today is no easy task. There are no quick fixes. It requires a strong commitment by management and some creative thinking. The up front cost will seem expensive, but the long-term results will pay off many times over.
