Ick! Yeck! Phlewy! Sorry if that sounds offensive - but that’s just my FIRST impression. Of which, counts for a lot. (first impressions, that is)

Five Things Every Babysitter Should Know

Instead of just looking for a sparkling personality, there are five basic things every babysitter should know before you leave them with your precious children.

The first is leadership. Evaluate them as they interact with your children. Do they have fun with the kids–but stay in control? Do they try to find the best ways to settle arguments and encourage positive behavior?

The second skill is that of basic care. Can the babysitter cook meals, prepare baby formula and change diapers? Is she comfortable doing those daily tasks?

The next skill is basic first aid. Make sure that you inquire as to how she would handle everything from scrapes and bruises to life-threatening emergencies. You need to make sure she knows exactly where your first aid supplies are located and is comfortable using them.

She should also know how to guide the children in age appropriate safe play. She should be able to evaluate the toys and activities available in your home, yard, or playground to determine what is and what is not appropriate for each of your children based on age and skill level.

Finally, although not a necessity, every babysitter should be familiar with basic CPR skills. You may want to offer to pay for a course in basic first aid and CPR if you find a babysitter that you truly believe in but does not have these necessary skills yet.

Buying a Condo Conversion

Never question the ingenuity of the real estate developer.

Close to 20 years ago, two of my best buddies and I decided to pool our resources after college and get an apartment of our own.

The three of us were barely able to afford a 3 bedroom apartment that was about 10 years old at the time. We paid about $500/mo. in rent. To this day, I am not sure how we could afford that apartment.

The apartment was a dump. The flooring, the kitchen and, especially, the bathrooms were so bad, that my father walked in one day with a horrified look of disgust on his face, and refused to stay. However, that was what my buddies and I called home.

Today, nearly 30 years later I am doing loans for people buying units in that same apartment complex. Today, it’s a condo conversion!!

The entire complex has been remodeled, and the units are going for nearly $175,000 a unit.

Pure genius!

You all know about condo conversions and how incredibly hot they are in the market. Low interest rates have driven new home sales thru the roof and condos are no exception.

First time home buyers are flocking to get in any way they can. This has actually crippled the apartment business and is driving the biggest condominium conversion boom in 20 years.

Over 12,000 apartment units in Las Vegas are currently mapped for condo conversions. Condo developers are paying a premium to acquire and transform old apartment complexes into condos and they are doing this all across the country, especially Las Vegas and South Florida.

The developers typically search for apartment-to-condo conversions in desirable locations where they won’t directly compete with affordable entry- level homes.

They want to offer an affordable alternative to pricier single-family homes or to costlier condos in new developments.

In many cases, condo conversions provide the perfect entry-level opportunity for renters to become home owners, allowing these new property owners to build equity and realize their homeownership dream.

Transforming apartment buildings into condominiums is quicker and less risky than construction from the ground up.

Land prices have gone up so high that many developers cannot afford to build entry-level housing, so this is a great option. Home buyers then benefit because converted units are usually more affordable than new ones, and many are in choice locations. You can find some of these units advertised locally for as low as the $90’s.

Conversion developers say they can buy something for one-third of the cost that it would take to buy the vacant land and build something on it.

The beauty for the developer is that the condo conversion isn’t going to be selling for one-third of what it would cost brand new. It’s more like 75%-85% of it.

The developers usually do a pretty nice job improving the property and the units. Upgrades are usually made to the property’s exterior and common areas. Then they add on the sizzle. Granite counter tops, upgraded cabinetry and fixtures, and wood floors are often added to individual units. The upgrades are built into the condo prices.

Once the developer acquires an apartment complex, they generally convince about 10-15% of the existing renters to stay by buying a unit. They will often offer these people discounts before they ever even market to the general public.

The obvious key to selling these units to your clients is to convince buyers that they are better off owning versus renting or to get your more timid investors to jump in with less financial risk.

People have a desire to own a home. There are very few who want to rent and low interest rates have provided this opportunity.

Condo conversions create more affordable housing in areas when the price for a single-family home skyrockets like we have seen throughout the country. A single family home in Las Vegas, where I live, is averaging around $300,000. That is simply not affordable for your average first-time home buyer.

Speculators and investors make up 30-50% of all condo conversion buyers. They buy these units, intending to sell them at a higher price in a short term.

Rising interest rates historically have slowed conversion activity. This slows down the appreciation as well. It’s difficult to convince someone to pay $1200 per month on a mortgage for a 1000 sq. ft condo. However, get it under $1000 and you will find buyers.

Before you invest in one of these units and plan on renting it out, or you plan to buy one to live in, you must know a few things.

Condo conversions are marketed to the very same people who rent apartments. Thirty to 50% of all condo conversion buyers are investors and speculators.

When they go to rent their units, they are competing for the very same market as the developer of the project. Why rent when you can buy? Why rent from you either?

Once cheap mortgages vanish, and rates have been rising recently as you all know, condo conversions will become riskier. When home sales slow, converters may find it harder to sell their condos.

Once 30 year interest rates hit 7% or 8%, experts say, condo conversions will cool. Today, we are at around 6.25%. The good news is condo conversions are almost the last bastion of truly affordable housing in many areas.

Here are some things to keep in mind…

Many people buying condo conversions don’t realize that the property they are buying is different from a newly constructed unit. This means the financial exposure for repairs and replacements can be much higher.

New condominiums, built from the ground up, are constructed with the building materials of today and have to conform to today’s more strict building codes.

The condition of converted condominiums can vary. An older apartment complex converted to condos could have wear and tear and may have structural faults unknown at closing. These problems can become a real hinderance later on.

Newer apartments that have been converted to condominiums in the past few years were probably constructed under the latest building codes and have new building components, mechanical systems and interior finishes. These are a safer bet and you will want to find out the year the original structure was built.

Many older buildings have been converted as well. Some converters gut an apartment building, taking it down to its “shell,” and then rebuild it, installing new plumbing, roof and mechanical systems.

Other developers simply do “cosmetic rehabs,” leaving the building components as is and merely sprucing up the property to make units more marketable.

Buyers beware. Are you buying a fully renovated building that was taken down to the shell, or are you buying a building that someone just slapped some paint on and put in a few new windows?

What about problems to the complex? Although most developers do a terrific job in converting, what if the roof needs to be repaired after a few years? Does the association have enough reserves to cover it? Many people believe condo conversion owners can expect special assessments quicker than new condo buyers.

You do have some safeguards. As a lender for condo conversion buyers, we often require an engineer’s report from the developer before we close the loan. You have a right to this document as well.

It tells you what was done to the building and the sales office can give you a copy of this if you ask.

Here are some other things you should know before buying a condo conversion:

They usually have restrictive covenants. Every condominium project has rules and restrictions that govern what unit owners can do. If you own a pet, make sure your building is pet-friendly. Do you even get a covered parking space?

Are you buying the unit as an investor to rent out? You will want to make sure the building allows rentals and the minimum term required.

If speculators cannot resell their units they will rent them out too. If there are many renters, that can create problems with condo owners in the same building and lead to maintenance issues.

Renters tend to care far less about their homes than do the home’s owner. Too many renters can destroy the complex and it’s value.

Speculators buy as much as 70% of some condominium projects. You may be moving into a building that is nearly vacant. That may not be what you had hoped for.

Once a condominium project has more than 30% of its owners that use it as a second home or as an investment property, the condos all become “non-warrantable.”

Non-warrantable condos mean the project is not insured by Fannie Mae. This means a different kind of loan for the buyer of your condo. Many banks do not loan on non-warrantable condos. We offer non-warrantable condo loans. Even though they are very competitive, even offering 100% financing, the loan programs are not quite the same as they are on a warrantable condo.

Here is a time and problem saving tip:

When you are selling a condo, of any kind, you want to make sure you or your agent contacts the Homeowner’s Association, early in the process, and asks them what percentage of the project is non-owner occupied. If it’s over 30%, you want to communicate this immediately to your buyer. He has to make sure his lender can do the loan or he may have to change lenders. It is best if you know this early.

Many condo conversions are considered non-warrantable.

The bottom line is condo conversions offer affordable housing in many areas where the first-time homebuyer and the real estate investor, who wants to take on a little less financial risk, are starting to be turned away. However, as a buyer you want to be very cautious and ask questions about the building’s history and residential make-up.

While you needn’t be a professional writer, it does help to follow these simple guidelines if you want to become an information entrepreneur:

1. Be In Front Of The Wave! Many aspiring ebook writers figure that they want to be different and that means they should enter markets where there is very little competition. It’s certainly admirable to be different in terms of the content you provide and even the system you use to package your material, but your topic should be one that has lots of competition including a good deal of proof that information is selling. There are very few new markets out there, what you want to do is target a high-demand market, pull out unsolved (or under-solved) challenges and address them with your infoproduct.

2. It’s Information Not Prose. We all took English in school, we’ve had the painful elements of writing and proper English writing drilled into us. We’ve also heard how some literary authors take years to release a book. Forget all of that! Your job as an information product entrepreneur is to answer questions in a way that sets you apart from your competition. Yes, you need a basic grasp of the English language, but organize your writing around answering questions will help to keep your writing focused, simple, interesting and highly desirable not to mention fast.

3. Sales Letter Outline For Your InfoProduct. This may sound strange to you, but I like to test my ebook or infoproduct outline by writing my sales letter. Effective sales letters are chalk-full of benefits and each benefit you will find links to a question and answer that you use in your book. By listing 30-40 benefits of reading your future ebook, you will not only have a very effective sales letter, you will have a great outline for your infoproduct.

The more demand that underlies your ebook, the more sales you will make and the more leverage you will build into your online business enabling you to earn a full-time income from part-time effort.

Using An External Hard Drive To Keep Your Data Safe

If you want to keep your data completely safe, you should look into types of data backup that do not require constant power supplies. While discs such as CDs and DVDs are a good way to make a smaller, permanent backup, external hard drives are another great way to back up your data safely. Just make sure that the drives do not stay connected to your computer and on - otherwise they’ll be as at risk as your normal internal drives. You don’t want your backup to be damaged in the same disaster that takes out your computer!

External hard drives are not actually new technology. In fact, these drives work in much the same way as a normal hard drive. Before external drives were affordable, there are some computer users who made external drives by setting internal drives into an outer casing. These worked fairly well, but they did not stand up to being moved around as much.

Over the last several years, external drives have become affordable, small, and easy to use. There are even some compact USB hard drives that can fit in a pocket. These drives are also much faster than they used to be, something that is being helped by the switch from serial and parallel connections to USB and firewire.

How much data can an external hard drive store? Most external hard drives are about the same size as a normal hard disk inside of your computer. In fact, one of the smallest capacities is just 60GB . However, there are many other disk sizes available at this point in time. Recently, external hard drives with as much as 1000GB of space have begun to appear on the market. It won’t be long before we move into true Terabyte territory. These huge storage capacities are the main reason why external hard drives are rapidly becoming the most popular form of computer backup for the normal computer user.

If you do not want to pick and choose through the files on your computer to determine which ones you want to save, don’t worry! Most of the hard drives will come with a CD that has drivers and some basic backup software on it. In most cases all you have to do is install the software, plug in the drive, and click “backup” and the software takes care of protecing your email, My Documents folder and all the most commonly backed up items.

Once again, if you are using an external hard disk for computer backup, do not leave the external drive connected to your computer. Additionally, you should also have more than one backup of your important information. You can do this by using an online backup service, or by burning your most important files to a DVD or five.

The best hard drives out there are going to be the ones built by major name brands. Maxtor, Iomega and Western Digital drives are known to be high quality and will last a long time. Purchasing a cheap, no-name external hard drive will save you money up front, but it is very likely that you will end up regretting it when it breaks down and you find out that your warranty is worthless.

Social vs Natural Value in the Women You Desire

What you don’t know about cover models is that there are people ‘directing’ them. Essentially influencing their behavior directly.

They have more power than those women in that relationship and guess where you stand?

They’re producing a stimulus for you to ‘respond’ to. You just don’t see that relationship nor what’s behind the scenes.

You get all excited and fantasize about it because there really is value there but you’re in the wrong relationship to it to actually be effective in real life.

Any act of flaunting, teasing or sexploitation is socially rooted and putting you in the unnatural relationship to women or sex.

When you can understand that as clear as I can, you’ll be able to see through the female behavioral adaptation that’s right in front of you with the sexiest women you want the most. You’ll be able to be comfortable in your own skin and reality begins; not fantasy.

There are different kinds of value that we can look at from different angles and I’ll more about these in other areas but here they are;

Natural value &
Social value

When a woman has social value and is basically a ‘pricktease’ in her behavior, you want to have sex with her immediately (because you’ve been conditioned to).

That’s not the way it works though; that’s just the social fantasy.

She can have ‘any’ man who falls into the social relational dynamic where she is ‘queen’.

Any woman who has taken on any socially adaptive attribute, is just behaving out of her causal environmental influences. None of it is natural, nor is it her true sexuality (which is repressed and hidden).

It’s up to you to know this truth.

The women actually believe the social programming and then become congruent with it. That’s what is sad from my level of awareness.

If you play the social game like most of the seduction industry, then you have no choice but to work hard and ‘determine higher value’. You’re operating in the wrong relational dynamic to start with.

Instead if you accept your power and have a different type of relationship with society and it’s agenda, everything starts to open up and you will be attracting women instead of repelling them.

Society promotes all kinds of unnatural behavior for it’s own benefit. We have become ignorant to the truth of our own natural attributes. Our own grandparents could look upon what is happening in society with some differentiation of the truth.

The true beauty of (our) women is behaviorally covered up and repressed.

Natural lasts. Social fades. The pure natural relational dynamic means you’re not even thinking about sex. You’re basking in her energy instead and sex is an afterthought IF that. You’ve never experienced this yet except around ugly (non social status) women, yet all women
have this within them. It’s up to you to bring it out; that’s seduction.

The rest of the population is stuck in an ignorant conditioned response to sexploitation and are being programmed. The little power they have left is just in choosing what social programming identifies with them most to form some kind of identity off of.

We rarely have men of character because social influence has them in oppressive relationships daily. We have socially adaptive role models based off of whatever is popular or the new emerging trend.

Relationships are everything. Master your relationships and you will master your life beyond yourself.

If you want to understand and succeed with beautiful and socially valuable women, you’d best understand the relational dynamics involved and how to harness them to your advantage instead of being used against you.

When you are in the social relational dynamic with sexy women, you’re already losing massively because you’re at the bottom of the hierarchy (unless you’re a millionaire or movie star).

When you apply relational dynamics and are relationally independent from her social power, you can operate in the natural relational dynamic where you hold natural authority over her to get her to naturally respond.

You hold natural value then and the leveraged value that she has within her waiting to come out in the open with a man she can trust.

Judge these women on their natural character (and you become aware of it through my resources and training) and they won’t ever match up.

Desire a natural alpha woman more than you desire a pricktease and you’ll be getting somewhere with all women.

It’s a whole different ballgame then.

A Real Solution to Overcoming Fear of Beautiful Women

Why do we have this fear of beauty in the first place? I used to have it around the most beautiful of women and I know it’s very real but I’ve overcome it effectively (behaviorally) and no other guru taught me what the real answer was.

There has to be a REAL solution to overcoming this fear; after all, it’s the fear and the behavioral representation of it that is the main reason men don’t get anywhere with women, whether they’re using pick up lines or not.

Fortunately there is a real solution to overcoming fear of sexy and beautiful women.

It’s not ‘inner game’

It’s not self-affirmation

It’s not getting rid of your self-limiting beliefs

It’s not NLP

It’s not hypnosis

It’s not personal authority

It’s not pretending she’s not as hot as she looks

It’s not ‘positive thinking’

It’s not approaching 1,000 women to get over the fear

It’s not in hyping yourself up to approach

It’s not in leveraging your strengths in other areas to approach

It’s not body language techniques or exercises

It’s none of those answers. The fear is still there.

You see, the behavioral fear we have of beautiful, sexy and independent women is real. Their behavior is very real. You can’t have an ineffective, logical or conscious solution for
real change.

The answer lies in BE-havior and that we/you were ignorant to female behavior.

You just can’t ‘act’ around them because they know where you’re coming from. Your true relationship to them is already defined.

No matter how you try to justify it logically or conscious, the neural pathways are already connected to strongly to form your true relationship to her.

Your body language is subconsciously broadcasting how you really feel about her; that’s she’s way outside of your reality even if she just has the same attributes of cover models.

It doesn’t matter what you say, you’re nowhere close to your true power or ability to get women to massively respond to you.

You have to BE natural in all of your behavior and communication if you really want women crazy for you. Acting won’t do it because women ‘know’ and their intuition is strong.

You have to extend beyond all of the logic of consciousness and you have to have something as strong as a solution that got you into the nonverbal representation that you’re in.

Ok, so you WANT a solution to be comfortable in your own skin around the sexiest and beautiful women yet you also know that none of those solutions above have worked for lasting change.

What is the true, guaranteed way to overcome fear of women and the power of their beauty?

It’s actually quite simple. No one taught me, no one showed me. I figured it out alone but it’s the strongest and fastest way to lasting behavioral change around power and beauty.

Those other techniques are surface solutions and some can only make the fear worse.

The answer comes down to relational dynamics. To overcome fear of power, sexiness and beauty you have to first realize the secret to women.

You’ve been grounded in the wrong models of female sexuality your entire life. That’s why you have problems. In America, we have Inner Alpha and Social Alpha female models of sexuality

and have emotional attribution to the natural power and sexuality of a woman and you will build new neural pathways.

Stop a Bank Foreclosure - Saving Your Home and Avoiding Foreclosure is Not as Difficult as You Think

You bought a great a house a few years back. You were so excited about achieving your dream of homeownership.

Today, the dream has become a nightmare and you are now facing foreclosure. How can you avoid this?

Steps You Can Take to Avoid Foreclosure and Save Your Home:

Not paying on your home loan is far different than not paying your credit card bills.

Your home is a secured debt. This means that when you stop paying the lender will take back the house. Foreclosure.

Early on in the default process, you can still come back from the brink if you haven’t missed more than one or two monthly payments and the lender hasn’t spent too much trying to get you back in line.

As the foreclosure process moves along, the size of the delinquent debt owed and the bank legal costs that customers are usually charged mount higher.

Borrowers, who try to ignore their financial problems, and their lenders’ phone calls, will likely lose their homes.

Around 40 percent of people who are behind on their house payments never contact the lender. This is a huge mistake.

Understand that the foreclosure process is a well-oiled machine. Let’s say your payment is due on the 1st. Once the 16th rolls around and you still haven’t paid, the bank starts to look closely at you and the machine starts rolling.

Once this gets to 90-100 days, they are hitting you for legal fees on top of your mortgage payments, and you are in real danger of losing the home.

However, taking your house is the LAST thing the lender wants to do, no matter how much equity you have.

Banks are in the business of loaning money. They are not in the real estate sales business.

Foreclosing is expensive, it’s burdensome, and it’s stressful. No one wants that to happen. They want to get your loan back on track. That’s the goal.

How do you stop it then and get it back on track?

1) Get serious about stopping it. Put your pride on hold and don’t be embarrassed. Talk to the lender about all options.

2) As soon as you know you are going to be late on your first payment, contact the lender. Communication and honesty is appreciated and will be rewarded with understanding.

3) Never ignore the lender’s phone calls or letters. Ignoring it makes it worse and expedites the process. If you don’t communicate the problem with them, they will simply assume you don’t care and will be more aggressive in their strategy to take the home.

4) Stay positive. Your situation is not hopeless. Lenders deal with cases everyday like yours. You are not alone. No matter how angry they sound with you, do not take it personally. There are proven collection methods and they are going to use them on you.

5) Be honest about what you can do and be willing to sacrifice. They are not going to accept a payment plan where you pay back $100 per month in what you have in arrearages. You are going to have to show them you are committed to keeping your house. It may hurt financially but if you want to keep your house you will make the sacrifice.

6) Don’t over-promise and under deliver. Follow thru as promised with any payment plans. If you promise an extra $500 per month until you are caught up, you better deliver. Failure to execute your promised agreement with result in no more agreements.

If you do all of this, you will likely end up stopping the foreclosure.

Here are some of the options you have in trying to save your home or your credit:

You can seek reinstatement in full of your mortgage if you bring late payments current in one lump sum by a specific date.

You can get a forbearance agreement where you are allowed to delay payments for a short period with the understanding that another option will be used afterwards to bring the account current.

You may seek a repayment plan, whereas the lender might agree to let you catch up by adding a portion of the past due amount to a certain number of monthly payments until your account is current.

You may ask for a mortgage modification where you can make your regular payment now, but cannot catch-up the past due amount. In this case, the lender might agree to modify your mortgage.

One solution is to add the past due amount into your existing loan, financing it over a long term. This is a very popular method.

Modification might also be possible if you no longer have the ability to make payments at the former level. The lender can modify your mortgage to extend the length of your loan.

For example if you have 25 years left on your loan, they may extend it to 28 years to help.

You may want to sell the house to save your credit. If catching up is not a possibility, and you let the lender know you are selling it, he might agree to put foreclosure on hold to give you some time to attempt to sell your home.

If none of that works….

If you can afford the normal monthly mortgage payment, but can’t afford to make up the delinquent amount and legal fees because the lender is proposing a relatively stringent repayment plan, you may want to consider filing Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

This temporarily halts the foreclosure process. The mortgage lender may have to accept a more borrower-friendly repayment plan, such as one that grants five years to repay the amount in arrears rather than one or two.

If you just need some extra time to sell your home consider refinancing via a “hard money” loan.

While they have very high rates and fees, the loans, usually from private individuals, can give people the couple extra months they need to find buyers. Most banks will be more than happy to take cash no matter how close it is to the foreclosure sale too. If a relative steps in with $10,000 to bring the loan current, a borrower can usually just hand it to the lender and go back to business as usual.

You must understand that late mortgage payments are very serious. Although they want to work it out with you, the lender is not going to simply let you negotiate a payment plan to bring you up to date with a review of the file.

Plan on sharing with them all of the details of your current financial situation including income and expenses.

Open communication and honoring whatever deal you reach is the key to saving your home from foreclosure.

As Human Beings We Are Social Creatures…

Unfortunately I see other teachers use that as an excuse to further keep men repressed; without their own awareness.

The problem with being a ’social’ creature today is that being social now represents the great hierarchical power game of influence, coercion and conditioned repression.

The true meaning of social is open, pure interdependence and exchange of value based on mutual respect for anothers independence.

We used to be more open, respectful and social like this.

Part of Europe such as small towns where everyone knows each other and can share quality time together; that’s interdependence. That’s being social.

Now with the power of the ’social matrix’ which is just a moneygame of profit, people are either forced to adapt or risk being considered an outcast.

Ironically it’s the outcasts who succeed the most with women and also have moved over to being role models of the social matrix because they realized it was profitable.

We have icons of a more violent and abusive nature now rather than the true gentlemen that we used to have.

Being ’social’ means you give into the demands of the subculture or society itself in exchange for a loss of (in this case) all kinds of personal power.

Men by default are at the bottom of the social hierarchy, with the sexiest women at the top. Yet above the women are the power players; the ones orchestrating the whole thing and exploiting women as the conditional stimulus for men to behaviorally ‘respond’ to.

This builds up the fantasy even more within the men and pushes them further down the social hierarchy.

If being ’social’ was truly based on equality and respect, men and women would be equal. There wouldn’t be all of this manipulation of power and suppression going on.

So should you just not be ’social’ and be an outcast who doesn’t care?

Fortunately there is an answer but by default, most men don’t live it.

You have to look at relational dynamics for an answer. The reason men are powerless around these women is because of the type of relationship they have with social power itself.

They have been the conditioned responsed to the stimuli the ‘powers’ are promoting.

If instead they were truly independent and would not ever accept a relationship of disempowerment and suppression, they would have a completely different relationship to
this programming.

They would be independent so they could stop the bullets of influence (ala Matrix) and choose the type of relationship they have.

They could turn off the influence completely and see it for what it really is. Then, they wouldn’t let it control or suppress them anymore. They would only accept win/win
relationships instead of continuing to be programmed and suppressed by letting others have power over them.

Everything would change from that point forward.

Accepting that we are ’social creatures’ is now the root of your demise. It’s not your inner game or personality that’s the problem. It’s the type of relationship you have with society and the social powers (including the sexploitation of women).

So when a man can change his relation reality so that he only accepts equal exchange of value relationships, he will finally have power and will then be equal to all power itself.

Now he can be fearless of the attributes these sexy women represent because he just was in the wrong relational dynamic (social) in the first place.

Now he actually CAN be social by having interdependent (win/win) relationships with other people of power and beauty. He can actually be their equal.

Celebrities won’t open up to you when you’re admittedly ‘below them’ in the social hierarchy but when you’re their equal and unafraid of them, you can make a connection because of the relational approach you took.

Be the equal to power itself instead of under it as you’ve been conditioned and you will then be powerful yourself.

You just have to reframe your relationships to all sources of power and accept that you have the power in the first place. The opposite of ignorance is cognition. I encourage you to see the light and break free from the social oppression that you’ve been conditioned to believe.

Don’t be a pawn. Be equal to the powerful and beautiful women you desire and then you can connect with them and be TRULY social.
