Spa Gazebos - The Ultimate Relaxation Spot

Spa gazebos are truly are luxurious experience. Ask anyone who owns one. Having a spa gazebo installed in my backyard is one of the best decisions I have made for my landscape and mental health.

I always wanted a hot tub, but I really didn’t like the idea of having one just sitting there outside on my patio or in my yard. I also did not like the idea of it being out in the open where people could see me in a hot tub. But when I actually started doing some research about hot tubs, I came across a very interesting concept: a spa gazebo. With a spa gazebo, you can have your hot tub, but you also get a nice decorative structure in your yard that houses it. What a great idea!

I think gazebos are such adorable landscape structures. They give the yard a garden and park like feel at the same time. My spa gazebo was a huge landscape enhancer to my backyard. I actually have a decorative flower garden built around it now, and it feels like my backyard landscape has what it was always missing.

Some of my most relaxing and rejuvenating times are spent in my spa gazebo. It gives me a place to unwind from a hard day at work, or just a place to spend a Saturday evening. Some of my best ideas have come to me when I’m in my spa gazebo.

If you are considering installing a hot tub, look at the spa gazebo idea. It has truly been a wonderful experience for me. The time, money, and effort it takes to get a spa gazebo are well worth it.

Redecorate, Remodel, Build A New Home, Or Move?

So you’re outgrowing your house, or the kids are leaving you with an empty nest, or you wake up one morning and realize that your carpet and paint are twenty years old. You want to know what makes the most sense for you and your family - how do you decide whether to redecorate, remodel, build new, or move? When you start thinking about your home design, remodeling, or redecorating project, you’ll probably find that everyone from your kids to your mailman has ideas about what you should or shouldn’t do. Everybody just wants to help, but their opinions conflict and you’re not sure who really knows what they’re talking about. But you’re eager for some advice, since the design process is new to you and you don’t want to make mistakes.

A Little Market Research An experienced real estate agent is a great source of information as you begin to form the first thoughts about your project. If you’re leaning towards remodeling, a good agent can tell you about neighborhood trends and clue you in to what’s going on in your area - is money being spent on remodeling, or are people moving away? Maybe you live in a “hot” area and your house has appreciated dramatically - do you stay there or do you cash out?

If you’re thinking you’d like to build a new home, a well-informed real estate agent can quickly narrow down your property choices, saving you a lot of time. He might also know about lots that haven’t come on to the market yet - and might be just what you’re looking for.

Most far-sighted agents will be happy to consult with you at this point whether or not you’re planning on buying a house or a lot; be sure to choose someone who knows your area very well.

Get Organized Before you jump into the deep end of this pool, get organized - that’s the key to sorting through the advice you’re hearing, and to managing the hundreds of decisions you’ll have to make for even a small redecorating project. A good place to start is with a design notebook, a three-ring binder filled with manila pocket folders, each one labeled with a room in the house or a design task you want to accomplish. Into these pockets go paint chips, magazine clippings, photos, and notes scribbled from conversations with friends. The design notebook becomes a record of your decisions and helps you explain to others what you’re trying to do.

With your impeccably organized design notebook in hand, you’ll find - as if by magic - that the advice of your confidants becomes much more focused and clear. Suddenly their comments will start to help you (rather than add to your confusion) and you’ll be able to ask their opinions on specific choices you’ve made.

Making Plans Now you’ve got a pretty good idea what you need, but what form should it take? Your neighbors have suggested adding a room on the first floor; your uncle (the part-time carpenter) thinks you ought to tear off the roof and add a second floor; your boss insists that finishing off the basement is the cheapest way to go; your niece (who’s taking evening classes in interior design) is sure that new furniture and window treatments will do the trick, and you’d like to look into building a new home. How do you make sense of all the possibilities?

The design process is all about making choices, often about subjects you’re not very familiar with. Design professionals (architects and interior designers) are trained to help you organize your ideas and sort through all of your choices in addition to their “traditional” design tasks. They can review the factors that influence your decisions and show you what’s possible and what’s not. They’ll document the design process through meeting notes and drawings. They’ll show you more than one solution and help you to decide what fits you best, and the best pros will be able to help you accomplish all of this creatively. Design pros can help you choose a builder, and keep an eye on the construction process.

And you don’t necessarily have to engage a design professional for a full range of services. Most will be happy to work up a few preliminary sketches for you, or even just consult with you for a couple of hours.

Before long, you’ll find the whole process much less daunting, maybe even exciting. You’ll be making informed decisions, and looking forward to construction. Your friends and family will be able to point out with pride the ideas of theirs that you found a way to incorporate into your design. Your kids will appreciate the rooms you designed just the way they wanted, and even the mailman will remind you of how he suggested the location for the mailbox.

Making Your House into an Art Gallery

I’ve been collecting fine art for 30 years. I buy mostly signed limited editions consisting of lithographs, prints, serigraphs, etchings, and giclees. These are art terms for reproductions, usually created from original paintings by the artist. He or she, in turn, supervises the print-making process and then signs and numbers the prints. These results become what is known as original reproductions. Because an original Picasso or Chagall can fetch a million dollars, this method is the most common way an average person can afford their work.

For example, very few can buy a Rembrandt painting and his etchings are now long gone because the plates from the 1600’s that made them were never designed to last long. So Durand, a master etcher in the mid-1800’s recreated his own plates from the originals and therefore we have Rembrandts after Durand. Those type of prints are relatively affordable and can be purchased by the masses. But the modern artists of today recognize the power of lithography and make 1000’s of copies available to the general public. That’s where you and I benefit. We can gather a collection of plate-signed Picassos for very little. Add in various posters and you have a plethora of opportunities. Frame them up and you can form a “Gallery Chez Vous” in your own home.

If, however, you want to invest in more collectible pieces, you’ll need to fork over a tidy sum to purchase the “hand-signed” versions. Because of the value of the autographs alone, the signed artwork will be priced accordingly. The more rare or “hot” the artist, the higher the premium for the signed edition. Also, the smaller the number of printed pieces, the greater the value. But check Ebay and the other Internet sites for the best prices. It’s a very competitive place online and you can pick up some amazing deals. Pay the least you can for what’s available or offer a low bid when possible. Buy what you like and what looks good, rather than something more valuable that you hate.

Another tip. Lithographs are the least expensive type of print but modern printing processes have made them almost indistinguishable from other types of high-priced prints. So bypass the aquatints and etchings and shoot for the “lithos.” Also try to buy pre-framed pieces to save even more money. Framing can be expensive. Finally, don’t be afraid to buy the lesser-known artists if the art is appealing. Unless you are totally into investment grade, art is art. There are many Picassos I can’t stand but I love the Disney cartoon cels. Buy what you like and decorate the walls of your house with the beauty of art for an amount you can afford. It will bring you great pleasure and joy over the years. And if you decide to change houses, it all goes with you. That’s right, it can even be a moving experience.

Understanding Intestinal Endometriosis

When most people think of endometriosis, they think of the type that happens to impair fertility. This type is usually in the reproductive system. What many don’t know is that some of these women also have intestinal endometriosis.

This is when endometriosis implants grow on the outside, and sometimes on the inside, of the bowel. In many cases, these women might be diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome or another related condition, when they in fact have wide spread problems with endometriosis. In some cases, this can even be found as high as the small intestine.

If a woman is told that she has IBS, and she also has endometriosis, she may be getting the wrong diagnosis. If the IBS-like symptoms (bloating, gas, cramps, diarrhea) seem to only happen when a women is having her period, the IBS diagnosis might be wrong. There may also be bleeding from the rectum, during a woman’s cycle, and that is another sign that the endometriosis might be in the intestines as well as in the reproductive system. Along with those signs, there may be long periods of painful constipation.

Because this problem does mimic IBS, it can be hard to diagnosis. Only a smaller percentage of women with reproductive endometriosis will have it, so it is often not the first thing a physician will think of when a women mentions her symptoms.

IBS is known to flare up when a woman has her period, so that helps lead to the wrong diagnosis. There are times when ultrasound will not show intestinal endometriosis, so many doctors will miss it. It will become more obvious that the IBS diagnosis is not right when blockage of the intestines occurs or when the growth becomes so pronounced that it can finally be found.

Most women with intestinal endometriosis will not have to worry about blockage occurring, but it can happen. Only about one percent will ever have that problem. With or without blockage, this is quite a trying condition for anyone who has it and can be quite hard to live with before the proper diagnosis can be made.

Quite often there is intense pain around the time of menstruation that can leave women feeling incapacitated. The bloating, cramps, and pain are quite pronounced, but it is not just contained to the reproductive area. Once the proper diagnosis can be made, there are many things that can be done to treat it.

Treatment can include pain medications, and hormone therapy. A laparoscopy may be performed with this type of endometriosis, just as it is with reproductive-related endometriosis. This is a simple surgery that will find and remove the growth (for biopsy), and it can sometimes be done through the belly button to minimize incision and recovery time.

Though treatment will offer some relief, and a patient may feel good for many years, intestinal endometriosis is likely to recur again. When this happens, hormone therapy and a laparoscopy will probably be needed again. In the unlikely case of a bowel obstruction, that obstruction must be removed immediately so the bowels can resume normal function.

Get A Beach Body In 6 Weeks

How would you like to get a beach body in 6 weeks?

Sounds wonderful doesn’t it? Eat all the junk you want all winter and as soon as spring comes dedicate 6 weeks towards getting your body ready for the beach. What it takes to accomplish this goal is simple. However, doing what it takes to accomplish this goal will be hard.

Every successful physical workout is backed up by a successful mental workout. Without proper mental training you will fail in the gym, in your home, in your kitchen, or in the restaurant. What you need to do is read aloud your goals, intentions, and reasons for these goals everyday. You should also write them down and place them in key locations at your house, job, car, and other common places in which you will see them daily.

Moving on to the physical training….. Full body workouts will be the essential path towards building a beach body. The age of splitting muscle groups up is long gone. You are going to focus on doing exercises that engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously. The benefits from doing full body movements and full body workouts far outweigh the benefits of split body part workouts. In addition to having more benefits it is also safer.

Some examples of full body exercises are listed below.

3) Lower body where thighs are parallel to ground.

4) Explode vertically and drive arms up.

5) Land on both feet and repeat.

6) Prior to takeoff extend the ankles to their maximum range (full plantar flexion) to ensure proper mechanics.

8 Count Body Builders

Instructions:

Start in a standing position and bend your knees and place your hands on the ground.

Extend your legs back into a push up position.

Bring your knees back in towards chest and stand back up.

This should be a continuous motion and be fluid.

Burpees

Instructions:

1. From a standing position, jump as high as possible and land down on your feet with your hands on the ground.

2. Kick your feet back. For a moment you will be in a push up position and jump back up again as fast as possible.

3. Repeat for the required repetitions

Push ups with knee tuck

Instructions:

1. Start by getting in a push up position with your feet on top of a ball.

2. Proceed to perform a push up balancing on top of the ball. Return to the starting position and then bring your knees in towards your chest.

3. Return to the parallel position and repeat for the prescribed repetitions.

That was just 4 moves to help you get started with your summer swim suit six pack workout program. Remember that you must also eat right. It is a part of your mental training to stay committed to the 6 weeks to beach body program both in the gym and in the fridge. Imagination - Your Supertool for Dream-Realization

Einstein deemed it more important than knowledge, saying it was “everything. A preview of life’s coming attractions.” Napoleon said it rules the world. Thoreau proclaimed the world was its canvas. And you, my friend, own it: the illimitable power of imagination. Unleash it on your dream-building and you’ll be astonished at the results it can create.

The reality-generating part of us works, after all, with images. To imagine is to tune into the language of your entire other-than-conscious mind. When you let imagination play in the field of your dreams, the images it creates not only strengthen your motivation, but let you experience the feel of living your dream. It impresses the emotions of living it into your body, and your subconscious mind interprets them as real, energizing your belief in the possibility of your dream’s realization. . The more you dip into images of your dream, the more you become it because its sights and sounds, its textures and motion become a real part of you.

But imagining in your dream field can do far more than that. It can reveal directions to take, create tools and inventions for you to use, lead you to expert advice, allow you to tap into higher guidance, send you on expeditions to the future, to distant lands, and to every possible alternative reality. It truly knows no bounds.

The trick to learning to use it well is two-fold. First, you need to spend some time with it. And second, you to come at it as a form of relaxed play.

Happily, you don’t have to devote hours to it. A few minutes here and there will work wonders. But if you seriously want to unleash its power, devote a little 15-minute block of time every day to imagining your dream. The main thing about spending time with it is to do so frequently. It’s portable and private, so you can use it anywhere.

The most helpful attitude for imagining is one completely free of stress and strain. In fact, imagination’s favorite launching pad is boredom! As you no doubt have observed, it will automatically launch itself whenever your mind is idle.

A good way to get it going in the right direction is to ask yourself a question or two about something you feel you need to accomplish in order to get nearer your ideal outcome. Suppose you want to write a novel. You can ask yourself what your characters look like, how they move, how they dress. Then watch as your imagination brings you the details.

Maybe you’re a composer and you want to create a new piece of avant-garde music. Send your imagination into the future to attend a concert there, and capture it on your imaginary digital recorder. (Your mind will believe it’s real and will actually play it back for you later on!) Or visit the past and ask Mozart to invent a new tune for you. Since imaginary time has no boundaries, you can take your modern recorder into the past with you as well.

Need to sell your house in order to relocate to the neighborhood of your dreams? Imagine a panel of million-dollar real estate producers telling you what to do to get the perfect buyer to snap it right up, and then follow through on their suggestions.

Want to increase your financial wealth? Imagine how you’ll feel when none of your daily choices are governed by their price tags. Imagine how you’ll stand and walk, the kinds of people you’ll have as friends, the kind of environment that will be your normal world. Allow the feel of it to infuse you until you automatically model the behavior of your future self.

Sound outrageous? In Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill told how super-achievers use these very techniques. They’re at the heart of the famous Silva training system. The practice may seem audacious, but it works.

Give it a try. Consider it an experiment and let it prove to you the difference it can make.

Growing Your MLM Business Online

Growing your MLM business online is going to become VERY popular over the next few years. As more and more people figure out how simple it is to build HUGE organizations using online mlm strategies…there will be an influx of network marketers escaping the network marketing rat race.

And yes, I do view the “traditional methods” as the network marketing rat race. If those methods actually worked, there would not be a 95% failure ratio. There is a much more intelligent way to build your mlm business online then simply calling your friends and family.

Step 1 - When building your MLM business online, you have the ability to CREATE your own leads. Creating your own leads is by far the most sure fire way to talk to the most interested prospects there are.

When you create your own leads, you are generating only prospects who are already interested in what you have to offer. It doesn’t get any more targeted then that!

You then have the ability to drive massive amounts of traffic to your lead capture pages, and product massive amounts of new prospects for your mlm business. The more prospects you have, the quicker your business is going to explode.

Step 2 - Create a back end marketing system that automates your business. When building your mlm business online, you can use entirely automated systems to educated and inform your prospects.

Prospects get entered into a marketing campaign where information is marketed to them for the rest of time. You simply set it up once, with what messages you want to send them, and it is completely hands off from there.

Obviously the more you test your marketing funnel, and find the most powerful converting messages, the more people you are going to convert into business partners. But the point is, building your MLM business online allows you to automate the entire process. You can even have the sign up into the business straight from one of your websites, and you will only be calling prospects to introduce yourself once they have joined your team.

If you take the time to LEARN how successful people are growing HUGE organizations online right now, you can follow in their exact foot steps and start massively expanding your business.

Tennis Stadiums - See it Live

Watching tennis matches on television is one thing, but to see a match in person is out of this world. You wouldn’t think tennis stadiums are really that exciting and that watching a match on television is just as good if not better. However, that is not the case at all. In fact, watching tennis live from a tennis stadium increases your adrenalin and makes the match that much more enjoyable. On television the tennis match may get a bit boring watching the ball being hit back and forth. But, if you head to a tennis stadium and watch the match live it is a completely different experience.

First of all, you get a good view of the players. You see what they are doing, how they are reacting, and where the tennis ball is going. You get involved with the match watching it live from a tennis stadium which is something you can’t do from home. In addition, you feel a connection to the game. At home it is easy to take a bathroom break, or do other activities while watching the match. But, if you are watching the tennis in person from a tennis stadium you will be screaming for your favorite player, out of your seat, and really involved.

It is a completely different experience to watch tennis from a tennis stadium than it is to watch it from your home. So, if you are a tennis lover definitely go and buy some tennis tickets and see a tennis match live in person as your next match. More than likely you will change your way of watching tennis forever!

Frank Collins is an avid tennis fan and see matches live whenever possible. By going out to buy tennis tickets you will have an enjoyable and entertaining experience.

Grow Your MLM Business By Growing As A Person

The two are “one and the same”. As I have always said, network marketing is a personal growth journey wrapped in a business vehicle. And here is why.

If you aren’t developing yourself as a person, then you aren’t going to be ATTRACTIVE to work with in this industry. Look around. ALL the people who make big money in MLM are very attractive people to work with. They have developed qualities and characteristics that make them desirable to other people. Hence, others want to work with them.

If you want to make it big in network marketing then YOU HAVE TO DO THE SAME! It doesn’t mean you need to be just like all the people you see on stage, or mimic everything they do…it means you need to have the confidence and conviction that you are WORTH working with.

If you don’t believe you are a talented person with value to offer other people THEN NO ONE ELSE IS GOING TO BELIEVE IT EITHER!

So in order to be that person…you always have to be growing. The more you grow, the more value you build within yourself, and the more other people are going to want to work with you. Everyone wants to hang around the people who they perceive have certain qualities considered attractive. Do you know why?

Because everyone wants to be more attractive themselves! If you have high self esteem, high conviction, and lots of passion…people will be attracted to YOU. Because they want those qualities themselves, and they will see learning from you as a way to get them.

Work on yourself MORE then you work on your MLM business…and your business will grow bigger.

Does The Internet Work To Build A Network Marketing Business?

I’m going to answer this question in a very straightforward manner that will hopefully show you just how SILLY (the term used when I feel like being polite) most traditional network marketing leaders are, who teach ONLY traditional network marketing tactics.

Does your local pizza shop have an ad in the paper targeting the local population? Would that pizza shop have less people know they exist if they didn’t do some marketing?

Do companies spend millions to billions of dollars on marketing just for the fun of it?

I ask you then, why do people like to think they own their own business, with network marketing, yet NEVER treat it like a real business? To me, it’s a sure sign of the insanity that gets spread throughout our industry causing 95% of the people to fail.

YOU HAVE to treat your network marketing business like a real business. I don’t know ANY real businesses where they don’t target their customers and prospects, and market their message to them.

The internet has become one of the perfect avenues to target your message, and market to literally hundreds of millions of people at the touch of a button. Since I have started building my network marketing business on the Internet…I have grown my business into 4 different countries and across 10 U.S states in less then 6 months.

To me, that was very substantial. I have since realized how foolish I was to be listening to my uplines for 9 months even while I was having absolutely no success following their methods. None what so ever, and finally I thought for myself, and sought different ways to build my business.

I assure you this, the internet works very well to build a network marketing business when you take the time to understand basic internet marketing principles. By marketing, you let A LOT more people know your business exists, and increase your probability of coming across key leaders to work with.
