A Brief Timeline of Yoga

As we know, yoga is enjoying an immense renaissance across the world - we know about Bikram’s Hot Yoga, Lotus Pose, general physical pretzelling and oh so much about where to buy yoga clothes, yoga mats, even yoga gear for our pets! However, the history of yoga is rich and long standing and deserves some mention. So without further ado, let us begin near the beginning.

Between 200BC and 300AD an Indian philosopher known as Patanjali gave the world the Yoga Sutras - a series of aphorisms that set out the practice of the eight limbs of classical yoga. Though we know very little about the sage himself, Patanjali’s great work is considered the cornerstone of the knowledge of yoga practice, from asana practice to the deeper internal journey of meditation and self- realization. The work is set out into four chapters known as The Samadhi Pada, the Sadhana Pada, the Vibhuti Pada and the Kaivayla Pada. Yoga means union, sutra is the Sanskrit word for thread, and pada is the Sanksrit word for book. These 196 short phrases remain the foremost body of work on the philosophy of yoga. From the commentary and analysis of yogis, sages, translators and philosophers over waves upon waves of time we have accumulated the wisdom of yoga as it is practiced today - a combination of asanas, meditation and body/spirit care that has proven to be of timeless benefit to all who engage in this practice.

Hatha Yoga

This is the style most familiar to most of us. Hatha Yoga is also known as the forceful yoga; the name Hatha comes from a combination of two Sanskrit words Ha (sun) and Tha (moon). The western practice of Hatha Yoga focuses mostly on the asana practice, which is designed to keep the body flexible and to cool the mind in preparation for meditation. This form of yoga also aids in creating a harmony between our dual natures (masculine/feminine, hot/cold, will/surrender) and brings us closer to a deeper practice of yoga.

Bhakti Yoga

Bhakti yoga is the yoga of devotion and chanting. Predating Hatha yoga, Bhakti yoga is approx. 4000 years old making it one of the oldest forms of yoga in the world! North Americans most commonly come to yoga as a form of exercise, whereas Indian culture approaches asana practice as a way to calm the mind before meditation and worship. Kirtan is the practice of singing the name of God in all his/her divine aspects; translated from Sanskrit it means ‘I surrender to the Lord’. Traditionally, kirtan is performed in a call and response style. The kirtan leader sings a line or verse of a mantra or prayer, and the kirtan group responds as accurately as possible. Kirtan is a community, a dialogue between the call leader, the kirtan group and the energy of the Divine. In the eight limb system of classical yoga, kirtan is considered to be pratyahara (focusing the mind inward) and is a bridge between our inner and outer selves. Bhakti yoga is the divine melody and rhythm of the human spirit, expressed in chanting and song.

Karma Yoga

Karma yoga is selfless service to others. This yoga asks that the yogi make his/her actions in this world expressions of devotion and offerings to God, without considering personal gain. If you do community work, volunteer work, or just do something very nice for someone for no reason at all, you are performing acts of karma yoga. Ghandi’s years of selfless service to South Africa and India are famous examples of the work of Karma yoga.

Dream Yoga

Dream yoga is about listening attentively to what your dreams are telling you. This knowledge is used to better your waking life by helping you pay more attention to your daily realities, dreamed or shared.

Jnana Yoga

Jnana yoga is the study of the philosophy of yoga; Jnana is the Sanskrit word for knowledge . The practice of this yoga involves deep meditation practice, study of the self, the True Self and the Transcendental Self. The yogi is challenged to examine the real and the illusory. In order to do so the yogi must use his/her mind to retrain the mind to separate the real from the unreal and thus discover and liberate the True Self. Jnana yoga uses meditation, introspection and contemplation techniques to attain wisdom and enlightenment.

Mantra Yoga

This is primarily the yoga of sound. The word mantra comes from a combination of the Sanskrit words man ‘to think’ and tra ‘instrumentality’ . Mantra is intention expressed as sound, unlike Bhakti yoga , which is strictly the yoga of song and chanting; for instance when you chant ‘OM’ you are combining mantra yoga and bhakti yoga. Mantras have been chanted for thousands of years (some continuously for thousands of years!) to guide the mind into meditation and to establish an intention to create states of consciousness or ask for divine guidance.

Raja Yoga

Raj is the Sanskrit word for king and Raja yoga is known as the Royal Yoga because it brings out the king/queen in all of us; the noble inner self that is so infrequently acknowledged in our every day lives. Raja yoga provides an opportunity to focus on the quality of our daily thoughts and deeds, being careful to reveal the goodness that the workings of the mind often conceal or disregard. Most closely associated with the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, it is most commonly expressed in the eight limbs of Classical Yoga.

The Difference Between ‘Work At Home’ Scams And Legitimate Opportunities

Everyone is aware of scams all over the Internet. In fact, many have become so sceptical that they turn away any money-making opportunity they come across. Without a doubt, these scams are given real businesses and the online marketing community in general a bad name.

Go to a job site or a classified section, search for ‘data entry’ and you will see some home typing jobs and data entry at home opportunities. Are these real?

Let me tell you straight off - they are not!

Once you send in your resume (as if it was needed) to these opportunities, they will reply you with a link to their website. Usually, these are websites that are done unprofessionally, unformatted, and point you to various links to home job sites which ask you to pay a fee.

Why do they this? Because when you pay a fee, these people get paid a commission! And the data entry jobs from home might not even be legitimate. For one, when do you ever need to invest money to type data entry at home! That is the easiest sign of a scam!

Yet, many people believe in that working from home means typing stuff at home. Well that is true, if you are employed by a company, and your boss says it is more cost-effective and efficient for you to work at home. Other than that, you can do telemarketing.

If you want to make money at home, on your terms, the only way is to start a home business. A legitimate one.

How To Set Up A Cashier Autobot That Works For You For Life

Is setting up a payment merchant gateway on the Internet really expensive?

An aspiring Internet entrepreneur a few years ago would need hundreds of dollars to set up his own ordering system and shopping cart on the Internet. Now that has changed. It is now far easier to get started than ever before.

Imagine if you can set up an ordering system for a price so low, your first few sales will immediately cover it’s costs.

At an offline store, buying the cashier equipment (or POS machine) and hiring a cashier at that, will cost thousands of dollars. And it is something you have to pay for and maintain every month.

On the Internet, just set up once and you are done. Your ‘cashier autobot’ works for you 24 hours round the clock, 365 days a year, dosen’t demand benefits, dosen’t get tired, and dosen’t need to be fed.

How much does this cost, you are asking? Well it can be as low as nothing. At paydotcom.com, you can set a shopping system for free. A small percentage of your sales (1%-5%) goes to them, but it is a drop in the ocean.

If you want a more established service, Clickbank.com provides it for you. For $50 your completely secure and efficient payment gateway is set up.

For those with a tight budget, you can also go for Paypal. All these services allow you to process credit cards with no risk (and I hate risk) on your part, because the processor handles all the work for you.

Common Creative Blocks & How To Overcome Them - “I Don’t Know HOW To Create Anymore”

Sometimes when we wish to create, it’s not the lack of willingness that’s the issue.

However much you long to unleash your creativity, that fact is there are times it feels like the hardest thing in the world.

Invisible blocks stop you dead in your tracks and you can’t see a way to get going again.

So you end up feeling frustrated, dejected and disillusioned with creating completely.

There are a variety of types of creative block, and many reasons behind them. The most important first step is to recognise them, then you can begin to take action to overcome them.

Here’s one of the most common creative blocks and some tips on how you can overcome it:

Creative Block: “I don’t know HOW to create anymore”.

How you know when you’re experiencing it:

You used to create regularly and freely, whatever your favourite types of creative media were. Slowly, and almost imperceptibly, you began creating less and less, as other parts of your life took over.

Now, having realised how little you create – if you create at all – you want to get back to creating like you used to.

The major block however is that you doubt you CAN create like you used to. You’re afraid of trying, because the not knowing is less painful than knowing outright that you can’t create like you used to.

Trying, and then “failing”, would be too difficult to bear, so you don’t even attempt to, and this is the root of your creative block.

Tips to overcome this type of creative block:

The most effective way to overcome this kind of creative block is to start small and gradually build up your “creative muscles”.

If you were an athlete who hadn’t run a marathon for 5 years, and had barely run at all in the last year, you wouldn’t expect to go out tomorrow and run another marathon.

It’s the same approach with creating.

Here’s 3 simple steps that will help you get back in the creative flow:

Step 1. Choose a form for your daily creative output. This could be a journal entry, a small sketch in a pocket notebook, or a few lines of poetry. Something easy to get into.

Step 2. Commit to a time each day to create your daily entry. It needs only be 10 or 15 minutes to start with. Choose a time of day you’re more comfortable with and you can make a regular commitment to. It might be first thing in the morning, last thing at night, or at lunch. Do whatever’s practical for your creative life.

What’s MOST important is that you show up to create at your regular timeslot and create SOMETHING everyday. It doesn’t matter if it’s one line of writing or three lines of a sketch.

You’ve showed up, you’ve created. You’ve proved you can do it.

Step 3. Repeat, build and expand. After a week or two of creating regularly, start to build up the time you create for, and the amount you create. Like the athlete in training for the marathon builds the distance they run over time, do the same for you creativity.

In just a few weeks, if you commit to your daily creativity you’ll start to see amazing results in both your creative confidence, and in finding what you want to create again.

Feeling “I don’t know how to create anymore” is just one of the most common creative blocks we experience.

Use the tips above to experiment and begin to overcome this form of creative block. Very soon you’ll feel once more how you’ve begun to unleash your creativity.

Relocation Advice - Make Your Next Move Your Best Move with These Tips

Moving can be one of the most stressful times in your life, so how does the average buyer do a good job of finding the best place to live in their dream locale?

If you don’t already know the area, then research, research, research! Make sure you know the good areas and the bad area before you end up buying the right house in the wrong neighborhood. Remember, don’t go on looks alone. Identify trends because an area that looks iffy may be on its way up while a nice looking area may be in decline.

It’s too late when the closing has happened and you get the keys. Realizing that you have made a big mistake at this point is no good. You end up wanting to sell or you put up with something that had you known about it from the outset, you wouldn’t have bought the place.

20 years ago, the library was “the” place to get information. In some communities it is still a useful resource for local publications. Now we have the Internet–available 24/7 from the comfort of your living room or kitchen.

However, like a big library the Internet contains a huge volume of information and figuring out the wheat from the chaff is very difficult. A number of websites are now relating all the information into useful data that people can easily compare places with which they otherwise might not be familiar.

Using one of these websites (e.g., Best Places, Neighborhood Scout, My Dream Locale) to narrow down your search for the place of your dreams. Find a locale that you and your family can be happy, will save you valuable time and allow you to be very pro-active with your Realtor.

Just as with buying a car, use the Internet to get the facts before engaging with a salesperson. To be informed is to be in control.

You will be able to tell them exactly which zip code or neighborhood you have identified as being the best match for you. They can then give you details of houses in this area only, rather than trying to direct you into a great house in the wrong area. This will save you time by only looking at houses in the areas you already know are right for you.

Once you have the area figured out, here are tips to make sure that the house is the right house for you:

Shared drives–often look OK to start out with but can turn into resentment as your neighbor parks their cars/deliveries/friends inconsiderately so that you struggle to get to your own house.

Primary roads–may look quiet but after you have moved in you find out that they are bus or commuter routes, or used by emergency vehicles who blast past your house in the middle of the night with their sirens going.
Adjacent to part-time businesses or parking lots–ensure they are not a hangout for people who may cause damage, reducing the value of your house and causing you to incur maintenance cost.

High Power Lines or electricity substations–many people have the perception that they are a health or safety risk, which may impact your ability to sell when you’re ready to move.

Near restaurants, night clubs or bars–can subject you to unwanted smells or noise.

Flood plains or coastal areas–in addition to the distress of coping with flood or storm damage, many insurance companies will either not offer coverage or will charge very high premiums. Make sure you can obtain the coverage you want before entering into a purchase agreement.

Doing the right research beforehand and keeping these things in mind when looking for your dream house can shorten the moving period and avoid you making any costly mistakes in what may be your biggest purchase.

The No 2 Forex Trading Mistake

The No 1 mistake that most Forex traders make is to set themselves a set of trading rules and then fail to stick to them because they allow their emotions to come into play so that their heart, rather than their head, rules their trading. The No 2 mistake that most Forex traders make is to start doubling up on a losing trade and, once again, they make this mistake for exactly the same reason.

You cannot allow your emotions to take over when it comes to foreign exchange trading and yet, time after time, that’s exactly what happens.

When you find yourself in a losing trade then, providing you’ve done your homework and entered this trade on the basis of the numbers, and not on a hunch, the simple fact of the matter is that the market has unexpectedly moved against you.

This is something that happens to traders every day and is nothing more than a fact of Forex trading. It occurs because, no matter how much we like to think that the market is predictable, it isn’t. Yes it will generally follow a pattern and the sophisticated tools that we have at our disposal will pick this up and allow us to trade profitably more often than not. But the market has a mind of its own and it will frequently catch out even the most experienced of traders.

The problem however is that it is human nature when you find yourself in a losing trade to feel that this is only a temporary situation and that the market will turn back in your favor, turning this losing position into a winning trade. This happens because, otherwise, it would mean that you were wrong about this trade and most of us don’t like to admit that we’re wrong.

But human nature takes you one step further and often compels you to take action to reinforce your original decision and to demonstrate your confidence in that decision. So, what do you do? You start to double up on this losing trade to show your confidence in it and also, subconsciously, because when you’re proved right your final profit will also be that much greater as the trade recovers from a low position. In other words, the little green demon of greed also creeps in at this point.

Now sometimes you’ll be lucky and the market will indeed turn around and give you a nice profit. However, this is simply compounding the error you’ve made in doubling up on a losing trade by encouraging you do the same thing next time you’re in this position. Invariably of course your luck doesn’t hold and the next time you’ll lose heavily.

So how do you avoid this mistake?

You made the mistake simply because you found yourself in a position in which your judgment about a trade was being challenged and you were facing the uncomfortable position of having to admit that you were wrong. The real problem though is that you weren’t wrong at all and that there was no need to take the action which you did in the first place.

Based on the numbers you were given, your judgment was quite right and there was no reason at all why you should not have entered this trade just as you did. Unfortunately, the market then decided to take an unexpected turn which neither you nor 99% of the other Forex traders could reasonably have been expected to predict. You didn’t make a mistake at all, but simply experienced the unpredictability which is an everyday part of foreign exchange trading.

The mistakes that we make as Forex traders are generally nothing more than a case of allowing emotion to creep into our trading decisions. The foreign exchange market is a technical market and you must approach it as such and trade accordingly if you are to succeed.

Innerwealth - A Better Way for Long Term Health

There are two wealths; one that everyone talks about, worries about and can’t pay the rent without. That’s the outer one. And the other one, which no one knows much about.

Self worth, what are you worth? If you strip away your outer wealth, what are you worth? This is innerwealth. Innerwealth is what changes the way you feel, how you handle stress, your immune system, what partner you attract, how you feel about yourself, and therefore others.

Innerwealth is a tricky subject because when we don’t have much of it, we depend on others to give it to us. So, then what other people think about us gives us the impression we have Innerwealth. But just like a loan from the bank, the problem with innerwealth that comes from others, is that we have to pay interest, they can call up the loan at anytime, and if interest rates go up, and we loose the ability to repay the loan, we’re in deep trouble.

That’s what happens to people in relationships. They get their innerwealth from their partner, they pay interest, then the interest gets raised and then they can’t afford it. One day they are faced with a big problem. Bankruptcy

So the first thing in building innerwealth is to make it independent of what others think. Innerwealth cannot be a loan, borrowed from others

The second thing about building innerwealth is to recognize that there is temporary and permanent innerwealth. Permanent innerwealth is a deep and wonderful sense of self worth. Temporary innerwealth, self esteem is unsustainable but is vitally important, because when we feel internally poor, insecure, temporary bridging finance can help us. Temporary innerwealth comes from how we look, how we impress others, how much knowledge we have. Temporary innerwealth is based on being better, smarter, wiser, richer, prettier, stronger, faster, or cleverer that others. It’s a comparison.

By comparing ourselves to others we build bridges over our insecurity. Innerwealth that comes from comparison is competitive and aggressive. Aggressive because to feel good we must be better than someone, and therefore we are always trying to beat them. This is called righteousness.

The third thing about innerwealth is that there is no real experience of it. When you were 1 meter tall you measured yourself on the door jam. Three years later you measured yourself again and were astonished to find out that you’d grown. People around you knew you’d grown, your tight clothes proved you’d grown, but to you, inside that machine called your body, it felt the same.

Innerwealth, the sense of self worth causes a change in the outer circumstances of ones life. The more innerwealth, the more outer wealth. (it doesn’t work the opposite way unfortunately) So, as you grow, so your circumstances change to accommodate that growth. So, new shoes for bigger feet, mean the feet still feel like they are in the same shoes, even if they are bigger. So, life challenges come and go, even if you grow your innerwealth, the only thing that changes is the size of the problem, not the experience of it.

For example; when you were 5 and you lost a dollar, it was devastating. You could do so much with that dollar. Your self worth was small, your outer worth was small, it was perfect. Then at 10 years old you lost that dollar, it didn’t matter so much. Now it took $10 to cause you the same drama. And when you were 20, it could be $100. You see, your self worth grows and the size of the abundance grows, and so too does the size of the problem.

Say you fall in love at 15, your partner umps you and it hurts. When you are 30 the same thing happens and it hurts the same. But your capacity to love has multiplied by 100 in the meantime. The shoes are still shoes even if the feet have grown.

The forth point about Innerwealth has just been mentioned. That most people try to build a sense of self worth by building outer wealth is obvious. Most religion could not exist if people understood the difference between inner and outer wealth. We build outer wealth by being all moral, always right, looking good, attracting people, causing things to react, creating, destroying, being better than, more powerful than, or, most commonly, a help to, others.

Finally, what are the REAL Building blocks of Innerwealth.

We now know that sustained Innerwealth cannot come from others, or from anything we own. We have seen the difference between short term bridging finance, and long term investment is true self worth. Now, we must understand the building blocks of innerwealth.

Innerwealth comes from love. The more you can love, the more innerwealth you can have. There is the heart and there is mind. Heart can love. Mind can think it loves. Mind says, “I love you because” heart says “I love you anyway”

Innerwealth is self love. So, to understand innerwealth, you must understand what love is, what is self love and how to do what you love.

My book, Innerwealth, is about this topic. So, I will not elaborate too much. But I will summarize these three topics here.

Love is the experience of a connection we have to something or someone. Once we have that connection, we can say, I love you, or I love it. That connection, between us, and the object of our love is like a silk thread. It can be broken so easily. Then, if love is gone, only relationship can exist. Relationship without love is not bad. But Innerwealth depreciates when love is absent. Self worth drops when we loose love.

Mind is not love. Mind is what breaks the thread of love. Mind learns to judge. This is right and this is wrong. Then mind can say “I let love out, if you do good and I close love down if you do bad” Mind controls the expression and experience of love. It judges. Judgement is there because we feel the need to protect ourselves.

So, to really build self worth, we must learn to manage mind. This is difficult, because mind is really our sense of self identity. We think we are what we think. So, if someone questions our thoughts, we feel attacked or insulted. That is why low self worth is growing in the world, because more people are identifying with what they believe, in religion, philosophy and social welfare. Unconsciousness is therefore revealed as the belief of right. Consciousness is defined as the awareness that right is simply an illusion.

Self Love grows the less we judge ourselves. So, actually self improvement, which is based on the premise that I need to improve something, is flawed in the fact that all it can do is to make us more right, hence unconscious.

Unconsciousness is the only thing that can block love. Innerwealth’s enemy is unconsciousness and all unconsciousness leads to one place, emotion. Our emotions are our experience of mind. Mind generates emotions based on what it believes to be right and wrong, good and bad. Most of that mind stuff is conditioned through social and religious mass consciousness, which is really, mass unconsciousness.

Love means unconditional. If the condition for love is doing, being, acting out, behaving in a certain way, thinking, speaking, doing, smelling, tasting or touching in a certain way then it is really emotion. Emotion is mind, mind, as we said, cannot love.

Doing what you love means doing something regardless of the experience of it. In other words whether it pleases you and displeases you, then you still do it, for love. That is what innerwealth teaches. Do what you love and evolve the process so you can do more and more of it everyday. Not less.

Evolve the process that allows us more time to do what we love. Evolve means, refine the process. Do more in less time, or have more with less effort (energy) – Evolve means refine the process so you can do more of what you love. If you don’t know what you love, then you wont refine the process. This is the case with most people. They don’t refine the process because the net result of any process adjustment is just more work on top.

Innerwealth, self love is mirrored in the love for others. The culmination of this is the capacity to do what you love. To do what you love, you’ll need a purpose greater than yourself. Otherwise you’ll be simply pleasure seeking, playing mind games.

Innerwealth means self worth, and self worth can be measured in love. How much of the world can you look at and love. With this, self worth, or innerwealth determines the amount of the worlds assets you feel worthy of sharing. How much relationship, financial wealth, success, happiness, health, and longevity you feel worthy of.

Self esteem, is the short term form of innerwealth. Self esteem means short term emotional highs. A sense of looking good, dressing good being better than others. The problem with self esteem, as opposed to self worth, is that an upper in self esteem must be balanced by a downer. This explains the growth in depression, chronic fatigue, domestic violence, substance abuse and stress related health problems. The world has become more interested in shorter term solutions to low self worth. Instead, I suggest you go against the flow. Learn how to build your innerwealth and use self esteem for short term solutions to nervousness and fear.

I hope you learn allot from understanding the difference between Innerwealth and Outer wealth. Once relatively unimportant, innerwealth has now been shown to clearly affect health, longevity, happiness, financial stability, learning ability, social behaviour and of course the continuity of your relationships.

Real life long term solutions come through innerwealth because this is living, growing and loving as nature intended.

Understand Credit Scores

Generally speaking, credit is an exceptional tool. It gives us the ability to make large purchases that we otherwise couldn’t afford all at once. Of course, as any other tool, it comes with a price which is paid by us through annual fees and interest rates.

As you can understand (remember how you felt the last time you lent your neighbour 100$) the lenders (in our case, banks and credit card issuers) take a risk by lending us money and need to know if they will take their money back.
And since they lend money daily to thousands of unknown people, they need an objective and accurate tool to measure each borrower’s ability to repay his loan or card.

The lenders use two tools in order to identify the level of risk they may be taking if they lend to someone.

1. Credit report-Contains a history of how you’ve paid your bills, how much open credit you have, and anything else about yor financial history that would affect your creditworthiness.

2. Credit score- Is a three-digit number that is calculated based on your credit history. The system awards points based on data in the credit report, and the resulting score is compared to that of other consumers with similar profiles. Credit score is considered to be much quicker and objective compared to credit report and gives lenders a straight “approve/decline” answer for people who are applying for credit or loans. The score most commonly used by credit companies Is FICO score, although there are several other scoring methods. FICO stands for Fair Isaak and Combany. Fair Isaak is an independent company that introduced the scoring method and software and worked with each of the three major credit bureaus ( Experian, Equifax and TransUnion) in the early 80’s to come up with the scoring method.

The three national credit bureaus each have their own version of the FICO score with their own names, all based on the original Fair Isaak scoring method. TransUnion has the Empirica system, Equifax has the Beacon system, and Experian has the Experian/Fair Isaac system. Each produces equivalent numerical results for any given credit report.

Until 2001 only lenders and other businesses that used the score could access it, but now due to pressure from the U.S. Congress, industry, and consumer organizations it is also available to the consumers. You can get your credit score at many websites including TransUnion, Equifax, Experian and Fair Isaak’s websites or by asking your lender when you apply for credit.

Scams, Sugar Free Skittles and Fat Free Potato Chips

You would think that seasoned Internet surfers would have a subconscious SCAM filter that would automatically signal them that something is not right with a hyped-up business opportunity.

Unfortunately, everyday, Internet surfers are sending their hard earned cash to foreign countries in the hopes that they will be rewarded with a huge fortune.

The worst part of these SCAM business opportunities is that they usually require a lot of cash upfront to get started. The most sinister scam opportunities require thousands of dollars of your money upfront. To escape the SCAM funnel, consumers need to look beyond the packaging and examine the product closely.

An example of unintended misleading packaging is sugar free Skittles. Skittles is a popular candy product that uses the phrase “Taste the rainbow” in their advertising campaigns. However there are two types of of skittles, those that contain a full days content of sugar and sugar free skittles.

When you pop the real skittle candy in your mouth you get a a burst of sugar and fruit flavors that is absolutely delightful.

The problem is that the sugar free brand is packaged in exactly the same colors. It is only with close inspection of the label that a candy lover sees the sugar-free label. When the sugar lover bites down on that little sugar free treat, there is no burst of sugar in the candy rainbow. It is too late, the candy lover has opened the product, consumed the product and will not get a refund.

Real con artist disguise their products the same way. These scam business opportunities are disguised to appear as if they are legitimate. Scam artist can disguise a known pyramid scam or a defective business model using fancy flash web pages wrapped in a multi-media presentation to con you out of your money.

Now there are some obvious scams that are packaged just like Fat Free Lays Potato Chip Bag. There is a clear label on the front of these reduced calorie snack that state they are “fat free”. This means that there is little fat used in the preparation of these potato chips. The consumer cannot complain after tasting the chips that they do not taste like the original. The label stated the obvious.

Envelope stuffing, The $6.00 Paypal pyramid, the work at home typing job that pay $30.00 to $40.00 per hours, The Nigerian Letter are known Scams. If you fall victim to any of these known scams, you are either asleep at the wheel or you like making donations to the scam perpetrator’s bottom line.

Just so there is no question; I want to alert you to the fact that you did not win the Canadian, the UK or the Swiss lottery. It is virtually impossible to win a legitimate lottery that you did not enter. Legitimate lotteries do not pick numbers in a random drawing and match your email address to the entry.

In conclusion: Do not cash checks from individuals from outside your country and send them money. Do not accept jobs that require a fee in order to obtain a position.
