$3,000 A Month

People overlook the potential that multilevel marketing offers (MLM).

A friend of mine told me about a meeting he went to with the owner of an investing firm. My friend told me something you may find interesting.

The investor tells my friend that to create wealth you have to put PEOPLE to work or MONEY to work.

(Makes sense.)

The investor says that his clients want to invest money and put it to work.

So he asks his clients how much monthly income they want, then he tells them how much money to bring him— so he can get them the income.

You might want to sit down for this.

A person who wants to make $50 a month would have to bring the investor $8,259. (That’s 6.5 percent interest, paid monthly.)

To get the client $500 a month, the investor needs $82,590.

And to earn $3,000 a month takes an investment of $495,548.

To put this in perspective, if you want $3,000 a month in residual income you can:

a) Invest $495,000 conservatively; or

b) Help build an MLM group of about 400 customers who buy the same amount of products each month.

Which can you do?

Do you have $495,000?

Or can you learn a little about MLM, then help a few others learn? Then, can you put PEOPLE and MONEY to work and make a residual income?

Multilevel marketing is absolutely the BEST way for ordinary people to earn extraordinary income.

MLM can improve your life in a big way, IF you get the RIGHT knowledge and put it to work.

How To Be Lazier Yet Richer In Internet Marketing

In this article, I am going to talk about how to improve your lifestyle (or rather, make more time for the lifestyle you want) and be richer in the process…

We all know that hard work is important, but it is impossible to work hard for 24 hours a day, everyday of the year.

All Internet entrepreneurs have some sort of automation involved. Whether be it handling orders, using autoresponders, or even filling up auctions on eBay.

Payment processors like Paypal (completely free), Clickbank, PayDotCom and 2Checkout allow you to set up a payment system to collect money for a very small price.

In traditional offline direct mailing, when you request information from a company, it may take you a couple of weeks to get a response. With autoresponders, this is instantly sent to you and you can view the information right away.

As for eBay, there are some software that allow you to automate when you want your auctions to start. With digital products, whether on eBay or on your website, the whole system can be ‘hands off’. After the customer pays, he is directed to the download page where he can download the file. All this is done without your presence.

The key word is automation. The more you automate the processes in a business, the more time you have to do what you desire, and also maximize the earning potential of your 24 hours, without having to work harder. Instead you are working less and earning more. This is the secret!

Colloidal Silver Soap for Treating Burns

Burns are most unpleasant incident in our life. It can be a result of exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, electricity or radio active materials, which damages body tissues. Its symptom depends on the severity and cause of the burn but usually includes pain and sensitivity to touch. He skin may appear blistered, swollen, charred, dried, weeping, or red, grey or black colored. Silver, in its pure form, has been used as topical antiseptic for minor burns for more than 100 years. Because of silver’s antibacterial properties, colloidal silver has been found to prevent the infection resulting from burns.

Silver has been used for thousands of years as a healing and preventive health product. Treating wounds with silver was common from the 1800s to the mid-1900s, when the use of antibiotics took precedence in the medical field. However, silver is still utilized in many medical circumstances. Hospitals use a silver treatment to dress scars and wounds, especially wounds that resist healing. Catheters are lined with silver to prevent infection and water is purified with silver. Now, silver is coming to the at-home health care market.

Minor burns should be first cleaned with colloidal silver soap and cold water and left for drying. There after, colloidal silver may be applied topically. Topical application of colloidal silver made on blistered or open wounds prevents risk of infection. Internal use of colloidal silver is not recommended for this condition. Aloe vera, which is another constituent of soap, is also effective in treating minor burns. The stabilized aloe gel is typically applied to the affected area of skin three to five times per day. Older case studies reported that aloe gel applied topically could help heal radiation burns.

Severe burns require hospitalization. They are typically treated by surgical removal of burned tissue followed by grafting of skin or synthetic substitutes. Use of colloidal soap is not recommended for these conditions.

It is most important to understand the variety of burns that can occur in the human body. Because the treatment of burns depends on the type of burn body has faced. Doctors usually categorize treatment of burns depending on its depth, area and location. Burn depth is generally categorized as first, second or third degree. A first degree burn is superficial and has similar characteristics to a typical sun burn. The skin turns red in color. However, sensitivity is retained which makes this type of burn somewhat painful. Second degree burns look similar to the first degree burns; however, the damage is now severe enough to cause blistering of the skin and the pain is usually somewhat more intense. In the third degree burns, burns the damage has progressed to the point of skin death. The skin becomes white in color and sensitivity is lost. In second and third degree burn types, fluid gets accumulated in and around the affected area. It may result in inflammation in the area surrounding it.

In addition to the intensity, the total area of the burn is also significant. This is usually measured in terms of percent of total body burnt. The skin acts as a barrier from the environment, and without it, patients are subject to infection and fluid loss. Burns that cover more than 15% of the total body surface can lead to shock and require hospitalization for intravenous fluid resuscitation and skin care.

However, location of the burn is most important factor compared to factors mentioned above. For example, burn to eye requires special attention as soon as possible, because it may lead to loss in vision permanently or it may be the cause for clouded vision, both of which are difficult to reverse. Burns of the neck or signs of burns to the nose or mouth require urgent guarding of the patient’s airway, as swelling may result in life threatening obstruction. Burned tissue shrinks and can cause damage to underlying structures. Burns that extend circumferentially around body structures require surgical release of the tissue, often referred to as escharotomy.

Skin is the body’s first line of defense against infection by microorganisms. As the burn causes skin damage, the body becomes prone to infections. These infections can affect the wounded area as well as the area surrounding it. It can also affect internal parts as the burns skin leaves a gaping hole in the defense mechanism of the body. Therefore, it is most important to prevent infections in the aftermath of burn injury. Here colloidal silver comes into the picture which is so effective in fighting infections.

People in burn wards have known for a very long time that soaking bandages in a low concentration colloidal silver solution inhibits infection in burn victims; it literally saves their skin. In severe cases, it can even save their lives. Burn wards know this, and silver has long been used as an anti-infection agent with bandages or other medical supplies all around the world, especially in Russia, China, Japan, and Germany.

It is very easy to make silver bandages at home using a true colloidal silver that contains most of its silver content in the form of silver nano particles. The bandage pad is simply soaked in the colloidal silver and allowed to dry. The nanoparticles of silver impregnate the bandage material and will provide anti microbial protection when the bandage is applied to a wound. On a smaller scale, a Band-Aid strip can be used by simply putting a few drops of colloidal silver on the pad. It can be allowed to dry and saved for later use, or it can be used while the colloidal silver is still wet on the pad. Likewise, larger wound dressing bandages can be applied while wet with colloidal silver. The colloidal silver will speed wound healing and reduce the amount of scarring

For minor burns, natural medicine may be helpful after the burn is cleaned with soap and cold water and gently dried. Because of the risk of infection, topical applications should not be made to blistered or open burn wounds, unless under medical supervision. Extensive burns or burns causing more than minor discomfort should be treated by a healthcare professional.

Home Buyers Face Common Questions

Thinking about buying a home in the near future? If you are, you probably have lots of questions about the process. Even if you’ve purchased a home before, the real estate market is always changing and home buyers need to be up to date on all the information they need to purchase their home.

Are you a first time buyer? Sounds like an easy question, but there are actually surprising answers. A first time homebuyer is anyone that hasn’t owned a home in the past three years. So if you’ve never purchased a home, or you bought a home years ago but have been renting for the last three years, you are considered a first time buyer. Why is this an important distinction? Because there are all kinds of home buying opportunities that are available to first time buyers. If you can take advantage of these home programs, you should embrace them.

Home much do you need for a down payment? This question simply doesn’t have one answer. There are all kinds of home buying programs, some that require no down payment, and others that require 3% or 5% down. The most traditional lending option was to put down 20% of the home purchase price, but almost no one uses this option anymore. It’s just too expensive to put that kind of money down on a property.

Do credit scores really matter? You bet. Your credit score is one of the most important parts of your overall financial picture. Borrowers with good credit scores (620 and better) are able to qualify for different loan programs than those with lower credit scores. You can save a lot of money on interest rates by knowing your credit score before you shop for a home, and you can even take steps to improve your credit score by a few points.

Can you buy a home if you have credit problems? Absolutely. Many lending experts can help you polish up your credit score, but even if you have a tarnished score, you can still find lending programs to help you buy your home. It may take a little bit of time to find the right loan program, to repair your credit score as much as possible, but you can buy a home.

Becoming a home owner is an important step in your financial growth and stability. Take the time to find out about your mortgage options and your personal financial position before you begin shopping and you’ll find the home buying easy and a painless process.

The Biggest Myth About Ecommerce - Squashed

It is a popular assumption by many people that there is no money left to be made in the Internet. Those big boys at eBay, Google, Yahoo, MSN and Amazon have eaten all the pie. Or so they think.

Wrong! There is more money than ever to be made on the Internet. The pie is getting bigger and bigger every day.

People see the competition on the Internet and wonder, how are they going to make money?

Let me tell you how - simply by tapping into a worldwide market, a feat that was unachievable by most companines before the Internet came along.

Internet commerce sales now comprises of 12% of all retail revenue. This is expected to reach 25% in 2012. Ok, so 75% will still belong to offline sales.

But humor me, how many of these offline businesses are able to target a worldwide market? More specifically, how many of these businesses merely sell to their local neighbourhood or city? And how many of these businesses operate 24 hours a day?

While the costs of doing business in the real world is increasing, costs of doing online retail is decreasing. To book a domain name in 1999 cost $40, now you can buy one for $8 or less.

Every year, the number of people going online is increasing. The opportunity to tap into these new people who get online every year, and turn them into customers, is an opportunity not to be missed.

So if you’re wondering whether or not there is still money to be made on the Internet, you’d better believe there is!

Two Types of Landscape Lights

Outdoor lighting adds visual interest and curb appeal to the front of the home as well and security and functionality to a garden. While the lighting choices may seem endless, here are a couple of options that I like to recommend.

Solar Light Fixtures: The most obvious benefit to solar garden lights is the energy savings you will experience. Rechargeable batteries within these fixtures charge during the day, and some can power a fixture for up to 12 hours — long enough to last throughout the night.

Free of power cords and electrical hook-ups, solar garden lights are portable and can be used anywhere in your yard. The freedom from electrical power also makes these lights extremely user-friendly. There is no need to hire an electrician to install your outdoor light fixtures.

Solar landscape lights are becoming available in a wider variety of styles all the time. It should not be difficult to find a solar fixture that enhances your front or backyard beautifully. When choosing a solar garden light, keep in mind that the more LED cells in the solar light the more lighting power it will have.

Copper Light Fixtures: Some consider copper light fixtures to be among the most beautiful and durable for landscaping and nightscaping applications. Unlike plastics and other materials, copper is unaffected by sunlight and will not become more brittle with age, so a copper light fixture will not crack or crumble years after it has been installed. The range of copper’s natural colors can make an attractive appearance during various stages of weathering. The full extent of weathering can take between five to 14 years, depending on the climate and conditions.

Be sure to choose fixtures that blend with the natural surroundings of your home and garden because landscape lighting should complement rather than overwhelm its surroundings.

57% of Managers Time is Wasted Dealing With Difficult Staff

Announcing Ways To Deal With Difficult Staff.

As a manager, how do you deal with difficult staff? How much of your management time is spent unwisely with difficult staff? Would you like to know the secrets of easily managing your problem staff?

Well this is what it takes.

Every business and department has them - problem staff who use up a great deal of a managers time and energy trying to achieve better performance and results.

A few years ago, it was easy to rectify the problem, just terminate the employee and get on with business. In today’s business world, employment laws have become much more employee friendly which has increased the challenges to managers as to how to deal with these individuals.

So how does a manager handle such staff effectively to achieve a win / win resolution? Unfortunately most managers focus all their efforts in trying to get rid of the problem rather than taking a step back and planning a strategy to give the staff a chance to become an asset to the business/department.

In order to deal with a problem employee it is important to be able to pinpoint where the true problem lies. The good news is that managers only need to focus on three areas to find the answer.

As a manager, if you follow these three areas in order, you will find where you will need to focus your efforts to turn your problem employee into a productive member of your team.

The first area to look at is training and development. Has the employee been trained and developed properly? Does he or she know what is expected of them? Was their training and development period adequate? Do they perform their duties within the guidelines set forth by the business/department?

If you can answer yes to all of these questions then training and development is not the issue, then you need to move to the next area. On the other hand if you answer no to any of the above, it is time to set aside some time to re-train the individual.

The second area is the environment. Is there something in the employees work environment that may be affecting their performance? There may be a possibility that the employee may have developed an allergy to the equipment they work with, or there may be something in the air that is causing the employee problems getting the job done. Or they don’t have the space, correct chair, tools to perform their role.

If the environment is the cause of the problem it may be in the managers best interest to try to find an alternate job within the company that will provide a better climate for the employee to work in. Or provide them with the appropriate tools in order to complete their role.

If the environment is not the problem then the only other option is the staff’s behaviour. This is by far the most difficult to deal with as people in general get very defensive and offended when they are being talked to about their conduct.

When speaking with an employee about their behaviour it is important to be up front with the issue. There is no reason to beat around the bush. You have to ask questions and let the employee say everything they have to say. The employee may have personal problems that are affecting their duties; they may hate the job or are having problems with someone they work with.

Once you have found the root of the problem then it is important to offer solutions. It may be counselling, a mediated meeting with another employee, or maybe the offer of a leave of absence from work to get their affairs in order.

Once the discussion has neared the end you must inform the employee of your expectations as their direct report and how they are expected to behave at work.

By following the above steps you as a manager will be able to improve performance and production from the most difficult member of staff. A Last Word…

One of the biggest fears in being a manager is dealing with difficult staff. It’s not easy but don’t put it off - deal with it as soon as possible after you see a dip in the staff member’s performance. Make sure you are seen as the manager who deals with difficult staff effectively and efficiently.

How To Create Money Out Of Thin Air Through Forum Marketing

Can you make money without money?

Conventional wisdom says no.

The Internet has made a lot of things possible. We now can communicate with people on the other side of the world for free, can watch any music video we like in a few mouse clicks, and find information on any subject we want in a matter of seconds.

It has made what was once considered miracles now possible.

Many go to church every weekend, meditate or some in other way show that they believe in divine intervention, yet don’t believe in miracles. They listen to their doubts instead of acting in faith.

So back to the original question, can one make money without any money? Well the answer is what you want it to be.

Let me show you a step-by-step system for making money out of thin air that you can try in your free time:

STEP ONE: Go to http://dir.yahoo.com/ and find a niche you are interested to know about from the groups on the left.

STEP TWO: Head over to www.associateprograms.com and find an affiliate program related to a product in this niche. Sign up for free.

STEP THREE: Go to www.dot.tk and get a free .tk domain name. For example, your domain will look like this: www.YourWebsite.tk

STEP FOUR: Set a redirect from the control panel to the affiliate program’s URL. (This will be proovided to you when you sign up for the program)

STEP FIVE: Find three forums relating to your niche. Type ”’your niche’ forums” in Google and you will find a list of forums targetted to your niche.

STEP SIX: Create a signature file promoting your .tk URL. For example, “Discover The Home-Made Secrets Of Curing Sore Throats - Fast. Click Here To Find Out More”

STEP SEVEN: Spend 45 minutes a day posting at these forums. Post useful content, questions. Whenever someone sees your signature, they may click through and buy from your link. Your posts may remain in circulation for years to come, creating a small residual income stream.

STEP EIGHT: Rinse and repeat.

Cost of all this? $0! It is all profit from the word go…

6 Ways a Professional Lactation Consultant Can Help You Increase Your Milk Supply

What is a Lactation Consultant?

A lactation consultant is someone who is specially trained to assist breastfeeding mothers. She may or may not be certified and her qualifications, experience and training may vary. However, those who work in hospitals or birthing centers are typically Licensed Practical Nurses, or LPNs, professionals who have completed nurse training and are licensed to help mothers breastfeed (under the care of a registered nurse or physician). If you’re having milk supply issues and need some breastfeeding advice, you should definitely contact a Lactation Consultant. She can provide you with proven tips and techniques to get your milk flowing freely. We’ll now discuss 7 ways a lactation consultant can help you increase your milk supply:

1.She can give you much needed emotional support. Breastfeeding in itself can be challenging, and when these issues are coupled with milk supply issues, you need even more support. A qualified lactation consultant can help you through these difficult times by offering you emotional support and advice on how to get your milk flowing freely.

2.She can help you determine if your baby is nursing effectively. If baby is not, your body will likely make less milk as it mistakenly believes that there is not enough demand for the produced milk. By making sure that your baby is latching on properly, you can demonstrate to your body that more milk is needed.

3.She will advise you to breastfeed more often, and as often as you can, to increase your milk supply. She may even suggest that you take your baby to bed with you for a few days to get your milk flowing.

4.She may advise you on various techniques to increase your supply. For instance, she may advise you to either switch which breast you feed from each feeding time, or to feed from both breasts, switching back and forth, during each feeding time.

5.She may advise you to not supplement with formula or give baby a pacifier, insisting that you exclusively breastfeed in order to establish a healthy milk supply.

6.She may suggest that you use a breast pump in order to increase your milk supply when your baby is not feeding.

7.She may suggest utilizing supplements like Milk Thistle or Fenugreek, or suggest that you seek the aid of Galactogogues (medications that are used to induce, augment, or maintain lactation).

In conclusion, a lactation consultant can help you increase your milk supply. She will not only offer emotional support, but will give you proven tips and techniques that you can use right away. If you truly want to succeed at breastfeeding, enlist the help of a lactation consultant. You and baby will be glad you did.

The Easy Guide To Building Computers

If you are new to building computers or have had problems assembling them in the past, then it may seem like a daunting task if you do not know where to start.

Whilst you could certainly dismantle your current computer to find out how it works, it can actually be easier to learn when someone simply shows you how to build one in the first place.

Having built computers myself for over two decades, I’ve picked up lots of tricks and techniques along the way.

I now use this same process over and over again because I know it will work each and every time.

Now when building a computer it pays to have a procedure to follow, for example:

1. Planning your PC build
2. Choosing which parts to use
3. Readying the case
4. Fitting the CPU and cooler
5. Installing the motherboard
6. Adding the power supply
7. Installing the drives
8. Adding the memory
9. Fitting the peripheral cards
10. Fitting external interfaces
11. Installing fans
12. Powering on your PC
13. Configuring the BIOS
14. Installing the Operating System
15. Updating your PC software

1. Before you can even build your own computer you need to put together a list of parts first. You will also need an operating system to install, some tools to put your computer together with and a safe environment to work in.

2. Knowing what type of parts to build a computer with is one thing, but actually choosing these parts is much more difficult. You have to make sure all these parts will be compatible with each other and you’ll be kicking yourself if you buy a CPU that’s high in price but poor in performance. You have to put a lot of research and effort into this and so make sure you check out customer reviews before you buy anything.

3. Now you are ready to begin you should prepare the case by fitting the standoffs to the motherboard tray and replace the I/O shield in the case with the one that came with your motherboard.

4. Before you install the motherboard in the case, you should attach the CPU and cooler to it first, as you can lay the motherboard on a flat surface where there is less risk of damaging it. Also some heatsinks can only be fitted this way as you have to fit a part underneath the motherboard in order to attach it. Just remember to attach the power cable for the fan to the CPU connector on the motherboard.

5. Installing the motherboard itself is relatively straight forward. Just lower it into the case and then screw it in place. After that you should attach the system cables from the case to it.

6. If the case doesn’t already have a power supply then now is the time to install it. You should then attach the relevant power cables to the motherboard.

7. Hard drives, optical drives, and floppy drives should then be installed in the case. Each of these will require a power cable attaching and a data cable connected to the motherboard.

8. The memory for you computer can now be installed in the relevant slots. Just make sure you fit them in the proper order by checking your motherboard manual. It would be a waste to buy Dual Data Rate memory and then fit it as if it was Single Rate, as you won’t get the performance gains.

9. Any peripheral cards e.g. graphics card, sound card should now be installed in the relevant slots in the motherboard. Just remember to supply any power to a card if it needs it.

10. Some cases offer external interfaces e.g. USB ports and some motherboards require you to fit an external interface in the case to provide extra ports. So you need to install these and attach the necessary cables to the motherboard.

11. To improve the airflow in the case and keep the temperature down it pays to have an inlet fan at the front and an exhaust fan at the rear. If the case didn’t already come with these installed then now is the time to fit them and attach them to the relevant motherboard fan connectors.

12. Now is the time to power on your PC and check everything is working so plug in the monitor, keyboard and mouse. Attach the relevant power cables to the monitor and PC and turn on your monitor and then your computer.

13. Assuming everything went well you need to configure the BIOS. At the very least make sure to set the boot order correctly in order that the computer boots off the CD drive before the hard drive.

14. It is then a matter of installing the operating system so that you have a basic working computer to use. Once that is done you should install the relevant drivers for your motherboard, sound card and graphics card.

15. Before you finish make sure you install the latest security patches for your operating system. You should also install a decent anti-virus program and anti-spyware software on your computer and keep these up to date.

After that feel free to update your drivers by downloading these from the website of the manufacturer.
