Women have tortured themselves trying to get the abs of an 18 year old. Its useless!! More and more fitness trainers are coming to the conclusion that control of your tummy is in nothing but your diet. No fat, low carbs, and aerobics!!! Women have been doing things the old fashion way, just like the men.
Men and women are different. Naturally mens backs are stronger and built to take more. Women , by nature, have a much more frail core. Sure, there are the women we all want to look like who can keep up and out do the men, but for the rest of us, diet and aerobics. I have recently done a study of this new concept myself.
I joined the gym and even hired a personal trainer. Wow is she awesome. She has a herniated lower disc and has not done a sit up in over seven years. Now I am here to tell you ladies, if I could look like her after three kids and never do a sit up, look out!!! So on we went with a trainer schedule that I have to be honest with you, kicked my rear.
But after six months of training two days a week with someone who knew what they were doing and following her diet, you cannot, and I mean cannot, tell I have had three kids! My husband loves it and I am so excited for bikini season to get here. One more positive fact before I go. The diet was fantastic and I could not have put another bite in my mouth at the end of the day. I was stuffed and very satisfied. So to wrap things up, see ya sit-ups!
