Generating traffic is one of the things I have gotten good at online, in the last few months. There are a number of ways that I generate traffic, but in all fairness, I have to tell you that the number one traffic source for me is these articles.

As you can see, I have written a large number of these articles, and posted them here at ezinearticles, and they have really done a good job of sending me traffic.

The nice thing about generating traffic with articles is that I get a predictable amount of traffic from them every day, and they tend to spend more with me than leads I generate using other methods of traffic generating.

So what are some other ways that I generate traffic? Well, I couldn’t do this when I first started, because I didn’t have a list to be proud of, but now I do. So I do joint venture mailings. Basically I ask other people that have big lists to trade mailings with me – I mail an offer for them to my list, and they mail an offer to their list for me.

I have done some bad swaps, but for the most part, I gain subscribers and I make money on the front end – many times their subscribers will buy from me after they opt in – so it pays for itself nicely.

As always, track everything you do, so that you know who is generating revenue for you and who is not.
