You file a UDRP complaint under ICANN and a panel has ordered a transfer of the stolen domain name. From this point, you would think everything would automatically fall into place, but more often than not, you will still have some work to do.

Under the domain name dispute policy, more specifically UDRP Policy Paragraph 4(K), it states that the registrar is required to implement the Panel’s decision 10 (ten) business days after it receives notification of the decision from the dispute resolution service provider, except if the registrar receives information from the domain name registrant (Respondent) in that 10-day period that it is challenging.

Here are some steps cybersquatting lawyers use to ensure that the stolen domain name is transferred back to you:

• Establish an account for the domain name
• Ensure the registrar updates the domain name servers (DNS)

This is an easy chicken recipe for Chicken Parmesan that is quick enough to cook even on a busy night.

Thirty minutes before dinner put the Chicken Parmesan recipe together and put into the oven. Set your timer for 20 minutes and turn your attention to the vegetables.

I like to serve this with "baked" sweet potatoes. Choose sweet potatoes that are short and fat, rather than the long thin ones. The long sweet potatoes will be more fibrous and tough. Sweet potatoes are easy to "bake" in the microwave. Simply put 1 small sweet potato per person into the microwave and microwave for 8 minutes. Check them after 8 minutes. If they are not soft, cook for a few more minutes until they yield to the touch. Cover with a towel or foil to keep warm until the chicken is ready. To open the potatoes for serving, slice straight down the center long ways. Press down on the potato top, then press inward on the ends. This will open the potato, loosening the potato and giving you room to add butter. Serve with butter or honey butter and cinnamon.

For a salad, I prefer spinach or mixed greens with this. The combination of the Easy Chicken Parmesan, the orange of the baked sweet potato, and the dark green of the spinach salad look attractive on the plate. Wash and dry the loose leaf spinach, toss with the Spinach Salad Dressing. You can garnish this with a little boiled egg slices if desired, but that is not necessary.

Easy Chicken Parmesan Recipe

One 2 1/2 to 3 pound chicken, cut up, or 3 pounds chicken parts

1/3 cup water

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1. Place chicken in a 13 X 9 X 2 inch baking dish. Add the water. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and cover well with parmesan cheese

2. Bake in a 475 degree oven for 20 minutes.

3. After 20 minutes, reduce the heat to 375 degrees and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the chicken pieces are done.

Spinach Salad Dressing

1/3 cup sugar

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sweet basil

1 teaspoon marjoram

1 large garlic clove, minced

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Mix all together and serve over spinach or mixed winter greens.

In softball, a coach cannot afford to underestimate the other team; they can only prepare their own team to be the best. As a coach, it’s important to set the standards for your team. Along with setting an example of the right attitude, you are responsible to make sure that the players’ skills and overall game improve over time. Therefore, teaching softball drills should always be a vital part of practice.

The most effective way for teaching softball drills is through hands-on demonstrations. For example, it’s obviously necessary to teach softball players the correct batting stance. While they’ll learn from your example, it is more valuable if you show them the way and then allow each member of the team to try it themselves. After you show them the ropes, allow them to use what you have taught to try hitting the ball themselves. As the coach, you should assess the placement of their feet, their knees, their hips, their shoulders and their eyes. Following that, you will know what the team needs to work on when it comes to batting stance and hitting the ball.

Videos are useful to give the team a visual of different strategies and skills. However, videos are even more effective if the team is interactive while it’s playing. For example, the team can watch the video of a pro-game. You can show them part of an inning and then ask them to explain the different plays that they could execute. Therefore, you can make sure that they know the best actions to take in different situations. Teaching softball drills like this gives the team a chance to think logically and work out different strategies in their heads.

Another classic method for teaching softball drills is using a chalkboard, dry-erase board, or poster to work out different plays. This is one of the most important ways to coach the team because it gives you the chance to explain the ins and outs of different plays. Plus, during this time you can assign different players to practice different positions. Drawing out different plays is also an important part of tracking the improvement of the team. Having records of each play allows you to mark the ones that the team has mastered and to mark the ones that the team still needs to work on.

Teaching softball drills is one of the most vital tasks of a coach. All of the different drill methods are necessary to master the entire softball game. Using a variety of ways of teaching ensures not only that the team will perform well but they will know exactly what they are doing and why they are doing it. It’s important to remember that the quality of your coaching directly affects the quality of your team.

I have been utterly useless with women in the past. Having spent many years of my youthful life failing with women, I decided to make a change. Dating Advice 1:

The first 3-4 dates are very important. Dating is like a game. If you play it right, you should have been able to escalate to kissing and more. You see within this time frame, the girl decides whether or not you’re worth it. If you have not escalated during these dates, you will very likely get into the LJBF (Lets Just Be Friends) category and getting out of this my friends is near to impossible.

Dating Advice 2:

Make the dates interesting. Avoid the usual dating scenes like cinemas, clubs and bars. Be unpredictable. Go for ACTION dates – these are dates with a lot of activity. The key word here is VENUE CHANGE. There are reasons for this. You see when we change scenes during a date; subconsciously we feel we have spent a lot more time with the other person, hence building familiarity and comfort. This also has the benefit of making it more interesting.

Dating Advice 3:

For crying out load, STOP with the gifts such as flowers and chocolates. Why? You have only known each other briefly, and doing things like that comes off as APPROVAL SEEKING, and suspicious. You could do these things after you’re in the relationship, and want to show your appreciation, but too early, and you will KILL the ATTRACTION.

Dating Advice 4:

Not knowing you are the MAN and she is the WOMAN. As the man you will take the lead. Being the leader has many attractive qualities. Back in tribal times, the leader takes the choice of all the females. This has not changed and still in our subconscious programming. These days’ women are still looking for those qualities in a man. So how do you take the lead? Decide where you are going in advance, and take the lead in decisions.

Dating Advice 5:

When a woman dates a man she is thinking “he seems nice, let’s find out more about each other”. Too many guys view a woman they are dating as their potential WIFE. As you can imagine this puts a lot of pressure on the guy. They become frigid and cannot BE THEMSELVES. My advice is DON’T DO IT. Have the same view as the woman. You are screening her to see if she is worth it. So relax, be laid back and enjoy yourself.

Dating Advice 6:

STOP with the needy COMPLIMENTS.
“Oh, you’re so beautiful today”
“Wow so gorgeous”

These kinds of compliments send shivers down a woman SPINE people. You are there to find out more about each other and have fun. Dating her just because she is beautiful lowers your standards and intelligent women consider it an insult. They think you are shallow! DON’T DO THAT. If you want to give a compliment, give something sincere and genuine. Always include a reason for doing so. For example, “I like your top; it goes very well with the color of your dress”.

I could go on and on about things to do and not to do when dating women. I have only touched on some of the issues…
