I write to you because I too love money. I love money because it allows me to get the things I want and need in life. Money is a tool to purchase goods and services. I find myself in need when I don’t have money to eat. I find myself in need when I don’t have money to pay rent. I find myself in need when I can’t get gas in my car to get to work. I find myself in need when I can’t help someone who is in need. Let’s face it, we all need money. Now, I’m not talking about getting rich. I am talking about providing the bare essentials to sustain life: food, shelter, and clothing. I remember my college years. I used to go to the plasma clinic every couple of days and give plasma. I got paid about 30 dollars each time. If it hadn’t been for this income, I couldn’t have eaten a lot of times. I couldn’t have gotten supplies and books that were needed for class. I couldn’t even dream of asking that dreamy girl that passed my way out for a date. I had to get my hands on some cash!

I remember those days so well. I remember I was about 2 hours drive away from home. I was in a foreign city amongst a majority of people who I didn’t even know. I was alone. I was on my own. In a financial crisis and I needed help. I had a car with a bad catalytic converter and it would not pull a hill. It took about 5 minutes to get up to 40mph on level ground and I had to pump the gas pedal the whole time. I had a very big hill to climb to get to the store and to the clinic where I gave plasma. I remember the joy that I had after leaving the clinic and knowing I had some cash in my pocket. Thirty dollars sure meant a lot to me back then. I would go to the store and stock up on Ramen noodles and wieners. I lived in the dorm but I did have a small refrigerator to put cold items in thanks to my family members. It was rough. Sounds pretty bad doesn’t it? Well, it’s all true. Now, I can look back and see that I was getting food free from the cafeteria, so I could eat. Yet, there is nothing like having some cash on you. If you have qualified from a country other than Australia, NZ, Ireland or the UK, you will need to complete the ADC examination process before being eligible to work in Australia as an independent practitioner in private practice.

You will be eligible to undertake the ADC examination procedure if you have completed and passed a dental degree which included at least four years’ full-time academic study at a university recognised by the ADC and you are registered as a dentist in your country of training or practice.

There are four steps to the ADC examination procedure for general dentists:

1. Application for Assessment of Professional Qualifications

You must first apply to the ADC to see whether you are eligible to sit the ADC examinations. Once you are given permission, you follow the steps below.

2.The Occupational English Test (OET)
All overseas trained Dentists must pass must pass the OET at “A” or “B” level in order to be eligible to sit the ADC examinations. The test may be taken at designated overseas test centres or in any Australian State capital city (and some larger provincial centres). Please note that this test is only available twice a year, so it is important to apply to sit the OET exam as soon as possible.

3. The ADC Preliminary examination
The Preliminary Examination is a written examination in multiple choice and short written answer format. It is designed to test your knowledge of the practice of dentistry and of clinical and technical procedures as they are practised in Australia.

4. The ADC Final examination
The final examination must be taken in Australia. The Clinical examination is held over three to six days and includes the following three blocks: Conservative Dentistry - Operative Dentistry and Paediatric Dentistry; Treatment Planning - including consideration of Periodontics and Removable Prosthodontics; and Oral Surgery, Oral Diagnosis and Radiology.

Is it that we create problems unconsciously and then we spend plenty of time trying to fix what we call “Problems”?

Is it that Right when it’s time to grow we call our present situation a “Problem” so that we can talk about it to twenty other people and get everybody’s feedback on our “Problems”?

Is a Problem a blockage?
Is a Problem our unfinished businesses in our lives?
Is a Problem our own perception of what a problem is?
Is a Problem a maze or a math Problem to solve?
Is a Problem what is here and not over there?
Is a Problem something I have and you don’t?
Is a Problem contagious?
Is it a virus which attacks our consciousness with the wrong messages?
What in the world is a Problem then?

Let’s see what the Universe has in store for us today…

Well as far as the Universe is considered a “Problem” is an imaginary scenario conducted in our limited minds. Please don’t take this in a bad way. The Universe is in total support of us at all times.

Now let us all use the Power of our Minds, Right Now and see what other meanings we can give to this word “Problem” that can be energizing and empowering.

Can we do this? Of course we can. We are the Masters of our own consciousness to build, invite and create whatever thoughts, perceptions and realities that are of the most beneficial for us.

So let’s go ahead. What is coming to me is a very simple analogy of what is possible.

A problem can be a Possibility of a new creation in time.
A problem can be a Realization of a new possibility in time.
A problem can be an Opportunity for a grand gesture in time.
A problem can be a Beneficial opportunity to grow in time.
A problem can be a Learning of the highest good in time.
A problem can be an Exciting time to venture out and expand in time.
A problem can be a Magnificent time to meditate in time.

We can for sure remind ourselves of this process in time so that we do not trap ourselves in the illusions within our ego minds. If you choose to do a practice sometime just repeat the word “Problem” to yourself once, then check your energy level and then repeat each of the above replacement words and feel how your energy responds to each word as spoken by you to you.

You shall definitely feel your vibration shift and lift which reveals to you that words have power and that we can choose which words to use to compliment our life.

Remember these Insights have powerful messages within them. It is up to you how you would like to experience them. It is all up to you. For you always have choice. Choose what is rightfully your calling to benefit you, for you are worthy and deserving of living a free life in every way.
