Do you find it difficult to learn how to lose arm fat?
The common thought on how to lose arm fat is simple: do lots of arm exercises and "blast" the biceps and triceps from several directions.
It is time that you learned the truth about how to lose arm fat, and it has very little to do with all those exercises you are doing for your arms.
The first thing you need to understand is how your body gains and loses fat.
When you start to gain fat, the first place it goes is in the midsection. Then, it will start to show up in other places such as the trunk of your arms around your biceps and triceps. If you lose body fat, you will start to lose it in proportion all over your body. That means you lose it in your midsection and around the arms as well.
The important thing to take away from this lesson on how we gain and lose body fat is that it is an event that happens all over your body and not in one specific area.
Therefore because we lose fat all over our body, it is impossible to lose it in a localized area such as your arms, abs, butt, etc.
If you really want to lose arm fat, you will want to concentrate on losing overall fat. This requires a shift from doing lots of arm exercises to working out your total body, having a great diet, and doing a specific type of cardio called interval training.
By doing total body resistance training workouts followed by sessions of interval training, you will start to lose body fat all over, including your arms!
The real key to this system is having a diet that is conducive to your goals. If you want to reduce body fat, you need to create a physiological environment where you are burning more calories than you are taking in. If your diet is not on par, then losing any body fat is going to be extremely difficult.
So in order to lose arm fat, you first want to concentrate on losing total body fat.
You do this by having a great diet, resistance training, and interval training. This way you will raise your overall metabolism and take in less overall calories.
Doing arm exercises is good for building strength and tone, but it is a small part of the overall picture.
Now that you know how to lose arm fat and overall body fat, it is time that you take action!
Remember to keep learning and to be persistent.
