Simple Tips For Men’s Skin Care

Men’s skin care is troubled by finding the correct uncomplicated procedure and process. The secrets to great skin for men are a correct process, correct products, a proper shave and facials from a skin care professional.

• Practice a skin care regimen twice a day. Wash morning and evening with warm water and a facial cleanser. Create lather so that dirt and oils are lifted from the skin. Rinse and pat dry. Daily face washing will keep pores unclogged.
• Before shaving, take a warm shower or steam the face with a warm cloth to soften the beard.
• Use a pre-shave oil to soften and set the face for a close shave.
• Daily shaving can dry out the skin. Look for shaving foam or gels that are specifically designed to treat a particular skin type.
• Don’t shave with plain water. Apply a protective shaving gel or cream to the face before shaving.
• A swivel-head razor will decrease nicks, as opposed to a disposable razor. Replace the blade often. A dull blade does not provide a close shave and can be irritating to the skin.
• Splash the face with cold water after shaving to tighten pores, but avoid using only water or alcohol-based after-shaves that can dry out skin.
• Dermatologists recommend using a daily hydrating moisturizer.
• After shaving, skin should be soothed with an after-shave balm. Men’s skin also should be protected from the sun for optimum health. Look for sunscreens or moisturizers with an SPF or 15 or higher for best protection.
• One a month get a deep cleansing facial from a skin care professional.

Tips For The Perfect Shave:
1. Use a sharp and clean razor blade.
To avoid skin irritation, use clean and sharp blades. Try the latest blades on the market. Rinse the blade often with warm water to maintain a smooth glide.
2. Use a good quality shaving gel.
Shaving gel is designed to soften the beard, raise the hairs and provide glide for the razor. Shaving gel allows you to see where you’ve shaved It should not contain artificial colorants, synthetic fragrance or animal by-products.
3. Before shaving
Prepare the skin; the best shave can be had once the hairs have softened. Use warm water or a steamy shower to soften up the hairs. Do not shave in the shower as there is a potential for knicks and more bleeding. Get the blade right temperature by immersing it in warm water.
4. Shave
Shaving in the direction that the beard grows avoids razor rash and ingrown hairs. However, if you’re not getting a close enough shave; with a fresh sharp blade, hydrated skin and a good quality gel lather try also shaving against the grain for the perfect finish. For the best results, stretch the skin slightly where you are shaving. If needed reapply the shaving lather. Keep the razor unclogged. For preventing ingrown hairs use a quality face scrub. Lerosett and Bikini Saver are excellent products for treating ingrowns.
5. Afterwards
The best way to tighten the pores is to splash your face with cool water. Dab your face with a towel, avoid rubbing. Finally, lightly apply a serum or moisturizer as well as a UVA/UVB sunscreen of SPF 15 or more. You’re now all set for the day!

List Building for Money and Time and Leverage

List Building for me is about money and time and leverage. Why money? Because my list, with whom I have developed a relationship – spends money with me. Why time? Because my list, with whom I have developed trust – allows me to spend more time on relationships rather than trying to drive traffic to my pages. And why leverage – leverage because list building allows me to get 5-10 visits out of each unique visitor to my site. Instead of trying to sell them right off the bat – I build a relationship with them – then I can sell to them forever.

List building is probably the most lucrative single action you can take online, but you have to have the perseverance to make it through the beginning phases.

Just like you weren’t born walking and talking, you weren’t born list building. List building is a skill, and will take time to learn. As you take the steps in this book, you will not only be learning the skills necessary for profitable list building, but you will also be actively improving your application of those skills.

You Must Have and Use Multiple Lists

Each of your online lists should be tightly targeted to the demographic of the person on the list. The tighter you target your lists, the more money you will make.

There is, of course, a trade off involved in segmenting your lists. For an extreme example, if you build 100 lists, you have to write 100 email campaigns, and perhaps develop a number of different products for each of those lists.

On the other hand, if you only have one list, and you have several demographics on your list, you will be unable to effectively target the subscribers on your list.

John P Kee “Color Of Music” Gospel Music CD Review

The exceptionally talented Gospel artist John P Kee has released his CD entitled Color Of Music. I am very confident and happy to announce that I believe John P Kee fans, and Gospel fans alike will be pleased with this one. With the release of Color Of Music John P Kee’s artistic excellence is on full display as he has once again delivered a brilliant collection of tracks that could very well be his best work to date.

I wish it weren’t the case but, it’s not everyday that I get a CD from an artist that I can just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. There is usually a song or two that I just can’t force myself to get through. Not at all the case with Color Of Music. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish.

The nice thing about a CD like this is with this level of talent even if Gospel isn’t your favorite style you still can’t help but appreciate the greatness of the artist.

Overall Color Of Music is a solid release. Quite possibly John P Kee’s best to date. Really sensational from beginning to end. If you’re even mildly into Gospel music you’ll enjoy this CD.

My SmoothLee Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 11, One Step. Outstanding!

The Basics and History of Term Life Insurance

Life insurance is a subject that brings on many different opinions. While some believe it is a waste of money or even considered gambling, most people understand that life insurance is primarily used to ensure that your family or beneficiary is well taken care of upon your death. Life insurance also ensures that your family will be able to take care of your burial and funeral expenses.

While there are many different types of policies as far as life insurance is concerned, term life insurance is considered to be “pure insurance” because it builds no cash value like other policies. While some life insurance policies are used as a type of savings or retirement account, term policies are in place for a specific amount of time and only paid out in the event of death. Term life is the most practical and unselfish way to ensure no one has to worry about how to take care of you in the event of your death.

History of Life Insurance

As with most things ancient, Rome recorded one of the first life insurance policies in existence. Roman groups called Fratres (or burial clubs) came together to establish this form of security for their workers. These policies were set up by the poor to pay for the funerals of fellow club members and to help the surviving family financially.

The first insurance company in the United States was started in 1735. This South Carolina based company, called the Friendly Society, lasted until 1740. In 1759, the first life insurance company was established in Philadelphia by the Synod of the Presbyterian Church. It was started for the benefit of Presbyterian ministers’ families. As with the Romans, the basic financial needs of surviving family members would be taken care of.

As far as ancient times, society has known that those who are left behind need some sort of financial security upon a loved one’s death. Undoubtedly, it seems that even in ancient times, burial and funeral expenses alone were enough to wipe away a family’s savings. In the case of a family being impoverished, a proper burial might even be out of the question.

While no one likes to think of death and dying, term life insurance is something that is very much needed. The trauma of losing a loved one is obviously emotionally and mentally draining and at least a life insurance policy allows the added financial burden to be eliminated. Choosing the right policy to accommodate your needs is the key to planning a secure future for your family.

Most Practical Choice

If you are looking for a simple way to look after your family after your passing, term life insurance seems to be the most practical way to go. With even a minimal policy, you can ensure that your family will be able to pay for burial and funeral expenses. If you have children, hopefully your policy will enable them to attend college or perhaps your family’s house can be paid off.

With the advent of the Internet, it is easy to study the various types of term life insurance available online as well as the requirements that each carrier might have. You can obtain fast quotes online as well. Some companies even offer “no medical term life insurance” policies or “cheap” policies that are affordable. Terms usually run in 10-year periods – 10, 20 or 30-year policies are the norm.

List Building Takes Time - You Must Have Perseverance

List building is so hyped these days online – and rightly so – it really works for me and for others who are actively building relationships online.

You see, list building should really be called relationship building – then a lot of the people who think they are list building would not be able to call themselves relationship builders – and they would be the ones who fail.

List building takes time to learn to do effectively. You will be learning a brand new method of building relationships, and the optimal ways to do that are not the same as many offline relationship building techniques.

When you first get started, you will build a squeeze page or two. They will not be the best squeeze pages you could possibly create. Through testing and making changes, your squeeze pages will improve over time. Your email writing skills will improve over time. And over time, your squeeze pages and emails will begin to convert at a higher and higher rate.

Depending on how you drive traffic to your web site and the price which you pay for that traffic, you may not make a profit the first month with your list. You might actually lose money.

The following month, as you become better at targeting the correct traffic to your web site, and you develop squeeze pages that convert at higher rates, and as you learn to write emails that are more effective, you will increase your profitability. And as you continue to learn, test, and make changes, you should make increases in profitability each and every month.

Physical Therapy Schools: A Road To Recovery

A career in physical therapy is all about getting people back on their feet, and physical therapy schools are where to start. Whether you’re getting people rehabilitated to go back to work, to return to a sports competition, or to recover from a surgery, physical therapy schools train students to be well-versed in the body’s many complexities, as well as the specific methodologies that facilitate its rebound from injury.

The scope of education at physical therapy schools is no small matter. Many programs require a doctorate, and though there are a few physical therapy schools that still offer masters degrees, the trend is heading towards a mandatory doctorate. Coursework includes subjects like anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and even some physics. Clinical classes teach physical therapy students how to perform treatments, tests, examination techniques, and various protocols.

Not only do physical therapy schools instruct students as to how to heal the body after trauma, but how to prevent future injuries as well. The ability to script exercise regimens, predict possible future relapses, and accurately diagnose the source of pain and discomfort are regular components of any physical therapy education. Techniques involving electrical stimulation, hot and cold compresses, and ultrasound are also part of the curriculum at physical therapy schools. Though many physical therapists maintain a general practice, there is also the potential to specialize in niches like pediatrics, geriatrics, sports medicine, or geriatrics.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, graduates of physical therapy schools tend to work in hospitals or clinics, though the potential for self-employment or private practice is an alluring factor for some physical therapy students. A 40-hour week is standard, however it is not uncommon for physical therapists to have to work evenings or weekends, and travel to provide on-site care is very often worked into their schedules.

A physical therapy career is a lucrative one with starting salaries in the range of $50,000-$55,000 and experienced salaries hitting as high as $90,000. But ultimately, you’ve got to love helping others to be a successful physical therapist. Most interaction is one-on-one and extends over a period of months of routine visits. If you’re not comfortable with an intimate clinic or outpatient facility setting, no amount of training from physical therapy schools is going to prepare you for that necessary connection you’ll need to successfully help your patients — that education has to come from inside.

List Building - How Much Can You Make as a List Builder?

List Building – How Much Can You Make as a List Builder?

List building is one of the things online that when it is properly leveraged, it can make you a lot of money. I am always so hesitant to talk about how much my list makes me, because I have built a relationship with the people on my list.

You cannot just think, 50 cents a name or 1 dollar a name, and then go build a big list with PPC – it just won’t work. You have to learn to communicate with your list – and that takes time and effort and energy – work in short.

You have to send out emails, communicate with your subscribers, ask them questions, answer their questions, and monitor and study click through and open rates. You have to study your list to see how they respond – and you have to keep it personal.

If you do all of that correctly, you might be able to make between 50 cents and 1 dollar per subscriber on your list per month. Many experts online believe that the average is somewhere between those two numbers. But keep in mind that an average is just that, and includes lists that perform very well, and lists that perform poorly.

Take my own list, for example. My first 2 months online I averaged about 50 cents per month per subscriber. By the 3rd month, I was up to about 1 dollar per month. Did my list just start getting more responsive on its own, or did I make changes that influenced their purchases? Of course it was because of changes I made. The 4th month I was around $1.50 per month per subscriber. Now I am consistently above $2 per month per subscriber. By the way, that is not normal, I am told. But why does my list perform that way? It is because of the way I run it, the way I treat it, the way I manage it.

And your list will be much the same.

Set an income goal for your list. Start low. Hit that number. Then raise the bar. Make the necessary changes to get your list members to buy more. Test, test, and test some more. Then make changes. Do it again, and again – your list can make you as much money as you desire, a long as you nurture and grow it properly.

List Building - Can You Really Make Big Money With List Building?

List building is one of the most lucrative things you can do online. But it can also be an extreme waste of time, depending on how you do things. Are you obnoxious in nature, or are you relationship builder? You have to build relationships to make money in list building. You have to get out of your head any ideas that you can build a big list so you can blast out emails to them to make money on them. You have to be willing to build a genuine relationship with your list members. Only then do you begin to make money with your list.

It will also vary depending on how well you relate to your list. It will vary based on how many people on your list open your emails. It will vary based on how many people like your emails. In short, it will vary based on how effective YOU are at converting your list members into buyers. And yes, I will teach you how to do that in this book.

But you still really want to know how much money you can make on your list.

I am going to assume that you are doing things right. You are in a good niche. You structure your traffic and squeeze pages in such a way that people who want to buy things will opt in to your list. You relate well to the people on your list, and can write persuasive emails and sales pages.
