The Process Of Thinking And Home Based Business Work

Nowadays it does not have a difficulty in starting an online business. The most a common procedure is to make a search in the Google for a work from home. Thousands of opportunities will go to appear in the screen of its computer.

Perhaps the biggest difficulty is to give continuity, to persist in the proper business. And it requires organizing the thought, what many gurus call mindset.

Our form to think is related to our human being nature. However, the term nature is ambiguous, therefore it closely relate contexts of biological order, what it gives the meaning to it of that if keeps unalterable, something for beyond the change.

On the other hand, a singular aspect of the humanity is that the human beings are, in certain way, changeable for nature.

This has implications in our behavior. That is, the human being behavior more than any behavior of other beings livings creature, it is less directed by an innate pulse and more guided by impulses shaped for the individual experience and knowledge.

We can translate knowledge for learning. We have then two concepts very important to understand the human behavior. Experience and learning.

Experience as something acquired not only for external factors, but for also auto reflections, evaluations, error and rightness analyses produced in previous activities.

The learning is considered as renewed element of the human being. For being of changeable nature, the human being meets itself open to the new knowledge. And this becomes itself transforming of its social, politician, economic and cultural environment.

Thus, the process of our thought is associated with our experience and learning. In the particular case to start a home based business work, to have success is necessary to have persistence.

To persist suggests to resist. But it means to resist from what? The opening of a new business requires work, information, creativity, determination and belief. The person who goes to open the proper business needs to believe in that it is making. The adversities are many and it is the moment of the resistance, of the strong persistence of the warrior.

The persistent entrepreneur is somebody that stubbornly opposes to give up its projects.

Thus, the entrepreneur who is starting a new business processes its thought of persistent form, programming itself to face the adversities. It uses its proper experience, the experience of other people and dedicates to learn new knowledge about the products that it intends to resell.

I believe that to fight the adversities with persistence it also means to act constantly in the direction of the traced goals. There is an important phrase that it says that in life and in Internet marketing, it does not matter what you know. It only matters what you do.

It does not mean that what we learn is worthless or valley less of what people make. Definitively it is not. The biggest wealth that we conquer is the knowledge that we create and learns.

The main meaning of this phrase or its better value is the force of the action. That is, we have that we act using our knowledge. In this in case that, to act it means to take a business plan and follow it, using the best and more powerful possible tools.

I believe when you set your mind on this direction the sky is not the limit for your success.

A Logical Logic of the Illogical Logic - Chopping Between Guru and Shishya

AUM, Supreme One, Guard us
Nourish us together
Let both of us Strive together
Let our learning Shine together
Let us not Hate anyone
AUM, Shāntih, Shāntih, Shāntih… (Peace).

The Sarvasār Upanishad, which means the essence of all Upanishads, begins with the prayer of the Guru (master) followed by the queries of the Shishya (disciple):

What is Bondage? What is Freedom?
What is Vidyā (right knowledge), and Avidyā (false one)?

Observe that it starts with the prayer of the Guru and then the queries of the disciple.

Right enquiry begins with a prayer; otherwise the enquiry is not right. Without prayer, doubt is just a disease. With a prayerful mood, with a prayerful heart, doubt becomes just a methodology to enquiry, and to enquire.

Doubt is healthy if inside there is faith. A faithful doubt is a good sign. The end remains faith: doubting is just a means; it must not be the end. If doubt is the end, then it is an infinite regress. To reach somewhere, doubt must not be the end. Use it as a means - it is helpful - but remain centred in faith, because faith opens paths; doubt closes them.

Prayer means receptivity, festivity - you are open. This Upanishad opens with a prayer to the divine force with a prayer for help, then the enquiry and then the questioning. Without prayer the questioning is just a curiosity. With prayer, it becomes a sincere quest.

What is bondage? ….The first step towards freedom is to know that you are not free. Then is created a desire to dream about freedom. One is aware that one is just a slave. So the enquiry begins with the question: What is bondage? What is the technique, the methodology to be free? How to achieve that knowledge, the highest, the supreme-most truth - because the supreme-most truth is not to be born at all.

The primary truth, the fundamental truth, the best, the highest, the supreme-most truth is not to be born at all. And the second is to die as soon as possible after you are born. But false doors, false keys, pseudo-methods are there. Avidyā means pseudo-methods.

Then the other question: What is this awake state of the mind? dreaming, non-dreaming states and Turiya?

Dreaming is substantial. In your wakeful state, you are not the real you. In dreams you are totally naked, authentic, without any mask. Even a dream has causality, has a relevance. When you are awake, it is a state, a shape of your being but not the real, because it can change. Non-dreaming too is a state, closer to the real you. Turiya has no name; it is not a state; it is your being; called the nameless, the fourth. You are it.

The end of the book is very strange indeed!

In the end the master asks the disciple, “Now tell me who is there to be in bondage? Where can bondage exist?” - because we have dissolved the ego. If ego is not there, who can be in bondage, and how can bondage happen? To whom it can happen? And if there is no bondage, then what do you mean by freedom? On this question the Upanishad ends.

Strange! Because - A question has been raised in the beginning, an enquiry has been made: What is bondage? Who is in bondage? Who can be in bondage? How can bondage happen…and what do you mean by freedom? Who is going to be free? This is the end. (Note)….The disciple has disappeared, and this disappearance is the real essence of disciplehood.

What type of a book…answering nothing, …and the question comes back!

But now the quality of the question has totally changed. The question in the beginning was asked by the disciple; now it is asked by the master. The first is talking in ignorance, and the second, in supreme knowledge.

Champions League Quarterfinals Review - Liverpool vs PSV & Chelsea vs Valencia

The champions league semi-final line up in now drawn up where for the first time in the history three English clubs are present along with the perennial favorites AC Milan. Let’s see how they progressed from Quarterfinals to the Semi-finals.

Liverpool Vs PSV Eindhevon

The match was done and dusted in the first leg when Liverpool went 3 goals up in the first hour at Philips Stadia in Eindhoven. Gerrard. Riise and Crouch sealed the deal for the Mersyside club.

The return leg was mere formality with Liverpool winning it one goals to nil by Peter Crouch goal in the second half.

Chelsea Vs Valencia

This was one of the most entertaining ties on card as Valencia is loaded with some of the players which Jose Mourinho wanted to buy in the previous season. The first leg at Stamford Bridge was an entertaining affair with Valencia going up by a wonder strike from Silva which caught Peter Cech on backfoot.

After spoiling numerous chances Chelsea got back in the game when drogba headed home an Ashley Cole punt in the second half. This left the game evenly poised for return fixture in Valencia.

The return League was not a spectacle but a brutally physical affair with both sides exchanging kicks for kicks. In the hard tackling football Valencia took the lead through Morientas when he lost his marker in the six yard box. At half time with the score line one nil, Jose Mourinho had just 45 minutes to keep the dream of four trophies going.

Second half started with a bang for Chelsea as they did all the early running and created chance that was converted by Schevchenko. With the game on even keel both teams tried hard to break the deadlock but none made any significant progress. As more often than not these matches are decided on either a moment of magic or moment of sheer madness. Amazingly both of these moments came from one man, Cannizares the Valencia’s goalkeeper. He made a miraculous save from Ballack header to keep Valencia in the game and then in the 90th minute miscalculated and beaten by Essien shot on the near post.

The late strike kept the Chelsea dream intact and left the Mourinho side to fight another day against their arch rival in Champions League Liverpool.

Aggressive - Loose or Tight

How do you play poker, are you a player who plays super aggressive or loose to the point that you are hard to read. Or are you a tight player, so tight that you are known for only playing certain hands. Lets look at each of these styles of play starting with aggressive play. I for one don’t like to play to aggressive, for me I don’t see it working for me as a main style of play.

Although playing aggressive does have some benefits, for one thing your opponents probably won’t know how they should play you because aggressive players will play any hand without thinking. Aggressive players seem to set the pace of play at the table. I must say aggressive players do have their place at the table in my opinion without them there would not be any real excitement.

Loose players can be just as unpredictable as aggressive players. I see loose players playing the same as aggressive players but they will pick and choose the hands they play carefully, they are all over the place but they don’t play every single hand. At least this is my experience. Playing loose can be a good thing, you can play loose and somewhat aggressive at the same time, being able to turn it off is good.

The style of play I enjoy the best would be tight play. I like taking my time to play
certain hands, plus it depends on whether it is early in the tournament or at the final table. Playing tight could be the reason you make it in the money. Playing tight also takes patience; you have to pick the times you play a particular hand your style of play should be a factor.

It’s up to you to decide what works best for you. All in all, I like to play a combination of all these styles of play. I mix it up, I would suggest to other players that they do the same; you don’t want to play one way all the time. Your opponents will learn how you play if you can mix it up it is to your advantage.

Keep them guessing, you should never play all one-way. Playing attention to your opponents before, during and after the flop turn and river can tell you a lot whether they play aggressive, loose or tight. You can learn a great deal from the many tells your opponents will reveal.

The Fundamental Purpose of Leadership

It’s time to question the traditional assumption of leadership’s fundamental purpose. The textbook account focuses on the leader’s role in maximizing employee performance. All the decades of writing about leadership style beginning over 50 years ago focuses on how different styles affect the motivation and productivity of employees. When we question the conventional purpose of leadership and offer a different foundation, we get a very different conception of leadership. Until we recognize the need for a radical shift in perspective, our vision of leadership will remain stuck in the past.

Having an internal focus on employee performance was acceptable for leadership prior to the 1970’s. But since the success of the Japanese commercial invasion, business has increasingly operated in an era of hyper-competition where rapid innovation changes whole markets overnight. In the old days of leadership theory, business was not so competitive. Then, business’s only task was to execute as cost effectively and profitably as possible. Today, there is also the need for businesses to be constantly re-inventing themselves, to be continuously creating new futures. For leaders to be successful now, they must have an external focus.

The new purpose of leaders is to ensure that new futures are created as rapidly as their external markets evolve. All organizations now have two equally important tasks: to deliver today’s results and to create the future. The principle of division of labor suggests that we need two separate functions for these very different tasks. Management needs to be upgraded from a narrowly controlling, mechanistic function to take care of today’s business, leaving leadership to champion changes to enhance competitive advantage.

So, what are the implications of this shift in emphasis? Well, if your sole reason for being is to maximize employee productivity, you need to be in charge of the people whose performance you want to improve. You need a formal position of authority over them. You need the authority to promote, move, develop, train and pay in accordance with merit. People can be motivated by informal leaders but none of the other productivity enhancing decisions can be made without formal authority.

Not so with the new leadership. Promoting new products, services or better processes can be done by anyone, regardless of their formal roles. Even a consumer group criticizing an existing product line could show leadership from the outside to the organization. This new conception of leadership is the only way to make sense of bottom-up leadership. If leadership is merely the successful promotion of new products, then front-line employees can do it. The Sony employee who invented Playstation is a good example. He showed bottom-up leadership to the senior executives at Sony whose initial reaction to the idea of Playstation was to protest that Sony doesn’t do toys.

The role of senior executives is now more multifaceted. They need to both lead and manage. But leadership, as conceived here, has nothing to do with motivating employees to perform better, contrary to the textbook account. So-called transformational leadership became popular because it was felt that employees needed to be really inspired to give of their best. But now, we need to shift everything to do with motivating employees to management, leaving leadership free to promote enhancements to competitive advantage. Why? Because we need a definition of leadership that makes sense of how leadership can be shown bottom-up which has nothing to do with motivating employees to work harder. The sole purpose of leadership, therefore, is to promote new directions. It is management’s job to execute them.

Leaders must have an external focus to be effective; managers can focus internally. Both leadership and management are equally essential organizational functions, but only management is a formal role. Leadership is an informal, occasional act, like creativity, not a role. Senior executives are managers by virtue of their roles, not leaders. If their businesses are operating successfully and don’t need innovation or process improvements to succeed, then these organizations don’t need any leadership. This is a second radical implication of the new vision of leadership, the first one being that leadership has nothing to do with managing people or getting things done through them.

Keep in mind that, if leadership equates to the successful promotion of new products, services or process improvements, and if anyone can do it regardless of position, then employees with no one reporting to them can show leadership. This is a liberating conclusion, but one that has revolutionary implications for our understanding of leadership.

The Sun Does not Overtake the Moon - Each Flow the Other in an Orbit

In his very interesting article titled ‘Intelligent Design Theory: Why it Matters’, Jay Richards provokes us to think, “If we are nothing more than the sum of chance, impersonal law and environment, then we are not free and responsible individuals, endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights. Because we are not free, we are not responsible; so, paradoxically, we can do whatever we want”.

Let us take the example of Mahaveera. Mahaveera denied God. His was the path of total independence. He said: No one else….except you are responsible for your misery. So there is no one to whom to pray. The soul in itself is all.

Mahaveera’s denial meant that he did not see the workings of any Creator in Existence, so the freedom granted to do one’s inner bidding is not forbidden for him. For Mahaveera there was no Creator; he could do as he wanted.

But it would be wrong to conclude so. If Mahaveera and Buddha (who denied even the soul), are atheists, as they appear to be, then none on earth can be theists. They are first and foremost the finest examples of human species in perfect union with their own selves, in other words, yogis. ‘Yoga’ means to be ‘united’, to be in oneness. And none can say that Mahaveera was not one of the greatest of yogis. Mahaveera was utterly untainted in following his purest of instincts; he went totally naked, which came to him as a result of his becoming one with Himself - fully integrated. He came to a union with his Being. The totality being such that the need for ‘the other’ (the Creator) too, got eliminated.

On the other hand, we have the Bhagavad-Gita, which literally means, ‘The Song of the Divine’, and though most revered by the Hindu’s, it would be wrong to call it of Hindus, asserts on the ‘total surrender’ (Sharanagati) aspect of the self. Not of course the Nazi ’surrender’ it conveys to a Western mind. Schopenhauer, otherwise a life-long staid German philosopher, was known to have danced, the only dance of his lifetime, with the Gita on his head, which to him, had provided all his life’s answers, when he was finally able to let go.

In the two paths, that of Mahaveera’s and of the Gita, we observe that these - denial and acceptance at their ultimate - are declarations in certitude, and not merely theoretical. Richards’s argument is philosophophical, based on conditionality and doubt. The two aforesaid being absolute, all other theories, including that of Richards’s, can be contained in either.

In fact, the two schools of thoughts are the exact opposites of one another, and reconciliation seems difficult, just as a day is separate from a night, complete in themselves, but without which a cycle remains incomplete. This is beautifully expressed in the Qur’an - “It is not for the sun to overtake the moon, nor doth the night outstrip the day. They float each in an orbit.

Acne Scars - Types

As acne resolves, it leaves a hyperpigmented spot on the skin. This is the result of natural healing process. This hyperpigmentation mark slowly fades away and sometimes it takes up to a year. If after a year also you see a mark, you have an acne scar. Let us discuss about the type of acne scars in detail.

Acne scars are of two types -keloids and depressed scars. Keloids are raised scars. Keloids form in few people and a keloid is a mass of tissues that grows on the site of the injury. Keloids are difficult to treat and look very ugly. Keloids are more commonly found on male torsos. Other type of increased tissue formation scar is called hypertrophic scar. Hypertrophy means overgrowth.

Majority of people form depressed scars. The depressed scars form as a result of loss of tissue at the acne site. The tissue is lost when the acne spreads inside the skin and gets attacked by the white blood cells. Some collagen is lost in this process. The new skin grows over the depression and a depressed scar forms. The depressed scars are classified in to three types- ice pick scars, boxcar scars and rolling scars.

Icepick scars-

Icepick scars are commonly deep scars. They may also be superficial. They look sharp as if the skin has been cut with an icepick. These scars are difficult to treat with laser or dermabrasion as they go deeper inside.

Boxcar scars-

These scars do not have sharp edges unlike icepick scars. Boxcar scars are oval or round and commonly they are not very deep.

Rolling scars-

When the scarred skin looks rolled, the scars are known as rolling scars.

Retirement And Supplemental Income - The Perfect Solution

Have you reached the end of your working life with the daunting prospect of money worries? So many people underestimate their living expenses and end up in some real financial difficulties during retirement. Retirement should be enjoyed and after a lifetime of hard work, the very last thing you want to do is to spend your days worrying about having enough money to last you to the end of your life - not even to mention leaving your grandkids a little something to get them started in life.

One of the facts that you have to face when entering retirement is that your expenses will increase while your income will pretty much stay the same. One of the most obvious ways to solve this dilemma is with supplemental income. Retirement and supplemental income is not really a new thing and out of desperation many retirees are forced to take up low paying jobs just to make ends meet. You don’t want to get yourself into this situation and by planning in advance you can easily avoid this.

With an increase in foreign workers willing to work for low wages it is becoming virtually impossible to get a retirement job and after all, you probably wouldn’t want a job if you can avoid it. If you are up for a challenge there is a very exciting and potentially very lucrative solution available to you. Many a retiree are turning to the internet to supplement their diminishing retirement funds.

Starting your own little internet business can potentially be very lucrative and with a lifetime of experience behind you, you probably know more about your area of expertise than many people out there in the field. By using this experience you can easily start a highly lucrative business on the internet as there are millions of people willing to pay you for what you already know.

When it comes to retirement and supplemental income the internet provides the ideal platform for anyone to make money - regardless of your age or level of experience. Here are some of the greatest benefits in starting your own internet business:

* startup cost is extremely low (start for as little as $100) and even if you fail dismally you wouldn’t gamble your retirement funds away.

* age and experience is no real issue and regardless of your level of expertise and experience you can do it and be very successful.

* you get to work in the comfort of your own home, at your own time and you get to determine your own income level.

* you can do what you love - you can choose your topic and even if it’s just your hobby or a passion, you can turn it into a highly lucrative website.

So, if you are ready to take on the challenge and to start supplementing those fragile retirement dollars, just look to the internet. Thousands of retirees are doing it and having great success. In fact, some are even making more money and enjoying it infinitely more than when they were doing their regular job.

Starting your own internet business to supplement your retirement funds carries very low risk, requires very little knowledge and the learning curve is not that steep. The only danger is that you might wish you started doing it earlier in life. Don’t hesitate any longer. You simply cannot rely on the government or your family to look after you when your money runs up.

You owe it to yourself to enjoy your retirement and to live life to the full to the very end. But this requires money and it is still within your reach - it’s never to late to make a fortune and get all those things you always wanted.

A Snorkel Is A Snorkel Right? Not Necessarily - Things To Consider When Purchasing A Snorkel

Will I be using the snorkel for snorkeling, scuba diving or both, that is the first thing you need to ask yourself. Believe it or not snorkels are designed with that question in mind. A snorkel designed for scuba diving may not be the best for snorkeling and snorkel designed for snorkeling may not be the best for scuba diving.

What makes a good snorkeling snorkel? For many folks a dry snorkel is very popular. That means that water doesn’t enter the snorkel. When diving under water or when a wave washes over you, water won’t enter the snorkel. No water in means I don’t have to get the water out to breathe. Be careful when selecting a dry snorkel that it is not overly big and bulky. An ideal snorkel should be low profile. Ok…what does that mean? Simply stated the snorkel should not be big and bulky. Bulky snorkels weigh enough and cause enough drag in the water that they can pull on the mask strap wear they are fastened and make your mask leak. Nobody likes a mask that leaks. All too often people get frustrated with their mask wondering why it is leaking when they know it fits correctly. Taking the snorkel off the mask solves mask leaking issues for many people. If this happens to you chances are your snorkel is big and bulky. The snorkel should have a good system for attaching it to the mask strap. The snorkel should be able to slide up and down and side to side on the mask strap. This will allow you to position the snorkel in your mouth comfortably without pulling on the mask strap.

Be careful when selecting a snorkel with all the bells and whistles. Having features such as a dry top, 2 purges, and a flex tube mouthpiece may provide certain benefits, however, typically make for heavy bulky snorkel. I don’t know of any snorkel that is designed with all these features and can still be considered low profile. You may still select a snorkel with all these features, just know what you are getting and the potential drawbacks.

What makes a good scuba diving snorkel and do I even need one for scuba diving? First off, the answer is yes, you should have one for scuba diving. I was on a trip two weeks ago in Cayman Brac and watched a diver struggle on the surface because he didn’t have a snorkel. The diver ran out of air and was still a long way from the dive boat. He had a back inflation style Buoyancy Compensator which floated him face down in the water. The waves were high and he was having trouble swimming to the boat. The dive boat crew saw that he was in trouble and had to go get him. If he would have had a snorkel he could have easily swam through the waves back to the boat. A snorkel will also help you preserve air in your tank while on the surface. This means more dive time under water…everyone likes that.

These sound like good reasons to scuba dive with a snorkel. So, why are so many people getting rid of their snorkels for scuba diving? The answer is that there snorkel may not be a good design for scuba diving. It is even more important that a snorkel be low profile for scuba diving. Because the snorkel is used much less while scuba diving it should be small and drop comfortably to the side of you face when not in use. I use a snorkel while scuba diving and for the most part don’t even realize it is there until I come to use it. My snorkel is not a dry snorkel nor does it have an accordion style mouth piece as these features add size and bulk. Simply stated, the snorkel I use for scuba diving is plain-jane with no bells or whistles.

Can I find a snorkel that works for both snorkeling and scuba diving? I think so. Even though I primarily scuba dive, I still love to go snorkeling. I use the same snorkel for both. Be sure to get the right scuba gear. For Snorkels, determine what your needs are, analyze the features and benefits, how they apply to snorkeling and scuba diving, and make your choice.
