Get Your 3 Free Credit Reports Now, Did I Mention They were Free?

Your credit report is available to you right now, you just have to reach out and grab it. The only thing that seems to me to hold people back is that they simply don’t know that the report is there for the taking, for free, right now. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is a Federal law which requires each of the Big 3 Major Credit Reporting Agencies to provide each and every American citizen with a free copy of your credit report, at your request. This law does not require you to have any reason other than curiosity to take a look at your report once every 12 months.

What keeps people from actually taking advantage of this terrific federal law? It seems that the only thing keeping them from clicking on the website or calling the phone number or even sending a simple letter in the mail is knowledge. No one seems to realize that these credit reports are available for free at any time, all it takes is a little initiative and filling out a simple form. The Federal Trade Commission or the nation’s consumer protection agency, is assigned the job of enforcing the FCRA and making sure these Consumer Reporting Companies don’t treat us consumers unfairly.

They are in charge of making sure to promote the privacy and accuracy of the information in the files of the Big 3 Credit Reporting Agencies. Your credit repot contains information on where you live, how your bills are paid and even arrest records. The Fair Credit Reporting Act was established to help protect this private information, making sure it does not fall into the wrong hands.

However, it seems that we are allowed to at least view our own information to verify it is accurate finally. The Major Credit Reporting Agencies were required by this law to establish a website, a toll free number and a mailing address with information and links to obtain these free credit reports. To order, you simply need to fill out a simple form and submit it in whichever form you desire. It is not possible to simply contact the consumer reporting companies and request it, you must go through the correct channels to get the report for free.

You may order your reports from each of the three nationwide consumer reporting companies at the same time, or you can order your report from each of the companies one at a time. The law allows you to order one free copy of your report from each of the nationwide consumer reporting companies every 12 months.

There is only one website out there that can actually help you to obtain the free copy of your report. However, many other sites are springing up claiming to offer a “free” credit report, but once you get down to the “fine print” it is easy to see that the “free” report is only good for a short time and in order to get the free report, you must subscribe to the site. It turns out that what these “imposter” sites are really offering you is simply a “trial period” after which you are charged on a monthly basis for these services and to still be able to view your report.

This “free” service suddenly converts to one you have to pay for after a trial period. If you don’t cancel during the trial period, you are agreeing to let the company start charging fees to your credit card. Why do you think they would ask for your credit card number anyway, if they weren’t intending to charge it.

In order to obtain your free credit reports, all three of them, from the site governed by federal law, you are not in any way shape or form required to enter any credit card information. Credit Report Repair can be done simply and by yourself with time and simple tools, you just need to know the right techniques. Obtaining your credit report is the first step to improving your credit score and fix your credit rating. Even the Federal Trade Commission has stated that “anything a credit repair company can do for you legally, you can do for yourself”.

Go out and get your credit report now and you can start improving your score and fixing your credit. Knowing your score and what is on your report can help you to take the first step and begin your credit repair. You simply need the right program to help you to repair your own credit and a good education about credit score repair.

Make sure you find the right one, with great feedback from its happy clients and a long term presence and you can be on your way to fixing your own score yourself using a simple book to get you there. Four Things to Consider Before Purchasing a Home

Many people may consider this common sense but I deal with a lot of buyers who do not consider one or more of these factors when purchasing a home. If you consider these 4 items you will have a better experience when purchasing a home.

The first thing you should always consider is the value. There are many ways to determine the value of a house but the most common is an appraisal. If the value of the home comes in lower then purchase price you may have some room to negotiate the price down in your favor. Many people do not realize that in a buyers market like we are currently in you should rarely pay more then the appraised value for a property.

The Second thing you should consider when purchasing a property is safety. You should always look into the neighborhood you are purchasing in. Many times you can find problem areas with little to no effort. No one wants to live in a crime ridden area. Often you can go to the police station and they will give you tons of great information about problems areas in town.

The Third thing you should consider is the properties condition. ALWAYS order a home inspection, 200 dollars now can save you thousands of dollars later. I even have my clients order a home inspection when they purchase new construction. Often time builders miss things that the home inspector catches.

The Fourth thing you should consider is parking. Many areas have CC&R’s that will not allow you to park cars on the street over night. If you have more cars then will fit in the drive way you may be in trouble. Always consider weather or not the home has enough parking for you and your family.

Are You a Turtle?

One of the most ancient creatures on our planet is the turtle. They have survived changing environmental conditions for millions of years while many other species have gone extinct. Turtles can be very safe and secure when threatened by retracting their head, tail, and legs into their shell to ride out many dangers of life in the wild. But, if they stayed safe in their shell, they would eventually starve to death and would not be able to create subsequent generations. For turtles to flourish, they have to accept the risk of living and give up the safety of their shell, stick out their necks, and move forward… or perish. It’s the same for businesses.

Businesses are just like turtles. They only move forward when they accept the risk of existing in a competitive marketplace and then change to meet the needs and desires of the future. It may be uncomfortable, it may be terrifying, but it is necessary.

Successful businesses manage change, for the most part, very carefully. They are continually taking the pulse of their customers and their targeted prospects. They continually ask the question, “What are my customers and prospects wanting and needing? What will they want and need in the future? How can we change in order to have the right products and services for them and still continually strengthen our brand, our reputation, and the qualities we are known for? They are balancing the safety of the shell against the risk of moving forward.

In large companies there are workgroups or teams of turtles that are sticking out their necks by working continually on answering those questions, developing new products and services to offer in the future. Few small companies have the luxury of being able to devote these resources to the process of change so when the subject of “the future” comes up, they retreat into their shells and deal with the issues of “today” where they feel safe and comfortable, not realizing that they are facing the very real possibility of becoming extinct as the world passes them by. So stick out your neck but do it carefully.

Kit Houses - Building a Home in Less Than One Day

Would you believe that you could be looking at pictures of new homes in a catalog one day and just a few weeks later that one of these homes could be built for you from several boxes of materials? That is just how over 100,000 people built new homes across the United States during the period between 1908 and 1940. This offered affordable housing to people who would otherwise not have been able to own a home of their own. Also, when the boxes arrived at your door the home could be assembled and completed that day!

Many people received the Sears catalog and would look through more than a hundred different models to find the one that would suit their needs. They ranged in price from about $400 for a three room model without a bathroom to over $3,000 for a seven room home with oak doors, shutters, and a granite bath tub.

These homes were referred to as “kit houses” and were very popular during this time. Sears offered a payment plan, a cross between a credit card and a mortgage, so that people could live in the house while they were still paying for it. You could also pay extra to have a construction supervisor assist you with putting the kit together.

Other companies like Montgomery Ward and Aladdin also sold homes by mail, but Sears was the most well known and sold more than the others. This was seen as an affordable and quick way to build a house for your family. Entire neighborhoods across the United States consist of these homes. Sometimes a company needed housing for its workers and ordered a dozen or more at a time. Water and sewer lines were connected and the new neighborhood could be completed within a week of receiving the materials.

Today there are still kit homes available from many companies that specialize in them. They are primarily used as vacation homes or cabins. Many communities prohibit manufactured homes in certain areas of town because of the belief that they will bring down property values.

Sears destroyed many records over the years so it is now impossible to find all of the homes. There are people who have made a hobby of locating them and listing them as historic buildings. Many times someone currently living in a kit home is not even aware that their home is of that type.

This is another part of the history of home building across the United States. The American dream of owning a home can take on many different forms and this is just one of them.

Make Money Doing What You Are Already Doing

What do I mean by making money doing what you are already doing? I mean driving a car, reading emails, visiting websites, going out to eat, and shopping. They are what you do in your life regularly right? Let me guess, with no pay. I know you’re very confused right now. I’ve been there, however it is so true. You may already know what I am talking about. The only word I can describe about this new making money source is “Amazing”

So far, I have tried get paid to read emails, get paid to do surveys, get paid to visit websites and get paid to shop. However, there are whole lot more that you can choose from, like get paid to drive a car, get paid to give out products and free samples. I’ll tell you about what I think about each revenue sources based on my results and experience.

Get paid to read emails, sounds fantastic! It is the first thing I tried out of all those “get paid to do” things. I signed up with about 17 different companies and guess what? I was not very satisfied with my experience. Most of the companies I signed up with paid anywhere 2cents to 10cents. I had to read average of 13 emails to get paid a dollar(hard work..) After 2 days later, I quit. It just wasn’t worth my time. Plus, you have to wait 30sec or more each email confirmation link to confirm which was very very annoying. I am very impatient. I just couldn’t do it.

Get paid to do surveys was very nice. Most companies I signed up with paid $5 - $100. Sounds nice, but there are few obstacles. Most surveys will ask to sign up with their free trials or buy something from them, which means you have to give them your credit card information. If you do not cancel the free trial membership or subscriptions, they will automatically charge you for that. If you’re organized and patient enough to call every company and cancel your membership, I say this is perfect for you. You will make a good amount of money doing this. Not me, I am too lazy.

Get paid to shop and eat. This is the revenue source that I chose to do. What you do is you become a undercover-agent customer and rate stores. For example, if you were to eat at Chilli’s and rate the store, you go to the store and rate the customer services, food, store environments and stuff. Pretty simple, right? Last time, I did this I got paid $40 to eat at this nice restaurant. The meal cost me about $35. I still had $5 after eating nice food for free. I thought that this is so much better than reading emails and doing surveys. So I decided to keep doing it and here I am.

I guess it all depends on what you like, your characteristics and your time. Based on my experience and results, I thought getting paid to shop and eat was the best choice. If you ask me for suggestion that would definitely be my call. If you want to give it a shot at this “get paid to do” and need some companies here is the link. They paid me, so I guess they’re reliable. Remember, build your own experience and results. My results and experience were for me, not for you.

Online Shopping Mall - Shop Till You Drop Without Leaving Your House

Shopping till you drop is a term that has been around for a long time. You literally go from store to store, mall to mall shopping for those bargains. Sometimes you are rewarded with merchandise and sometime you may come home empty handed. Usually you spend a lot of time and energy going from store to store, perhaps intermingling with crowds and perhaps with children in tow. This may be the greatest way to shop for a lot of people.

There are people, however, that after a day’s worth of shop-till-you-drop that come home and wonder why they even went out. They may come home haggard and tell themselves that they never want to do that again. This may be especially true during the holiday shopping season. For those people there is an alternative. It is the online shopping mall.

There are a lot of online shopping malls on the Internet. Some offer many stores in many categories and some that are highly specialize in what they sell. Depending on how many gifts you are looking for and how many will usually dictate the type of online shopping mall you may want to visit. Nonetheless, this type of shopping affords you to literally shop 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

One of the issues about shopping on line is shipping charges, When evaluating shopping online, that is a big factor whether you want to do it or not. You have to evaluate whether your time and effort and the cost of getting to a mall, paying sales taxes if applicable are offset by the shipping charges.

A new concept in shopping on line is a online portal shopping mall. This type of mall offers a front-end to hundreds of online stores and often times offers discounts or cash back for shopping at these stores. When you think about it, cash back or rebates will often times offset the shipping costs. Indeed, when stores offer anywhere from 1% - 40% cash back, why would you shop any other way.

With the onset of online shopping malls, the href="http://www.sturgemall.com">online portal shopping mall stands out from the crowd. It not only offers access to hundreds of stores, but also give you cash rebates by shopping with them. Shopping at a portal shopping mall that offers cash back is really the best of all worlds. How could anyone go wrong?

To check out a great portal online shopping mall , see http://www.sturgemall.com

Jerome Sturgeleski started an online shopping mall portal to allow everyone to shop great name brand stores and get rebates from purchase they make. In the mall there are many stores covering many different categories. Its sure to statisfy almost everyone’s shopping needs.

Build Muscle Mass - 6 Keys to Muscle Building Success - Part II

In Build Muscle Mass - 6 Keys to Muscle Building Success - Part I, we discussed some of the main factors
and principles that affect putting together the proper weight training
routine to give you the most muscle building bang for your buck.
Some of the things we discussed include:

Your muscle fiber type
Your bone structure
Your ability to recover from weight training workouts
How strong you are
How much sleep you get
Your nutrition program
And more

Now lets look at six muscle building keys you can use when putting together
your next weight training program.

* Make sure you warm up

This sounds pretty simple but most people I see lifting weights in the gym
completely ignore proper warm up. And then others warm up way too much,
which negatively affects their actual workout. Warm up just enough to
be able to allow your muscles to fully contract during your working sets.
Studies have shown that a properly warmed up muscle can achieve 20 percent
more muscle stimulation.

A warm up should do just that - warm the muscle and flush blood into it.
Your warm up shouldn’t have you exerting yourself or working hard. Here’s
a good example using the bench press. Let’s say you will be bench pressing
250 pounds for 3 sets of 3 reps. Your warm up could go as follows:

Bar x 20 reps
95 pounds x 12 reps
135 pounds x 6 reps
185 pounds x 3 reps
220 pounds x 2 reps

Work Sets
250 x 3
250 x 3
250 x 3

* Cycle Your Training

Now, I’m not talking about some complicated and convoluted periodization plan.
I’m talking about keeping things simple by going all out in your workouts for
four to six weeks and then having either a very low intensity week or even
staying out of the gym completely for a week before getting into another all
out phase of four to six weeks. This will help your muscle building efforts
by allowing you to recover completely and avoid overtraining.

* Use Variation In Your Training

This is more for staying fresh mentally than an absolute requirement for building
muscle. But if you get bored from your workout, you won’t work out with as much
intensity, even if just subconsciously. A good way to use variety is to incorporate
it into your phase training. Every time you start up a new four to six week training
phase, consider using a slightly different routine so you stay motivated and challenged.

We’ll discuss the next three muscle building keys in Part III.

Watch Satellite TV Advantages & Setbacks

Watching satellite TV is not new to American homes. But if you are not watching now, you may want to look at the advantages to watch satellite TV, what satellite TV has to offer to you as an avid TV viewer and what are the shortcomings if any. After all, satellite TV is climbing up in popularity in terms of television entertainment. In addition, satellite TV providers have been sprucing up their offers to provide quality TV viewing entertainment at competitive rates to rival cable TV and other television systems. Hopefully, this article would open your eyes to satellite TV options and help you decide if you should watch satellite TV.

Subscribers of satellite TV quickly know that the channel selection is huge and flexible. TV viewers are given a choice to select from a range of affordable packages depending on the type of satellite TV channels they wish to watch. Even the most basic packages offer greater diversity and variety in TV channels than standard packages offered by cable. So a satellite TV subscriber can watch satellite TV on more channels than cable TV for the same price.

The satellite TV providers are quick to ensure that their subscribers enjoy unique programming features when they watch satellite TV. Such features include offering pay-per-view function, parent lock and advanced remote controls. Some of them even incorporated video gaming capabilities in the satellite TV set-up. So all in all, the feature-rich packages do offer value for bucks.

A satellite dish system is required before you can watch satellite TV. Installation used to cost a far bit. On top of that, grappling with complicated satellite dish set-up was a kill joy for many. And as a result, many shun away from watching satellite TV unless forced by circumstances such as lack of cable network.

Satellite TV services have worked around this by providing free installation and equipment. Installation nowadays includes access to satellite TV from more than one room. Anyone may request for more rooms to be included in the set-up and if you have your way, it is free. The satellite TV service provider would send in their technicians and install a small satellite dish. There you go, you can now watch satellite TV from your living room, study or bedroom at any time you want.

One setback about satellite TV systems is that folks who rent often get into trouble with their landlords over the installation. Eventually, a few things may happen. Extra rent has to be paid for the fixture, or landlords refuse to budge on the matter and disapprove the installation. So be sure to check with your landlady!

A satellite dish system was indispensable to watch satellite TV until recently when PC satellite TV software is available. This nice little software application makes use of the internet connection to receive satellite TV channel feeds and once installed, your PC transforms instantly into a digital TV. It is not a surprise that this way of watching satellite TV is shaking the whole TV entertainment industry like a quake.

Satellite TV can really provide hours of fabulous entertainment to you and your family. Learn more about PC satellite TV if you are keen to plug into and watch satellite TV on PC in minutes from now.

Asbestos - Dangers and Diseases

Asbestos has been used for centuries and is not, as some think, a recent product. At one time items made from asbestos were regarded as having an equal value to gold. In fact, it is reputed that Charles the Great, (King of the Franks in the year 768) had a tablecloth made from asbestos. It does have a resistance to fire and heat and has been used over centuries for this practical purpose - from historical uses such as lamp wicks and Egyptian burial shrouds through to modern brake pad linings. It has been used for high temperature wiring insulation as well as in the construction of buildings to insulate and protect against fire.

There are many forms of asbestos but there are three main types, white, brown and blue.

White asbestos: otherwise known as chrysotile is the type preferred in industry. It has a flexible property and has been used in many theatres for fire safety curtains, as well as for firefighter’s protective clothing. Some evidence exists that it is harmful but not as harmful as some other types.

Brown asbestos: also known as amosite, this type usually originates from Africa and is highly bio-hazardous.

Blue asbestos: also known as crocidolite comes from Australia and Africa. This type is believed to be the most dangerous type of asbestos, therefore it is extremely bio-hazardous.

There are other types that someone may come across, some of which include actinolite asbestos, anthophyllite asbestos and tremolite asbestos. These are not as commonly used industrially, but may still be found in some products.

The main danger to health from asbestos is from the fibres, which can be inhaled. The four main diseases associated with asbestos fibre inhalation are asbestosis, mesothelioma, asbestos-related lung cancer and diffuse pleural thickening.

Asbestosis: Caused by inhaling asbestos fibres, generally from heavy exposure. It is defined as lung fibrosis.

Mesothelioma: This is a form of cancer where cancerous or malignant cells are found in the mesothelium. This is the protective sac that most of the body’s organs are covered with. It mainly affects the lining of the lungs, which is known as the pleura and the peritoneum, which surrounds the lower digestive tract. Around 80 percent of cases of mesothelioma show the patient to have had a history of exposure to asbestos.

Asbestos-related lung cancer: For many years now asbestos exposure has been recognised as a high risk factor for the development of lung cancer. It is not possible, however, to put a direct number to the amount of cases of lung cancer, which have been caused by asbestos. This is because there are other risk agents that cause the disease, tobacco smoke for instance. Unfortunately it is not possible to distinguish which risk agent was the cause of a case of lung cancer.

Diffuse pleural thickening: As mentioned previously the pleura is a membrane covering which lines the inside of the rib cage and also surrounds the lungs. If asbestos fibres are inhaled, some may work their way into the pleura and this can lead to scarring and or fibrosis. This may cause the pleura to thicken. The condition will show up on an x-Ray. If this thickening spreads over a large area it may cause a restriction of expansion of the lungs.

It has now become clear that exposure to asbestos can be harmful. Because of this, the use of it has virtually disappeared. If there are products in the home that may contain asbestos, it is advisable to have a professional contractor inspect them. It is a complex process to remove asbestos and should always be done by a qualified person. It can be a highly dangerous and even lethal substance. If in doubt then call someone out.

Get Paid From Ebay When My Auction Is Over

Many people start their first online business at ebay. Only few actually makes money doing it. How do you make money on ebay? You buy stuffs for cheap prices and sell it for more. Sounds simple and easy, anyone can do it. However, it is very difficult to do, because you have to find the niche products. You have to find what people want and understand the supply-and-demand concept.

Now, what if you do find profitable niche products that have high demanding? Will you make money? I say it is possible but very hard. There are just so many competitions out there. Plus, who knows that you will have the cheapest price? You probably won’t.
Then, is it impossible to make money with ebay? NO, there are two ways.

First, promote ebay and get paid. When you refer someone, who is new to ebay, and he or she bids on a product and wins you will get paid by ebay for referring. However, that is not quite easy, because whole country knows about ebay and I’m pretty sure that everyone has an account. Still, you have very high chance.

If you don’t like the first method, you will love the next method.

Second, get paid on other people’s auctions. WHAT? You read it right. You get paid by ebay when my auction is over. Now, how does this work? You simply bring people to auction. If people that you brought to an auction wins the product, you get paid. If you like this method, you need to sign up as an ebay affiliate which is very easy. Just go to ebay affiliate and sign up then start making money.
