FFA Sites And Online Marketing - The Good The Bad And The Ugly

Lets face it there are a ton of these FFA sites on the internet(Free For All). It is very easy to advertise your business or offer on these sites as most of them are absolutely free. Before you go hog wild and start posting I want to review how these sites operate or in this case how they do not!

First lets look at the bright side to this form of advertising. There are thousands maybe hundreds of thousands of these sites to post your ad on which in theory will reach thousands of viewers almost instantly, Hooray! free traffic right? Well the ONLY thing good about these sites is how easy it is to post your ad, that is it.

Now for the bad side, you post your ad in hopes to get tons of free traffic but in actuality everyone who posts on these sites are doing the same thing and nobody reads them! this all equates to absolutely no traffic and a big waste of time. But wait it gets even worse. If you use this method of advertising too much there is a good chance that the website you are promoting will NOT get listed in the major search engines like Google and Yahoo. These search engines related websites on these sites as garbage and do not want them on the search results. So you can see how damaging this can be in your marketing efforts. This by the way is the UGLY side of posting in FFA sites if you have’nt already guessed.

My recommendation, stay far away from FFA sites. If you want free effective methods, stick to proven methods like article marketing, press releases and blogging. These are mostly free and have proven over time to help you get indexed in the search engines. In addition I would like to add that with online marketing for the most part if you want to just place ads and be successful you will need to spend some money as you get what you pay for. Some of the higher traffic ad sites include Adpost.com Epage.com and a rising player is postaroo.com out of canada. These sites will offer you good traffic at a reasonable price.

In summary just stay away from FFA sites and if you must place ads use the higher traffic sites like the ones I have listed above. You will save yourself alot of time and frustration knowing that your time is well spent.

I have been involved with internet marketing for over 6 months now and have learned some really good internet marketing techniques that work. This information will save you a ton of time and frustration For more information visit this resource site: http://www.rjbeck-review.com/advertising/index.php

Refinance Home Mortgage Loan - Locking in a Low Rate

When you’re shopping for a new refinance mortgage, it’s important to find and secure the lowest interest rate possible. Getting a written mortgage lock-in is a sure way to protect the low rate you’ve worked hard to get.

A mortgage rate lock-in, is a lender’s guarantee to hold an agreed upon interest rate and points for a specific period of time. When negotiating a refinance home loan, it’s wise to lock-in your mortgage rate long enough to take you through the closing process. Typical lock-ins range from 30 to 60 days in length, although longer periods are possible.

Some lenders may charge you a fee for locking in your loan rate. The amount of the lock-in fee can be anywhere from zero to five hundred dollars and will vary from lender to lender. Fees also depend on the length of the lock-in you request. Always be sure to request a written lock-in instead of a verbal one so that you have a record of the lock-in agreement.

If mortgage interest rates happen to go down during the lock-in period, many lenders will reduce the interest rate of your loan accordingly. Ask your lender whether they have a (float-down) policy. A float-down policy reduces your rate if mortgage interest rates go down during the lock-in period.

When requesting a mortgage rate lock-in, make sure the time period you request is long enough to cover you all the way through to the closing of the loan. Ask your lender what their policy is in case of an unexpected delay in the closing of the loan. Extensions are possible, but some lenders charge an additional fee for extending the length of a lock-in.

7 Questions To Ask Before You Marry

Marriage is still very sacred to many and there is still a hint of religious morals that will affect the person’s thoughts on marriage. You should know that getting married is more than just a piece of paper; it is the beginning of a new life.

Marriage is something that you will not just be able to toss away, although, divorce now is more popular than marriage. When you agree to marry someone who are agreeing to share your life with them, it is very important to understand that marriage is more than just love. It is waking up every day to the same person and not feeling one bit different about them. It is about unconditional love.

There are some questions that you will want to ask yourself before you marry.

1) Ask yourself why you want to get married.

There is always reason other than love that one would want to get married. You have to be open to yourself and to your partner about the real reason why you may want to take the plunge. Some people feel that it is their duty. Some people feel that it is just right for them. Others feel that they would like to start the family chapter in their life. What is it that is pushing you to feel like you really want to get married?

2) What do you love about your mate?

Are things going to get annoying in time? If they changed ‘these things’ that you love about them would you’re love for them change as well. These are all good related questions that you will need to know answers about. You need to ask yourself such questions because you need to know if your love is conditional or unconditional. If it is conditional, you will know right away when you begin to think about it. Unconditional means things can change. The world can change, but nothing will ever change the way that you feel about the person. If change does exist, it is because you have fallen more in love them than you ever could image.

3) What are the things that you truly hate about the person?

They are to be a few things that you hate about the person. Things that truly grate on your last nerve, however, if you can accept all of their faults to still want to get married, and then you really do love unconditionally.

4) The saying, “I love you, but I don’t have to like you.”

Is there anything in the world that this person could do to make you love them any less. Things other than the obvious like cheating, lying, deceiving, and such. If there are things that are not the unacceptable behavior by most social standards, you may want to rethink the marriage, but you may still eventually be able to say, “yes,” to marriage.

5) Are you ready to be husband?

Have you two discussed your role in the marriage? Some people will find that they jumped too quickly into marriage and then they ended up not realizing what that intended. You should tell your mate what you expect from them as your married partner. You need to have this conversation so that married life does not end up being a shock to you.

6) Ask yourself if this is something that you can make the commitment to.

Is this something that you would be able to keep going for the rest of your life? Remember, saying “I Do,” means more than just right now. It is a life changing experience. It is something that you are going to have to live with for the rest of your life.

Divorce does not mean anything. It just means that you legally are not obligated to see the person anymore, but then there are the holidays and special occasions. You do not have to think that you can feel okay with marriage, because if it does not work out because of divorce you should want to get married because you want to spend the rest of your life sharing it with someone special.

7) How do you feel right now?

Do you feel right now, like this is right? Let your heart, guide, but allow your brain to think things through. You will want to make sure that you feel right about the choice and that you can live with this.

When it comes to marriage, you have to think about things that most people think about after the wedding. It is important to understand the reasoning behind your actions and how you feel about marriage and the person that you love.

When it comes to marriage it is scary and overwhelming, but it is worth every feeling in the end. It is worth everything that you ever go through because marriage has so many good things that you hardly care about the bad things. Marriage in general is the way that you can be happy with the one that you love and want.

Of Blood and Sacrifice

The Body cannot live without the blood. If you had a perfect body and you would change the blood to clear water, the body would die. Why? The life of the Body is the Blood. The same thing applies to the body of a Christian and also, the Church as a whole. Without the Blood, the Body would die. “For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. Lev 17:11″

What God has made He made for all. The blood of man is constant, but the heart of man is inconsistent.”And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;
Acts 17:26″

Who among you shall shed innocent blood? The blood of Mother, Father, Sister or Brother. The blood of strangers or servants.? This shedding of blood, of man, is a hateful thing, in the sight of God. For it was God who prepared and delivered, this blood. The Bible tells us that the blood, shed of man, pollutes the ground upon which it falls. It also turns a man into a murder and thief. “For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness. Isaiah 59:3″

But what Of Blood and Sacrifice? The blood that we speak of is two different things, 1. That of sacrificial atonement and 2. The giver of life within the body.

Is there sacrifice, when one body kills another? Again two answers. 1. Yes, where there is only the intention of saving others threw the shedding of blood in love. And 2. No. Where there is blood shed in hate and so called martyrdom.

“Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man. Gen 9:6 ” Is this an eye for and eye, tooth for a tooth, a life for a life? No we are not under the Law but under Grace. We are, under the Law of final judgment. Where every action of man shall be brought forth into the light. But there in contrast is the shedding of innocent blood for the remission of all sin, including murder.

“For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy. Rev 16:6″ Was Jesus a saint, prophet,Teacher, Preacher and Lord? Did not He shed His blood for all mankind?
“For the stone shall cry out of the wall, and the beam out of the timber shall answer it. Woe to him that buildeth a town with blood, and stablisheth a city by iniquity! Hab 2:11-12″
Is not this the way of mankind today? Building kingdoms and Nations on the blood of the innocent? They use the mortar of hate and the Blood of life, to make their bricks. The walls weep and cry out for revenge, and justice, for so many have, and will die to build a fortress. The Egyptians, Aztecs, and others, have tried to build with Blood. But haven’t all these kingdoms fallen? “Therefore, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will prepare thee unto blood, and blood shall pursue thee: sith thou hast not hated blood, even blood shall pursue thee. Eze 35:6″ Blood for Blood, a killer by the sword shall also, be killed by the Sword.
For when you destroy, what God had created, you shall answer to Him, for what you have done. Can a man sin against His own soul? Yes.

“For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy. Rev 16:6 ” Who has done this thing, that all men have come to judgment before the Lord? All men. There was a representative of all Nations and Races among man at the Crucifiction of the Lamb. “And it was the preparation of the passover, and about the sixth hour: and he saith unto the Jews, Behold your King! But they cried out, Away with him, away with him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Shall I crucify your King? The chief priests answered, We have no king but Caesar.
John 19:14-15″
Shall I crucify your King? Or have you already? Have you freed Jesus within your soul, or have you desired to drink the blood of an innocent? Martyrdom is not the taking of innocent blood by murder. Martyrdom is giving of ones own life, to save and not kill. There is a misjudgment among man that says, we must take, and drink, in the blood of others. This to show their loyalty to God. This is a lie. Martyrdom is as was Stephen, Antipas, and Jesus, The disciples and the Apostle Paul.
If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame. (Heb 6:6)
Each time a man falls away from the truth they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh. The reject the blood and sacrifice that was made on their behalf. They refuse the will of God and make unto themselves a new god, way and doctrine.

Nothing is hid from the sight of God.
I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan’s seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth. (Rev 2:13)
Martyrs are those that dwell within the will of God. They are those that are covered by the Blood and Sacrifice of one, who had no sin. Who among you have no sin? Who among you can offer his blood and life as a true sacrifice for all mankind? Do you only see your race of people as the only ones worthy of God? Do you say that, “We are the only ones that can interpret the word of God.” If so then how can you convert mankind? Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves. (Mat 23:15) Without the truth any converts are, just as lost, as you are. Hell is full of proselytes, that were forced to bow to false gods and idols.

Violence Prevention: Work Place Planning Principles

The FBI suggest that prevention and/or management of work place violence begins with having a plan of prepared policies, practices and structures in place to spot and defuse potential dangers before violence develops.

Important principles in forming an effective work place violence strategy include:

·-There must be support from the top. If a company’s senior executives are not truly committed to a prevention program, it is unlikely to be effectively implemented.

·-There is no one-size-fits-all strategy. Effective plans share a number of features, but a good plan must be tailored to the needs, resources, and circumstances of a particular work force.

·-A plan should be proactive, not reactive.

·-A plan should take into account the workplace culture; work atmosphere, relationships, traditional management styles, etc.

The following workplace elements may foster a toxic climate and should be called to the attention of top executives for remedial action: intolerance, bullying or intimidation, lack of trust among workers, high levels of stress, frustration and anger; poor communication, inconsistent discipline and erratic enforcement of company policies.

·-Planning for and responding to workplace violence calls for expertise from a number of perspectives. A workplace prevention plan will be most effective if it is based on multidisciplinary team approach.

·-Managers should take an active role in communicating the workplace violence policy to employees. They must be alert to warning signs, the violence prevention plan and response and must seek advice and assistance when there are indications of a problem.

·-Practice your plan! No matter how thorough or well-conceived, preparation won’t do any good if an emergency happens and no one remembers or carries out what was planned. Training exercises must include senior executives who will be making decisions in a real incident. Exercises must be followed by careful, clear-eyed evaluation and changes to fix whatever weaknesses have been revealed.

·-Re-evaluate, rethink, and revise. Policies and practices should not be set in concrete. Personnel, work environments, business conditions and society all change and evolve and prevention must change and evolve with them.

Components of Workplace Violence Prevention can include the following:

·-A statement of the employer’s no threats and violence policy and complementary policies such as those regulating harassment and drug and alcohol abuse.

·-A physical security survey and assessment of premises

·-Procedures for addressing threats and threatening behavior

·-Designation and training of an incident response team.

·-Access to outside resources, such as threat assessment professionals.

·-Training of different management and employee groups.

·-Crisis responses measures.

·-Consistently monitor behavioral standards and applicable disciplinary procedures.

Questions To Identify Your Guerilla Niche

This step involves a close analysis of your business.
Much like an investigative reporter, you need to
determine the who, what, where, when, and why of your
customer base. Ask yourself the following questions:

–Would your product or service appeal more to men,
women, or both genders equally?

–What age range does your product or service appeal
to? (Note: if your business sells products or services
for children, parents are your target demographic).

–What is the range of income and education level of
the people who may be interested in your product or
service?

–Are they single? Married? With children? Retired?

–How will your customers use your products or
services? Is there a potential for repeat business?

–Does your product or service fall into the category
of needs (food, clothing, shelter) or wants (luxury
items)?

–What makes your product or service unique

–Is your product an impulse buy (books, shoes,
gourmet food) or an investment (cars, boats, computer
hardware or software)?

–How are transactions for your product or service
typically carried out — online, mail order, or in
person? Cash, check, or credit cards? A single
payment, multiple payments, or monthly recurring fees?

–How do your potential customers typically become
alerted to new products or services? Online, through
public advertisements, from the news media, or some
other method?

You may even want to develop a profile of your ideal
customer (for example, 20-30 year old single
college-educated females, or 40-50 year old married
males with middle-class incomes) to help you pinpoint
your target market.

Marketing Like A Guerilla

If you’re tired of failing with your marketing, this
article will give you some highly effective, yet
unconventional ways to increase the response your
marketing produces.

To show you what this wonderful new business marketing
system has to offer, let me give you an excerpt of an
actual page from this course.

First, let me define the term “target” marketing.
Target marketing is specifically introducing and
reintroducing your particular product to those
business or individuals who are most likely to want or
need it. When discussing target marketing, Guerilla
Marketing goes into this phase of marketing with
some wonderful examples and gives the new business
owner deliberate steps to take.

It states: There are two steps to target marketing,
which is also referred to as niche marketing. The
first is to define your target, and the second is to
find ways to reach them. Once you have accomplished
these steps, you can incorporate this information into
a guerilla marketing campaign that will give you the
most bang for your buck (or more likely, your
efforts).

So, how does a new business owner find their niche?
There are some simple guidelines to help. Consider
things like gender, age, marital status, location,
climate, marital status, and how will you service the
customer’s transactions?

Once you determine who you want to target your
advertising to, it’s time to decide how you best want
to reach them, whether it will be public
advertisement, news media, or one of many other
methods.

There are many ways to advertise your business but
it’s important that you choose one that is best
for your business.

The amount of valuable information included in
Guerilla Marketing 101 is being offered to a select
few, and you are one of those few. Click here to
download the entire book along with the 3 free bonuses
included if you act now. This is NOT something you
want your competitors to discover first.

You have everything to gain and nothing to lose, that
is, except the profits you’ll be giving away to your
competition. Click here for the rest of the story.

As you can see Guerilla Marketing is a great way to
break free of the mold of advertising that just
doesn’t produce. Take these tactics to heart and
make sure that you give them a try in your business.

How To - Create a Powerful Teleclass Description

If you use teleclasses to promote your courses, products or coaching services, you know that getting people interested in your class is essential. And the first exposure your potential clients have to your message is in your teleclass description. By putting some thought, along with tested and true marketing principles, into your description, you are more likely to attract your ideal client. Here are 5 easy steps to follow.

(1) Target Practice

Have you defined your target market clearly? Of course, the biggest audience is best, but what you need for your teleclass to succeed is a message that speaks to your particular niche market.

Define your niche in very specific terms. Rather than “working mothers” go further into the market: “working mothers of children under the age of 6 who are feeling overwhelmed by the combination of work outside the home and family life”.

This will help you tailor your message to your specific target.

(2) Speak to a Single Person

Now that you have defined your target market, construct an image of a typical member of that group. Give your person a name, hair style, height, weight, etc. Make a “virtual target” complete with a name. Those who are visual learners will be able to do this quite easily, but it a great tool for writing your class description to have your target become as “real” as possible.

(3) Create an Outline

Bullet points are the best thing since sliced bread when writing a teleclass description. Make an outline of the top 3 to 5 things that you want your target to learn during your class. Be excruciatingly clear and specific.

No detail is too small for the outline and no stone should go unturned here. This is the “meat” of your description so take your time with this and consider what you want to impart, and what you feel the target needs to hear.

(4) Answer the Questions

Take the target’s place and make another outline of the top 3 to 5 things you think that your target would like to know about your teleclass subject. Consider all the angles from which your target may approach your teleclass.

If you know someone who is in your target, ask their opinion. Are you part of a message group that you could poll? Take this research and use it to your advantage.

(5) Write Away!

Now that you have your outlines, use them to craft your description. Keep it short and sweet. An attention grabbing headline is a must as most people will decide within seconds whether to read on or move on. Tell them what they will learn and how it will help answer their questions or address their issues.

Make your description conversational. Avoid technical jargon to make your description easily readable. Make it concise, as most listing services have a word limit. Create an opening, body and end; you can use your opening as a teaser or summary on some listing sites.

Don’t forget that even the smallest things will impact your reputation as a teleclass leader. Be aware of your spelling, grammar and tone of voice. They all represent you to your target. Since your ultimate goal is to grow your practice, pay attention to the fundamentals that create your foundation.

Now put it out to the Universe, and let the people come.

Guerilla Marketing That Worked

Saint Paul, Minnesota: Before the opening of the first
Crazy Carrot Juice Bar, marketer Eric Strauss engaged
in some forward thinking. He spent $73 to put together
a life-sized carrot costume, which was worn at several
special events around town.

Over the next year, the “Carrot” made many public
appearances. It was featured in various print, radio,
and television media, and became largely responsible
for catapulting the company’s success. Eventually, the
Crazy Carrot Juice Bar expanded to five stores and 65
employees, and was then sold to industry giant Jamba
Juice — all for a mere $73 investment.

Irvington, New York: The Flying Fingers Yarn Shop,
just outside of Manhattan, was looking to expand its
customer base. At the suggestion of a marketing
consultant, the company secured three giant balls of
yarn, complete with knitting needles, to the roof of a
modified van and called it the Yarn Bus.

On weekends, the Yarn Bus travels between Irvington
and NYC, promoting visibility and making special
appearances at news events. Flying Fingers has seen a
good increase in store traffic, but more importantly,
people who might not make the physical trip to the
store are made aware of their website, where they can
learn about knitting classes offered by the store and
purchase knitting supplies. The high visibility of the
Yarn Bus has produced excellent results.

Manhattan, New York: Even not-for-profit businesses
look to expand their reach. The Marble Church sought a
way to attract younger members and revitalize their
congregation. So, they turned to a marketing firm who
came up with some unusual ways to get the word out.

One Labor Day weekend, hundreds of Hamptons weekenders
visitors to the Hamptons spotted an airplane banner
bearing the intriguing message: “Make a friend in a
very high place. Marblechurch.org.” In addition, the
church rented a low-cost mobile billboard (mounted on
the side of a van) that drove around Manhattan. The
sign read: “In This Town It Doesn’t Hurt to Have God
Onon Your Side.”

These creative messages, delivered in creative ways,
introduced Marble Church to people who would otherwise
never have heard of the place. As a result, the church
reported a 31% increase in membership.

Oregon: Odd giveaways abound. People are intrigued by
the unusual, which may explain why the Les Schwab tire
dealership’s “free beef in February” promotion keeps
customers coming back, or why a nearby bank receives
excellent local media coverage for their yearly
tradition of giving away free Vidalia onions to anyone
who walks in.
