Which flavor of ice cream do you like better: chocolate or vanilla? The flavors are essentially the same but they’re also worlds apart when you compare the two part by part, aspect by aspect. And that’s what you’re facing as well when you’re shopping for a new TV. LCD or plasma TV? It’s a question that’s sure to set your head spinning if you don’t possess the right information.

What Makes LCD and Plasma TV Sets Alike
Before we get on with the various differences between LCD and plasma TV sets, let’s first take a look at the things they have in common.

LCD TV sets make use of two liquid crystal panels that react to and against each other to display the appropriate images. Plasma TV sets, on the other hand, make use of a gaseous substance called plasma and which are contained in bubble-like cells of glass. Each glass contains RGB (red, green, and blue) phosphors. When electricity flows into these cells, the colors react accordingly to produce the appropriate images.

Brightness - If you’re looking for a TV set that can handle the brightest images, an LCD TV set may be more suitable than a plasma TV set. Brightness is often a concern for aging people as their eyes can only discern images accurately if they’re displayed in a brighter setting than usual.

Size - For near-sighted people, a larger TV set is better because it allows them to see images more clearly as everything is magnified by the screen. With regard to sizes, plasma TV sets can offer you more large scale options than LCD TV sets ever could. Generally speaking, plasma TV sets are built to be BIG while LCD TV sets are built to be compact.

Energy Conservation - Because of how LCD TV sets work, they will enable you to save more on electricity costs than plasma TV sets. But the difference between both energy costs is minimal so this must not be considered as a primary factor in the decision-making process.

Contrast Settings - How black is black, and how white is white? That’s the question you’re asking when talking about contrast. In a black-and-white movie, contrast is everything. Plasma TV sets will offer you better contrast than LCD screens. The margin between LCD and plasma TV sets is huge, so LCD TV sets are definitely second-best in this category.

Burn-In Images - Plasma burning is a somewhat common occurrence while burning is unheard of in LCD TV sets. But since manufacturers are continually come up with better and more effective ways to solve this problem, this shouldn’t be a primary factor in the selection process as well.

Ultimately, the choice is up to you. As cost is not a factor between the two, you’ll have to mostly depend on your opinion. Just as there’s no right answer between chocolate and vanilla, there’s no right answer as well for determining which is better between LCD and plasma TV.

Many fishermen choose their lures by trial and error. They keep changing their hooks until they find something that works. I’m hoping with some of the following articles I will be able to take a lot of the guessing out of choosing your lure.

It doesn’t matter if the water is clear or murky because the spinner works in different ways to attract fish and get them biting. In clear water fish see the flash of the blades while in murky water they feel the vibrations and come looking for the hook. The nice thing about spinners is that they are relatively easy to use. You cast them and retrieve them straight because the hook does the work. And quite often when a fish hits a spinner they will usually hook themselves.

Spinner baits are a great hook for pretty much any type of fresh water fish. They will also work at any time of the year but they are especially effective in cold or warm water. This water makes the fish slow and sleepy and they really don’t want to chase anything but you can even get the blades on a spinner moving slow with a slow retrieval.

Different blades on spinners have different amounts of water resistance. A broad blade rotates at a greater angle. A large blade has greater resistance than smaller ones of the same shape. Sensitive tackle will help you feel the beat of the spinner better. Now if you don’t feel the spinner than you may be retrieving the hook too slow.

When fishing a spinner bait you want to use a stiffer rod so you can set the hook better when you get a strike. Using spinner baits for small pan fish you should use 2 to 6 pound test. For walleye and small mouth you should use 6 to 10 pound test and for bigger fish 12 to 25 pound test would be recommended.

It’s important to keep your spinner baits separated in your tackle box or you can waste valuable fishing time trying to untangle hooks when you should be fishing. Some people might disagree but I personally don’t like spinners around weed beds because I find myself spending more time getting my hooks unstuck from the weeds.

Producing a high probability trade forecast is not easy. Just as difficult is determining the best trading strategy and vehicles to capitalize on the forecast. Read on to learn some of my favorites trading strategies.

Let’s say you’ve done your homework. You’ve identified a pivot point, a futures market direction and have projected a time frame for the move. The only thing missing is the price amplitude. In other words, how big or small will the price move be?

Generally, the magnitude of the move will always be the unknown. With TimeLine forecasts we will always have an idea of the direction and time frame, but it is up to real world commodity market forces to decide how far the move will carry.

The way to handle price uncertainty is through time and price diversification. Since we don’t know how far price will carry, we need to have a commodity trading vehicle that will respond to both a small move and a large one as well. If we choose to use commodity options, buying far out-of-the-money options is a bad bet for small price moves.

The move may take place while the option value goes nowhere. In addition, to buy an expensive option with a close strike and lots of time can be a bad bet if the market moves immediately against us and sucks its premium away quickly.

To handle time diversification, we need to compromise by buying two different options with different expiration months. We would buy an expensive option with a close strike with lots of time and also a cheaper, farther away option with less time. (Notice we have price diversification here too)

The long-term option is to be held for the complete move. It will gain similar to a futures contract once it’s in-the-money. The shorter-term commodity option is used as the trading vehicle to be liquidated on the first sharp move in our favor. Getting a fast double or triple is a good goal for the shorter-term option.

An option spread (selling an option against the purchase) is another way to take in some premium to help pay for the option purchases. Also, “granting” to create a “free” option trade is another technique. These more complex option strategies are well covered in other lessons.

To get even more price diversification, we scale out on price. And we get our time diversification by scaling out in time too. No one knows exactly when and where a price move will end. Simply having two completely different commodity options and scaling out will result in both time and price diversification when we liquidate.

How do we handle profit taking for the longer-term option? One way is to grant another option against it or to sell a futures contract as a hedge when a short-term rally has peaked. I have some good news and I have some bad news for you. The good news is that everything you could possibly want or desire, is already yours. The bad news is that you have to be willing to take the steps to get it. Let me explain. Everything you could possibly think of or want, is already out there in the world waiting for you to claim it. Be it love, money, a house, a car, whatever. The bad news is that you need to be willing to open yourself up to receive it.

See, the problem with most people is that they think there is an out there and an in here. They never take the time to realize that the outside world that we look at and experience on a regular basis is not separate from the internal world of thoughts and emotions. We are absolutely one and the same with everything we label as being out there. This is a key foundation of understanding for attracting everything we want. Let me give you an example. Let’s say that you want someone to love you. You long every day for that special someone who will show you how valuable and precious you are. You crave the desires of someone else. You want their affection and attention. See, this is viewing things from an out there and in here perspective. You already have all of those things within yourself already, if you open up and receive them. You already have someone who looks at you ever day in the mirror who wants to love you. Who wants to show you affection and attention and give you all of their love. The problem is that we are longing for those things from an outside source when in reality, they are already within us and ours to possess. Once we open up to it and give it to ourselves, then we are able to move it to a higher level where things that are out there help reinforce and validate what we already have on the inside.

The same is true for everything else. We may want a big house and a fancy car. These things are already yours. Most people do not see the car sitting in the driveway and automatically assume that it is not there. This is wrong. The car is there. Maybe not in physical form, but it is simply waiting for you to receive it. If you cannot first feel it inside of you. If you are unable to see it in your minds eye sitting in your driveway. If you cannot fathom that you deserve the car, it will never sit in your driveway. You must first know within yourself that the car is already yours, and the universe will begin to present opportunities for you to make the car a part of your physical reality.

See, everything that has ever been created and ever will be created was first an idea. A concept in someones mind. It started as an emotional thought that moved into action and eventually a physical reality. Nothing was ever created in the world first, then became an idea. It makes us laugh to even think of it that way. So why do we believe that our lives and reality are any different? If we cannot first create the idea and concept of having what we want, how can we ever expect the physical reality to become true for us. See, we already have everything we want inside of us. If it is not inside of us, we are doomed to only long for it and never truly have it.

Once we are able to see it inside of us. Once we are able to hold it and feel it within our being, then, and only then, will it become a part of our physical reality. After we learn to align ourselves on the inside with what it is we want, we will begin to create and recognize the opportunities for having it. Maybe you need a hundred bucks by next Friday. If you are able to see it as a reality, even if you have no clue how it will happen, the universe will make it a truth for you. The universe will make sure you have the hundred bucks. But if you are concerned about it, and you worry about it, and put a lot of negative thoughts and feelings into it and are not sure about how it will happen, the universe will respond to that inner reality and give you what you ask for. But if instead you are able to see yourself holding an extra hundred dollars in your hand. You feel the texture of the paper. You see the green and gray of the paper. You smell the scent of money, and you know without a doubt inside you that it is yours, you will have it. The universe will open up and deliver it to you.

The way the universe delivers may be completely unknown to you. But the better you get in aligning yourself with what you want on the inside, the quicker and easier it will be for you to get what you want. A friend might call you up and have some extra work you can do for the hundred bucks. Someone who has owed you money for years may bump into you and give you what they owe you. You might get a check in the mail. The possibilities are endless as to the way the universe will deliver it, but the universe will deliver. It has to deliver as it is a basic rule of the universe. It does what it is told every time, on time, without fail, if you ask properly and realize that what you want, is already a part of your reality, if you let it.

Probably one of the biggest selling items in any convenience store in North America. In this article I am going to try and enlighten you a little on the different types of condoms and what women like about them.

Chrysler has cars, Trojan has condoms. Condoms have come a long way over the years. Today condoms come in different sizes, colors, shapes and even flavors. Small, large, ribbed, purple, black, chocolate, peppermint, if you can name it you can probably find it associated with a condom. There was a time when there was only one kind of condom on the market but just like anything else times have changed and advances have been made. All condoms can fall into eight different categories.

1.-Material

For the most part condoms fall into two different material categories. One is polyurethane and second is latex.

2.-Size

Once upon a time there was only one size of condom to be found. That’s usually still the case when you’re buying them at convenience stores. What’s different now however is that there are specialty stores and mail order that you can now get different sizes from. There are smaller ones, longer ones, wider ones and narrower ones.

3.-Lubrication

Different condom companies use different lubrications for their condoms. Some people even have allergic reactions to certain lubes. It is however buyer beware. You should know what you’re allergic to so a sudden rash doesn’t wreck a planned night of passion.

4.-Spermicidal

Spermicidal lubricants are often used on condoms to reduce the risk of pregnancy. One of the most common used is nonoxynol-9.

5.-Ribbed

There are mixed feelings on ribbed condoms. Younger people for some reason think they are disgusting while older people think this is a condom sent from heaven. The ribs advance the feelings in sex making for stronger orgasms

6.-Color

Not much can be said about color other than years ago all you could get was a transparent condom while today you can actually buy your condoms in packs with varieties of different colors.

7.-Flavor

Again this is pretty self explanatory. The varieties of flavors are endless and of course these are used with couples who are more into oral sex. One warning about flavored condoms is that they should not be used for vaginal or anal sex.

8.-Reservoir Tipped

Some condoms have reservoirs built into the end to store the semen after ejaculating. One thing to remember when putting this condom on make sure you pinch the end to get all the air out. Without doing this you stand the chance of the condom breaking and we all know what that can lead to.

So what do women want in a condom? Many condoms are packaged to look like a tampon so they can be carried in a women’s purse without anyone knowing anything different. French ticklers are a long time favorite because of how they intensify the sexual pleasures. A funny little story that one woman told was that it annoys her that condoms are made by men because if women made them they would be padded on the sides to add girth since for most women length isn’t an issue but wider is better for hitting that certain spot.

There are many other factors to condoms and this is just meant to be a guide line. Couples will experiment and get comfortable with what they like. While condoms are on the market to prevent pregnant and STDs you have to be careful of the novelty products because they don’t all work alike. If unsure read the container they come in and if still not sure talk to your doctor or the pharmacist at the drug store.

My estimate is that at any given time around two-thirds of the world’s adult educated population has thought about writing a book. What’s my basis behind that statistic? It’s the percentage of people that come up to me and tell me so when they find out that I am a writer and writing coach.

So if that is the case why aren’t we flooded with endless book releases? There are a variety of reason, of which here is a handful: Book publishers only take on about 1-2% of submitted manuscripts, self-publishing a book takes money and promotional knowledge to be successful, keeping yourself motivated whilst you write 40, 80 or 100 thousand works is tough, book writing isn’t always as easy, fun and riveting as it sounds.

However, if your sight is still firmly fixed on getting your book written here are some tips on novel writing that will hopefully see you not only finish your novel but raise a publisher’s interest in it.

Plot your story

A story is always easier to write if you know what is going to happen, when it is going happen and how all the other events and characters fit in around it. If you are unsure how to plot make the most of the vast selection of writing courses, books, e-books and even computer software created to help.

Make characters believable

If you have realistic characters that are absolutely believable they can almost hold any story together on their own. But once again this requires some forward planning, perhaps even before the story-plotting. Decide who your characters are, why they behave the way they do and what their traits are. This can be done in many ways, write their biography, their CV, pretend to interview them for a magazine article or even write a journal for them. How you do it is up to you, but having a profile and understanding of your characters will once again make writing about them smoother and easier.

Set yourself a writing goal

There is nothing like, thinking you’ll start your next chapter tomorrow to create procrastination. Decide how much time you can give to writing then set yourself an achievable date for your first draft. If that sounds too much set yourself a deadline for the first chapter. In this busy world it’s far too easy to let time go by because of distractions and other priorities. If your writing is important, set a goal and stick to it.

Prioritize your writing

Do you consider your writing or the fun you have writing worth your time on? Chances are that if you have read this far into the article your answer to this question is, ‘Yes’. If so, give your writing the respect it deserves. Put it up there on the top of your ‘To Do List’ with eating and sleeping.

Have fun

This may seem a funny one to some people, but as a writing coach and a mother of teenagers I know that it’s a lot easier to motivate yourself and others when you’re having fun. Add to that the fact that if you’re bored with your novel it will reflect in your style of writing and then become apparent to your reader. Let’s face it, who wants to read something that is even boring to the person creating it? So find ways to keep your writing exciting, goal setting is a great way to do this, as is your writing environment, software and equipment. Find what inspires you and stick with it.

Many people belief that wealth has to do with money. Everywhere we look there are bills to be paid and people who want our money. Lots of people we know want more money in their lives. Money seems to be this never ending search for something that we just never seem to be able to possess. So many people believe that wealth is money and stuff. In the end though, it is all just stuff. Now I am not saying that money is not a part of wealth, it most certainly is. It would be fabulous to have enough money to live the kind of life we want to live without having to worry about how our bills are going to get paid and how food is going to be put on the table, whatever that amount of money is for you. But money is just a part of wealth, a small part, and we need to realize that wealth is a concept that is so much more than just stuff.

Wealth is a way of being and feeling in the world. Wealth means that we have abundance in all areas of life. We are meant to live a life of abundance. There is an evil rumor within the human mind that there is not enough for everyone. There is not enough money, there is not enough food, there is not enough of anything you can think of. This is a total lie, because there is enough. There is more than enough for everyone. The problem is that we have been taught that there is lack in the world. We see people who do not have all over the place, and we come to the conclusion that wealth is a far off place that is very difficult to get to. This is far from the truth.

There is more than enough wealth in the world in all areas for everyone to have everything they want, and more. All of us want to find someone to love, or maybe you already have found the love of your life. Can you imagine there being a limit on love? We sometimes will place limits on love, but that is not true love. True love is limitless, it is boundless, it has no restraints. True love can be given and given and given and never run dry. Everything else on this planet is the same. Wealth is abundant, and we must learn to see that there is more than enough of everything for everyone.

Wealth is having abundance in our relationships. It is having friends, family, and loved ones, and relationships with them that bring joy and happiness to our lives on a regular basis. These are mutually beneficial relationships that are truly a two way street. Without healthy relationships, life can be a very stressful and demanding thing. If you have ever been in a friendship or had a significant other who demanded and took more from the relationship than they gave you know what I mean. Wealth in relationships is about both of you getting more than you put in.

Wealth is also important when it comes to health. Having all the money in the world, but not being healthy enough to enjoy it is also not true wealth. It really isn’t. There are lots of people who would give their entire fortune for better health and better relationships. There are poor people with great relationships and great health, this is probably as close to wealth as one can get until they are able to take care of their financial situation. But true wealth is about abundance in all areas. Relationships, health, and finances.

Wealth also has one more area, and this is the realm of spirituality. This can be many things to many people. Some people feel wealthy in the realm of spirituality when they are able to go to church on a regular basis and give to god. Others feel wealthy when they have a purpose to devote themselves to. You need to decide what true wealth in all areas means to you, and realize that you not only deserve it, but can have it in your life. You can have the money and things you want. You can have the love and relationships you want. You can have the health that you want. There is more than enough to go around for everyone. If you believe it, if you act as though it is true, if you see it in everything you think, say, and do, then it will be true for you, and the universe will react to your beliefs and bring you all the things in abundance that you desire.

Yeah Right! I do not think anyone will be making a fortune overnight unless they are an internet marketing guru.
