Another pre-launch has hit the internet marketing community. It seems we are seeing a new one just about every week. The motives behind these pre-launches could be one of many reasons. I feel the top two are market testing and hype. The ones to be aware of are those who have a long pre-launch period and want you to pay before the launch. This has happened and they are still looking for those two scam artist.

The newest Pre-launch is called “Who Loves Money” and it’s launch date is slated for May 1st 2007. It is written by two 25 year old guys from Victoria British Columbia, Canada. They have published two previous ebooks, Beating Adwords and Inside the List. They also have a monthly subscription program called Wealthy Affiliate.

Because I’m a marketer I’m always looking for new marketing ideas, but because I’m also suspicious of pre-launches I decided to check these guys out. I checked out their two previous e-books and didn’t come up with any negatives. I checked out Wealthy Affiliate and was very impressed with the sales page and after checking out the authors I joined so I could take a closer look.

Here is some of the information I found about the authors of “Who Loves Money.” Their names are Carson and Kyle and they have been marketing on the internet for about 4 years and appear to be very successful internet marketers. Below I have a couple of quotes from their mission statements which gives some insight into their philosophy.

Kyle: “I thoroughly enjoy working with others online to help them become independently free. I believe that Internet marketing is an opportunity for everyone, young or old. There are so many online businesses that prey on people for the sole purpose to make money. I am against this approach and I believe that those who are truly successful in business and build for longevity are interested in creating a group of successful people around them.”

Carson: “My goal is to create the absolute BEST Internet Marketing community, and change the way that people learn about online business. Until now, Internet Marketing has been a very solo, and personal thing as one doesn’t want to give away their “secrets”. My Philosophy is that by sharing your knowledge with others, they will share back, and all involved will grow at a much faster rate.”

They are calling Who Loves Money their “pride and joy” and it has the same ideas, techniques, stategies, and things they use in marketing, which they say sets them apart from other marketers. They feel people can become better marketers and rise above the crowd by taking advantage of the techniques in their book. You can implement these techniques without any investment and at zero risk. They call them Penny Pincher Traffic techniques.

Also included in the e-book is how to determine which keywords sell, how to hunt niches and an In-depth look at Clickbank.

This e-book is worth looking into especially if it delivers all they say it’s going to deliver. If it’s even close to the quality of Wealthy Affiliate you can’t go wrong.

They are also including some incentives for people who register before May 1. $50 USD and a discount on launch day if you sign up before the Who Loves Money launch.

The Volvo brand has been in the industry for decades already and it sure has proven that it can stay in the game with their own share of perks that would take in the market’s attention. Volvo has been providing the market with vehicles that do provide the utmost safety and sure enough, that seems like the kind of products that the consumers want. And this is very true not only for Volvo Cars but also for its sister Volvo Trucks.

Safety systems have been one of the utmost concerns for Volvo and they are much especially applying it when creating heavy trucks. And because of such a goal, the brand has been able to create breakthroughs and milestones in the industry. One of the most recent safety technologies used for the current breed of Volvo trucks is the Lane Keeping Support (LKS) which comes as a system that monitors all of the lane marker lines. This system becomes activated once the vehicle starts speeding at 60 kph. When the vehicle is about to go off the lane, the system would then alert the driver.

Avedal furthermore explains the system, “Situations where the truck leaves its current lane for one reason or another are behind a large proportion of all truck accidents and is also the most common reason for frontal collisions with other vehicles. Using this system can now significantly reduce the risk of lane changing accidents.”

Jenny Blomqvist is Volvo Trucks’ product manager for electronics for in-cabs and she does recall, “”We had a prototype ready back in 2004 and now, after a comprehensive series of tests to ensure the system’s functionality, we’re ready to launch it on the market. This type of system should be regarded as assistance for the driver and should under no circumstances be perceived as causing irritation. For example, it is important that the system never gives false warnings for roadside fences, lamp-posts or irregularities in the road surface. It should also be easy for the driver to handle and understand, so that is why we’ve invested immense resources in developing a system that offers truly high precision and excellent functionality.”

ARM’s are mortgage loans that have a fixed rate for a specified period of time. 1/29, 2/28, and 3/27 are some examples. After the specified time period has ended, the interest rate on the loan begins increasing or decreasing determined by the index the loan utilizes. An index is used to measure inflation in the economy, some examples of index’s are the CODI, COFI, COSI, and LIBOR.

An adjustable rate mortgages have many benefits here are a few examples:

• -If -you anticipate your current income level increasing in the future to -account for the higher payment when it begins adjusting.

• -It -will get you more easily qualified for a home that you may not -otherwise afford, with a lower payment when compared to a 30 year -fixed rate mortgage.

• -Adjustable -rate mortgages are good to use when the the real estate market in -your area is experiencing an upward trend in appreciation.

• -Flexibility -in which index is utilized in your mortgage.

• -If -you qualify, an initial lower than market price “teaser rate,” -can dramatically reduce cost of ownership during the first one or -two years of ownership.

• -Some -Adjustable Rate Mortgages offer the the option to be converted to -fixed-rate loans during a set time frame within the loan.

• -The -cost of the first year of ownership can be reduced significantly -using the initial low teaser rate many ARM’s feature.

• -The -lender may permit special concessions to the buyer, such as no PMI -or nor reserve accounts for taxes and insurance. This is due to a -few lenders keeping ARM’s in portfolio.

Some of the disadvantages of ARM’s include:

• -They -are not ideal in times of high inflation, where long-term ownership -is necessary.

• -There -is no security that the interest rate will remain low because -indexes are reflections of the economy.

• -If -the buyers financial situation changes after the loan is cast, -making the payments may become very difficult for the buyer.

• -The -buyer may overextend themselves, using the low initial rate payment -as the basis for obtaining the loan, when the rate adjusts later, -they may be unable to make the higher payments.

• -The -loan may contain a negative amortization clause, where any interest -that is unpaid monthly is added back on to the principal balance.

• -The -buyer must be aware of the index the lender’s program is using, some -index’s are more favorable than others.

• -The -margin may be unusually high. The margin is the lender’s cost of -doing business plus profit, which is added to the index to create -the interest rate, it is set at loan origination and remains -constant for the life of the loan.

• -Convertible -arms have conversion fees for changing the interest to a fixed rate; -which is based usually on the note rate for that particular -investor(i.e. FNMA securities) plus an additional ｽ -to -5/8 % interest.

There is nothing better than going camping, at least I think so. Camping on the weekend is so relaxing after a long week of working 40 hours. I look forward to the arrival of spring because I know it won’t be long until the weather gets nice and I get to go camping. My husband and I can usually be seen filling up the camper on Thursday evenings with all the goodies we need for the weekend. The area that we live in SE Minnesota is full of places to camp.

SE Minnesota is known for its bike trail system along the Root River. Along the trail you will find some nice campgrounds to stay at. If riding bike is not your cup of tea, then you can either do some great trout fishing or try canoeing and inner tubing on the Root River. There is always something to do.

Come and take in the spectacular view of bluff country along the great Mississippi River. You can stay at one of the State Parks that overlooks the Mississippi River. There you will find miles of trails for hiking. There are some really breathe taking scenic overlooks. You can see for miles. I like coming here in the fall when the air is crisp and the leaves are changing color. The colors are so vibrant and beautiful. You can get some great pictures.

What ever outdoor activity you like to do while camping, there is a campground that will cater to your wants and needs. For instance, there is a State Park where you can go and explore an underground cave. This is cool. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves here. We went on a two hour tour of this cave. It was very educational and interesting. Make sure you dress warm because it does get a little chilly. Another feature of this same park is the 15 miles of horse back riding trails. The hilly terrain and winding streams provide a scenic ride for everyone that comes. There are 60 campsites available for people camping with horses.

Camping in SE Minnesota gives you a chance to see the abundance of wildlife where ever you stay. I like to get up early in the morning, get my cup of coffee and go for a walk. This is the best time of the day for spotting deer. To see such a beautiful creature just makes your day a whole lot better. Sometimes you can even spot a bald eagle flying high above. The way it moves around up there is so graceful. It is quite a sight to see.

Everyone needs to take some time out of their busy schedule to kick back and relax with family and friends to do a little camping. You don’t know what you’re missing.

General Motors Corp.’s Buick division has launched two new vehicles outside the United States: one in China and in Canada.

Shanghai General Motors (Shanghai GM) has recently introduced the Buick Park Avenue luxury sedan, the newest model of Buick’s product lineup. Named after the popular and well-off street in New York City, the Buick Park Avenue offers a wide range of advanced in-car technologies and other luxurious amenities for Chinese car fans.

The Buick Park Avenue embodies GM’s newly developed rear-wheel-drive (RWD) global platform, measuring 5,175 mm in length, 1,899 mm width, 1,480 mm in height, and 3,009 mm wheelbase length.

As for a luxury sedan model, the Buick Park Avenue offers an elegant, comfortable, and safe interior equipped with numerous standard interior amenities and safety components. The Park Avenue comes with 8-way power adjustable front seats made of genuine leather and features massage function, high-quality entertainment system with LCD panels, advanced heating system, advanced ventilation and air conditioning system, and six standard intelligent air bags for the driver and passengers, just to name the few. In addition, the Buick Park Avenue also features an available Bluetooth mobile phone system and GPS navigation system.
