Exercise is important for your health. It is important to do it as much as you can. Follow these tips for your daily exercise.

1) Walk 10 Minutes a day. A lot of people think that they have to go to the gym to exercise. No pain, No gain. That’s not always true. The new studies show that short ten minutes a day walk can also keep you healthy. If you do not have hours to work out at a gym, you can try walk 10 minutes every day. When you go shopping, you might want to try to park your car as far away as possible. It is a good opportunity to walk for better health.

2) Sit up in bed. When you wake up every morning, just do ten sit up. You might want to try to increase the number of crunches by one daily. Try to get up to one hundred. One hundred crunches daily do not take a lot of time. You can do it in fifteen minutes daily. It will help keeping your stomach nice.

3) Drink a lot of water. When you exercise, it is important to remember to drink water. You do not want to dehydrate. It is smart to carry a bottom of water and towels with you, especially when the weather is hot.

4) Find an exercise buddy. If you can find someone that can exercise with you every day, you should do it. You exercise partner will keep you from being bored. It can be a great experience and a fun activity.
