Here are 7 tips to help you feel gorgeous.

1. Take time out to pamper yourself.

Sink into a hot and steamy scented bath. Let the water soothe and relax your mind and muscles. The steam will clear your head and open up the pores of your skin for deep cleansing. After your bath massage a good quality moisturizer right into your skin until it tingles. This improves blood circulation to the skin\’s surface and promotes the regeneration of new skin cells. Massaging will also enhance your natural beauty by smoothing out any bumps and wrinkles.

Treat yourself to a manicure or a good quality hair cut. Keep your hair well conditioned and have it trimmed regularly to prevent split ends forming which can make it appear frizzy. This applies especially to long hair.

2. Eat a healthy diet.

Eating a healthy diet will improve your figure and your natural beauty. Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables to promote a clear glowing complexion. Protein found in lean meat, fish and dairy products will help to preserve body mass without fat. Furthermore, oily fish and vegetables will do wonders for your nails, hair and teeth as well as providing fish oils and vitamins for your skin.

3. Look after your skin.

Looking after your skin will help to bring out your natural beauty. If you exfoliate regularly to remove dead skin cells and give your circulation a boost, you will encourage your body to produce new skin cells as well. Rubbing Olive oil into your skin will give it a luxurious sheen as well as making it feel soft and supple to touch.

4. Take regular exercise.

Taking regular exercise will go a long way to keeping your body toned and supple, and it only takes a thirty-minute walk three times a week to see the benefits. It is also important to walk at a speed that gets your heart rate up. As well as oxygenating your blood and improving your skin walking tones up your muscles and your heart too. Be careful not to walk so fast that you can\’t hold a conversation at the same time.

5. Keep your body toned and balanced.

There is nothing more beautiful than a body that is toned and balanced. If you add quality to your movements with muscles that are long and toned you will make yourself look and feel more gorgeous.

If you stand up straight and stretch your body upwards from the waist it will make you appear much slimmer and taller. Learn to walk elegantly by swinging your legs from the hips and placing one foot in front of the other as though you are following a white line. Also the movement should be diagonal i.e. as your left arm swings forward, so should your right leg and as your right arm swings forward, so should your left leg. This will give a definite twist to your torso, look extremely sexy and do wonders for your confidence.

6. Be kind to yourself.

Be your own best friend. Learn to love yourself and your body and soon others will do the same. Treat yourself with the same respect you would show to a best friend and set your self high standards. By doing this you will suddenly become someone who is worth getting to know better. It won\’t take long for other people to pick up on the fact that you respect yourself and that you expect others to do the same.

7. Believe in yourself.

Don\’t worry about how others see you or what they may or may not think of you. Thinking inwardly is a sign that you lack confidence in yourself or don\’t believe in yourself. One way of stopping yourself from doing this is to try and focus on other people instead. If you take an active interest in other people you won\’t have time to worry about what they are thinking about you. Asking questions and listening to the answers is a good way of redirecting your thoughts and they will be flattered by your interest.

Before you can feel gorgeous everything about you must be in harmony. That doesn\’t mean you have to look like a stunning super model either. It does mean, however, that you know and like yourself for who you are, you are totally happy in your own skin and confidant enough to let your natural beauty emerge.
