Viral List Building - The Simple Viral List Building Technique Explained

Build a responsive opt in list is a must have in order
to get the maximum profits from your internet marketing
business. There are many great ways to build your list and build
it quickly. Viral list building is one of those ways.

Here is the way it works in a nutshell.

First you want to write up a five to ten report or a
fifteen page ebook. It doesn’t matter. What is important
is that the ebook or report be stuffed with actual useful
content.

You should create the report as if you were putting
together a full product for sale. Make sure it is worth
at least seventeen dollars.

Once you have the product together, you have the choice
of being able to brand it with your own affiliate links
and also have others be able to do the same. Doing so will give the report even more credibility due
to the fact that others can brand your report with their
affiliate links and possible earn commissions.

Okay, now that the report is finished, you want to get
the word out to as many people as possible. The more
people who know about it, the more people you have giving
it away.

This creates the viral list building effect.

You need to make sure that everyone who wants a copy of
your report, must give their name and email address in
order to receive it. In return, they will be able to give it away to others
and create you even more subscribers, profits, traffic,
and partners.

You can announce your new report to current list members,
you can go to forums and post to others. You can even
use ezine advertising to really boost the results. Once you get a few people on board, you will notice that
viral list building is a great way to go.

Think Condo!

So many people are now turning away from the house buying situation, but what of buying a condo? Many condos are big enough for a family and have the added luxuries that are not available in many homes. They are also less expensive than buying a traditional home on a piece of land.

The upkeep of a condo is everyone’s dream - it is non-existent. Just a small monthly payment that you can budget for - and no nasty surprises!

If you buy a condo with a fixed rate mortgage you can budget it all down to the last cent. Fixed rate mortgages are extremely cheap right now. The big worry in your life will be gassing up the vehicle you drive!

Yes, life is a lot easier when you can count on the fact that the bank can’t push up your mortgage and the flooding water pipe is not your worry! Think condo!

One good reason for buying a condo is the price. If you are a first time buyer and looking for an inexpensive start to your real estate investment career, think condo. You will have a piece of property at market price that will get you on the bottom rung of the property ladder; as the market rises, so will your condo.

The investment factor is a no-brainer, but there are several other aspects of condo life to consider before you do make the condo choice.

Almost all of us can give up the idea that we will have no more maintenance to do on our homes. Even mowing the lawn is not your job; neither is shoveling the snow, mending the roof or fixing the plumbing. No decisions to ponder there. However, because of these pluses, there are also rules that go along with them.

Condo rules vary considerably. Maybe renovations are not allowed to be carried out by you or your contractor. Perhaps you cannot rent out your condo if you move away, or perhaps you can. These rules are different in each condo and need to be checked by you before buying.

Every condo building has to be governed by a set of rules called Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs). These are unique to every condo and they are usually implemented by the Home Owners Association (HOA)

To a very large extent these rules simply protect your way of life. However, you do need to be reassured that the rules ‘fit’ your lifestyle; (i.e. no noise after 11 p.m. will not fit if you are a late night party person). As long as the rules agree with your way of life, they will be unobtrusive to you.

There are many different styles of condos to choose from. Think about what you like: Large balcony? Great view? Two bathrooms? Luxury kitchen? Once you have a list, go and see a real estate agent who knows the condos in your area. He or she will narrow the field and then you can both take a while to check the choicest ones out.

A Beginners Guide to Caring For Your Cat

Even though cats are fairly hearty and healthy, they do require some basic care. This includes looking after their emotional health as well as their physical well being. With just a little bit of practice, caring for your cat can be enjoyable as well as rewarding.

Surprisingly, caring for your cat includes more than buying canned cat food. Cats can and do eat vegetables and grains, but require meat to live. Although you will rarely catch them choosing non-meat based foods, they may enjoy a little bit of vegetable broth mixed in with their food. You should try to keep cats away from house plants known to be poisonous, as they can and will take a mind to chew on them. Caring for your cat may also include obesity management. Because cats cannot tolerate fasting, it is best to take your cat to a veterinarian to seek help with feline obesity.

Caring for your cat also requires certain immunizations. For the most part, rabies, feline distemper, and heart worm inoculations should be kept up to date. You may also want to have you cat immunized against feline leukemia, but many veterinarians feel this is as an unnecessary and risky decision when caring for your cat. There are also immunizations available to help manage fleas and upper respiratory infections.

Unless your cat is a kitten, hairless, or advanced in years, it will want to be outdoors. If the cat is healthy, you can purchase insulated houses that will suit most environments. That said, if the weather is very cold, or there is going to be a lot of snow, caring for your cat may involve some time outdoors looking for it. You should still do what you can to bring your cat indoors. That said, caring for your cat if it is feral will always involve a risk of injury, loss, and theft.

When considering how to go about caring for your cat, it is also important to consider how they will get along with other living things in the home. Among other things, cats usually do not like to share what they consider as their personal space with other cats. As a result, their subtle behaviors may be enough to drive one or more cats away from the home. In other cases, they will fight in order to establish territorial dominance. It is also important to note that some male cats will kill kittens. Therefore, if one of your female cats has a litter, it is best to isolate them from the males until they are weaned.

Finally, when caring for your cat, you must also consider its emotional well being. If they are indoor cats, and do not have an opportunity to hunt and play, they will need some attention from you. While they can keep themselves busy with toys, they still need social interaction with another cat, or with people in the home. Cats that are not getting their emotional needs met will do any number of things to get attention. This includes defecating outside of their litter boxes and behaving in an insecure way. When in doubt, it is best to take your cat to the veterinarian to see what is going on.

There is no question that properly caring for your cat will result in a loyal, wonderful companion. They will provide you with hours of comical activities to watch, as well as a companion whose purring can reduce even the worst stresses. A cat’s quiet charm and affection are prized by those that recognize it as being more than comparable to what dog owners have with their pets.
