Stop Blushing - Hypnosis For Blushing

Do you wish that you could be confident and not blush in front of people? Do you sometimes wish that the floor would open and swallow you in when you blush? Well if you have a problem with blushing, you can now get the help and solution that you need and desire from hypnosis.

So, how great would it be not to have to worry about your blushing as it was a thing of the past? How much would your life improve and your confidence increase knowing that you’re blushing is in the past? Well maybe you would like to find out and let the results of hypnosis speak for themselves.

Hello, my name is Richard MacKenzie and I am a hypnotherapist and author. I have personally helped hundreds of people over the years through my book, hypnosis downloads and in private consultations to control and stop their blushing. I find hypnosis a quick and successful solution for blushing as it works directly with the area of your mind that makes you blush. It takes you right to the source in order to get you the resolve that you desire. The part of your mind that I am referring to here is your sub-conscious mind. It is this part of your brain that holds all the behaviors, beliefs and habits that make you… YOU!

Hypnosis works with your sub-conscious mind to achieve the results that you want. It changes the parts that need to change and gives you a boost to your self esteem, allowing you to feel more confident and more in control. Harnessing the power of your sub-conscious mind may sound like a difficult and timely job, however this is not always the case as hypnosis with its speed and effectiveness, gives you the results that matter in a very short time – that’s why we refer to hypnosis as ‘brief therapy’ as it takes a fraction of the time that other approaches take.

While in hypnosis you will feel relaxed and comfortable as you slowly start to harness the power of your sub-conscious mind and get the results that you want and desire.

If you are serious about dealing with your blushing in an effective and fast manner then hypnosis is for you. I would suggest that you try a hypnosis download or recording or look up your local qualified hypnotherapist.

I wish you the best of luck on your journey to beat your blushing.

Hypnosis - 3 Simple Ways To Have An Attitude Of Gratitude To Appreciate The Goodness Of Life

You might be wondering about the importance of gratitude in our behavior and daily life. But in Hypnosis, gratitude holds the tremendous value and importance. Hypnosis says when you are thankful for the thing you have, you will get the more of it. Now, you will be surprised for sure that, when you do not want sorrows in your life, why do you actually get them? This is the profound question in hypnosis.

When you think of sorrows, you are not actually allowing it to go away from you but instead you are giving it more thought and thus you get more of it. So, keeping this in view in hypnosis the concept of ‘developing the attitude of gratitude’ is of much importance.

So, the principle of life and Hypnosis goes like this ‘be happy and content in what you get.’ This is a scientifically proven fact that when you think about what you don’t have, you actually cannot enjoy what you have.

Hypnosis tells you some of the simple secrets that can help you have an attitude of gratitude.

1. Enjoy, feel and accept: This is the foremost principle in hypnosis. You can appreciate what you have when you fully accept all that you have. Hypnosis says a person must equally accept all that he possesses and also what he not own. Instead of feeling bad for you do not own, feel happy for what you own. We must not take life for granted. Ups and downs are the part of life. One must take life as it comes.

2. Be content: Life does not give every one the complete thing that every man desires for. Hypnosis can make you self-fulfilled and self-satisfied with all that you owns and possess.

3. Volunteer your time for others: The best thing that you can do to develop an attitude of gratitude is t devote your time for those whose life can better change with your help. Help those who are not as fortunate as you are. Try this out for yourself. This will not only make you fell good but also it will give you content in your own self.

Believe me, within few weeks of practicing this, you will notice a positive change in your life. You will be more thankful towards the things in life and you will start appreciating the goodness of life that has been stored in for you. The another benefit of this developing the attitude of gratitude with hypnosis, is you will be more content in life and your sense of appreciation will increase.

Get Rid of Jealousy with Hypnosis

Do you find yourself sneakily checking your partner’s phone or mail? Are you forever questioning your loved one on their whereabouts, even if they have just been to the local shop? Do you find yourself tormented by thoughts of your lover with someone else? Well if you do then you will understand just how savage your jealousy can be towards your relationship and how it can take its toll on your partner as well as yourself. Jealousy and insecurity are two massive problems facing our modern day culture and if you are a victim then you are not alone as they are two of the biggest reasons for relationship break-ups and divorce today!

Hello I am hypnotherapist and author of Self Change Hypnosis, Richard MacKenzie and for the past several years I have helped thousands of couples with overcoming jealousy, both through my private hypnotherapy practice and through my products and book. When I first approach the topic of using hypnosis to combat jealousy, people seem a bit puzzled; however it is the ‘common-sense’ approach – what with its speed and efficiency. In fact these same people are very often amazed when they get the results that they yearn for.

While in Hypnosis you will learn to ultimately re-program the part of the brain that is referred to as your sub- conscious or un-conscious mind. This is where the habit and behaviour of jealousy are, so therefore it is the best place to start. After this you can use hypnosis to begin to work on your overall confidence and self esteem levels which will really work for you to get you some great results. Just imagine what life would be like if your jealousy disappeared – How great would your relationship be? How much more secure would you feel, knowing your can accept the wholehearted love of your partner without being suspicious?

If you could achieve all this right now… would you?

Well if you really want help and you desire to get your jealousy sorted then hypnosis or hypnotherapy is just the right thing for you. I recommend that you start with a hypnosis download, recording or seek out your local hypnotherapist who will be more than happy to help you out.

Remember – you are not alone. Thousands of people out there today are in the same boat; however you’re the one reading this so you have a chance to escape your jealousy forever.

Best of luck!

Trash Absentmindedness Now

You are absentminded when your mind is absent; when you perform actions unconsciously, without thinking. There is a distinct difference between seeing and observing - we see with our eyes, but we observe with our minds. If your mind is “absent” when performing an action, there can be no observation; more important, there can be no original awareness. Absentmindedness is probably the most widespread of minor self-annoyances. Although it plagues most of us, it seems particularly to affect the elderly. The techniques we’ll discuss here have succeeded in eliminating absentmindedness for countless people, including the elderly.

To some people, absentmindedness may seem to be a trivial problem. Perhaps they don’t realize how much time, energy, and aggravation they spend on searching for items they “just put down for a moment,” or on worrying about whether they have turned off the oven, locked the door, unplugged the iron, or on retrieving items they have left in trains, buses, cars, offices, and friends’ homes.

The solution to the problem of absentmindedness is both simple and obvious: All you have to do is to be sure to think of what you’re doing during the moment in which you’re doing it, That’s all, but obviously it’s easier said than done. How can you be sure to force yourself to think of a minor action at the moment you’re doing it?

There’s only one way, and that is by using association. Since association forces Original Awareness - and since being Originally Aware is the same as having something register in your mind in the first place, at the moment it occurs - then forming an instant association must solve the problem of absentmindedness.

Let’s use a quick example: You’re writing at your desk and the phone rings. As you reach for the phone, you place the pencil behind your ear, or in your hair. The phone call is finished - that took only a few minutes - but now you waste time searching for the pencil that’s perched behind your ear. Would you like to avoid that aggravation? Well then, the next time the phone rings and you start to place the pencil behind your ear, make a fast mental picture in your mind. Actually “see” the pencil going into your ear - all the way.

The idea may make you shudder, but when you think of that pencil, you’ll know where it is. That silly association of seeing the pencil go into your ear forced you to think of two things in a fraction of a second: 1) the pencil, and 2) where you were putting it. Problem solved! Solved, that is, if you make an association each time you put down your pencil, wherever you put it. Just make it a habit. Keep the idea in mind the first few times, force yourself to form the associations, and after that it will become habitual.

Benefits of Hypnosis

What are the benefits of hypnosis: to the individual, family and society as a whole? And, how can you make hypnosis work for you?

Other than providing a novel, fascinating experience, what can we gain from hypnosis?

These are some of the queries that comes up in a novice’s mind when he/she enters the exciting world of hypnosis and hypnotherapy.

The answer is simple and straightforward:

Hypnosis can be put into use to improve one’s general well being and functioning so that one feels better both physically and mentally.

Some of the common frequently asked questions on hypnosis (by the subject to the hypnotherapist) are:

  • What can hypnosis do to me?
  • When I am in a trance, can you make me do things that are silly, like barking like a dog or crying like a baby?

  • Can you make me do something against my will, like pickpocket someone or kiss a stranger?

  • Will I reveal my innermost secrets that I have never revealed to any one before?

  • Will I get stuck in one position and never come out of the trance?
  • Could I harm myself or someone during the trance?

All these doubts are based on the basic distrust that the individual has against hypnosis and the prevailing myths about hypnosis.

Make Hypnosis Work for You

The fact is that during hypnotic trance, no one can make you act against your own moral and social values and acceptable patterns of behavior. That is, unless you want to, you cannot be manipulated against your will!

It is important to understand that even during deep trance, you remain conscious and under control. The hypnotist only makes you act according to the dictum of your own conscious and subconscious. You can terminate the trance state any time you feel like.

Even if you are left in trance state by the hypnotist or a hypnotic tape, you would either return to normal wakeful state on your own, or enter a natural sleep and wake up feeling fresh and energetic. In the centuries old history of hypnosis there has never been any incident of an individual remaining ‘under hypnotic trance’ for prolonged period of time.

Now that you know that hypnosis is a safe tools, let us explore the most beneficial ways in which it can be put into positive use.

Benefits of hypnosis can be categorized under the following headings:

  • Create a sense of general well being
  • Reduce Stress and anxiety
  • Reduce pain associated with diseases or surgical procedures
  • Produce anesthesia through suggestion
  • Control or cure psychosomatic diseases
  • Control physical functions like heart rate, increased sweating or bleeding
  • Increase mental powers: memory, confidence, learning capacity & concentration.

  • Get rid of phobias and unwanted negative feelings.
  • Get rid of bad and unhealthy habits: bulimia, anorexia nervosa, smoking, personality traits etc.

In addition to these, lots of avenues for the use of hypnosis in medicine is also being explored.

To put it in a nut shell, if we use hypnosis properly, its benefits are astronomical for the society in general and the individual in particular.

Instant Memory Power - Part I

We all know that most memory training techniques involve exercises to improve linking objects to certain items or using numbering systems to stay on top of being forgetful. However, oftentimes the only thing that is needed to keep your mind on track is to get organized and to stay that way! Below are a few good tips that will help you:

Deploying a filing system effectively: Take the time to think through your filing system. Figure out what organization will work best for you - client files versus project files, color coding, and so on. Once you’ve worked out your system, make sure to use it. File all pertinent information in the appropriate file (not a desk pile). It’s also helpful to attach blank sheets of paper to the inside right back flap of file folders. Then, you can take notes on relevant conversations, memos, and meetings right where you need them. And make sure you put your files away in an organized system.

Employ a task list for projects: Overwhelmed by a complex project? Think through the project concretely, step by step. Then, make a list for all these steps, or tasks, to help you get them done. Here’s another suggestion: Keep your task list stapled to the inside front cover of your project file. That way you can refer to the task list whenever you work on that project.

Shun paper piles like the plague: Are you surrounded by a sea of papers at work? Is your dining-room table so covered with mail that you’re not even sure it’s still there? There are generally two things that happen to information buried in a paper pile - either it is forgotten or it can’t be found when you need it. Paper piles are like the plague - they should be avoided at all costs. When you get a piece of paper, you should do one of three things: file it, write the information down elsewhere (such as in your scheduler) and toss it, or simply toss it.

Avoid constantly putting information on sticky notes and other small pieces of paper: If you need to write something down, put it on your Master Plan or on your to-do list. While it’s okay to use a reminder such as a sticky note every once in a while, using such notes all the time will make them less noticeable and—as a result—less useful.

Organize your day according to your energy level: Most of us are at our best in the morning. Therefore, set aside time in the morning to work on projects that require your full focus and ability. Schedule less important meetings and other tasks for later in the day.

How to Use Hypnotic Themes & Personal Trance Words in Your Hypnotic Sessions

Hypnotic themes are by nature the big brothers of hypnotic words; they are stronger, bigger and more powerful. A hypnotic theme takes the hypnotic words we have been working with and puts them together into a new context. The idea or activity in the themes is loaded with hypnotic characters and as I give you some examples you will see what I mean.

There are many, many hypnotic themes. You see and are confronted by them everyday probably without even noticing it. A hypnotic theme that is very common is when you sit down to watch a movie, whether at the movie theatre or on your television at home. As you are engulfed in the movie’s action you are eventually so absorbed that the very activities around you go unnoticed.

You are too busy experiencing within yourself the lives of the characters you are watching. You are feeling the emotions they are feeling and closely following their story as if it were your own life being played out for the world to see.

This is an example of a hypnotic theme; another example would be if you are a person who enjoys reading. As you sit down with your book you usually end up so wrapped up in the story line that you don’t even notice that you are actually reading words. Instead there is only a picture playing out in your mind, and nothing happens around you except what the characters in your book are doing and saying. Often you will lose track of time and continue reading because the story line is too captivating to put down.

Now the two examples I just gave you are common everyday samples of how a hypnotic theme happens, feels and looks like. These are activities that are loaded with the hypnotic concepts found in the 4 Stage Protocol. Your attention is completely absorbed and the critical factor is bypassed mainly because you believe it is a story, therefore needs no or little analysis.

The activity is also getting an unconscious response from you in that it is evoking emotions, sometimes strong emotion if you can identify with the characters and sometimes just the sharing of the experience. You are also putting the uncommon response into action, you are taking in the experience you are watching or reading about and making it your own, adding it to your file of the way things feel, look, sound and the way they affect you.

Reading books and watching movies are both experiences that will be categorized in the hypnotic themes section of life. We usually don’t view them this way and no one expects them to change your life for the better, but that is because they are simply themes and not the whole process of hypnosis.

As you begin to use hypnotic themes in your practice you will be giving rich and deep descriptions of things, ideas and activities. The more you focus in on these things in your stories the more focused and interested your listener will become in your words. The more you speak in hypnotic themes the more your listener will become engaged in what you are saying. Their neurology and the related matters within them will begin to activate and start buzzing them with excitement about what will be happening next. They will be lost to your conversation much like they are pulled into a book or movie.

This in itself is the activation of a trance. It usually isn’t going to be the type of trance where a person falls on there face because they are so hypnotized but it is defiantly an altered state of mind. They will seem awake with their eyes open and they will respond to your words with slight nods of the head, an occasional word of agreement or facial expressions.

However, you may notice the eyes slightly more dilated and glazed over, and a difference in their breathing. This is because the signal recognitions systems you have learned about will be present even in this sort of trance.

Hypnotic themes are a very powerful way of conveying a story and engaging people in only what you are saying. They will be very helpful in creating a positive environment for other Conversational Hypnosis skills. They are very powerful and can have a dramatic impact on the lives of those around you.

Look for these signals the next time you are in a deep conversation or telling a good story to a friend and you will see that you are probably inducing these everyday without even being aware of it.

Another skill that we need to discuss is that of personal trance words. These are again related to hypnotic words but they are different in that they are words important to the person. Hypnotic words have a universal meaning to them, one that most people understand in a broad sense within the culture.

Personal trance words on the other hand are words that people will lean on unconsciously because they are words that are defining to them. People will find their personal trance words without even knowing it and they will use them over and over again. Each time they use the words they will lean on them in the same ways, using the same tone, emphasis, body language and even the same facial expressions. These words become natural triggers for the people that they belong to.

The bottom line is personal trance words are unique to the individual my personal trance words will likely be different than yours and they will have a special meaning or significance to each person as well. Now there are both positive and negative personal trance words and as you work with people you will begin to pick up on these.

For your purposes in hypnosis you will want to use only the positive personal trance words as you interact with your subjects, you want a positive experience. When you are in a session with a subject and you are using personal trance words you will not have the same trigger effect if you simply state the word.

You must pay attention to the mannerisms, tonality, rhythm and general way they express the word to be effective. Then when you use the word or repeat it back to them you need to do it as closely to how they say the word as possible. This will give you the greatest effect and will allow you to use these words in your language to your advantage.

Do You Know What the Miracle of Mind Power Really Is?

Our minds are very powerful tools which can be used to create big and lasting changes in our lives. This has been known for ages by healers and saints etc. It is only in today’s times that this knowledge is becoming accepted and used by the general public.

Let me tell you about a certain experiment done by a man named Pavlov. What he did was ring a bell whenever it was time for his dog to eat. This continued for quite a while and it became very ‘normal’. Later on, he found that the dog salivated whenever the bell was rung. It did not matter if it was time to eat or not! This is a classic example of how the subconscious mind affects our lives.

In fact, it can even create - miracles. I have read true life stories of how people with ‘incurable’ cancer are cured by medicines that have nothing in them. The doctors just tell them that it works, the patient wholeheartedly believes them, and they just heal themselves automatically. This is commonly known as the ‘placebo’ effect.

A simple way to imprint ideas onto your subconscious mind is by using ‘affirmations’. These are basically positive statements which you repeat to yourself over and over again, until you can feel yourself behaving according to it. There are certain rules you must follow while writing them down, and also many different techniques to use them effectively. I am sure you will find much more information on affirmations if you just search the internet.

Mind Power Technique - A Simple and Effective Mind Power Technique

There are many different techniques you can use to tap into the amazing power of your thoughts. I have here for you a simple visualization exercise which becomes extremely powerful when you master it.

Visualization basically means to sustain an idea or image in our mind of what we want to create for a few minutes everyday. A good example can be that sports persons today use visualization just before they compete. They envision themselves successful in whatever sport it is that they play. And the result is that their game improves drastically.

You should know that the subconscious mind can not distinguish between what is real and what is imagined! Take a few seconds right now and close your eyes. Imagine that you are drinking pure lemon juice for example. Then watch how you react.

The visualization should also be in a conscious and controlled manner, and should be as real and vivid as possible. We should be able to feel the desired result taking place right in front of us and it is a skill that must be developed for most people, so some patience is needed.

Here is a simple technique to develop your visualization skills…

1. First relax yourself. The more relaxed you are, the more control you will have over your thoughts.

2. Use the 3-Finger technique. Let the tips of your thumb, index and middle finger touch each other. It should be done on both your hands. This has been known to help your mind focus.

3. Take something simple – an outline of a triangle or square maybe, and make a firm resolve to focus only on this for the next 5 minutes or so.

4. Now while you are visualizing, you will notice that your mind keeps wavering about. Do not fight it, because that is counter-productive. Just accept it, and move back to the image you had chosen to visualize.

Regular practice of the above exercise will surely improve your visualization skills tremendously. So there you have it! A simple and effective mind power technique you can start using immediately.

Stress - You Feel It, But Do You Know What It Is Doing To Your Body?

People today are under a lot of stress. It seems as if there is never enough time to take care of oneself, never mind getting done all the things that need to get done in any given day. Even positive situations like having a baby or starting a new job can create stress in your life.

You may feel the stress as a slightly sick feeling in your gut, or perhaps tightness in your neck or shoulders. Perhaps you have a backache that will not go away yet there is no physiological cause. What are those signals in your body telling you about your health?

First of all, the body is not able to respond to stress over a prolonged period of time, which is what brings on the health problems in the first place. Chronic stress impairs nerve cell function in the brain and can lead to emotional problems such as anxiety, anger, and irritability. This can cause you to feel confused, reduce your memory and decrease your concentration. These particular symptoms can be called depressive illness, which is a very serious problem that needs to be attended to by a professional.

The immune system can become impaired which hinders the ability of the immune cells to function. When this happens allergies, lupus, Fibromyalgia, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome can occur.

When subjected to repeated and long term stress, the gastrointestinal tract can develop ulcers, upset stomach, appetite loss and diarrhea. Irritable bowel disease is one common disorder that is probably caused by prolonged stress. If you are under stress for too long, your body can produce too much cortisol which can lead to abdominal weight gain.

Bone mineral density, skin rashes, impotence, loss of sexual desire, sweating, cold hands and feet, and insomnia can also be experienced - so you see, your entire body can be affected by an accumulation of stress.

What you need to understand is that chronic stress speeds the aging of the cells and ultimately wears out your body. Do what you can now to slow that process down.

With an optimistic worldview and some ways to work with the stress in your life, you can create a healthier you. Self-hypnosis can certainly help you to relax while giving yourself suggestions in how to achieve your goals, and self-hypnosis is a wonderful way to reduce stress. Regular meditation is also great. Keep a journal to release your feelings and a gratitude book to keep you positive. Exercise and eating a balanced healthy diet also help. Being with people whom you enjoy lightens the load. Doing activities that you find fun and inspiring will create a sense of wellbeing that is important. Pay close attention to the details that actually need your attention, and prioritize what really needs to be done.

Turn off the news - it is full of stress-causing information. Stay away from people whom you find annoying, negative or unsupportive. There are many ways to help relieve the stress in your life. Most importantly, focus on what you want in your life and in so doing, you are relieving yourself of a lot of the underlying causes of emotional and physical health problems in the future.
